the first clamping ring (11) and the second clamping ring (14) are respectively provided with an opening which can be opened, and the openings are used for sleeving the first clamping ring (11) or the second clamping ring (14) outside the connecting pipe (21);
the inner diameters of the first clamping ring (11) and the second clamping ring (14) are larger than the outer diameter of the connecting pipe (21) and smaller than the outer diameter of the main pipe body (22); the diameter of an inner cavity (15) surrounded by the pull rods (13) is larger than the outer diameter of the main pipe body (22).
