The present application discloses a cover assembly 10 and a cooking appliance 100 having the cover assembly 10.
Exemplary embodiments according to the present application will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, a cooking appliance 100 according to the present application includes a lid assembly 10 and a pot assembly 50 according to the present application. The pot assembly 50 is used for cooking food, and the cover assembly 10 is used for constituting a cover of the cooking appliance 100, i.e., for covering the pot assembly 50, for example, the cover assembly 10 is connected to the pot assembly 50 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot assembly 50. When the lid assembly 10 is closed to the pot assembly 50, a cooking space 54 is formed between the lid assembly 10 and the pot assembly 50.
The pot assembly 50 is provided with a pot 51 for accommodating food materials, a heating device 52, a control device (not shown) and a lower temperature sensing probe (not shown). A pot 51 for holding food materials is removably provided in the pot assembly 50. When the cover assembly 10 covers the pot body assembly 50, a cooking space 54 is formed between the cover assembly 10 and the pot liner 51. The heating device 52 is disposed at the bottom of the pot body assembly 50 below the pot liner 51 to heat the food in the pot liner 51. The control device may be, for example, a micro control unit (Micro Control Unit, abbreviated as MCU) for implementing cooking control of the cooking appliance 100. The lower temperature sensing probe is used to detect the temperature of the pot bladder 51, and may be disposed at the bottom center of the pot body assembly 50 or at the side of the pot body assembly 50. A top temperature sensing probe 53 may also be provided on the cover assembly 10, the top temperature sensing probe 53 being used to detect the temperature of the top of the cooking space 54. The heating device 52, the lower temperature sensing probe and the top temperature sensing probe 53 are all electrically connected to the control device. The temperature sensing means feeds back the sensed temperature to the control device, so that the control device can realize more accurate control of, for example, the heating device 52 or the like based on the temperature information.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present application, the lid assembly 10 is connected with the pot body assembly 50 through the pivot shaft 16, the torsion spring 14 is disposed on the pivot shaft 16, and both ends of the torsion spring 14 respectively abut against the lid assembly 10 and the pot body assembly 50, so that the torsion spring 14 can apply an elastic force to the lid assembly 10 away from the pot body assembly 50. When the cover assembly 10 is opened, the cover assembly 10 may be sprung up to rotate about the pivot shaft 16 by the elastic force of the torsion spring 14. It will be appreciated that torsion spring 14 is located at the rear of cooking utensil 100 and that lid assembly 10 latches with pot assembly 50 at the front of cooking utensil 100.
In this application, the directional terms "upper", "lower", "front" and "rear" are those directions determined based on when the cooking appliance 100 is placed upright, faces a user in a normal use state, and the cover assembly 10 is in a closed state.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lid assembly 10 includes a face lid 12, a liner lid 20, and a removable lid. The face cover 12 is located at the outermost side (i.e., uppermost side) of the cover assembly 10 to constitute the outer shell of the cover assembly 10. A liner cap 20 is disposed below the face cap 12 and is connected to the face cap 12. For example, the liner cap 20 may be attached to the face cap 12 by fasteners or snaps. The liner cover 20 is mainly used to intensively mount various functional parts of the cover assembly 10, such as a sensor, etc., for sensing and controlling the operation state of the cooking appliance 100. The removable cover is located at the innermost (i.e., lowermost) side of the cover assembly 10 and is disposed below the liner cover 20. The removable cover is removably attached to the liner cover 20, such as by a snap-fit connection, to facilitate cleaning and replacement. The removable cover is adapted to face the cooking space 54, i.e., directly above the cooking space 54 when the cover assembly 10 is closed onto the pot 50.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lining cover 20 is provided with a lining cover locking portion 21A, and the detachable cover is provided with a detachable cover mounting portion 37 and a detachable cover locking portion 38. The detachable cover mounting portion 37 is configured to extend into a corresponding slot in the liner cover 20, and then the detachable cover latch portion 38 mates with the liner cover latch portion 21A to effect detachable connection of the detachable cover 30. Specifically, the detachable cover mounting part 37 and the detachable cover locking part 38 are arranged on opposite sides of the detachable cover 30, the detachable cover mounting part 37 is inserted into the lining cover 20, and the detachable cover locking part 38 and the lining cover locking part 21A are buckled to complete the assembly of the detachable cover 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the cover assembly 10 includes a ventilation chamber 13 for communicating the cooking space 54 of the cooking appliance 100 with the outside. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the liner 20 includes a liner body 21. As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the liner cap main body 21 includes a body portion 25 and a cavity portion 26, and the body portion 25 is located at the periphery of the cavity portion 26. The cavity portion 26 constitutes at least part of the cavity wall of the venting cavity 13. The cavity portion 26 is provided with at least a liner cooking cavity ventilation hole 22 and a liner outside communication hole 23. The side of the ventilation chamber 13 for facing the cooking space 54 is provided with a cooking chamber communication hole 33. The body portion 25 is formed integrally with the cavity portion 26 or is provided in separate pieces. The liner outside communication hole 23 is for communication with the outside. For example, the liner outside communication hole 23 communicates with the steam valve 62. Thus, the cooking space 54 communicates with the outside through the cooking chamber communication hole 33, the ventilation chamber 13, and the liner outside communication hole 23.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a communication hole opening and closing assembly 40. The communication hole opening and closing assembly 40 is provided in the liner cooking cavity vent hole 22 and movable with respect to the cover assembly 10 for opening or closing the cooking cavity communication hole 33. When the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40 opens the cooking cavity communication hole 33, the cooking space 54 communicates with the outside through the cooking cavity communication hole 33, the ventilation cavity 13, and the liner outside communication hole 23. At this time, the liner outside communication hole 23 may serve to release steam generated by cooking. When the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40 blocks the cooking cavity communication hole 33, the cooking space 54 is isolated from the environment at the cooking cavity communication hole 33.
For example, the liner cover 20 is provided with a driving assembly 63, and the driving assembly 63 is connected to the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40 through a lever assembly 61. The cooking chamber communication hole 33 is, for example, a hole in a horizontal plane, and the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40 is configured to move in a vertical direction. The lever assembly 61 is configured to be rotatable about a horizontal axis. The lever assembly 61 has one end connected to the driving assembly 63 and the other end connected to the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40. The driving assembly 63 serves to change the height of one end of the lever assembly 61, so that the height of the other end of the lever assembly 61 is changed, thereby driving the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40 to move up and down.
Preferably, the position of the liner cooking cavity vent hole 22 corresponds to the position of the cooking cavity communication hole 33. For example, in a projection in the up-down direction DH of the lid assembly 10, the cooking cavity communication hole 33 at least partially coincides with the liner lid cooking cavity vent hole 22. For example, in a projection in the up-down direction DH of the lid assembly 10, the center of the cooking cavity communication hole 33 coincides or substantially coincides with the center of the liner lid cooking cavity ventilation hole 22. Thereby facilitating the provision of the communication hole opening and closing assembly 40.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the liner cover body 21 is provided with a cooking cavity air inlet and outlet hole 29. The liner cap body 21 is also provided with an air flow generating device (not shown). The cooking chamber inlet and outlet holes 29 are in communication with the airflow generating means. As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the detachable cover 30 is provided with a detachable cover access hole 39 corresponding to the cooking cavity access hole 29. The removable cover air inlet and outlet hole 39 communicates with the cooking cavity air inlet and outlet hole 29, so that the air flow generating device communicates with the cooking space 54 through the cooking cavity air inlet and outlet hole 29 and the removable cover air inlet and outlet hole 39. The air flow generating means is configured as an air pump, for example, so that the air pump can suck air from the cooking space 54 from the detachable cover air inlet and outlet hole 39 or feed air to the cooking space 54. When the cooking chamber communication hole 33 is blocked, it is possible to achieve an air pressure in the cooking space 54 higher or lower than the ambient air pressure. When the cooking cavity communication hole 33 is opened, ambient air (cool air) may be introduced into the cooking space 54 to cool the cooking space 54.
In the illustrated embodiment, a removable cover is provided on the underside of the liner cover body 21, as shown in fig. 4, for example. The cap assembly 10 further includes a first sealing device 24. The first sealing means 24 is connected to the body portion 25 and/or the cavity portion 26 and surrounds the periphery of the cavity portion 26. When the removable cover 30 is mounted to the liner cover 20, the removable cover 30 contacts the first sealing device. In the projection in the up-down direction DH of the cap assembly 10, the region of the detachable cap 30 surrounded by the first sealing means is a corresponding region of the detachable cap 30. Wherein, the ventilation cavity 13 is formed among the cavity 26, the first sealing device 24 and the corresponding area of the detachable cover 30, and the corresponding area of the detachable cover 30 is provided with a cooking cavity communication hole 33. I.e. the venting chamber 13 is enclosed by the chamber portion 26 of the liner cap 20, the corresponding area of the removable cap 30 and the first sealing means 24. The cavity portion 26 generally forms a top wall of the venting cavity 13 and the corresponding region of the removable cover 30 generally forms a bottom wall of the venting cavity 13 and the first sealing device 24 generally forms a side wall of the venting cavity 13. It will be appreciated that the first seal 24 is configured in a cylindrical shape.
Preferably, the cavity portion 26 is recessed with respect to the body portion 25 toward a side of the liner cap body 21 facing away from the cooking space 54. The corresponding region of the detachable cover 30 is configured to be recessed toward the cooking space 54. The first sealing device 24 may be configured as a sealing ring. For example, the first sealing device 24 includes a sealing device connection portion, and the liner cap body 21 includes a body connection portion, with which the sealing device connection portion is connected (e.g., glued, sleeved, connected by other connectors, etc.) to connect the first sealing device to the liner cap body 21.
As shown in fig. 4, the detachable cover 30 includes a detachable cover main body 31 and a lower recess 32, and the lower recess 32 is recessed toward the cooking space 54 with respect to the detachable cover main body 31. A cooking chamber communication hole 33 is provided in the lower recess 32. Therefore, at least the region of the concave portion 32 surrounding the periphery of the cooking chamber communication hole 33 is a corresponding region of the detachable cover 30.
As shown in fig. 4, the body portion 25 and the cavity portion 26 are separate members, and the first sealing device 24 is connected between the cavity portion 26 and the body portion 25. Specifically, the body portion 25 is provided with a cavity portion aperture 27, and the cavity portion 26 is connected to an edge 27A of the cavity portion aperture 27 and/or a periphery of the edge 27A of the cavity portion aperture 27. Preferably, the cavity 26 is connected to the periphery of the edge 27A of the cavity opening 27 and serves to compress the first sealing means 24 to the body 25 at the periphery of the edge 27A of the cavity opening 27.
For example, the outer periphery of the first sealing device 24 is provided with a sealing device groove 24A, and the first sealing device 24 extends through the cavity opening 27 such that the inner periphery 27A of the cavity opening 27 is received in the sealing device groove 24A such that a portion of the first sealing device 24 is located on the upper side of the cavity opening 27 and a portion is located on the lower side of the cavity opening 27. The cavity 26 contacts and connects the body 25 from the upper side of the cavity opening 27. For example, the cavity 26 is provided with a cavity mounting portion 26A, and the body 25 is correspondingly provided with the cavity mounting portion 26A and the body mounting portion 25A connected by bolts. Thus, the cavity 26 presses the portion of the first sealing device 24 located on the upper side of the cavity opening 27 to the body 25 at the periphery of the edge 27A of the cavity opening 27.
In some embodiments not shown herein, the cavity 26 and the first sealing device 24 each extend through the cavity aperture 27, the cavity 26 being adapted to compress the first sealing device to the body portion 25 in a radial direction of the cavity aperture 27. For example, the cavity 26 is located inside the first sealing means 24, i.e. the inner periphery 27A of the cavity opening 27 contacts the outer surface of the first sealing means 24, the cavity 26 contacts the inner surface of the first sealing means 24, and the first sealing means 24 has a certain elasticity so as to be clamped between the cavity 26 and the inner periphery 27A of the cavity opening 27.
