Further, the rear cover 40 is provided with an opening 41, and the annular rib 3131 is embedded into the opening 41, so that the display assembly 50 installed in the groove 3132 can display information to the rear side of the cleaning device 100 through the opening 41, thereby improving the convenience of a user in acquiring operation information.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the cleaner (i.e., the cleaning apparatus 100) has a bracket 31, a display screen (i.e., the display assembly 50) is installed at an end of the bracket 31 to face backward, and a rear cover 40 is provided with a through hole or a transparent structure at a position corresponding to the display screen so that contents of the display screen can be observed through the rear cover. In this embodiment, the through hole is formed in the rear cover, and in other embodiments, the content displayed on the display screen may be seen through by using a transparent structure.
In some specific examples of the utility model, the post-motor filter may include two parts, and since the end of the bracket 31 is used for installing the display screen, the positions of two sides are still free, and by the structural design of the bracket 31 and the structural design of the post-motor filter of the two parts, the structure of the bracket 31 and the internal space thereof can be fully utilized, and the arrangement of the structures is reasonably arranged, so that the overall structure of the dust collector is more compact, and the machine is miniaturized.
In some specific examples of the present utility model, a second filter assembly may be disposed in the main body 10, where the second filter assembly includes a first filter, a second filter, and a motor pre-filter, and a first dust collecting space is disposed between the first filter and the second filter, and a second dust collecting space is disposed between the second filter and the motor pre-filter, and the first dust collecting space and the second dust collecting space may be used to collect dust filtered from an airflow.
The airflow path of the cleaning apparatus 100 may be: the air flow enters the air inlet pipe from the inlet 60, dust and air enter the main body 10 from the side part of the main body 10, the dust falls into the first dust collecting space after being filtered by the first-stage filter, the air flow containing a small amount of dust continuously enters the second-stage filter for filtering, the filtered fine dust falls into the second dust collecting space, the air flow continuously enters the motor pre-filter for filtering and then flows towards the motor, and finally the air flow passes through the motor post-filter and is discharged from the outlet 70.
Specifically, dust and air enter from the suction port 60, enter the main body 10 tangentially through the inlet 60, and spin down along the sidewall of the main body 10 to the first dust collecting space of the main body 10 under the centrifugal force. The lower part of the filtering net cover (namely the first-stage filter) is provided with a flanging which forms a certain angle with the horizontal direction (wherein the horizontal direction is the same as the axis direction), and the downward flanging of the filtering net cover (namely the first-stage filter) can prevent dust entering the bottom by centrifugal force from entering the multi-cone cyclone (namely the second-stage filter) again, so that the total amount of the dust entering the multi-cone cyclone (namely the second-stage filter) is effectively reduced. Part of the dust passes through the filter screen (i.e. the first-stage filter) and enters the multi-cone cyclone (i.e. the second-stage filter); similarly, under the action of centrifugal force, dust rotates downwards to the second dust collecting space at the bottom along the wall of the multi-cone cyclone (namely the second-stage filter), and gas enters the motor pre-filter through the porous wind-passing channel at the dust-gas separating port and then enters the motor, and is filtered by the motor post-filter and then is discharged. The cyclone filter is arranged twice, the cyclone mechanism with multiple cones is adopted for the secondary filtering, the separation efficiency of dust and air can be greatly increased, the frequency of cleaning the filter is reduced, and the service life of the filter is prolonged.
The scheme is that the motor pre-filter and the motor post-filter (namely the first filter assembly 30) are arranged, so that the motor air inlet end and the motor air outlet end are both provided with the filter, and the separation efficiency is improved.
This case is through setting up the display screen on support 31 to utilize the structure installation motor post-filter of support 31, rational utilization's space makes complete machine structure compacter, and avoided the display screen to drop the damage.
