It should be understood that, with the development of the lithium battery, the original lead-acid battery is replaced by the lithium battery, but many electronic devices which originally adopt the lead-acid battery have been provided with corresponding mounting structures according to the specifications of the original lead-acid battery, the mounting structure of the electric device is difficult to be adjusted correspondingly according to the lithium battery, and the process is not only tedious, but also causes cost consumption. Therefore, each household electrical appliance battery manufacturer promotes a lead-acid battery replacement and a standard shell structure using the original lead-acid battery, and a lithium battery is arranged inside the shell. However, the lead-replaced battery can only be arranged in the electric equipment, and a passage between two power supply ends of the lead-replaced battery and the electric equipment is established through an electric connection wire so as to supply power to the electric equipment, and the electronic equipment with a charging interface is difficult to directly supply power to the electric equipment, so that the inconvenience of charging is brought to users.
To this end, the present utility model proposes a lead-substituted battery pack with an external interface 20, comprising:
a housing;
a lithium battery 30, wherein the lithium battery 30 is arranged in the shell;
an external interface 20, the housing is provided with a connection port, and the external interface 20 is installed in the connection port and is used for connecting with an external electronic device 10;
the lithium battery 30 is electrically connected to the external interface 20, and the lithium battery 30 is configured to output a battery voltage to the external electronic device 10 via the external interface 20.
It can be understood that the electronic device originally adopting the lead-acid battery is provided with a corresponding installation structure according to the specification of the lead-acid battery, so as to adapt to the original installation structure of the electronic device, the lead-acid battery in the embodiment is provided with a shell, and the appearance of the shell is consistent with the standard shell structure of the original lead-acid battery, so that the lead-acid battery can be installed in the electric equipment originally using the lead-acid battery, and power is supplied to the electric equipment through the lithium battery 30.
In this embodiment, the shell of the lead-replaced battery pack of the present utility model is further provided with an external interface 20 for establishing a path between the external electronic device 10 and the lithium battery 30; the user connects the external interface 20 directly with the external electronic device 10, so that power can be supplied to the external electronic device 10, and compared with the operation that the original lead-replaced battery can only be arranged in the electric equipment, the external interface 20 provided by the embodiment brings convenience for supplying power to the lead-replaced battery. In addition, the shell of the lead-replaced battery in the embodiment is also provided with a connecting port, and the external interface 20 is installed on the connecting port of the shell.
Specifically, in practical application, the user connects the external interface 20 of the lead-replaced battery with the external electronic device 10, and the lithium battery 30 in the lead-replaced battery shell is connected with the external interface 20, and the lithium battery 30 can output the battery voltage to the external electronic device 10 through the external interface 20 to supply power to the external electronic device 10; in addition, the lead-replaced battery in the embodiment has the standard shell structure of the original lead-acid battery, so that the lead-replaced battery can supply power for the external electronic equipment 10 through the external interface 20 and can also be arranged in the electric equipment to supply power for the electric equipment.
The utility model provides a lead-replaced battery pack with an external interface 20, which comprises a shell, a lithium battery 30 and the external interface 20; wherein a lithium battery 30 is disposed within the housing; the surface of the shell is provided with a connecting port, and an external interface 20 is arranged in the connecting port and is used for connecting external electronic equipment 10; the lithium battery 30 is electrically connected to the external interface 20, and the lithium battery 30 is configured to output a battery voltage to the external electronic device 10 via the external interface 20. According to the utility model, the external interface 20 is arranged on the shell of the lead-replaced battery, and the lithium battery 30 in the shell can output battery voltage to the external electronic equipment 10 through the external interface 20 so as to directly supply power to the electronic equipment with the charging interface, so that the convenience of power supply of the lead-replaced battery is improved.
The external interface 20 is any one of ase:Sub>A USB-A interface, ase:Sub>A USB-B interface, ase:Sub>A USB-C interface, and ase:Sub>A Lighting interface.
It will be appreciated that ase:Sub>A single type of external interface 20 can only supply power to one type of external electronic device 10, and various electronic devices are available on the market, and the power interfaces of the electronic devices are correspondingly diversified, so that the external interface 20 can be any one of ase:Sub>A USB-ase:Sub>A interface, ase:Sub>A USB-B interface, ase:Sub>A USB-C interface, and ase:Sub>A Lighting interface to adapt to different electronic devices. The external interface 20 may be a connection male or a connection female.
For example, when the external interface 20 is a USB-C interface, the USB-C interface may be connected to a smart phone, and specifically, in practical applications, the user connects the USB-C interface of the lead-replaced battery to the power interface of the smart phone, and the lithium battery 30 may output the battery voltage to the smart phone through the USB-C interface to supply power to the smart phone device. The external interface 20 in this embodiment may be any of a variety of types of interfaces to power electronic devices of different types of interfaces.
It will be appreciated that a single external interface 20 can only power one type of electronic device, and cannot meet the need of a user to power multiple electronic devices simultaneously. In order to meet the power supply requirements of a plurality of electronic devices and a plurality of types of electronic devices, the number of external interfaces 20 in the present embodiment is provided with a plurality.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the number of the external interfaces 20 is plural, and the plural external interfaces 20 include at least two different types of external interfaces 20.
For example, the number of the external interfaces 20 is three, and the first external interface 20 is ase:Sub>A USB-ase:Sub>A interface, the second external interface 20 is ase:Sub>A USB-B interface, and the third external interface 20 is ase:Sub>A USB-C interface; specifically, in practical applications, the user connects the USB-ase:Sub>A interface with the MP3, the USB-B interface with the printer, and the USB-C interface with the smart phone, respectively, and the lithium battery 30 can output the battery voltage to the MP3, the printer, and the smart phone through the USB-ase:Sub>A interface, the USB-B interface, and the USB-C interface simultaneously, so as to supply power to three external electronic devices 10 at the same time. The present embodiment is provided with a plurality of external interfaces 20, which can simultaneously satisfy the simultaneous power supply to a plurality of external electronic devices 10.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the lead-replaced battery pack with the external interface 20 further includes:
the input end of the voltage conversion assembly 40 is electrically connected with the lithium battery 30, and the output end of the voltage conversion assembly 40 is electrically connected with the external interface 20;
the voltage conversion component 40 is configured to convert the battery voltage into a second voltage and output the second voltage to the external electronic device 10 via the external interface 20.
It will be appreciated that the voltage of the lithium battery 30 in the lead-substituted battery is typically 12V/24V, and some devices do not have the voltage conversion component 40 inside, for example, the current electronic device can bear a power supply voltage of 5V and the internal self-charging voltage conversion component 40 is not used, and if the power supply voltage is directly connected to the external interface 20, the voltage output by the lithium battery 30 may be too large, which causes damage to the electronic device. To accommodate external electronic devices 10 of different operating voltages, a voltage conversion assembly 40 is also provided to power external electronic devices 10 of different operating voltages.
Alternatively, the voltage conversion component 40 may be implemented using a voltage conversion chip or a voltage conversion circuit; the voltage conversion component 40 in the present embodiment is implemented by a voltage conversion chip; specifically, the user connects the external interface 20 of the lead-replaced battery with the external electronic device 10, and the lithium battery 30 in the lead-replaced battery housing is connected with the external interface 20, and the lithium battery 30 outputs a battery voltage to voltage conversion chip, which converts the battery voltage into a voltage corresponding to the operating voltage of the external electronic device 10 and outputs the voltage to the external electronic device 10 via the external interface 20 to supply power to the external electronic device 10.
For example, the user connects the external interface 20 of the lead-replaced battery with the power interface of the electric fan, the lithium battery 30 outputs 12V battery voltage, the battery voltage is converted into 24V working voltage by the voltage conversion assembly 40, and the 24V working voltage is output to the power interface of the electric fan through the external interface 20 to provide power for the electric fan. The voltage conversion component 40 provided in this embodiment is configured to provide a corresponding operating voltage for the external electronic device 10.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the lead-replaced battery pack with the external interface 20 further includes:
a filter assembly 50 electrically connected to the external interface 20 and the voltage conversion assembly 40, respectively;
the filtering component 50 is configured to perform filtering processing on the second voltage and output the second voltage to the external electronic device 10.
It can be understood that the battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 is converted into the operating voltage by the voltage conversion component 40 and then output to the external electronic device 10, however, when the voltage output to the external electronic device 10 is too high, some components in the external electronic device 10 are damaged due to the too high voltage or the too high power consumption, and when the voltage output to the external electronic device 10 is too low, some components in the external electronic device 10 are degraded or even cannot work normally. For example, when the external electronic device 10 is a screen assembly, the image displayed by the screen assembly may generate noise and jitter due to voltage fluctuation; when the external electronic device 10 is an audio device, the audio emitted by the audio device generates noise due to voltage fluctuation and the frequency of the audio is suddenly increased or decreased. Accordingly, to overcome the above drawbacks, the present utility model is also provided with a filter assembly 50 to stabilize the voltage output to the external electronic device 10.
The filter assembly 50 in this embodiment is implemented by using a capacitor, specifically, the user connects the external interface 20 of the lead-replaced battery with the power interface of the electric fan, the lithium battery 30 outputs 12V battery voltage, the battery voltage is converted into 24V working voltage by the voltage conversion assembly 40, and the filter assembly 50 outputs stable 24V working voltage to the power interface of the electric fan after filtering the 24V working voltage to supply power to the electric fan.
The present embodiment is provided with the filter assembly 50 to reduce fluctuation of the voltage output to the external electronic device 10, thereby improving reliability of power supply to different external electronic devices 10.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the lead-replaced battery pack with the external interface 20 further includes:
the trigger assembly 60 is arranged on the shell and is used for outputting corresponding trigger signals when triggered by a user;
a main control assembly 70, wherein the main control assembly 70 is electrically connected with the output end of the trigger assembly 60 and the controlled end of the voltage conversion assembly 40 respectively;
the master control component 70 is configured to control the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the battery voltage into a third voltage corresponding to the trigger signal according to the trigger signal, and output the third voltage to the external electronic device 10 via the external interface 20.
Alternatively, the voltage conversion component 40 may be implemented using a voltage conversion chip or a voltage conversion circuit; the voltage conversion component 40 in the present embodiment is implemented by a voltage conversion chip; specifically, in practical application, the user connects the external electronic device 10 with the external interface 20, when the user triggers the trigger assembly 60, the trigger assembly 60 outputs a corresponding trigger signal to the main control assembly 70, and the main control assembly 70 controls the voltage conversion chip to convert the battery voltage of the lithium battery 30 into the second voltage according to the trigger signal; it can be appreciated that the second voltage is a corresponding operating voltage of the external electronic device 10; the second voltage is output to the external electronic device 10 via the external interface 20 to power the external electronic device 10.
Alternatively, the trigger assembly 60 is implemented with trigger buttons, the number of which is three, and the three trigger buttons are classified into a 3V voltage trigger button, a 5V voltage trigger button, and a 24V voltage trigger button. Specifically, in practical application, the user connects the external interface 20 with the MP3 power interface, and when the 3V voltage trigger button is pressed, the 3V voltage trigger button outputs a 3V voltage trigger signal to the main control component 70, and the main control component 70 controls the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the 12V battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 into a 3V voltage according to the 3V voltage trigger signal, and the 3V voltage is output to the MP3 power interface with a working voltage of 3V through the external interface 20 to supply power to the MP 3. The user connects the external interface 20 with the power interface of the LED desk lamp, and presses the 5V voltage trigger button, the 5V voltage trigger button outputs 20V voltage trigger signal to the main control component 70, the main control component 70 controls the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the 12V battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 into 5V voltage according to the 5V voltage trigger signal, and the 5V voltage is output to the power interface of the LED desk lamp with the working voltage of 5V through the external interface 20 so as to supply power for the LED desk lamp. When the user connects the external interface 20 with the power interface of the electric fan and presses the 24V voltage trigger button, the 24V voltage trigger button outputs a 24V voltage trigger signal to the main control component 70, and the main control component 70 controls the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the 12V battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 into a 24V voltage according to the 24V voltage trigger signal, and the 24V voltage is output to the power interface of the electric fan with the working voltage of 24V through the external interface 20 so as to supply power to the electric fan.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the triggering component 60 may be implemented by a touch screen, where the touch screen is disposed on the housing, and the touch screen may display an image of 3V voltage, an image of 5V voltage, and an image of 24V voltage to provide a touch selection to the user. Specifically, in practical application, the user connects the external interface 20 with the MP3 power interface, clicks the 3V voltage image of the touch screen, and the touch screen correspondingly outputs a 3V voltage trigger signal to the main control component 70, and the main control component 70 controls the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the 12V battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 into a 3V voltage according to the 3V voltage trigger signal, and the 3V voltage is output to the MP3 power interface with a working voltage of 3V through the external interface 20 to supply power to the MP 3. The user connects the external interface 20 with the power interface of the LED desk lamp, and clicks the 5V voltage image of the touch screen, the touch screen correspondingly outputs a 5V voltage trigger signal to the main control component 70, the main control component 70 controls the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the 12V battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 into the 5V voltage according to the 5V voltage trigger signal, and the 5V voltage is output to the power interface of the LED desk lamp with the working voltage of 5V through the external interface 20 so as to supply power for the LED desk lamp. The user connects the external interface 20 with the power interface of the electric fan, and clicks the 24V voltage image of the touch screen, the touch screen correspondingly outputs a 24V voltage trigger signal to the main control component 70, the main control component 70 controls the voltage conversion component 40 to convert the 12V battery voltage output by the lithium battery 30 into 24V voltage according to the 24V voltage trigger signal, and the 24V voltage is output to the power interface of the fan with the working voltage of 24V through the external interface 20 to supply power to the electric fan.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the lead-replaced battery pack with the external interface 20 further includes:
the prompt component 80 is arranged on the shell, and the prompt component 80 is electrically connected with the main control component 70;
the voltage detection component is electrically connected with the output end of the voltage conversion component 40, and the output end of the voltage detection component is electrically connected with the main control component 70;
the voltage detection component is configured to detect the voltage output by the voltage conversion component 40 and output a corresponding voltage detection signal;
the main control component 70 is configured to control the prompting component 80 to work according to the voltage detection signal so as to prompt a user of the voltage value output by the external interface 20.
It can be understood that, in the case that the external interface 20 is not properly connected with the external electronic device 10 or the voltage conversion component 40 fails, the voltage output by the lead-replaced battery is zero, so that the external electronic device 10 cannot be powered, and the user cannot know the current voltage state of the lead-replaced battery; therefore, the prompt component 80 provided by the embodiment can better bring the function of checking and monitoring the lead-replaced battery for the user.
Alternatively, the voltage detection component may be implemented using a voltage detection circuit, such as a voltage divider circuit and an LLC voltage conversion circuit; the voltage detection component in the embodiment is realized by an LLC voltage conversion circuit; specifically, the user interfaces the external interface 20 of the lead-replaced battery with the external electronic device 10, the lithium battery 30 outputs a battery voltage to a voltage conversion circuit, and the voltage conversion component 40 converts the battery voltage into a voltage corresponding to the operating voltage of the external electronic device 10; meanwhile, the LLC voltage conversion circuit detects the voltage output by the voltage conversion module 40, and outputs a corresponding voltage detection signal to the main control module 70 according to the voltage, so that the main control module 70 controls the prompt module 80 to operate.
The prompt assembly 80 in this embodiment is implemented using an LED display screen. Specifically, in practical application, the user connects the external interface 20 of the lead-replaced battery with the external electronic device 10, the lithium battery 30 in the housing outputs the battery voltage, and the battery voltage is converted by the voltage conversion component 40 and then output to the external electronic device 10; it should be understood that, while the voltage conversion assembly 40 is working, the voltage detection assembly may detect the voltage output by the voltage conversion assembly 40, and output a corresponding voltage detection signal to the main control assembly 70 according to the voltage output by the voltage conversion assembly 40; the main control component 70 controls the LED display screen to display a voltage value image corresponding to the voltage detection signal according to the voltage detection signal, and a user can check the voltage value output by the lead-replaced battery and monitor the voltage output state of the lead-replaced battery through the voltage value image displayed by the LED display screen.
In the embodiment, the LED display screen is utilized to provide the numerical value capable of checking the voltage output of the lead-replaced battery for the user, and the user can replace the working state of the voltage output of the lead-replaced battery in the LED display screen in real time.
In this embodiment, the lead-replaced battery pack with the external interface 20 further includes:
a circuit board;
the voltage conversion assembly 40, the filtering assembly 50, the main control assembly 70 and the voltage detection assembly are all disposed on the circuit board, and the circuit board is electrically connected with the lithium battery 30.
It can be understood that the circuit board, which can also be called as a PCB, is cut into a certain size by taking the insulating board as a substrate material, at least one conductive pattern is attached on the insulating board, holes are distributed on the insulating board, and the insulating board is used for replacing a chassis of an electronic component of the traditional device and realizing interconnection between the electronic components. Substrate materials for general circuit boards can be divided into two main categories: rigid substrate materials, most commonly copper clad laminates, and flexible substrate materials.
In the present embodiment, the lithium battery 30 is connected to the circuit board through an electrical connection wire; specifically, in practical application, the external interface 20 is connected with the external electronic device 10, and the lithium battery 30 outputs a battery voltage to the circuit board through an electrical connection line; it can be understood that, since the voltage conversion assembly 40 and the filtering assembly 50 are both disposed on the circuit board, the circuit board can transmit the battery voltage of the lithium battery 30 to the voltage conversion assembly 40, so that the voltage conversion assembly 40 converts the battery voltage into the second voltage and outputs the second voltage to the filtering assembly 50, and the filtering assembly 50 performs the filtering process on the second voltage and outputs the second voltage to the external electronic device 10 through the external interface 20 to supply power to the external electronic device 10.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the lead-replaced battery pack with the external interface 20 further includes:
an interface cover movably coupled to the housing and adapted to cover/expose the external interface 20.
It should be appreciated that in order to prevent damage to the exposed external interface 20 from foreign objects or the external environment from affecting the external interface 20, the external interface 20 may be wetted by, for example, water droplets that are moist in the south-back day. The present utility model further includes an interface cover movably coupled to the housing, the interface cover covering the external interface 20 to protect the external interface 20 when a user does not need to use the external interface 20 to power the external electronic device 10. When the user needs to use the external interface 20, the interface cover is actuated to expose the external interface 20 so that the user can access the external interface 20 to the external electronic device 10.
