In the embodiment, the inner wall of the cover opening 33 of the box cover 3 is overlapped with the outer peripheral wall of the connecting part 15, so that the connecting area of the box cover 3 and the box body 1 is increased, and the connecting strength is higher, more stable and reliable; the sealing element 4 is embedded in the groove 16 arranged on the connecting part 15, so that the sealing element 4 is conveniently installed on the box body 1, and the box cover 3 is convenient to disassemble and assemble; and the groove 16 is annular around the outer edge of the opening 11, so that the sealing element 4 is ensured to surround the outer edge of the opening 11, the sealing effect of the sealing element 4 on the installation gap between the box cover 3 and the box body 1 is further ensured, and the waterproof sealing performance is improved.
In some embodiments, the seal 4 may be any one of a silicone rubber seal, a fluoro-rubber seal, a TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer ) seal. Wherein, the silica gel (Silicon dioxide) is a Silicone rubber (Silicone rubber), which is odorless and nontoxic, is not afraid of high temperature and resists severe cold. The fluorine rubber is rubber containing fluorine in the molecule, various types exist according to fluorine content, namely monomer structure, the widely used hexafluoroseries fluorine rubber is marketed by Dupont company at the earliest under the trade name of VITON, the high temperature resistance of the fluorine rubber is superior to that of silicon rubber, the chemical resistance can resist most of oil and solvents (except ketone and esters), the weather resistance and ozone resistance are good, and the fluorine rubber is widely used for sealing parts of automobiles, locomotives and chemical factories, and the using temperature is between-20 ℃ and 200 ℃. Thermoplastic elastomers, TPEs for short, are elastomers that have rubber elasticity at ordinary temperature and plasticizable molding at high temperature.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the connection portion 15 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the case 1 on the side away from the opening 11. That is, the connecting portion 15 and the opening 11 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the box body 1, so that when the box cover 3 is covered outside the box body 1 and is connected with the connecting portion 15, the box cover 3 can completely wrap the box body 1 and the plugging cover 2, so that the box body 1 and the plugging cover 2 are isolated from the external environment, cracking and failure of the box body 1 and the plugging cover 2 are effectively prevented, the protection performance and the waterproof sealing performance are better, and the risk of waterproof failure and water inflow of the electric connector is effectively reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the connecting portion 15 is provided with a bending portion 17 at an end of the case 1 provided with the engaging portion 12, the bending portion 17 is bent toward the side of the opening 11, and the engaging portion 12 is connected to the bending portion 17.
In this embodiment, through setting up kink 17 and linking portion 12 to link to each other, can increase the longitudinal size of linking portion 12 along box body 1, and then increase linking portion 12 and external cable 200's connection area, linking portion 12 and external cable 200's joint strength is higher, is favorable to guaranteeing the long-term normal work of photovoltaic terminal box.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the opening 11 is disposed at the top of the box body 1, the connection portion 12 is disposed at one end of the box body 1 in the longitudinal direction, the connection portion 15 is disposed around the bottom of the box body 1 in a protruding manner, the connection portion 15 is provided with a bending portion 17 at one end of the box body 1 provided with the connection portion 12, a groove 16 is disposed on the peripheral wall of the connection portion 15, and the groove 16 extends along the entire length of the connection portion 15 to form an annular groove; the guiding part 13 is a chute arranged on the connecting part 15, the chute extends along the longitudinal direction of the box body 1, an inlet of the chute is positioned at one end far away from the connecting part 12, and one side of the inlet of the chute is also provided with a leading-in bevel 131; the first matching part 14 comprises a first buckle arranged on the side edge of the chute and a second buckle arranged on the top of the bending part 17; the plugging cover 2 is embedded in the opening 11. As shown in fig. 6, the lid 3 has a lid opening 33, the sliding portion 31 is a slider provided on two sides of the bottom of the lid 3, and the first engaging portion 32 includes a first slot provided on the outer side of the slider of the lid 3 and a second slot provided on the top of the lid opening 33 of the lid 3. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sealing element 4 is a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is embedded in the groove 16; when the box cover 3 is installed, the sliding block is installed in the sliding groove through the inlet of the sliding groove, the leading-in bevel edge 131 plays a role in guiding, the box cover 3 is pushed to slide along the longitudinal direction of the box body 1 and close to the connecting part 12, the sliding block slides in the sliding groove until the first buckle is clamped with the first clamping groove, the second buckle is clamped with the second clamping groove, the box cover 3 moves to a final position, and the box cover 3 is fixedly installed on the box body 1 and covers the outer part of the box body 1.
In some embodiments, the case 1, the closure cap 2 and the case cover 3 are all thermoplastic polymer material parts. Wherein, the thermoplastic polymer material can be any one of PPE (Polypheylene ether, polyphenyl ether), PC (Polycarbonate) and PA (Polyamide, commonly called nylon). Polyphenylene oxide is a high-strength engineering plastic, polycarbonate is also called PC plastic, and is a high-molecular polymer containing carbonate groups in the molecular chain. The polyamide is commonly called nylon, and is a thermoplastic resin general term containing repeated amide groups- (NHCO) on the molecular main chain. Through adopting thermoplastic polymer material, box body 1, shutoff lid 2 and lid 3 have good mechanical strength, and not fragile fracture effectively prevents that box body 1, shutoff lid 2 and lid 3 from splitting the inefficacy.
Specifically, the box body 1, the plugging cover 2 and the box cover 3 can be produced by integrally injection molding by using a mold.

Claims (10)

1. A photovoltaic junction box, characterized in that it comprises:
the box body is provided with a wiring cavity and an opening communicated with the wiring cavity;
the plugging cover is arranged at the opening to close the opening;
the box cover is detachably connected with the box body and covers the outside of the box body; and
the sealing piece is arranged between the box cover and the box body in a sealing way, and the sealing piece surrounds the outer edge of the opening.

The photovoltaic junction box according to claim 1, wherein the box cover is slidably connected to the box body along a longitudinal direction of the box body, so that the box cover can be moved to a termination position covered on the box body or to a separation position separated from the box body along the longitudinal direction of the box body.

The photovoltaic junction box according to claim 2, wherein the box body is provided with guide parts positioned at two opposite sides of the opening, and the guide parts extend along the longitudinal direction of the box body; the box cover is correspondingly provided with a sliding part which can be matched with the guide part in a sliding way.

A photovoltaic junction box according to claim 3, wherein the box body is further provided with a first mating portion, the box cover is correspondingly provided with a first clamping portion, and the first clamping portion can be clamped with the first mating portion in the longitudinal direction of the box body, so that in the end position, the box cover and the box body are locked to move relatively in the longitudinal direction of the box body.
5. The photovoltaic junction box according to claim 4, wherein the first fitting portion is disposed on the guide portion, and the first engaging portion is disposed on two sides of the box cover corresponding to the guide portion;
or, the first matching part is arranged at one longitudinal end of the box body, and the first clamping part is correspondingly arranged at one longitudinal end of the box cover.

The photovoltaic junction box according to claim 4, wherein the box body is further provided with a second matching portion, and the box cover is correspondingly provided with a second clamping portion; the wiring cavity is provided with a first wall which is arranged opposite to the opening; the second matching part can be clamped with the second clamping part in the direction that the first wall points to the opening, so that the relative movement of the box cover and the box body along the direction that the first wall points to the opening is locked at the end position.

The photovoltaic junction box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a connecting portion is provided protruding on an outer peripheral wall of the box body, the connecting portion being provided around an outer edge of the opening; the box cover is provided with a cover opening, the cover opening is connected with the connecting part, and the sealing element is clamped between the cover opening and the connecting part.

The photovoltaic junction box according to claim 7, wherein an inner wall of the lid opening is overlapped with an outer peripheral wall of the connecting portion; the connecting part is characterized in that a groove is formed in the peripheral wall of the connecting part, the groove extends along the extending direction of the connecting part, the sealing element is embedded in the groove, and the sealing element is elastically abutted to the inner wall of the cover opening.
9. The photovoltaic junction box according to claim 7, wherein the connecting portion is provided on a side of the outer peripheral wall of the box body away from the opening.
10. The photovoltaic junction box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the blocking cover is embedded within the opening.
