Claims (12)

1. A lid assembly, the lid being provided over a pan assembly (50), the lid assembly comprising:
a cover body (10) having a cover cap (11) and a burring structure (12) provided at a lower edge of the cover cap (11);
a sealing structure (20) comprising a support ring (21) and a sealing ring (22) connected with the support ring (21), wherein the support ring (21) comprises a transverse plate (211) positioned inside the sealing ring (22);
and a fastener passing through the flanging structure (12) from top to bottom and connected with the transverse plate (211) so as to connect the sealing structure (20) on the flanging structure (12).
2. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover assembly comprises a cover,
the support ring (21) further comprises a vertical plate (212) connected to the transverse plate (211) and extending upwards;
the cover cap (11) is characterized in that an accommodating groove is formed between the flanging structure (12) and the vertical plate (212), the cover body assembly further comprises a clamping ring (30) arranged in the accommodating groove, and the clamping ring (30) is matched with the vertical plate (212) in a clamping mode.

The cap assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the sealing ring (22) comprises a main body portion (222) and an upwardly extending first lip (223) connected to the inside of the main body portion (222), the first lip (223) being in abutting engagement with the inside of the flanging structure (12); and/or the sealing ring (22) comprises a main body part (222) and a downward extending second lip (224) connected to the inner side of the main body part (222), wherein the second lip (224) can be in propping fit with the inner side wall of the pot body assembly (50).

The cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the sealing ring (22) comprises a main body portion (222) and a first annular bead (225) provided on an upper surface of the main body portion (222), the first annular bead (225) being in abutting engagement with the flanging structure (12); and/or, the sealing ring (22) comprises a main body part (222) and a second annular convex rib (226) arranged on the lower surface of the main body part (222), and the second annular convex rib (226) can be in propping fit with the top wall of the pot body assembly (50).
9. The lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the flange structure (12) comprises a first flange plate (122) and a second flange plate (123) located above the first flange plate (122), the first flange plate (122) being connected to the cover (11) and extending outwardly, and the second flange plate (123) being connected to the first flange plate (122) and extending inwardly.
10. Cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a handle structure (60) connected to the cover body (10), wherein a first latch hook (61) capable of locking engagement with the pan body assembly (50) is arranged in the handle structure (60), and wherein a side of the support ring (21) remote from the handle structure (60) is provided with a plug board (216) capable of plugging engagement with the pan body assembly (50).
11. A cooking appliance comprising a pan body assembly (50) and a cover body assembly covered on the pan body assembly (50), characterized in that the cover body assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
