Abstract

本实用新型既实现轮胎的免充气,又达到结构简 单,制作方便,同时又具有足够的强度与抗扎耐磨性 能,具有实用价值。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种可替代充气轮胎的内外合体实芯轮胎,属人力车轮胎类。
目前常见的自行车轮胎由内,外胎两部分组成,内胎套在外套内一起装于自行车辊轮上,充气以后乘骑舒适。但是在使用中经常受到漏气或轮胎被尖利物穿刺后完全泄气的因扰。近年来,有多人提出实芯轮胎,免充气轮胎的方案,但多半由于结构复杂不易实施,或者因强度低耐用性差等原因未能投入实际应用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种内外合体的实芯轮胎,希望其既实现轮胎的免充气、同时又希望其能结构简单,制作方便,而且在使用中具有足够的强度和耐磨防扎性。
本实用新型所提供的内外合体实芯轮胎由胎面胶层、密封胶层、海绵胶芯、帘布层组成,其特征是所述实芯轮胎的内部核心为海绵胶芯,由里向外依次同心圆状包裹着密封胶层和胎面胶层;同时在胎面胶层与密封胶层间的相应位置设置了起加强功能的帘布层。
根据以上技术方案设计的内外合体实芯轮胎,其优点是结构简单、制作方便,不仅具有充气轮胎类似的弹性,而且有较好的耐磨性、不用充气、不用修补,同时,由于在海绵胶芯外加了一层密封胶层提高了实芯轮胎的整体使用寿命及性能。
附图为本实用新型的结构示意图。
图中1为胎面胶层,2为密封胶层,3为海绵胶芯,4为帘布层。其具体结构是实芯轮胎的内部核心部为海绵胶芯3,由里向外依次同心圆状包裹着密封胶层2和胎面胶层1,并且在胎面胶层1与密封胶层2层间的相应位置设置了起加强胎体强度的帘布层4。

1、一种内外合体实芯轮胎由胎面胶层(1)、密封胶层(2)、海绵胶芯(3)、帘布层(4)组成,其特征是所述芯轮胎的内部核心为海绵胶芯(3),由里向外依次同心圆状包裹着密封胶层(2)和胎面胶层(1);同时在胎面胶层(1)与密封胶层(2)间的相应位置设置了起加强胎体强度的帘布层(4)。
