Description

Integrated efficient chemical deodorization system
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of chemical deodorization, and particularly relates to an integrated efficient chemical deodorization system.
Background
Chemical deodorization is a process of absorbing and removing gaseous pollutants in malodorous gas by chemical absorption solution. Absorption processes can be classified into co-current (co-current) absorption and counter-current (counter-current) absorption according to the form of gas-liquid contact. At present, reverse flow absorption is a main flow process of chemical deodorization technology, and has the advantages of higher absorption rate, but also has the defects of low mass transfer and reaction efficiency, easiness in flooding, high pressure loss and the like due to the fact that the contact area between gas and liquid is too small. The advantage of the gas-liquid co-current absorption is that the pressure drop is smaller, the gas speed and the liquid flow can be larger, the flooding phenomenon can not exist, and the size of the absorption equipment can be smaller. Therefore, on the premise of the advantage of the co-current absorption, the improvement of the mass transfer capacity is an important research direction.
Currently, patent CN104289078A provides a double-effect co-current seawater desulfurizing tower. The desulfurizing tower has desulfurizing efficiency of 96-99%, pressure drop of 110-440pa, air speed of 6-11m/s, no flooding, 40-70% reduced tower diameter and 35-65% reduced height compared with gas-liquid countercurrent desulfurizing tower. Patent CN111471499B provides a tubular concurrent gas-liquid contact absorber. The absorber improves turbulence effect in the gas-liquid contact process, improves gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency, has the advantages of compact structure, large treatment capacity, simple operation and the like, and can be used in a natural gas dehydration or deacidification process. The two patents improve mass transfer capacity and efficiency by optimizing tray and spray combinations or increasing gas-liquid turbulence effects. However, the above patent is not directed to the use of malodorous gas chemical absorption. In addition, the technology is found through a plurality of field practices and theoretical evidence: the double-effect parallel-flow seawater desulfurizing tower is complex, and the pressure drop of the tubular parallel-flow gas-liquid contact absorber is large.
Therefore, it is currently desirable to provide a high-efficiency chemical deodorizing system with co-current gas-liquid flow.
