Claims (11)

1. A cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising:
a pan body (10) comprising a housing (11) and an inner pan (12) arranged in the housing (11);
an upper cover (20) which is arranged above the pot body (10) in a cover-opening and-closing manner, wherein the upper cover (20) is provided with a first buckling part (21);
the heating plate (40) is arranged in the shell (11) and positioned below the inner pot (12), and the bottom wall of the inner pot (12) is attached to the upper surface of the heating plate (40);
the annular pressure-bearing piece (50) is arranged at the upper end of the outer shell (11), the inner pot (12) is erected on the annular pressure-bearing piece (50), and the annular pressure-bearing piece (50) is provided with a second buckling part (51) which can be buckled with the first buckling part (21).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a heat retaining ring (30), the heat retaining ring (30) being disposed within the housing (11), the inner pot (12) and the heat generating plate (40) both being disposed within the heat retaining ring (30).
3. Cooking appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that the insulating collar (30) comprises an annular side plate (31) and a bottom plate (32), the lower end of the annular side plate (31) being connected with the outer edge of the bottom plate (32), the upper end of the annular side plate (31) being connected with the housing (11), the heating plate (40) being arranged on the bottom plate (32).
4. A cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the upper end of the annular side plate (31) is provided with a second flange (311) protruding from the outer side wall thereof, the inner side wall of the housing (11) is provided with a support boss (111), and the second flange (311) is erected on the support boss (111).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the second flange (311) includes a lateral plate section (3111) and a vertical plate section (3112), the lateral plate section (3111) and the vertical plate section (3112) are both annular structures extending along a circumference of the heat-insulating ring (30), an inner edge of the lateral plate section (3111) is connected with an upper end of the annular side plate (31), an outer edge of the lateral plate section (3111) is connected with an upper end of the vertical plate section (3112), the support boss (111) is an annular structure extending along the circumference of the housing (11), and a lower end of the vertical plate section (3112) is abutted against the support boss (111).

The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the annular pressure-bearing member (50) comprises a pressure-bearing ring (52) and a supporting ring (53), the pressure-bearing ring (52) is arranged at the upper end of the housing (11), the supporting ring (53) is arranged on the pressure-bearing ring (52) in a sleeved mode and fixedly connected with the housing (11), the inner pot (12) is arranged on the supporting ring (53), and the second buckling part (51) is arranged on the pressure-bearing ring (52).
7. Cooking appliance according to claim 6, characterized in that the lower end of the support ring (53) abuts against the upper surface of the second rim (311).
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the support ring (53) comprises a support ring body (531) and an annular connecting plate (532), the upper end of the annular connecting plate (532) is connected with the inner edge of the support ring body (531), the support ring body (531) is erected on the pressure bearing ring (52), the inner pot (12) is erected on the support ring body (531), the annular connecting plate (532) extends to the inner side wall of the outer shell (11) and is connected with the outer shell (11), and the lower end of the annular connecting plate (532) is abutted against the upper surface of the second flanging (311).
9. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
an assembling plane (112) is arranged at the upper end of the shell (11), the pressure-bearing ring (52) is erected on the assembling plane (112), and the lower surface of the pressure-bearing ring (52) is attached to the assembling plane (112); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the bearing ring (52) is made of a metal material, and the supporting ring (53) is made of a plastic material.
10. Cooking appliance according to any one of claims 3 to 9, further comprising a spring (60), the heat-generating plate (40) being fitted on the insulating collar (30) by means of the spring (60), the upper end of the spring (60) being in abutment with the heat-generating plate (40), the lower end of the spring (60) being in abutment with the bottom plate (32).
11. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein,
the upper end of the inner pot (12) is provided with a first flanging (121), and the inner pot (12) is erected on the annular pressure-bearing piece (50) through the first flanging (121); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the first buckling part (21) is a cover tooth, and the second buckling part (51) is a pot tooth arranged at the outer edge of the annular pressure-bearing piece (50); or, the first buckling part (21) is a caliper, and the second buckling part (51) is a clamping ring arranged at the outer edge of the annular pressure-bearing piece (50).
