A bottom pivot assembly as defined in claim 3, wherein a height adjustable wedge bracket is supported below each of said left and right side stops; the wedge block support comprises a support steel frame, an upper wedge block, a lower wedge block, a baffle plate and a horizontal power driving piece; the upper wedge block is supported below the left limit piece or the right limit piece; the lower wedge block is connected to the top surface of the supporting steel frame in a sliding manner; the bottom of the support steel frame is connected with the pull rod bolster and the embedded part; the horizontal power driving piece acts on the lower wedge block; the baffle is arranged on the top surface of the supporting steel frame, and the baffle and the horizontal power driving piece are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the lower wedge block; the baffle is abutted against the first wedge block and a certain transverse movement gap is formed between the baffle and the lower wedge block.
