Referring to fig. 2 to 5, a lifting mechanism is disposed in the seat 1, and the lifting mechanism is used for lifting the foot bath 2, so that the foot bath 2 can be lifted up and down in the maintenance cavity 10, and the foot bath 2 is lowered to a first position or lifted up to a second position.
In some embodiments, the lift mechanism includes a support and a drive assembly. Wherein the support is used to support the bottom or side walls of the foot bath 2. The driving assembly is arranged in the seat body 1 and is in transmission connection with the supporting piece, and the driving assembly can drive the supporting piece to vertically move up and down in the maintenance cavity 10 so as to drive the foot bath device 2 to vertically lift in the maintenance cavity 10, so that the foot bath device 2 descends to a first position or ascends to a second position.
In some embodiments, the support employs lifting bars 5. The lifting bars 5 are arranged in two, namely, the two supporting pieces are arranged, the two lifting bars 5 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the maintenance cavity 10, the two lifting bars 5 are arranged at intervals in a left-right parallel mode, the lifting bars 5 extend along the front-back direction of the seat body 1 to form a strip shape, the length of each lifting bar is preferably greater than or equal to the position, which needs to be supported by the foot bath 2, of each lifting bar 5, as shown in fig. 2-4, the lifting bars 5 support the bottom of the foot bath 2, and then the length of each lifting bar 5 is set to be greater than or equal to the length of the bottom of the foot bath 2 in the front-back direction, so that a better supporting effect can be achieved, and the foot bath 2 is placed on the lifting bars 5 to be more stable in the lifting process.
In some embodiments, the lifting bar 5 is used to support at two side edges of the bottom of the footbath 2 or support the left and right side walls of the footbath 2, and the lifting bar 5 is slidably disposed in the maintenance cavity 10 and can vertically lift up and down in the maintenance cavity 10. When the lifting bar 5 moves vertically upward, the lifting bar 5 can synchronously lift the footbath 2 through the bottom or the side wall of the footbath 2. The two lifting bars 5 move upward synchronously, so that the foot bath 2 can be lifted upward steadily.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in some embodiments, a protrusion 51 is protruding from a side wall of the lifting bar 5 facing the footbath 2, the protrusion 51 is used to extend into the bottom of the footbath 2 and connect with a side edge of the bottom of the footbath 2, or the protrusion 51 is used to support the side wall of the footbath 2, so that the lifting bar 5 can lift the footbath 2 through the protrusion 51. The protruding blocks 51 are provided with a plurality of protruding blocks 51, the protruding blocks 51 are arranged at intervals along the side edges of the lifting bars 5, and the protruding blocks 51 are matched with each other to improve the stability of supporting the foot bath 2. The number of the bumps 51 may be set as needed, and is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the supporting member may also be a lifting frame, where the lifting frame is slidably connected in the maintenance cavity 10 and is capable of vertically lifting up and down in the maintenance cavity 10, and the lifting frame is used to support the bottom of the foot bath 2, so as to lift the foot bath 2, and enable the foot bath 2 to descend to the first position or ascend to the second position.

In some embodiments, the guide rail 15 is disposed on the side wall of the maintenance cavity 10, for example, the guide rail 15 is assembled on the side wall of the maintenance cavity 10 by a connecting piece such as a screw, a sliding groove is disposed on the supporting piece, that is, a sliding groove 52 is disposed on the lifting bar 5, the guide rail 15 is in fit connection with the sliding groove 52, as shown in fig. 5, the guide rail 15 comprises a connecting part 151 connected with the side wall of the maintenance cavity and a semicircular or circular guide post 152 forming a guide, the sliding groove 52 is a semicircular groove with an opening, and at least a part of the guide post 152 is embedded in the sliding groove 52 to form fit connection. Therefore, when the lifting bar 5 is lifted up and down, the lifting bar 5 slides up and down along the guide post 152 of the guide rail 15 through the chute 52. The guide post 152 of the guide rail 15 and the sliding groove 52 form sliding connection, and the two can be matched to perform good sliding guide on the lifting strip 5, so that the lifting and descending paths of the lifting strip 5 are regular and consistent, deviation of the lifting strip 5 is avoided, and the foot bath 2 is stably lifted and descended.
In some embodiments, the plurality of guide rails 15 are provided, the plurality of guide rails 15 are divided into two groups, and the two groups of guide rails 15 are disposed on the left and right sides of the maintenance cavity 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a set of two guide rails 15 is provided, one set of guide rails 15 is provided on the left inner wall of the maintenance chamber 10 and the two guide rails 15 are provided in parallel at an interval in the front-rear direction, respectively connected to the front-rear ends of the left elevating bar 5. The other group of guide rails 15 are arranged on the right inner wall of the maintenance cavity 10, and the two guide rails 15 are arranged in the front-rear direction at intervals in parallel and are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the right lifting bar 5. By providing a plurality of guide rails 15 on one lifting bar 5, the lifting and lowering of the lifting bar 5 can be made more stable and reliable.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, a driving assembly is disposed in the base 1, one end of the driving assembly extends into the maintenance cavity 10 and is in transmission connection with the lifting bar 5, and the driving assembly is configured to pull the support member to move vertically upwards in the maintenance cavity 10, so that the support member can move upwards along the guide rail 15, lift the foot bath 2, and lower the foot bath 2 to the first position or raise the foot bath 2 to the second position.
In some embodiments, the drive assembly includes a drive motor 7, a gear assembly 8, and a pull cord 6. Wherein, driving motor 7 locates inside the pedestal 1. The gear assembly 8 is arranged at the output end of the driving motor 7, the gear assembly 8 is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving motor 7, and the driving motor 7 can drive the gear assembly 8 to rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction. One end of the pull rope 6 is wound at a rotating shaft of the gear assembly 8, and the other end of the pull rope 6 is connected with the lifting bar 5. Therefore, when the driving motor 7 drives the gear assembly 8 to rotate forward, one end of the pull rope 6 can be gradually wound on the rotating shaft of the gear assembly 8, and then the other end of the pull rope 6 can drive the lifting bar 5 to move upwards along the guide rail 15 in the maintenance cavity 10, and then the foot bath 2 is lifted by the lifting bar 5, so that the foot bath 2 is lifted to the second position. Meanwhile, when the driving motor 7 drives the gear assembly 8 to reversely rotate, the lifting bar 5 can move downwards along the guide rail 15 under the action of gravity of the foot bath device and the foot bath device, one end of the pull rope 6 moves downwards synchronously with the lifting bar 5, the other end of the pull rope 6 is gradually unreeled from the gear assembly 8, and the foot bath device 2 can be lowered to the first position.
In some embodiments, the pull ropes 6 are provided with at least two pull ropes, at least one pull rope 6 is connected with one lifting bar 5, i.e. at least one pull rope 6 is connected with a support piece positioned at one side of the maintenance cavity 10; at least one further pull rope 6 is connected to the further lifting bar 5, i.e. at least one further pull rope 6 is connected to a support element located on the other side of the maintenance chamber 10, so that the drive motor 7 can drive both support elements simultaneously upwards.
In some embodiments, the gear assembly 8 includes a drive gear 81, a first driven gear 82, and a second driven gear 83. Wherein the driving gear 81 is provided at the output of the drive motor 7. The first driven gear 82 and the second driven gear 83 are respectively arranged at two sides of the driving gear 81 and are respectively meshed and connected with the driving gear 81 in a transmission manner, namely, the driving gear 81 can drive the first driven gear 82 and the second driven gear 83 to synchronously rotate. The two pull ropes 6 are a first pull rope 61 and a second pull rope 62, respectively. One end of the first pull rope 61 is wound around the rotation shaft of the first driven gear 82, and the other end of the first pull rope 61 is connected to a lifting bar 5. One end of the second pulling cord 62 is wound around the rotation shaft of the second driven gear 83, and the other end of the second pulling cord 62 is connected to the other lifting bar 5. Therefore, when the driving motor 7 rotates in the forward direction, it is possible to synchronously rotate by driving the driving gear 81, thereby pulling one of the lifter bars 5 to move upward by the first driven gear 82 and the first pulling rope 61, and pulling the other lifter bar 5 to synchronously move upward by the second driven gear 83 and the second pulling rope 62. When the drive motor 7 rotates in the reverse direction, the first rope 61 and the second rope 62 can be synchronously unwound from the first driven gear 82 and the second driven gear 83, and the other ends of the first rope 61 and the second rope 62 can be synchronously lowered along with the lifter 5.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the inner wall of the maintenance cavity 10 is provided with two pulleys 16, two pulleys 16 are respectively disposed above one lifting bar 5, the first pull rope 61 bypasses one pulley 16 and is connected to the first driven gear 82, and the second pull rope 62 bypasses the other pulley 16 and is connected to the second driven gear 83. Thus, the pull rope 6 can pull the lifting bar 5 to slide up and down vertically relative to the guide rail 15.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the driving motor 7 and the gear assembly 8 in fig. 5. Fig. 7 is an exploded view of fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the gear assembly 8 is externally sleeved with a gear housing 84, the driving gear 81, the first driven gear 82 and the second driven gear 83 are enclosed in the gear housing 84, and the driving gear 81, the first driven gear 82 and the second driven gear 83 are rotatably connected in the gear housing 84, respectively. The output shaft of the driving motor 7 stretches into the gear housing 84 to be in transmission connection with the driving gear 81, one end of the first pull rope 61 stretches into the gear housing 84 to be wound on the rotating shaft of the first driven gear 82, and one end of the second pull rope 62 stretches into the gear housing 84 to be wound on the rotating shaft of the second driven gear 83.
In some embodiments, the gear housing 84 is provided with two through holes 840, the two through holes 840 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the gear housing 84, one end of the first pull rope 61 extends into the gear housing 84 through one through hole 840 and is wound on the rotating shaft of the first driven gear 82, and one end of the second pull rope 62 extends into the gear housing 84 through the other through hole 840 and is wound on the rotating shaft of the second driven gear 83.
In some embodiments, the gear housing 84 includes a gear upper housing 841 and a gear lower housing 842, and the gear upper housing 841 and the gear lower housing 842 are integrally spliced with each other, thereby enclosing the driving gear 81, the first driven gear 82, and the second driven gear 83 within the gear housing 84.

Claims (11)

1. A foot bath system, comprising:
a foot bath device, wherein a foot bath cavity is arranged in the foot bath device, and the foot bath cavity is provided with an opening;
the foot bath device comprises a seat body, wherein a maintenance cavity is formed in the seat body, and the foot bath device can enter and exit the maintenance cavity; the lifting mechanism is arranged on the seat body and is used for driving the foot bath device to lift up and down in the maintenance cavity; the foot bath device comprises a maintenance cavity, a foot bath device and a lifting device, wherein the top of the maintenance cavity is provided with a maintenance unit, and the foot bath device is provided with a first descending position and a second ascending position in the maintenance cavity;
when the foot bath device descends to the first position, the foot bath device is separated from the top of the maintenance cavity and has a certain interval;
when the footbath is lifted to the second position, the top of the maintenance cavity can be attached to the footbath so that the maintenance unit performs maintenance work on the footbath cavity.
2. The foot bath system of claim 1, wherein the lift mechanism comprises a support and a drive assembly;
the support piece is used for supporting the bottom or the side wall of the foot bath;
the driving assembly is arranged in the seat body and is in transmission connection with the supporting piece, and the driving assembly can drive the supporting piece to vertically move up and down in the maintenance cavity so as to drive the foot bath device to vertically ascend and descend in the maintenance cavity.

The foot bath system according to claim 2, wherein the supporting member comprises two lifting bars, the two lifting bars are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the maintenance cavity, the two lifting bars are respectively supported on the bottom or the side wall of the foot bath, the driving assembly is in transmission connection with the lifting bars, and the driving assembly drives the lifting bars to vertically slide up and down in the maintenance cavity so as to drive the foot bath to lift up and down in the maintenance cavity.
4. The foot bath system of claim 3, wherein the drive assembly comprises a drive motor, a gear assembly, and a pull cord;
the driving motor is arranged in the seat body;
the gear assembly is connected with the output end of the driving motor;
one end of the pull rope is wound on the rotating shaft of the gear assembly, and the other end of the pull rope is connected with the supporting piece;
the driving motor can drive the gear assembly to rotate, so that the pull rope is gradually wound on the gear assembly, and the supporting piece is driven to vertically move upwards in the maintenance cavity.
5. The foot bath system of claim 4, wherein the gear assembly comprises a drive gear and two driven gears;
the driving gear is arranged at the output end of the driving motor;
the driven gears are respectively arranged on two sides of the driving gear and are respectively in meshed transmission connection with the driving gear;
the pull rope is provided with at least two pull ropes; one end of at least one pull rope is wound on a rotating shaft of one driven gear, and the other end of the pull rope is connected with the support piece positioned at one side of the maintenance cavity; one end of at least one pull rope is wound on the rotating shaft of the other driven gear, and the other end of the pull rope is connected with the support piece positioned on the other side of the maintenance cavity;
wherein, the lifting strip extends along the front-back direction of the seat body to form a strip shape.
6. The foot bath system according to claim 5, wherein pulleys are arranged in the maintenance cavity, two pulleys are arranged, and two pulleys are respectively arranged above the two supporting pieces;
one pull rope is connected with one driven gear after passing around one pulley, and the other pull rope is connected with the other driven gear after passing around the other pulley.

The foot bath system of claim 2, wherein a guide rail is disposed in the maintenance cavity, the guide rail is disposed on a side wall of the maintenance cavity, a chute is disposed on the support member, the guide rail is cooperatively connected with the chute, and the support member slides along the guide rail through the chute when the support member is lifted up and down.
8. The foot bath system of claim 1, wherein the maintenance unit comprises a combination of one or more of a sterilization unit, a cleaning unit, an air drying unit;
when the top of the maintenance cavity is attached to the footbath device, the top of the maintenance cavity can cover the opening of the footbath cavity, so that the maintenance unit can perform one or more of sterilization, cleaning and blow drying on the footbath cavity.
9. The foot bath system of claim 8, wherein a cover plate is provided on top of the maintenance cavity, the maintenance unit comprising a cleaning unit provided on the cover plate, the cleaning unit being a spray gun or nozzle or spray orifice provided on the cover plate;
when the footbath device enters the maintenance cavity, the cover plate can be vertically opposite to the opening of the footbath cavity, and when the lifting mechanism drives the footbath device to ascend to the second position, the cover plate can be sealed to cover the opening of the footbath cavity, and the spray gun or the spray nozzle or the spray hole can spray water towards the inner wall of the footbath cavity.
10. The foot bath system of claim 9, further comprising a clean water tank for storing clean water therein, the clean water tank being connected to the wash unit and for supplying water to the wash unit; the bottom surface of maintaining the chamber is equipped with water drainage tank, be equipped with the filter in the water drainage tank, water drainage tank be used for with the outlet in lavipeditum chamber is relative, and pass through the filter the waste water of lavipeditum chamber exhaust.
