The application discloses a humidifier, including casing 10 and water tank 11. In one embodiment, the housing 10 is internally formed with a cylindrical receiving space, and the water tank 11 is correspondingly designed in a cylindrical structure, for example, in a cylindrical shape. In other embodiments, a rectangular receiving space is formed inside the housing 10, and the water tank 11 is correspondingly designed in a rectangular structure, such as a cube. Of course, the shapes of the housing 10 and the water tank 11 are not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1, the housing 10 includes a side mounting port 101, and the water tank 11 is detachably mounted in the housing 10 through the side mounting port 101, so that the water tank 11 can be mounted or removed through the side mounting port 101 of the housing 10. In one embodiment, the humidifier further includes a door 17 disposed at the side mounting port 101 and movably coupled to the housing 10. Thus, during installation of the water tank 11, the second stop 113 is in mating contact with the first stop 102, indicating that the water tank 11 is installed in place. The tank 11 further includes a catch 112 provided on the outer wall 111. When the water tank 11 needs to be installed or taken out, the user can easily complete the operation by the hand-fastening portion 112, whereby the operation efficiency can be improved.
Since domestic water is generally added to the water tank 11, many impurities are present in the water. With the increase of the service time of the humidifier, dirt is easily accumulated in the water tank 11, and the water tank 11 needs to be cleaned. Thus, by providing the catch 112 on the outer wall 111 of the water tank 11, the user can easily pull out the water tank 11 from the inside of the housing 10. After the water tank 11 is cleaned, the user can easily push the water tank 11 into the housing 10 through the hand buckling part 112, and when the second stopping part 113 is in matched contact with the first stopping part 102, the water tank 11 is installed in place.

In one embodiment, the water tank 11 includes a filter cartridge assembly 115, a water storage chamber 116 below the filter cartridge assembly 115, and a water supply conduit 117 in communication with the water storage chamber 116. The cartridge assembly 115 includes a water supply line 1151 and a cartridge 1152, the water supply line 1151 being in communication with the water supply line 117. Thus, by employing a power device such as a submersible pump 118, water within the water storage chamber 116 is delivered into the water supply line 117 and then into the filter element 1152 via the water supply line 1151, leaving the filter element 1152 in a wet state, providing conditions for air humidification.
Since the water in the water tank 11 is contaminated, the filter 1152 needs to be replaced frequently as the humidifier is used for a longer time, and thus the water tank 11 is taken out many times in daily life. Through setting up knot hand 112 at water tank outer wall 111, the user can easily take out water tank 11, has promoted user experience greatly.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the humidifier generally further includes an air duct disposed in the water tank 11, a motor 13 disposed in the air duct, and an impeller 14 connected to the motor 13. When the motor 13 drives the impeller 14 to rotate, negative pressure is formed in the air duct, so that external air can conveniently enter the air duct through the air inlet 15 and is blown to the filter element 1152 to take away moisture in the filter element 1152, and then the air enters the air through the air outlet 16, so that the air is humidified. In one embodiment, the filter element 1152 includes an upper cover and filter paper. The upper cover body is provided with a water tank, and a plurality of water leakage holes are formed in the water tank. Thus, water can fall through the water leakage hole into the top of the filter paper and wet the whole filter paper under the action of gravity. The upper cover may be formed of a bracket, but is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, cartridge 1152 further includes a lower cover that provides a guide to direct excess moisture in cartridge 1152 into tank 11. The lower cover may be formed of a plate-like structure, but is not limited thereto.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the clasp portion 112 includes a first clasp 1121. The outer wall 111 of the water tank 11 includes a first portion 1111 exposed to the side mounting port 101, and a first catch 1121 is provided at the first portion 1111. The user can easily grasp the first clasp 1121 portion 112 at the side mounting port 101 to pull out the water tank 11. In one embodiment, the first clasp 1121 is equidistant from the side edges on the left and right sides of the side mounting opening 101. In other words, the first clasp 1121 is arranged centrally with respect to the left and right sides of the side mounting port 101. Thus, when the user grips the grip 112 and applies a pulling force thereto, the water tank 11 can be uniformly stressed, and can be easily pulled out. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a partial structure of a humidifier tub at an angle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, the first buckle 1121 is disposed on one side of the outer wall 111 of the water tank 11 along the first direction, and the two second buckles 1122 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the outer wall 111 of the water tank 11 along the second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, so that the user can be more handy in the process of carrying the water tank 11. In one embodiment, the first handle 1121 has a height greater than the second handle 1122 to facilitate the user's pushing in or pulling out of the tank 11.
In one embodiment, the first stopper 102 includes a first rib provided at a side edge of the side mounting port 101; the second stopping portion 113 comprises a second blocking rib arranged on the side portion of the outer wall 111, and the second blocking rib is used for being in limiting fit with the first blocking rib. Thereby, the effectiveness of the stop limit can be ensured without affecting the movement of the water tank 11. In one embodiment, the first stop 102 includes a first rib disposed on a side edge of the side mounting opening 101. The second stopping portion 113 includes a second rib disposed on a side portion of the outer wall 111 of the water tank. In another embodiment, the first stopping portion 102 includes two first blocking ribs, which are symmetrically disposed on the side edges of the left and right sides of the side mounting opening 101. The second stopping portion 113 comprises two second blocking ribs which are symmetrically arranged on two side portions of the outer wall 111 of the water tank respectively. In one embodiment, the first rib is provided to protrude on a portion of the side edge of the side mounting port 101 located on the inner side. Thus, when the door 17 is closed, the portion of the side edge of the side mounting opening 101 located outside can be matched with the door, which is advantageous for the stability of closing the door. It should be noted that, the first rib and the side edge of the side mounting opening 101 may be integrally formed or separately formed and then connected together. The second rib and the outer wall 111 of the water tank 11 may be integrally formed or separately formed and then connected together.
In one embodiment, the second buckle 1122 is located below the second rib. Thus, when the water tank 11 is taken out a short distance, the user can catch the second catch 1122, thereby improving the user experience.

In one embodiment, the housing 10 includes an inner sidewall 103 and a positioning portion 104 disposed on the inner sidewall 103; the outer wall 111 includes a second portion 1112 located within the side mounting port 101; the water tank 11 includes a positioning engaging portion 114 provided at the second portion 1112 and engaged with the positioning portion 104. Therefore, in the process of pushing the water tank 11, when the positioning portion 104 is matched with the positioning matching portion 114, the water tank 11 is mounted in place, and at the moment, the first stop portion 102 is also in limit matching with the second stop portion 113, so that double positioning of the water tank 11 is realized, and accuracy of the water tank 11 in place is improved.
