a liner provided with a liner opening;
the infrared heating assembly is arranged corresponding to the opening of the lining;
a transmissive element coupled to the liner corresponding to the liner opening, the transmissive element being at least partially light transmissive;
the detachable cover assembly is arranged on one side, close to the transmission piece, of the lining, a detachable cover through hole is formed in the detachable cover assembly, a detachable cover sealing ring is arranged at the detachable cover through hole, the detachable cover sealing ring is provided with a sealing ring inner side contact surface, and the sealing ring inner side contact surface is propped against part of the surface of the transmission piece;
wherein, the contact surface of the inner side of the sealing ring is a rough surface or is provided with a bump which makes the contact surface take on a rough shape.
2. The cover of claim 1, wherein the protrusion is configured as an annular rib extending along a circumference of the removable cover seal ring.

the cover according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
the cooker comprises a cooker body, wherein an inner pot is arranged in the cooker body, and a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot when the cover body is covered on the cooker body.
