Alternatively, the server 30 may further include a device detection module, which is connected to the transfer instruction receiving module 301 and the information management device 20, respectively.
When obtaining the device information of the information management device 20, the device detection module sends a first execution instruction to the transfer instruction receiving module 301, where the first execution instruction is used to instruct the transfer instruction receiving module 301 to work normally; when the device information of the information management device 20 is not obtained, a second execution instruction is sent to the transfer instruction receiving module 301, and the second execution instruction is used for instructing the transfer instruction receiving module 301 to suspend operation.
In the above-mentioned server 30, by providing the transfer instruction receiving module 301 and the communication instruction transmitting module 302, the server 30 can receive the first information transfer instruction transmitted by the information management apparatus 20, and forward the target communication instruction originally transmitted to the first electronic apparatus 10 to the information management apparatus 20, thereby improving the intelligentization of communication management for the first electronic apparatus 10.

the communication transceiver module responds to the control instruction, sends a first information transfer instruction to the server, and the first information transfer instruction is used for instructing the server to forward a target communication instruction sent to the first electronic device to the information management device, and receives the target communication instruction sent to the first electronic device and sends the target communication instruction to the first electronic device.

the transfer information obtaining module obtains information of the second electronic equipment and sends the information of the second electronic equipment to the communication receiving and transmitting module;
the communication transceiver module sends the target communication instruction to the first electronic device when a first information condition is met, and sends the target communication instruction to the second electronic device when the first information condition is not met, wherein the first information condition comprises one or a combination of the following: and the current time point is within the target time period, the target application program corresponding to the target communication instruction operates under the target control authority, and the target control authority corresponds to the target application program.

and the communication instruction sending module forwards the target communication instruction to the information management equipment after obtaining the target communication instruction.
