Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种微型电泵,含有电机、叶 轮、泵体外壳,其特征是电机轴上套置有磁环固定及 主动磁环,叶轮内装有从动磁环,并置入与泵体外壳 相连接的从动轴中,叶轮的底部呈弧形,并且泵体内 罩将主动磁环与从动磁环相隔离。这种微型电泵利 用磁力传递转动,省掉了润滑室,因而具有结构简单、 易于维修的特点。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种微型电泵。
现有的微型电泵是水泵和电动机同轴组合成一体,其传动轴、泵体、泵壳、叶轮都是金属件,工作时易产生磨损,因此,还要设置油室以供润滑,这使得现有的微型电泵结构趋以复杂。
本实用新型旨在提供一种结构简单、摩擦力小的微型电泵。
本实用新型提出的微型电泵含电机、叶轮、泵体外壳,其特征是电机轴上设置有磁环固定片及主动磁环,水泵叶轮内装有从动磁环,与泵体内罩呈点状接触,水泵叶轮定位在水泵外壳的从动轴上,并且可绕从动轴转动,泵体内罩将主动磁环与从动磁环相隔离。当电机带动主动磁环转动时,因磁力的作用,从动磁环也随之转动,因而带动水泵叶轮转动,从而使本实用新型提出的微型水泵具有抽水的功能。
由于本实用新型利用主动磁环的转动带动从动磁环转动,正是这种利用磁力传递转动的结构省掉了提供润滑的供油室,使得本实用新型提出的微型电泵结构简单,紧凑、便以维修。
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
附图是本实用新型实施例的结构示意图。
图中,1是电机,2是泵架体,3是铜套,4是磁环固定片,5是十字螺钉,6是主动磁环,7是水泵固定架,8是泵体内罩,9是密封圈,10是泵体外壳,11是从动磁环,12是水泵叶轮,13是从动轴。
参照附图,电机1固定在泵架体2上,泵架体2与泵体外壳10相联接,铜套3与电机轴、磁环固定片4配合起传动作用,水泵固定架用于固定水泵,泵体内罩8由无吸磁性材料制成,它作为水泵叶轮12底部的半球型顶轴支承,密封圈9起密封作用,泵体外壳10可采用塑料件,内装有与叶轮12连接的从动轴13,叶轮12内装有从动磁环11,叶轮12底部的半球型顶轴与泵体内罩呈点状接触,参照附图,用十字螺钉5紧固上述各部件即可制得本实用新型提出的微型电泵。

Claims (1)

1、一种微型电泵,含有电机(1)、叶轮(12),泵体外壳(10),其特征是:
1)电机轴上套置有磁环固定片(4)及主动磁环(6);
2)叶轮(12)内装有从动磁环(11),并置入与泵体外壳(10)相连接的从动轴(13)中,叶轮(12)的底部呈弧型,并且与泵体内罩(8)点状接触;
3)泵体内罩(8)将主动磁环(6)与从动磁环(11)相隔离。
