Thus, some embodiments of the first mounting portion p1, the second mounting portion p2, the first mating portion c1, and the second mating portion c2 are illustrated in some of the above embodiments, and may be selected according to actual use conditions, which are not particularly limited by the embodiments of the present utility model.

In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 3 and 5, and refer to fig. 7, the monolithic liquid crystal projector further includes an elastic member 300. The elastic member 300 is fitted between the first mounting portion p1 and the first fitting portion c1, and is capable of being engaged with the first mounting portion p1 and the first fitting portion c1, respectively; and/or, the elastic member 300 is fitted between the second mounting portion p2 and the corresponding second fitting portion c2, and is capable of being engaged with the second mounting portion p2 and the second fitting portion c2, respectively. Taking fig. 3 and 5 as an example, the elastic member 300 is provided between the first mounting portion p1 and the first engaging portion c1, and between the second mounting portion p2 and the second engaging portion c2.
It is understood that the elastic member 300 is a member having elasticity. For example, the elastic member 300 may be made of elastic material such as silicone rubber or rubber. Thus, the elastic member 300 can be utilized to improve the stability of the fixation between the light machine 100 and the speaker 200.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the elastic member 300 is configured as a rotator. The elastic member 300 is provided with a mounting hole h in the axial direction, and the elastic member 300 is provided with a groove a in the circumferential direction. In particular, referring to fig. 3 to 5, when the first mounting portion p1 and the second mounting portion p2 are both configured in a longitudinal shape, the first mating portion c1 has a first mating hole k1, the second mating portion c2 has a second mating hole k2, the elastic member 300 may be inserted into the groove a of the elastic member 300 through the mounting hole h on the second mounting portion p2, and the second mating portion c2 is inserted into the groove a of the elastic member 300 through the notch k22 and the opening k 21. In addition, the first fitting hole k1 may be clamped to the elastic member 300 via the groove a, and the first mounting member is inserted into the mounting hole h of the elastic member 300. The mounting may be performed according to the actual use condition and the structural forms of the corresponding mounting portion and mating portion, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present utility model. For example, the elastic member 300 may be configured as an elastic layer, and the elastic member 300 is coated on the surface where the first mounting portion p1 is mated with the first mating portion c1, and the surface where the second mounting portion p2 is mated with the second mating portion c2.
In this way, the elastic member 300 may be correspondingly disposed according to a specific structure, so that the fixation between the light machine 100 and the speaker 200 is more stable.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the optical bench 100 further has a top surface m3 and a rear end surface m4. The rear end surface m4 is located at the rear side of the optical bench 100 in the second direction F2. The mounting surface m1 connects the top surface m3 and the rear end surface m4. The mounting surface m1 is disposed obliquely with respect to the top surface m3, and the rear end surface m4 is located on one side of the plane of the top surface m 3. That is, taking fig. 3 and 4 as an example, the mounting surface m1 is inclined downward with respect to the top surface m 3. In this way, the mounting surface m1 inclined downward can form a mounting space for mounting the speaker box 200, and space utilization can be improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing the structure of a mounting bracket 400 in the monolithic liquid crystal projector shown in fig. 1; for convenience of explanation, only matters related to the embodiments of the present utility model are shown. The view in fig. 8 is the bottom view in fig. 1.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 3, and referring to fig. 8, the monolithic liquid crystal projector further comprises a mounting bracket 400. The mounting bracket 400 may be used to attach the housing 10 of a monolithic liquid crystal projector. The mounting surface m1 is provided with a third mounting portion p3, and the mounting bracket 400 is provided with a third fitting portion c3 to be fitted with the third mounting portion p3. When the third fitting portion c3 is mounted on the third mounting portion p3, a mounting space for accommodating the speaker box 200 is defined between the mounting bracket 400 and the mounting surface m 1. In particular, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, a side surface (not labeled) of the speaker 200 facing the optical engine 100 may be parallel to the mounting surface m1 of the optical engine 100. In specific to other embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the sound box 200 is further provided with an avoidance groove 201, where the avoidance groove 201 is used to avoid the third mounting portion p3. Thus, the space utilization can be further improved.
It should be noted that, the fitting manner of the third fitting portion c3 and the third mounting portion p3 may be implemented by referring to the fitting manner of the first fitting portion c1 and the first mounting portion p1 illustrated in the foregoing embodiments, which is not limited in detail and is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present utility model.
In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 3 and 4, and refer to fig. 8, a positioning member d is further provided on the mounting surface m1, and a positioning hole k3 is further provided on the mounting bracket 400. The positioning piece d corresponds to the positioning hole k3. When the mounting bracket 400 is mounted on the optical engine 100, the mounting bracket 400 and the optical engine 100 can be relatively fixed by means of the cooperation of the positioning piece d and the positioning hole k3.
In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 1 and 3, and refer to fig. 8, at least a portion of the mounting bracket 400 corresponds to the sound box 200, and the mounting bracket 400 can abut against the sound box 200. Taking fig. 2 as an example, an end of the mounting bracket 400 closer to the rear end surface m4 can abut against the sound box 200. Specifically, the mounting bracket 400 has a first end 401 and a second end 402 that are disposed opposite to each other in the second direction F2, the first end 401 of the mounting bracket 400 is closer to the rear end surface m4, and the first end 401 of the mounting bracket 400 can abut against the sound box 200. Of course, the middle portion of the mounting bracket 400 along the second direction F2 may also abut against the sound box 200, which is not limited in particular in the embodiment of the present utility model.
Therefore, when the mounting bracket 400 is mounted on the optical engine 100, the mounting bracket 400 can be abutted against the sound box 200 by means of the connection force between the mounting bracket 400 and the optical engine 100, so that the stability of the sound box 200 is further improved.
In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 3 and 5, a buffer 500 is disposed at a contact point between the speaker box 200 and the mounting bracket 400. The cushioning member 500 may be a cushioning member, for example, the cushioning member 500 may be foam. Thus, the mounting bracket 400 contacts with the buffer member 500 when pressing against the sound box 200, and when the sound box 200 vibrates, the vibration of the sound box 200 can be buffered, so that the condition that the vibration of the sound box 200 is transmitted to the mounting bracket 400 is improved.
The assembly process between the loudspeaker 200 and the optical machine 100 in the monolithic liquid crystal projector according to the embodiment of the present utility model will be exemplarily described with reference to the foregoing embodiments.
As an assembly method, referring to fig. 2 and 3, first, the elastic member 300 is mounted at the first fitting hole k1 and the second mounting portion p2, respectively; next, the sound box 200 is assembled on the light machine 100 along the third direction F3, in which the first mounting portion p1 is inserted into the elastic member 300 at the first fitting hole k1, and at the same time, the second mounting portion p2 with the elastic member 300 mounted thereon enters the opening k21 through the notch k22, that is, the second mounting portion p2 and the second fitting hole k2 are fitted with each other; then, the mounting bracket 400 is assembled on the optical machine 100, and the mounting bracket 400 is abutted to the top of the sound box 200, so that the sound box 200 is prevented from falling off when the whole machine moves.
In summary, in the monolithic liquid crystal projector according to the embodiment of the utility model, the first mounting portion p1 is provided on the mounting surface m1 of the optical engine 100, the second mounting portion p2 is provided on the two side surfaces m2 of the optical engine 100, and the first engaging portion c1 and the second engaging portion c2 are provided on the sound box 200, so that the sound box 200 can be fixed at least in two directions, and the fixing on three surfaces can form a more stable fixing support. By flexibly setting the corresponding mounting portion, the corresponding fitting portion, and the elastic member 300, not only the assemblability but also the stability of the overall device can be improved. By providing the inclined mounting surface m1 to form a mounting space for mounting the sound box 200 with the mounting bracket 400, not only can space be effectively utilized, but also the stability of the sound box 200 can be further improved by means of the mounting bracket 400. Therefore, through the mutual matching of the components, the whole structure is simple, and the assemblability and the stability of the loudspeaker box 200 are improved.

1. A monolithic liquid crystal projector, comprising:
a light machine having a mounting surface and two side surfaces located on opposite sides of the mounting surface; the mounting surface is provided with a first mounting part, and one side of the two side surfaces opposite to each other is respectively provided with a second mounting part; a kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning system
The sound box is provided with a first matching part matched with the first installation part and a second matching part matched with the second installation part one by one;
the first matching part is arranged on the first installation part, and the sound box and the optical machine are relatively fixed when the second matching part is arranged on the second installation part.
2. The single-piece liquid crystal projector according to claim 1, wherein the first mounting portion is configured to be elongated, the first fitting portion having a first fitting hole, the first mounting portion being configured to be insertable into the first fitting hole;
the second mounting portion is configured to be elongated, the second fitting portion has a second fitting hole, and the second mounting portion is configured to be insertable into the second fitting hole.
3. The single-chip liquid crystal projector according to claim 2, wherein an extending direction of the first mounting portion and an extending direction of the second mounting portion are different.
4. The single-chip liquid crystal projector according to claim 3, wherein a longitudinal direction of the first mounting portion and a height direction of the optical machine are parallel to each other, and the first fitting hole is formed in the first fitting portion along the longitudinal direction of the first mounting portion;
the lengthwise direction of the second installation part is perpendicular to the height direction of the optical machine; the second matching hole comprises an opening penetrating through the second matching part along the longitudinal direction of the second installation part and a notch communicated with the opening and penetrating through the edge of the second matching part; the second mounting portion is configured to be able to enter the opening via the notch and engage an inner wall of the opening.
5. The single-piece liquid crystal projector of claim 4, wherein the notch extends through an edge of a bottom side of the second mating portion.
6. The monolithic liquid crystal projector of any of claims 1-5, wherein the monolithic liquid crystal projector further comprises an elastic member;
the elastic piece is matched between the first mounting part and the first matching part and can be respectively clamped with the first mounting part and the first matching part; and/or
The elastic piece is matched between the second installation part and the corresponding second matching part and can be respectively clamped with the second installation part and the second matching part.
7. The monolithic liquid crystal projector of any of claims 1-5, wherein the light engine further has a top surface and a rear end surface; the mounting surface is connected with the top surface and the rear end surface;
the mounting surface is obliquely arranged relative to the top surface, and the rear end surface is positioned on one side of the plane where the top surface is positioned.
8. The monolithic liquid crystal projector of claim 7, further comprising a mounting bracket;
the mounting surface is provided with a third mounting part, and the mounting bracket is provided with a third matching part matched with the third mounting part;
when the third matching part is installed on the third installation part, an installation space for accommodating the sound box is defined between the installation bracket and the installation surface.
9. The monolithic liquid crystal projector of claim 8, wherein at least a portion of the mounting bracket corresponds to the sound box and the mounting bracket is capable of abutting the sound box.
10. The monolithic liquid crystal projector of claim 9, wherein a bumper is provided at a location where the sound box abuts the mounting bracket.
