Description

Electric flaring machine with position detection element
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of electric flaring machines, and particularly relates to an electric flaring machine with a position detection element.
Background
The operation process of the existing electric pipe expander (such as China patent application with publication number of CN109926506A and named as an electric pipe expander, and China patent application with public number of CN217142034U and named as an electric pipe expander) mostly comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of firstly clamping the head of a pipe to be processed (usually a copper pipe) by a clamp head formed by a pin shaft penetrating through a left clamp body and a right clamp body, then placing the clamp head clamping the pipe head to be processed into a clamp head cavity of the clamp head seat, operating a spanner after the clamp head is placed in place, enabling a compressing end linked with the spanner to prop the clamp head between the compressing end and the clamp head cavity wall (a positioning column is arranged on the cavity wall opposite to the clamp head cavity and the compressing end in general), then pressing a flaring button to send a signal to a controller to start a flaring motor to push and rotate a flaring head with a cone at the front end, and after the flaring is completed, the flaring head withdraws from the clamp head cavity, operating the spanner reversely, releasing the propping of the compressing end on the clamp head, and taking down the clamp head and the pipe with the cone-shaped head expanded.
In the existing electric flaring machine, in the working process, after the chuck body is placed in the chuck cavity of the chuck base, a spanner needs to be operated to realize manual locking. In the process, the chuck body may not be placed in place, so that the locking position is inaccurate, and at the moment, the electric flaring machine is started, so that normal flaring cannot be realized, and the condition that the chuck body is damaged by the top of the flaring head and the like may be caused.
In addition, in the use process, a user can put the chuck body which is not used for clamping the pipe to be processed into the chuck cavity and start the electric flaring machine, and the flaring head can be directly propped against the chuck body, so that the conical surface of the chuck body is extruded and deformed. In addition, the user may perform flaring without locking.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop an electric flaring machine to detect the position of the clamping head and/or whether the pipe to be machined is placed, and only after the clamping head is in place and/or the clamping head clamps the pipe to be machined, the follow-up action is performed.
