In some embodiments, the first transmission mechanism includes a first transmission motor 91 and a first rack-and-pinion mechanism 92, the output shaft of the first transmission motor 91 is connected with a gear in the first rack-and-pinion mechanism 92, and racks in the first rack-and-pinion mechanism 92 extend along a first direction, and the length matches with the length of the shelf 1 (the length extending along the first direction), so as to ensure that the storage unit cells 112 arranged along the first direction can store the commodity box 7 on a certain height of the shelf 1; the first rack and pinion mechanism 92 may be replaced with a belt transmission mechanism as long as the second slide rail 32 can be driven to reciprocate in the first direction.
In a further embodiment, the second transmission mechanism comprises a second transmission motor 93 and a second belt transmission mechanism 94, an output shaft of the second transmission motor 93 is connected with a belt wheel in the second belt transmission mechanism 94, a sliding rail in the second belt transmission mechanism 94 extends along a second direction, and the length of the sliding rail is matched with the height (the length extending along the second direction) of the goods shelf 1, so that the goods shelf 1 can store the goods boxes 7 at a certain position of the goods shelf 1 through the storage cells 112 arranged along the second direction; the second belt transmission mechanism 94 may be replaced by a rack and pinion transmission mechanism as long as the tray 33 can be driven to reciprocate in the second direction.
In a further embodiment, the first rotation mechanism includes a first rotation motor, where an output shaft of the first rotation motor may be directly connected to the gripping device 4, or may be connected to the gripping device 4 through a belt mechanism and a plurality of meshed gear mechanisms, so long as the first rotation mechanism is guaranteed to be capable of driving the gripping device 4 to rotate along a rotation axis parallel to the second direction, it should be understood that the gripping device 4 may rotate at least 180 degrees, or may also rotate 360 degrees; through the cooperation among the first drive mechanism, the second drive mechanism and the first rotation mechanism, the clamping device 4 is quickly and accurately moved to the position of the storage unit cell 112 on the goods shelf 1 on the appointed two sides.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the second slide rail 32 is slidably connected to the first slide rail 31 by the first pulley guide mechanism 95, and the tray 33 is slidably connected to the second slide rail 32 by the second pulley guide mechanism 96, so that not only the frictional wear between the two sliding members can be reduced, but also the overall stability can be improved.
In some embodiments, the gripping device 4 comprises: a frame 41, a telescopic mechanism 42, an opening and closing mechanism 43 and a clamping mechanism 44; the frame 41 is provided on the turret 34; the clamping mechanism 44 comprises a clamping frame 441 and two opposite clamping jaws 442, and the two clamping jaws 442 are slidably arranged on the clamping frame 441 along a third direction; the opening and closing mechanism 43 is arranged on the clamping frame 441, and the opening and closing mechanism 43 is correspondingly connected with the two clamping jaws 442 and used for driving the two clamping jaws 442 to approach or separate from each other in the third direction; the telescopic mechanism 42 is arranged on the frame 41 and connected with the clamping frame 441, and the telescopic mechanism 42 drives the clamping frame 441 to move in the fourth direction; the third direction and the fourth direction are mutually perpendicular and are positioned on the same horizontal plane; it should be understood that the third direction and the fourth direction do not refer to a single direction, but include opposite directions.
The gripping device 4 uses the opening and closing mechanism 43 to drive the two gripping claws 442 on the gripping mechanism 44 to move along the third direction so as to achieve the actions of gripping and depositing articles, uses the telescopic mechanism 42 to drive the gripping rack 441 on the gripping mechanism 44 to move along the fourth direction so as to achieve the actions of feeding the gripping claws 442 into the storage unit cell 112 or the upper unit cell 122 area on the goods shelf 1 and withdrawing the gripping claws 442 gripping articles from the storage unit cell 112 or the upper unit cell 122 area; the whole device completely reciprocates on the horizontal plane, so that the device is simple in structure and can be easily stretched into a narrow space to finish grabbing work.
It should be noted that, since most of the commodity boxes 7 are rectangular or cylindrical, the clamping device 4 can meet the clamping requirement by clamping the commodity boxes 7 through two oppositely arranged clamping jaws 442, and can ensure enough clamping strength; with continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the gripping jaw 442 has a plate-like structure extending in the fourth direction, and its own planar structure can be well attached to the side surface of the article box 7 to be gripped, so as to ensure a contact area therebetween and increase friction.
It should be noted that, when the height of the clamping jaw 442 is greater than the height of the commodity box 7, the height of the storage unit cell 112 is set to be 8-10mm greater than the height of the clamping jaw 442, and when the height of the clamping jaw 442 is less than the height of the commodity box 7, the height of the storage unit cell 112 is set to be 8-10mm greater than the height of the commodity box 7, so that the whole goods shelf 1 can have more layers of storage unit cells 112, and the space utilization rate and the storage capacity of the whole movable automatic sales counter can be obviously improved.
In some embodiments, the frame 41 is provided with a bottom plate 411, and the bottom plate 411 is horizontally arranged below the two clamping jaws 442 and is used for supporting the articles clamped by the clamping jaws 442; by the arrangement of the bottom plate 411, the clamping mechanism 44 is enabled to be in a clamping state after the commodity box 7 is taken out of the commodity placing area, the commodity box 7 can be placed through the bottom plate 411, so that the mechanical structure of the clamping mechanism 44 is better protected, and the risk that the commodity box 7 falls off from the clamping jaw 442 is reduced.
In a further embodiment, the inner sides of the two clamping jaws 442 facing each other are provided with a baffle 4421, and the projections of the two baffles 4421 in the third direction coincide, so that when the baffles 4421 push the commodity box 7 in the fourth direction, the commodity box 7 can move in a translational manner without deflection; through the arrangement of the baffle 4421, the clamping jaw 442 can be loosened, the commodity box 7 is placed on the bottom plate 411 or after the commodity box 7 is clamped in the commodity rack 1, the telescopic mechanism 42 is utilized to drive the clamping jaw 442 to move along the fourth direction, the front end of the commodity box 7 along the fourth direction is propped against by matching with the baffle 4421, and then the position of the commodity box 7 on the bottom plate 411 or the commodity rack 1 is adjusted; it should be appreciated that the distance of the jaw 442 in the third direction away from the cartridge 7 when the cartridge 7 is released is less than the length of the flap 4421 in the third direction.
It should be noted that, the baffle 4421 may be a plate-shaped structure or a rod-shaped structure, so long as the commodity box 7 can be pushed in the fourth direction, where the baffle 4421 with the plate-shaped structure can increase the contact area with the commodity box 7, and improve the stability when the commodity box 7 is pushed; it should be understood that the baffle 4421 need only be formed with a protruding structure in the direction of the jaw 442 toward the product box 7, and does not need to extend for a certain length in the third direction, that is, the sum of the lengths of the two baffles 4421 is smaller than the length of the product box 7 in the third direction, so that the condition that the jaw 442 cannot grip the product box 7 due to the interference of the baffles 4421 is avoided.
In some embodiments, a baffle 4421 is disposed at the extended end of the jaw 442; this arrangement can ensure the utilization of the projecting end of the gripping jaw 442, prevent the interference of the shutter 4421 with the portion of the gripping jaw 442 for gripping the article cassette 7, and improve the utilization of the projecting end of the gripping jaw 442.
With continued reference to fig. 6, the gripping device 4 further comprises a displacement sensor 45 provided on the clamping frame 441, the displacement sensor 45 being provided towards the protruding end of the clamping jaw 442, in particular the displacement sensor 45 being adapted to measure the distance between the surface of the product cassette 7 facing the clamping frame 441 and the displacement sensor 45; by the arrangement of the displacement sensor 45, the baffle 4421 can be utilized to push the commodity box 7 to move towards the direction of the displacement sensor 45, and the distance between the commodity box 7 and the commodity box 45 measured by the displacement sensor 45 is fixed due to the relative position between the displacement sensor 45 and the baffle 4421, so that the width of the commodity box 7 in the fourth direction can be calculated; the distance between the two clamping jaws 442 when clamping the commodity box 7 is matched, so that the length of the commodity box 7 in the third direction can be measured, and the length data of the commodity box 7 in the third direction and the fourth direction can be obtained, so that whether the commodity box 7 is a commodity purchased by a user or not can be judged conveniently.
In some embodiments, the gripping device 4 further includes a bottom code scanner 461 disposed on the frame 41, the bottom code scanner 461 is disposed below the bottom plate 411, and a light-transmitting portion 4111 disposed opposite to the bottom code scanner 461 is disposed on the bottom plate 411; through the arrangement of the bottom code scanner 461, whether the clamped commodity is purchased by a user or not can be confirmed through code scanning; by arranging the light-transmitting portion 4111, the commodity box 7 can scan the identification code at the bottom of the commodity box 7 without being clamped to a suspended position by the clamping jaw 442 from the bottom plate 411, and because the identification code on the commodity box 7 is always present at the bottom and/or the top of the commodity box, the probability that the bottom code scanner 461 scans the identification code on the commodity box 7 is very high, and it is noted that the bottom code scanner 461 can be obliquely arranged, so that the code scanning area is enlarged, and a plurality of bottom code scanners 461 can be arranged, so that the code scanning success rate is further improved; when a customer purchases a medicine, when the clamping jaw 442 conveys the commodity box 7 from the storage unit cell 112 to the bottom plate 411, the bottom code scanner 461 and the top code scanner 462 can be used for scanning the identification code on the commodity box 7 so as to determine whether the commodity box 7 is to be fetched, if the identification code is scanned by the code scanner, the commodity box 7 is fetched, if the identification code on the commodity box 7 is not scanned by the bottom code scanner 461 and the top code scanner 462, the displacement clamped by the clamping jaw 442 and the matching distance measurement of the baffle 4421 and the displacement sensor 45 can be measured, so that whether the sizes of the commodity box 7 and the commodity box 7 are consistent or not can be judged, if the sizes of the measured lengths of the commodity box 7 in two directions are inconsistent, the measured lengths of the commodity box 7 can be exchanged, the measured lengths of the commodity box 7 and the sizes of the commodity box 7 are compared again, if the lengths of the commodity box 7 are consistent, the commodity box 7 is fetched, and if the lengths of the commodity box 7 are not consistent, the commodity box 7 is thrown into the recycling box 16 by the clamping jaw 442.
In a further embodiment, the gripping device 4 further comprises a top code scanner 462 obliquely arranged on the frame 41, the top code scanner 462 being arranged above the clamping jaw 442 and opposite to the bottom code scanner 461; the code scanning success rate is further improved through the cooperation of the top code scanner 462 and the bottom code scanner 461.
In some embodiments, the two gripping claws 442 are provided with anti-slip parts 4422, the two anti-slip parts 4422 are oppositely arranged on the side walls of the two gripping claws 442 facing each other, and the projections of the two anti-slip parts 4422 in the third direction coincide; by providing the grip jaw 442 with the anti-slip portion 4422, the stability and reliability of the grip jaw 442 when gripping the commodity box 7 can be further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 6-8, the telescoping mechanism 42 includes a telescoping motor 421, a drive pulley 422, and a drive belt 423; the telescopic motor 421 is arranged on the frame 41, the output shaft is in transmission connection with the transmission belt wheel 422, the transmission belt 423 is sleeved on the transmission belt wheel 422 and in transmission connection with the transmission belt wheel 422, and the transmission belt 423 is arranged along the fourth direction and is connected with the clamping frame 441; it should be understood that there are two driving pulleys 422, the driving belt 423 is sleeved on the two driving pulleys 422 and is in driving connection with the two driving pulleys 422 at the same time, one driving pulley 422 is driven by the rotation of the driving belt 423, and the other driving pulley 422 is driven by the output shaft of the telescopic motor 421; in a further embodiment, the number of the driving pulleys 422 is four, the driving belt 423 is sleeved on three driving pulleys 422, the other driving pulley 422 is arranged on the outer side of the driving belt 423 and provides a pressing force for the driving belt 423, the driving belt 423 is simultaneously connected with the inner three driving pulleys 422 in a driving way, wherein two driving pulleys 422 are driven by the rotation of the driving belt 423, and the other driving pulley 422 is driven by an output shaft of the telescopic motor 421.
The telescopic mechanism 42 may be a rack and pinion mechanism, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, a ball screw, a linear motor, or the like, as long as the clamping frame 441 can be driven to reciprocate in the fourth direction.
In some embodiments, the gripping device 4 further comprises a telescopic guide mechanism 47, the telescopic guide mechanism 47 comprising a guide rail 471 and a slider 472 slidably arranged on the guide rail 471; the guide rail 471 is provided on the frame 41 and extends in the fourth direction; the slider 472 is arranged on the clamping frame 441; by providing the telescopic guide mechanism 47, the holding frame 441 can be more stable when moving in the fourth direction, and the shake of the overall structure when moving can be reduced.
With continued reference to fig. 6-8, the opening and closing mechanism 43 includes an opening and closing motor 431, an opening and closing gear 432, and two opening and closing racks 433 engaged with the opening and closing gear 432; the opening and closing motor 431 is arranged on the clamping frame 441, and the opening and closing gear 432 is connected with an output shaft of the opening and closing motor 431; the two opening and closing racks 433 are arranged on the clamping frame 441 in a sliding manner along a third direction, and tooth surfaces are arranged oppositely; the two open-close racks 433 are respectively connected with the two clamping jaws 442; the two open-close racks 433 can be respectively driven to be far away from or close to each other along the third direction by the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of one open-close gear 432, so that the clamping and releasing actions of the clamping jaw 442 are realized; the automatic vending machine has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, small occupied space and convenient arrangement in a narrow space in an automatic vending warehouse; it should be noted that the opening and closing motor 431 may be a servo motor, and can precisely control the clamping force of the two clamping jaws 442 by controlling the torque thereof, and calculate the displacement distance of the clamping jaws 442 by the number of rotations thereof.
With continued reference to fig. 2-4, one of the shelves 1 further comprises an upper container 12, the upper container 12 being arranged in a first direction at the rear side of the unit cabinet 11; the upper container 12 is provided with a plurality of upper pallets 121 arranged along the second direction, and an upper cargo unit cell 122 is formed between every two adjacent upper pallets 121; the upper pallet 121 is provided with annular bulges 123, the annular bulges 123 surround a loading area for placing the commodity box 7, a plurality of storage positions are arrayed on the upper pallet 121, each storage position is provided with an annular bulge 123, and an in-situ sensor 127 is arranged below each annular bulge 123 and used for detecting whether commodities exist or not; it should be noted that, the annular protrusion 123 may be a protrusion arranged in a concave shape, or may be a protrusion with a right angle and a folded angle, so long as the function of positioning the commodity box 7 can be achieved when the commodity box 7 is placed.
With continued reference to FIG. 4, the shipping container 12 has a shipping indicia screen 124 thereon, and the shipping indicia screen 124 has a shipping code scanner 125 thereon, both of which are electrically connected to the controller; when staff performs loading operation, the identification code of the commodity box 7 can be firstly aligned with the loading scanner 125 to scan, and at this time, the loading indication screen 124 can display the corresponding placing gesture of the commodity box 7, and the staff only needs to display and place the commodity box 7 into the loading area of the loading container 12 according to the picture of the loading indication screen 124; the loading indication screen 124 can be provided with a voice prompt function, and can remind when the loading indication screen is put in place or an alarm occurs; so that the gripping device 4 can more quickly pick up the corresponding commodity when the commodity is picked up by the upper container 12, and send the commodity to the designated storage unit cell 112 of the unit cabinet 11.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the upper container 12 is provided with a rotary table 126, the rotary table 126 is connected with the upper container 12 through a second rotary mechanism, the rotary shaft of the rotary table 126 is parallel to the second direction, and the second rotary mechanism is electrically connected with the controller; through the arrangement of the rotary table 126, when the gripping device 4 takes out the commodity box 7 on the upper container 12 for loading, the displacement gripped by the gripping jaw 442 and the matching distance measurement between the baffle 4421 and the displacement sensor 45 can be measured, so that whether the size of the commodity box 7 is consistent with that of the commodity box 7 to be fetched or not can be judged, if so, the commodity box 7 is continuously loaded into the designated storage cell 112, if not, the measured length data of the commodity box 7 in two directions can be exchanged, the measured length data is again compared with the size of the commodity box 7 to be fetched, at the moment, if the size of the commodity box 7 is consistent with that of the commodity box 7 to be fetched, the commodity box 7 is placed on the rotary table 126, the commodity box 7 is rotated to be in a correct posture by 90 degrees by utilizing the rotary table 126, and is continuously loaded into the designated storage cell 112, if not consistent, the commodity box 7 is thrown into the recovery box 16, and the subsequent staff waits for processing.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, the upper container 12 is provided with an upper camera 128 for monitoring whether personnel are operating normally during the loading operation, wherein the upper container 12 may be provided with a separate upper door, and when the upper door is opened, the upper camera 128 monitors the opening operation and starts image recording
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the automatic vending warehouse further includes an emergency unit 13, the emergency unit 13 is disposed on a side wall of the movable warehouse body 5, the emergency unit 13 includes one or more of an AED emergency kit 131, a stretcher 132, a wheelchair 133, 120 alarm buttons 134, an online emergency button 135, an emergency display screen (which may be mounted beside the emergency unit 13) and emergency medicines, the side wall of the movable warehouse body 5 is provided with an emergency camera 136, the emergency camera 136 is disposed opposite to the position of the emergency unit 13, it should be understood that the emergency camera 136 is disposed opposite to the flat ground in front of the emergency unit 13, for monitoring the whole emergency process, after the online emergency button 135 is pressed, an emergency personnel can operate through the indication of a remote doctor displayed on the vending machine 2 or the emergency display screen, and the doctor can also perform instant interaction with the emergency personnel through the emergency camera 136 and the emergency display screen, play and in-person demonstration action method and flow, and ensure that the emergency operation is correct; when the alarm button 134 is pressed 120, the first aid platform of the authority 120 is directly communicated, and the alarm rescue can be carried out at the first time. The first-aid unit 13 may be provided with a storage groove 137 for storing first-aid medicines.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, one of the shelves 1 further comprises a refrigerated cabinet 14 and a refrigeration device 15, the refrigerated cabinet 14 being arranged in a first direction on the rear side of the unit cabinet 11; the refrigerator 14 is provided with a plurality of partition boards 111 arranged along the second direction, and storage unit cells 112 are formed between every two adjacent partition boards 111; the periphery of the refrigerated cabinet 14 is provided with heat preservation sealing plates for sealing the storage unit cells 112, one side of the refrigerated cabinet 14 facing the movable frame is provided with a sliding door 141, the refrigerated cabinet 14 is provided with a third sliding rail 142 extending along the first direction, and the sliding door 141 is arranged on the third sliding rail 142 in a sliding way through a third transmission mechanism; it should be noted that, the third sliding rail 142 may extend to the unit cabinet 11 adjacent to the refrigerator cabinet 14, so as to ensure that when the sliding door 141 is opened, the connection strength between the sliding door 141 and the third sliding rail 142 is also ensured, and the stability of the sliding door 141 during sliding is also improved, where the sliding door 141 may complete the opening and closing actions by driving the driving belt by the telescopic electric cylinder or the motor, where the telescopic electric cylinder or the motor is electrically connected with the controller; the refrigeration device 15 is electrically connected to the controller and both the input and output are connected to the interior walls of the refrigerated cabinet 14.
In some embodiments, the vending warehouse further comprises a recycling bin 16, the recycling bin 16 being provided on one of the unit cabinets 11 or at the location of the vending machine 2; when the code scanner on the gripping device 4 cannot scan the information of the taken commodity box 7 or find that the information is inconsistent with the size of the commodity box 7 to be taken when the size of the commodity box 7 is measured, the information can be thrown into the recovery box 16 to wait for staff to carry out subsequent processing, or can be thrown into the recovery box 16 to wait for staff to process when the customer finds that the received commodity does not correspond to the purchased commodity.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, the controller is placed into a control cabinet 17, the control cabinet 17 being arranged in a first direction on the rear side of the unit cabinet 11 of one of the shelves 1; through the setting of switch board 17, can be to better protection of controller, also more convenient later maintenance work.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the shelf 1 is further provided with a speaker 18 electrically connected to the controller, so as to implement interaction between the automatic vending warehouse and the loading staff, such as reminding the loading staff of incorrect placement of the box 7.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the vending machine 2 is provided with a receiving channel 21, and the receiving channel 21 comprises a receiving port 211 arranged towards the movable frame and a taking port 212 arranged towards the outside, and the receiving port 211 is communicated with the taking port 212; the gripping device 4 grips the commodity purchased by the customer into the commodity receiving port 211, releases the commodity, and allows the commodity to slide to the commodity receiving port 212 through the commodity receiving passage 21, so that the customer can take the commodity at the commodity receiving port 212.
