Referring to fig. 1, the present utility model provides a toothbrush head 100, wherein the toothbrush head 100 comprises two clamp assemblies 10 and a power assembly 30. The jig assembly 10 includes a jig 11, bristles 12, and an elastic member 13 (shown in fig. 2), the jig 11 is provided with a clamping groove 111, the bristles 12 are disposed inside the clamping groove 111, the opening directions of the clamping grooves 111 of the two jig assemblies 10 are opposite, and the elastic member 13 is disposed outside a bottom wall 113 of the jig 11. The power assembly 30 is connected to the two clamp assemblies 10, the power assembly 30 is used for driving the two clamp assemblies 10 to approach each other or to separate from each other, and the elastic member 13 is used for limiting the stroke of the two clamp assemblies 10 toward each other.
The two clamping grooves 111 with opposite opening directions are respectively used for accommodating the upper teeth and the lower teeth of a person, and under the condition that the teeth extend into the clamping grooves 111, the bristles 12 arranged in the clamping grooves 111 wrap the teeth, and the power assembly 30 can drive the two clamp assemblies 10 to reciprocate to move close to each other and away from each other, so that the bristles 12 reciprocate up and down to clean the teeth. In this way, the toothbrush head 100 can clean the upper teeth and the lower teeth of a person at the same time, and the bristles 12 wrap the teeth, so that the inner and outer sides of the teeth and the occlusal surfaces can be cleaned at the same time, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
When the upper teeth and the lower teeth of a person are respectively inserted into the clamping grooves 111 of the two jig assemblies 10, if the bite pressure of the upper and lower teeth is excessively large, the two jigs 11 may collide, which may cause damage to the jigs 11 on the one hand, and vibration caused by the collision may injure the teeth on the other hand. The outside of the bottom wall 113 of the toothbrush head 100 according to the embodiment of the present utility model means the side of the bottom wall 113 facing away from the opening direction of the clip groove 111, and thus, when the two clip assemblies 10 are close to each other, the elastic member 13 is located between the two clips 11 to limit the stroke of the two clip assemblies 10 close to each other, so that the collision of the bottom wall 113 of the two clips 11 can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the elastic element 13 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom wall 113 of one of the two clamps 11, the elastic element 13 is not arranged on the bottom wall 113 of the other clamp 11, when the two clamp assemblies 10 are close to each other by upper and lower teeth in a meshed mode, the elastic element 13 collides with the bottom wall 113 of the other clamp 11 to avoid collision of the two clamps 11, and when the elastic element 13 collides, a certain deformation is generated to reduce the impact of the collision, so that the bottom wall 113 of the clamp 11 is prevented from being damaged by the impact, and on the other hand, the vibration of the teeth caused by the impact can be reduced.
In yet another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the outer sides of the bottom walls 113 of one of the two jigs 11 are respectively provided with the elastic members 13, and the position of the elastic member 13 on one of the bottom walls 113 corresponds to the position of the elastic member 13 on the other bottom wall 113. In this way, when the upper and lower teeth bite to bring the two jig assemblies 10 close to each other, the elastic member 13 on one bottom wall 113 collides with the elastic member 13 on the other bottom wall 113 to reduce the impact of the collision, the impact caused by the collision between the two elastic members 13 is small, the bottom wall 113 of the jig 11 can be prevented from being damaged by the impact, and the vibration of the teeth caused by the impact can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the fixture 11 includes an inner wall 114, an outer wall 115, and a bottom wall 113 connecting the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115. Referring to fig. 3, the bottom wall 113 is arc-shaped, the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 extend along a vertical direction relative to the bottom wall 113, and a clamping groove 111 is formed between the inner wall 114, the outer wall 115 and the bottom wall 113. Wherein the inner wall 114 extends in a vertical direction from an inner arc of the bottom wall 113 and the outer wall 115 extends in a vertical direction from an outer arc of the bottom wall 113.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the arc-shaped bottom wall 113 has a "U" shape, and the orthographic projection of the "U" shaped bottom wall 113 in the oral cavity along the vertical direction can cover the entire gum, so that the teeth of the upper row and the lower row in the oral cavity are both in the orthographic projection range of the bottom wall 113. In this way, in the case of cleaning teeth using the brush head 100, all teeth of the upper and lower rows in the oral cavity can be inserted into the grip groove 111, and cleaning efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in still another embodiment, the arc-shaped bottom wall 113 is half of a "U", and the orthographic projection of the bottom wall 113 in the vertical direction in the oral cavity can cover the gums on the left half side or the right half side in the oral cavity, so that the teeth of the upper row and the lower row in the half of the oral cavity are within the orthographic projection range of the bottom wall 113. In the case of cleaning teeth using the brush head 100, teeth in one half of the oral cavity can be cleaned by the brush head 100, and then the direction of the brush head 100 in the oral cavity can be changed so that teeth in the other half of the oral cavity can be inserted into the clip groove 111 for cleaning. The half of the brush head 100 having the "U" shaped bottom wall 113 can save material on the one hand and have a smaller overall size on the other hand, and can be more easily placed in the mouth and the position of the brush head 100 in the mouth can be more easily adjusted than the brush head 100 having the "U" shaped bottom wall 113.

In some embodiments, the clamp 11 is an elastic material, such as an elastic plastic, an elastic metal, etc., without limitation. The elasticity of the jig 11 causes the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 to have a clamping force directed toward the inside of the clamping groove 111, so that in the case that teeth are inserted into the clamping groove 111, the clamping force provided by the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 pushes the bristles 12 on the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 to clamp the teeth, thereby ensuring the bristles 12 to be fitted with the teeth and improving the cleaning effect.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a plurality of first gaps 1141 are formed in the inner wall 114 at intervals, a plurality of second gaps 1151 are formed in the outer wall 115 at intervals, each first gap 1141 corresponds to one second gap 1151, a plurality of bristles 12 are disposed on a side of the inner wall 114 facing the outer wall 115 at intervals with the first gaps 1141, and a plurality of bristles 12 are disposed on a side of the outer wall 115 facing the inner wall 114 at intervals with the second gaps 1151. The fixture 11 has certain elasticity, when teeth with different sizes extend into the clamping groove 111, the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 can be spread out to different degrees, and when the inner wall 114 is spread out, the wall surfaces on the left side and the right side of the first gap 1141 can be deformed to different degrees by the plurality of first gaps 1141 arranged on the inner wall 114, so that the wall surfaces on different positions of the inner wall 114 adapt to the tooth deformation with different sizes to match the shape of a dental arch; similarly, the plurality of second gaps 1151 provided on the outer wall 115 allow the wall surfaces on the left and right sides of the second gaps 1151 to deform to different degrees when the outer wall 115 is stretched, so that the wall surfaces on different positions of the outer wall 115 can adapt to the tooth deformation of different sizes to match the shape of the dental arch.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, a plurality of bristles 12 are disposed on a side of the bottom wall 113 facing the inside of the clamping groove 111, the plurality of bristles 12 including first bristles 121 and second bristles 123 staggered with each other, the first bristles 121 extending in a first direction relative to the bottom wall 113, and the second bristles 123 extending in a second direction relative to the bottom wall 113. If the bristles 12 for cleaning the occlusal surface of the teeth are perpendicular to the occlusal surface, the perpendicular bristles 12 are difficult to clean the concave portions, and effective cleaning of the occlusal surface is difficult to achieve. In the embodiment of the present utility model, the first bristles 121 and the second bristles 123 for cleaning the occlusal surface are crossed with each other, so that the recess of the occlusal surface can be more easily cleaned, and the cleaning effect can be improved.

The angle θ2 between the second direction and the bottom wall 113 ranges from [ -85 °, -45 ° ], e.g., the angle θ2 between the second direction and the bottom wall 113 ranges from-45 °, -50 °, -55 °, -60 °, -65 °, -70 °, -75 °, -80 °, -85 °, etc., not being listed here.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the clamp 11 is a metal bent sheet material with a certain deformability. In one embodiment, the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 of the jig 11 are bent to some extent toward the inside of the jig groove 111 to provide a clamping force to the teeth.
In certain embodiments, the clamp assembly 10 further comprises a soft sleeve 14, the soft sleeve 14 wrapping the outer surface of the clamp 11, and the bristles 12 are disposed on the soft sleeve 14. The soft sleeve 14 can protect the oral cavity from being cut by the metal clip 11. In one embodiment, the soft sleeve 14 may be over-molded, double-molded, or the like around the outer surface of the clamp 11, without limitation.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the clamp assembly 10 further includes a first abutment 15 and a second abutment 16. The side of the first pressing member 15 facing the inner wall 114 is connected to the inner wall 114, the side of the first pressing member 15 facing away from the inner wall 114 is provided with bristles 12, and the first pressing member 15 is used for providing pressure to the bristles 12 facing the outer wall 115. The side of the second pressing member 16 facing the outer wall 115 is connected to the outer wall 115, the side of the second pressing member 16 facing away from the outer wall 115 is provided with bristles 12, and the second pressing member 16 is used for providing pressure to the bristles 12 facing the inner wall 114. In this way, in the case that the teeth are inserted into the clamping groove 111, the pressure provided by the first and second pressing members 15 and 16 makes the bristles 12 on the inner and outer sides of the teeth closely contact the teeth, ensuring close fitting of the bristles 12 and the teeth, and improving cleaning ability.
In some embodiments, the clamp 11 is a hard support structure material, such as a hard metal material, a hard plastic material, etc., without limitation. The first pressing member 15 and the second pressing member 16 are elastic materials, such as elastic plastics, elastic metals, etc., and are not limited herein. When the teeth extend into the clamping groove 111, the first pressing piece 15 and the second pressing piece 16 are pressed by the teeth to generate certain deformation, and the first pressing piece 15 presses towards the teeth direction and the inner wall 114 direction for restoring the deformation, and the clamp 11 is made of a hard supporting structural material, so that the pressing force of the first pressing piece 15 to the inner wall 114 does not cause deformation of the inner wall 114, and the first pressing piece 15 provides the pressing force to the teeth direction when the teeth extend into the clamping groove 111, so that the bristles 12 are closely attached to the inner sides of the teeth; similarly, the squeezing force of the second abutment 16 against the outer wall 115 does not cause deformation of the outer wall 115, so that the second abutment 16 provides a squeezing force against the teeth in the direction of the teeth with the teeth extending into the slot 111, bringing the bristles 12 into close proximity to the outside of the teeth.
In some embodiments, the first pressing member 15 and the second pressing member 16 are respectively mounted on the inner wall 114 and the outer wall 115 by using a snap connection, welding, gluing, etc., which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the first and second pressure members 15, 16 are V-shaped plates comprising first and second plates 1561, 1562 connected, the first plate 1561 being adapted to connect to the inner wall 114 or the outer wall 115, the second plate 1562 being provided with bristles 12 on a side facing away from the first plate 1561. With the teeth extending into the slot 111, the second plate 1562 is compressed adjacent to the first plate 1561 and provides a compressive force on the bristles 12 toward the teeth. That is, one end of first plate 1561 is connected to one end of second plate 1562, and the other end, which is not connected between first plate 1561 and second plate 1562, is opened, so that the entire V-shaped plate has a V-shape. With teeth extending into slot 111, second plate 1562 is squeezed away from home and toward first plate 1561, during which time the V-shaped plate accumulates spring force that tends to return second plate 1562 away from first plate 1561 to home, causing second plate 1562 to squeeze bristles 12, providing a squeezing force against bristles 12 toward the teeth, causing bristles 12 to abut against the teeth.
In some embodiments, first plate 1561 is ultrasonically welded to inner wall 114 and outer wall 115 to ensure that first plate 1561 is flush with the mounting surfaces of inner wall 114 and outer wall 115.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the clamp assembly 10 further includes a bristle substrate 17 and a compression module 18. The bristle substrate 17 is disposed in the clip groove 111, and includes an inner plate 171, an outer plate 172, and a bottom plate 173 connecting the inner plate 171 and the outer plate 172, wherein the inner sides of the inner plate 171, the outer plate 172, and the bottom plate 173 are provided with bristles 12, respectively. The pressing module 18 is disposed between the jig 11 and the bristle substrate 17 for providing pressing force to the inner plate 171, the outer plate 172 and the bottom plate 173. In this way, the extrusion module 18 can provide extrusion forces in three directions for the bristle substrate 17, so that the bristles 12 can be tightly attached to and wrap the teeth, and the cleaning effect is improved.
In certain embodiments, the extrusion die set 18 includes a first extrusion 181, a second extrusion 182, and a third extrusion 182. The first extrusion 181 connects the inner plate 171 and the inner wall 114, the second extrusion 182 connects the outer plate 172 and the outer wall 115, and the third extrusion 182 connects the bottom plate 173 and the bottom wall 113. In the case where teeth are protruded into the bristle substrate 17, the first, second and third pressing members 181, 182 and 182 are pressed to provide pressing forces toward the teeth to the inner plate 171, the outer plate 172 and the bottom plate 173, respectively. The first extrusion 181, the second extrusion 182, and the third extrusion 182 can provide extrusion forces from three different directions, allowing the bristles 12 to cling to and wrap around teeth.
In certain embodiments, the first extrusion 181, the second extrusion 182, and the third extrusion 182 are air cushions. On the one hand, the air cushion has good buffering performance, and can avoid damage caused by larger impact applied to the clamp 11 when the extrusion module 18 is extruded; on the other hand, the air cushion has better deformability and can adapt to the extrusion of teeth with different sizes and different dimensions.
Referring to fig. 9, in one embodiment, the first extrusion 181, the second extrusion 182, and the third extrusion 182 are air cushions independent of each other. In this way, the air contents of the first pressing member 181, the second pressing member 182, and the third pressing member 182 can be independently adjusted to adjust the pressing forces to the inner plate 171, the outer plate 172, and the bottom plate 173, respectively. Specifically, the higher the air content of the air cushion, the greater the pressing force that the air cushion can provide, and the more the bristles 12 at the bristle base 17 on the opposite side of the air cushion can be brought into close contact with the teeth.
Referring to fig. 10, in still another embodiment, the first, second and third extrusions 181, 182 and 182 are air cushions in communication with each other. In this manner, the first extrusion 181, the second extrusion 182, and the third extrusion 182 are conveniently and uniformly ventilated or evacuated to dynamically adjust the extrusion force provided by the extrusion die set 18 to the bristles 12.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the power assembly 30 includes an airbag. The airbag brings the two clamp assemblies 10 away from each other in the case of inflation; the bladder, in the contracted condition, brings the two clamp assemblies 10 toward each other. By repeating the operations of inflating and deflating the air bag, the air bag can be driven to repeatedly drive the two clamp assemblies 10 to switch between being close to each other and being far away from each other, so that the bristles 12 brush teeth up and down, and cleaning of the teeth is achieved. The thrust provided by the expansion of the air bag is mild, so that the power assembly 30 can be prevented from providing larger thrust when driving the two clamp assemblies 10 away from each other, and causing larger impact on teeth to cause damage to the teeth. In other embodiments, the power assembly 30 may also be a push rod assembly, an elastically telescoping assembly, etc., without limitation.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the clamp assembly 10 includes a bristle substrate 17 and a compression module 18, the compression module 18 includes a first compression member 181, a second compression member 182, and a third compression member 182, and the first compression member 181, the second compression member 182, and the third compression member 182 are air cushions in communication with each other. Wherein the air cushion composed of the first pressing member 181, the second pressing member 182 and the third pressing member 182 is communicated with the air bag (power unit 30). In the case of balloon inflation, the cushion also inflates so that when the two clamp assemblies 10 move away from each other and toward the gums, the bristles 12 on the bristle substrate 17 are brought into close proximity and wrap around the teeth as the cushion expands. After cleaning is completed, in the case of balloon deflation, the cushion also deflates to release the compression of the fixture assembly 10 against the teeth, allowing the brush head 100 to be easily removed from the mouth.
