Description

Spray arm structure of dish washer and dish washer
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of kitchen electricity, in particular to a spray arm structure of a dish washing machine and the dish washing machine.
Background
With the continuous rise of the living standard of people, household dish washers have gradually come into numerous families to replace manual washing of tableware. Among them, the home dishwasher is largely classified into a drop-down door type dishwasher, a drawer type dishwasher, and a tub type dishwasher according to a difference in a door opening form. The dishwasher has a substantially identical water flow system, with water circulating continuously in the dishwasher to spray the dishes. Specifically, water is firstly collected at the bottom of the liner, is sucked into the washing pump after being filtered, is discharged from the washing pump after being centrifugally pressurized, is then conveyed to each spray arm along a pipeline, is finally sprayed out from the spray holes on the spray arms to clean tableware, and is then collected back to the bottom of the liner, so that the cleaning of the tableware is completed.
The spray arm structure of the existing dish washer comprises a top spray arm, a middle spray arm and a lower spray arm, wherein the top spray arm, the middle spray arm and the lower spray arm are basically in a single spray arm form, and the spray direction is as follows: the lower spray arm sprays upwards (upwards sprays the lower bowl basket), the middle spray arm sprays upwards (upwards sprays the upper bowl basket), and the top spray arm sprays downwards (the top spray arm sprays the upper bowl basket downwards). The spraying mode lacks a mode of spraying the bowl basket from top to bottom, and when the bowl basket at the lower layer is only required to be cleaned, the washing dead angle in the dish washer can be easily formed, so that the overall cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency are reduced. Meanwhile, as the spraying direction is mainly acted on the lower surface of the tableware all the time, the obtained washing on the upper surface is relatively less, so that the washing non-uniformity is generated, the spraying time is further required to be increased to achieve a better washing effect, and the use experience of a user is poor.
