Detailed Description
The present utility model will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1, the latch according to the embodiment of the present utility model is a schematic structure, and the latch may be applied to the field of mechanical fixing locks, especially in storage boxes (such as a suitcase, a refrigerator, a tool box, etc.). The lock catch in this embodiment is mainly used for the lock joint locking of case lid and box to close the accommodation space between case lid and the box, guarantee to deposit the article safety in the accommodation space.
As shown in fig. 2-5, the latch of the present embodiment includes a latch base 10 and a latch assembly 20, wherein the latch base 10 is used for mounting and fixing to a case cover of a (storage case), the latch assembly 20 is used for mounting and fixing to a case body of the (storage case), and when the case cover is fastened to the case body, the latch assembly 20 and the latch base 10 can be fastened and locked with each other to realize the fixed connection of the case cover and the case body. Of course, in practical applications, the latch base 10 may be mounted to the case, and the latch assembly 20 may be mounted to the case cover, and specifically, the mounting positions of the latch base 10 and the latch assembly 20 may be adopted in a manner that is conventional in the art, and will not be described herein.
The latch base 10 includes an inner side plate 11 and an outer side plate 12, which are disposed opposite to each other, wherein the inner side plate 11 is abutted against a surface of the case cover or the case when the latch base 10 is fixed to the case cover or the case, and the outer side plate 12 is spaced apart from the case cover or the case. The inner panel 11 has a first fixing hole 111, and the inner panel 11 may be fixed to the case cover or the case body by a fastener such as a rivet or a screw penetrating the first fixing hole 111. The outer panel 12 has a fastening hole 121 and the fastening hole 121 forms an operation window for operating the fastening member in the first fixing hole 111, for example, when the latch base is fastened by a screw, the screw can be fastened by a screwdriver passing through the fastening hole 121.
The latch bolt assembly 20 includes a latch hook 211, the latch hook 211 having a shape and size that is adapted to the shape and size of the shackle hole 121 such that the latch hook 211 may be inserted into the shackle hole, e.g., the width of the latch hook 211 is slightly smaller than the width of the shackle hole 121, and a tool for operating a fastener (e.g., a screwdriver cannot operate a screw inserted into the shackle hole 121 into the first fixing hole 111) after the latch hook 211 is inserted into the shackle hole 121. The latch hook 211 locks the latch bolt assembly 20 with the latch base 10 by being inserted into the latch hole 121 of the latch base 10 and hooking the outer side plate 12 of the edge of the latch hole 121, and the latch hook 211 blocks or partially blocks the latch hole 121 when the latch bolt assembly 20 is locked with the latch base 10. Thus, the fastener in the first fixing hole 111 cannot be operated through the fastening hole 121 when the latch bolt assembly 20 is fastened to the latch base 10, for example, a screwdriver cannot be inserted into the fastening hole 121.
In the above-mentioned latch, the first fixing hole 111 for fixing the latch base 10 is provided in the inner side plate 11, and the latch hook 211 inserted into the latch hole 121 on the latch bolt assembly 20 seals or partially seals the latch hole 121, so that the fastener in the first fixing hole 111 cannot be disassembled in the latch locked state, and the latch base 10 cannot be disassembled from the storage box (for example, the box cover), thereby improving the safety of the latch.
In particular, on the latch base 10, the inner plate 11 has a plurality of first fixing holes 111, and the plurality of first fixing holes 111 are located in the orthographic projection area of the inner plate 11 through the latch holes 121. Thus, the fastener in the first fixing hole 111 is more convenient to operate, i.e. the latch base 10 is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the latch assembly 20 of the latch includes a fixing base, a latch member 21 and a driving assembly, and the latch hook 211 is located at an end of the latch member 21. The latch member 21 is slidably connected to the fixed base (e.g., by means of a slot-to-edge fit or by means of a sliding assembly (e.g., a rail) disposed between the latch member 21 and the fixed base), and the driving assembly slides relative to the fixed base by pushing the latch member 21 such that the latch hooks 211 of the latch member 21 disengage or snap onto the latch holes 121 of the latch base 10.
The fixing base includes a bottom plate 22, a second fixing hole 221 and a locking lug 222 protruding from the outer surface vertically are disposed on the bottom plate 22, and a locking hole 223 is disposed on the locking lug 222. Accordingly, the actuating assembly includes an actuating handle 24, and the actuating handle 24 has a first through hole 242 adapted to the latch lug 222, the first through hole 242 being shaped and sized to the cross section of the latch lug 222, such that when the latch bolt assembly 20 is locked to the latch bolt housing 10, the actuating handle 24 abuts against the base 22 and covers the second fixing hole 221, the latch lug 222 passes through the first through hole 242, and the latch hole 223 is exposed to the outer side surface of the actuating handle 24. The driving handle 24 can be locked by the lock passing through the lock hole 223, and the locking piece 21 cannot be operated by the driving handle 24.
The second fixing hole 221 on the bottom plate 22 is shielded by the driving handle 24, so that the fastener in the second fixing hole 221 cannot be disassembled under the locking state of the lock catch, and the lock tongue assembly 20 cannot be disassembled from the storage box (such as a box body), thereby further improving the safety of the lock catch.
In particular, the bottom plate 22 may have a plurality of second fixing holes 221, and the driving handle 24 has a large width, so that all the second fixing holes 221 may be covered when the driving handle 24 is abutted against the bottom plate 22, preventing any one fastener from being detached from the second fixing holes 221.
In one embodiment of the utility model, the drive assembly is rotatably mounted to the mount; correspondingly, the driving assembly comprises a driving bolt 281, the locking piece 21 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 212 (which can be a through hole or a blind hole) matched with the driving bolt 281, and an included angle between the length direction of the strip-shaped hole 212 (namely the arrangement direction of the strip-shaped hole 212) and the sliding direction of the locking piece 21 is larger than 0 degrees, namely the length direction of the strip-shaped hole 212 is not arranged along the sliding direction of the locking piece 21, so that the driving bolt 281 can be extruded to the side wall of the strip-shaped hole 212 when sliding in the strip-shaped hole 212, and the sliding direction of the locking piece 21 is driven to move. At least a portion of the driving bolt 281 is inserted into the bar-shaped hole 212, and the driving component pushes the side wall of the bar-shaped hole 212 by the driving bolt 281 when rotating, so that the locking piece 21 slides, and the locking hook 211 at the top end of the locking piece 21 can be separated from the locking hole 121 or hook the outer side plate 12 at the edge of the locking hole 121. The driving bolt 281 is connected to the driving assembly by means of assembly (e.g. riveting or bolting), and the driving bolt 281 is parallel to the rotation axis of the driving assembly (i.e. the rotation axis of the driving assembly relative to the fixing base).
The lock catch drives the lock catch member 21 to slide by the rotation of the driving component, so that the lock hook 211 of the lock catch member 21 is disengaged from or buckled to the lock catch seat 10, thereby achieving the buckling and locking functions. Moreover, the locking operation of the lock catch is simple and convenient, the operation of locking and unlocking the lock catch can be completed without applying large force, the operation difficulty is low, the lock catch damage caused by violent impact during operation is effectively avoided, the service life of the lock catch is prolonged, and meanwhile the locking problem can be effectively solved.
Unlike the existing lock catch which adopts the interference fit to realize connection, the lock catch piece 21 and the lock catch seat 10 of the embodiment do not need to be mutually extruded to generate elastic deformation, so that the lock catch is not limited in material selection. In practical application, the latch base 10, the fixing base, the latch member 21 and the driving component are preferably made of sheet metal materials (such as stainless steel plates), which has high material strength, low cost, convenient and quick processing and high practicability. Of course, the latch base 10, the fixing base, the latch member 21 and the driving component may be made of other materials, such as plastic.
Preferably, the included angle between the length direction of the bar-shaped hole 212 of the latch 21 and the sliding direction of the latch 21 is greater than or equal to 60 °, so that the driving bolt 281 can press the side wall of the bar-shaped hole 212 more easily, and the latch 21 is prevented from pressing the driving bolt 281 in turn under the action of gravity, so that the latch 21 is slidingly displaced. Therefore, the driving bolt 281 is prevented from being deformed or broken and damaged easily due to the small included angle between the length direction of the strip-shaped hole 212 of the locking piece 21 and the sliding direction of the locking piece 21 (larger force is needed to be applied during operation), and meanwhile, the operation difficulty is reduced. In practical application, when the latch bolt assembly 20 is locked with the latch base 10, the bar-shaped hole 212 of the latch member 21 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the latch member 21, i.e. the angle between the length direction of the bar-shaped hole 212 of the latch member 21 and the sliding direction of the latch member 21 is 90 °.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the fixing base includes, in addition to the bottom plate 22, a guide plate 23 having one end pivotally connected to a lug 224 of the bottom plate 22 through a pin 225, wherein an inner side surface of the guide plate 23 includes a sliding slot 231 disposed along a sliding direction of the locking member 21, two sides of the locking member 21 are assembled into the sliding slot 231, and the locking hook 211 is exposed at a top end of the sliding slot 231, i.e. the sliding direction of the locking member 21 is limited by the sliding slot 231, so that the locking member 21 can stably slide along the set sliding direction. Meanwhile, since the bottom plate 22 and the guide plate 23 are pivoted through the pin shaft 225, the guide plate 23 can rotate around the pin shaft 225, so that the guide plate 23 and the locking piece 21 can rotate when the case cover needs to be opened, and the locking piece 21 is prevented from obstructing the case cover opening.
Specifically, the latch member 21 has a set of parallel sides, two sides of the sliding slot 231 have limit grooves (for example, the limit grooves may be formed by bending the sides of the guide plate 23) adapted to the sides of the latch member 21, and when the latch member 21 is assembled to the sliding slot 231, two sides of the latch member 21 are respectively snapped into two limit grooves matched to the sliding slot 231, so as to achieve a sliding connection between the latch member 21 and the sliding slot 231.
The driving assembly comprises, in addition to the driving handle 24, a driving member 25 and a circular mounting plate 27, the inner side surface of the guide plate 23 is provided with a groove 233 adapted to the mounting plate 27, i.e. the groove 233 is also circular, and when the driving assembly is assembled to the guide plate 23, the mounting plate 27 is embedded in the groove 233 and can rotate in the groove 233 and is rotationally limited by the groove 233. The bottom of the recess 233 has a mounting hole 232 for the driving member 25, the mounting hole 232 penetrating the guide plate 23, the driving member 25 being located on the outer side surface of the guide plate 23, and the driving member 25 being fixed to the mounting plate 27 (e.g., by rivets 282) in such a manner that at least a portion passes through the mounting hole 232 and rotates in synchronization with the mounting plate 27.
Since the driving member 25 can rotate relative to the guide plate 23 and the latch member 21 is slidably connected to the guide plate 23, when the driving member 25 rotates relative to the guide plate 23, the driving bolt 281 can be driven to rotate around the center of the driving assembly, so that the driving bolt 281 slides in the strip hole 212 of the latch member 21 and presses the side wall of the strip hole 212, thereby driving the latch member 21 to slide relative to the guide plate 23, so that the latch member 21 stretches and contracts to disengage the latch hook 211 from the latch base 10 or is fastened to the latch base 10.
To improve the stability and reliability of the driving peg 281, the driving peg 281 is preferably fixedly connected to the driving member 25. One end of the driving bolt 281 may be directly riveted and fixed to the driving member 25. Specifically, the mounting plate 27 is provided with a second through hole 272 adapted to the driving peg 281, and one end of the driving peg 281 is sequentially rivet-fixed to the driving member 25 through the bar-shaped hole 212, the second through hole 272 of the mounting plate 27, and the mounting hole 232 of the guide plate 23. Therefore, when the driving member 25 and the mounting plate 27 rotate, the driving bolt 281 can rotate along with the mounting plate 27 and press the sidewall of the bar-shaped hole 212, so that the locking piece 21 slides along the sliding slot 231.
In another embodiment of the present utility model, two sides of one end of the driving handle 24 of the driving assembly are respectively provided with a pivot protruding shaft 241, and the pivot protruding shafts 241 of two sides of one end of the driving handle 24 are located on the same straight line. Correspondingly, two sides of the driving member 25 are respectively provided with a pivot hole 253, and the pivot holes 253 are matched with the pivot protruding shafts 241, so that the driving handle 24 can be pivotally fixed with the driving member 25 by inserting the pivot protruding shafts 241 into the pivot holes 253, and the driving handle 24 drives the driving member 25 to rotate, so that the driving bolt 281 rotates around the rotation axis of the driving assembly. In particular, the drive handle 24 is abutted against the surface of the base plate 22 by rotating about the pivot boss 241.
Of course, the connection line between the pivot holes 253 on both sides of the driving member 25 should pass through the rotation axis of the driving assembly, thus facilitating the driving operation of the driving handle 24. The shape of the pivot protruding shaft 241 of the driving handle 24 may be specifically determined according to practical situations, for example, rectangular, cylindrical, etc. In practical applications, the driving member 25 may include a main body 251 and an outer cover 252, and the main body 251 and the outer cover 252 may be connected together by a fastener 282 and a driving bolt 281, and the pivot hole 253 is located between the main body 251 and the outer cover 252.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the driving assembly further includes an elastic element 26, where the elastic element 26 is located between the driving member 25 and the guide plate 23, and one end of the elastic element 26 abuts against an outer surface of the guide plate 23, and the other end of the elastic element 26 abuts against the pivot protruding shaft 241 of the driving handle 24. The pin joint protruding shaft 241 is tightly attached to the driving member 25 under the elastic force of the elastic piece 26 and pushes the driving member 25 away from the guide plate 23, so that a large gap exists between the driving member 25 and the guide plate 23, friction between the driving member 25 and the surface of the guide plate 23 is prevented when the driving member 25 rotates, and collision and abrasion of parts are avoided.
Specifically, the elastic member 26 may be formed of a metal material having a relatively high elasticity, and includes a ring portion 261 and a bar portion 262, wherein the bar portion 262 passes through the center of the ring portion 261 and has two connection points with the ring portion 261. The annular portion 261 and the strip portion 262 are respectively in a wave shape with a middle low and two high sides, two ends of the strip portion 262 respectively protrude out of the periphery of the annular portion 261, and the protruding portions respectively extend into the pivot hole 253 of the driving member 25 and are abutted with the two pivot protruding shafts 241 of the driving handle 24.
The utility model also provides a storage box, which comprises a box body, a box cover and the lock catch; the lock catch seat and the lock tongue assembly are respectively fixed on the box body and the box cover.
The present utility model is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present utility model are intended to be included in the scope of the present utility model. Therefore, the protection scope of the present utility model should be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
