Detailed Description
The structure of the security door of the present utility model will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the present utility model provides an antitheft door including a door frame 100 and a door leaf 200, wherein the door frame 100 includes a door frame main body portion 110 and a door frame heightening portion 120.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the door frame main body 110 is provided to be hinged (i.e., rotatably coupled) with the door leaf 200, and the door frame main body 110 includes main body side frames 111 adapted to be fixed to a wall body at left and right sides, respectively. Illustratively, the door frame body 110 is hinged to the door leaf 200 by the body side frame 111, either one of the side frames may be hinged to the door leaf 200, or both the left and right side frames may be hinged to the door leaf 200, depending on whether the door leaf 200 is a single door leaf or a double door leaf (side-by-side door). In the present utility model, the door leaf 200 is hinged to the door frame main body 110, not to the door frame heightening portion 120. It is understood that the door leaf 200 and the door frame 100 may be connected or disconnected during transportation. The door frame main body 110 may have a top frame and/or a bottom frame in addition to the side frames, but this is not essential in the present utility model.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the door frame heightening portion 120 is provided at an upper end of the door frame 100 and is connected to the door frame main body 110 so as to be capable of being inserted and removed in a height direction of the security door, the door frame heightening portion 120 includes heightening portion side frames 121 corresponding to positions of the main body side frames 111 on left and right sides, respectively, and includes a heightening portion top frame 122 connected to a top end of the heightening portion side frames 121 on top. Illustratively, the door frame body portion 110 may be inserted by the door frame raised portion 120; alternatively, the door frame heightening portion 120 is inserted by the door frame main body portion 110; alternatively, other intermediate members are used to be inserted into the door frame raised portion 120 and the door frame main body 110, respectively. The raised portion side frame 121 may be integrally formed with the raised portion top frame 122, or may be formed by separate mounting. It will be appreciated that when the door frame raised portion 120 is connected to the door frame main portion 110 to form the integral door frame 100, the raised portion side frames 121 are connected to the main portion side frames 111 in a straight line to form the side frames of the door frame 100.
When the burglary-resisting door is used as the entrance door of a resident in a high-rise building, the burglary-resisting door is often required to be transported to the resident through an elevator in the resident building, and the elevator space limits the height of transported objects. According to the burglary-resisting door provided by the utility model, the door frame heightening part 120 is connected with the door frame main body part 110 in a pluggable manner, so that the door frame heightening part and the door frame main body part are detachable, and the door frame heightening part and the door frame main body part can be transported separately when necessary. Although the height of the door frame heightening portion 120 and the door frame main body portion 110 are still limited, the integral door frame 100 formed by connecting the two portions may exceed the height limitation, so as to better satisfy the requirement of customers for door height.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the door frame heightening portion 120 is connected to the door frame main body portion 110 by a connection 130 in such a manner as to be able to be inserted and withdrawn in the height direction of the security door.
Alternatively, one end of the connecting member 130 is inserted into the main body portion side frame 111, and the other end is inserted into the raised portion side frame 121. Illustratively, the parts of the main body part side frames 111 and the heightened part side frames 121, which are attached to the wall, are constructed in a hollow structure so that the connection member 130 can be inserted; alternatively, the main body side frame 111 and the raised side frame 121 are configured to have openings, and have receiving spaces, i.e., passages having a suitable length and width, inward from the openings so that the connection members 130 can be inserted. Illustratively, the main body side frames 111 and/or the elevated side frames 121 may be configured to have a suitable channel size such that the connection 130 may reside therein after being inserted into the main body side frames 111 and/or the elevated side frames 121.
Illustratively, when the door frame heightening portion 120 is connected with the door frame main body portion 110, the connector 130 may be inserted into the door frame main body portion 110, the door frame main body portion 110 may be constructed such that the connector 130 is retained therein, and then the door frame heightening portion 120 may be mounted on the connector 130, which corresponds to the door frame heightening portion 120 being inserted into the door frame main body portion 110; alternatively, the connector 130 is inserted into the door frame heightening portion 120, the door frame heightening portion 120 is constructed such that the connector 130 can be retained therein, and then the door frame heightening portion 120 is mounted on the door frame main body portion 110 through the connector 130, which corresponds to the door frame main body portion 110 being inserted by the door frame heightening portion 120.
In other embodiments, the connector 130 may be integrally formed with the door frame raised portion 120 or the door frame body portion 110.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4, there are two connectors, but in other embodiments there may be more connectors, or only one connector (e.g., two connectors as shown in fig. 3 and 4 are joined by a cross beam to form an integral "i" connector).
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the door frame 100 may further include a wrap 140, the wrap 140 wrapping at least the connection of the locking door frame body 110 and the door frame raised portion 120. Illustratively, the connection of the main body side frame 111 and the elevated side frame 121 is tightly wrapped with an aluminum profile or steel material.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the door frame raised portion 120 includes a raised portion panel 123 configured to be received within a frame enclosed by a raised portion side frame 121 and a raised portion top frame 122. The raised portion panel 123 may be integrally formed with the raised portion side frame 121 and the raised portion top frame 122, or may be formed by being mounted separately from the raised portion side frame 121 and the raised portion top frame 122.
When the door frame heightening portion 120 has the heightening portion panel 123, the door frame heightening portion 120 corresponds to a heightened door lintel (or referred to as a heightened door head) of the security door, and is mounted on the top end of the security door, so that the security door looks high and beautiful in appearance. When the door frame heightening portion 120 does not have the heightening portion panel 123, the door frame heightening portion 120 can be simply used to heighten the door frame, and also can make the burglary-resisting door appear to be large in appearance.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the door frame heightening portion 120 includes a heightening portion bottom plate 124, the heightening portion bottom plate 124 is located at a bottom side of a heightening portion panel 123 and extends toward an indoor direction when the antitheft door is installed, and the heightening portion panel 123 is perpendicular to the heightening portion bottom plate 124, forming an "L" type structure. It will be appreciated that the raised panel 123 may be integrally formed with the raised floor 124 or formed as a separate piece.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, the door frame main body 110 includes a main body top frame 112, the main body top frame 112 is connected to the top end of the main body side frame 111, and the main body top frame 112 is adapted to cooperate with the raised portion bottom plate 124, so that the contact area of the door frame raised portion 120 with the door frame main body 110 can be increased, and the door frame raised portion 120 can be more firmly fixed to the door frame main body 110.
It will be appreciated that the raised floor 124 and/or the body portion top frame 112 are not required. The main body top frame 112 is generally used for isolating the door leaf 200 from a wall, and plays a role in protecting the door leaf 200. In the embodiment provided in the present utility model, the raised bottom plate 124 may also replace the main body top frame 112 to isolate the door leaf 200 from the wall.
The door frame 100 of the security door may be further divided into an outdoor frame, an indoor frame, and a door jamb. The outdoor frame is a frame strip arranged outside the house and attached to the wall, the indoor frame is a frame strip arranged inside the house and attached to the wall, and the door frame is a frame strip arranged inside the door opening of the wall and used for spacing the door leaf 200 from the wall. It will be appreciated that when the security door requires custom heightened lintel, i.e. the door frame 100 includes a door frame heightened portion 120, the door frame heightened portion 120 tends to exceed the height of the wall door opening, in which case the door frame heightened portion 120 may have only an outdoor frame without an indoor frame and a door jamb.
Alternatively, the door leaf 200 is provided so as to be able to be accommodated in the door frame main body 110, i.e., the height of the door leaf 200 does not exceed the height of the door frame main body 110.
Alternatively, the door leaf 200 includes a door leaf main body portion 210 and a door leaf heightening portion 220 (not shown in the drawings), the door leaf main body portion 210 is provided so as to be able to be accommodated in the door frame main body portion 110, the door leaf heightening portion 220 is provided so as to be located at an upper end of the door leaf 200 and so as to be able to cover at least a part of the door frame heightening portion 220, and the door leaf 200 is able to be accommodated in the door frame 100. That is, the height of the door main body 210 does not exceed the height of the door main body 110, and the door heightening portion 220 is provided such that the height of the entire door 200 exceeds the height of the door main body 110, while controlling the height of the entire door 200 does not exceed the height of the door frame 100. It will be appreciated that the dimensions of the door leaf elevation 220 may be arranged appropriately according to the actual needs, i.e. the height of the door leaf 200. It is understood that the thickness of the door leaf elevation 220 may be smaller than the thickness of the door leaf main body 210, so that the door leaf elevation 220 is not obstructed by the door frame elevation 120 or the outdoor wall when the door is closed.
By providing the door main body 210 and the door heightening portion 220, the door 200 can adapt to the structure of the heightened door frame 100, and the door of the security door can be seen to be high in appearance.
Alternatively, the door leaf heightening portion 220 is provided to be detachably connected with the door leaf main body portion 210 to facilitate separate transportation, so that the door leaf 200 can be constructed higher.
The door main body 210 and the door raising portion 220 may be integrally formed, may be detachably attached to each other, or may be detachably attached to each other.
It will be appreciated that the door leaf elevation is relative to the usual door leaf height (i.e. not higher than the door leaf height of the door frame body 110) and does not mean that the door leaf body 210 and the door leaf elevation 220 must be two separate modules, which may be integrated higher than the door leaf 200 of the door frame body 110 without demarcation. When the door main body 210 and the door heightening portion 220 are detachably formed, they may be fixedly attached or detachably connected to each other.
However, if the door main body portion 210 is integrally formed with the door heightening portion 220 or is detachably and fixedly formed as the door 200, there may be a problem in that the height is too high to carry in an elevator of a residential building when transporting the door 200. To solve this problem, the door main body 210 and the door heightening portion 220 may be separately transported, and when the door main body 210 and the door heightening portion 220 are sent to a destination (a door opening of a resident), the door main body 210 may be connected and mounted.
The foregoing describes preferred embodiments of the utility model, but the spirit and scope of the utility model is not limited to the specific disclosure herein. Those skilled in the art can devise numerous embodiments and applications which, together with their teachings, embody the spirit and scope of the utility model. The spirit and scope of the present utility model are not limited by the specific embodiments, but by the appended claims.
