The bottom surface of the adhesive tape conveying groove 161 is positioned at the same horizontal plane with the top surface of the traction roller 14 and the bottom surface of the cutting groove, so that the bottom surface of the adhesive tape in the cutting process can be kept at the same horizontal plane, and the accuracy of the cutting length of the adhesive tape is improved.

As shown in fig. 2-3, the length of the forward movement of the strip 5 to be cut can be measured by means of the wheel 152; one end of the cross rod 154 and the left side of the support rod 155 are of a rotatable connection structure, so that the rotating wheel 152 can rotate along with the hanging plate 151 by taking the axial lead of the cross rod 154 as the center, and therefore the length measuring device can adapt to and offset the top surface friction of adhesive tapes with different thicknesses, and further adapt to the length measurement of the adhesive tapes with different thicknesses, and has good universality.

when the mode switching knob 118 is located at the manual gear 1181, the manual cutting button 114 is connected and conducted with the pneumatic cutting knife 12 through the mode switching knob 118, and the inching button 115 is connected and conducted with the first driving device and the second driving device through the mode switching knob 118 respectively;
conversely, when the mode switching knob 118 is located at the automatic gear 1182, the manual cutting button 114 is not electrically connected to the pneumatic cutting blade 12, and the click button 115 is not electrically connected to both the first driving device and the second driving device.
As shown in fig. 2, when the mode switch knob 118 is located in the manual gear 1181, the manual cutting button 114 is connected to the pneumatic cutting knife 12 through the mode switch knob 118, the click button 115 is connected to the driving device through the mode switch knob 118, if the manual cutting button 114 is pressed, the blade of the pneumatic cutting knife 12 moves downward and cuts off the adhesive tape 5 to be cut into two sections, if the click button 115 is clicked, the first driving device and the second driving device respectively drive the first traction roller 14 and the conveying roller 21 to rotate forward so as to drive the adhesive tape 5 to be cut to move for a set cutting length, and at this time, the hand cutting button 114 can be pressed again to complete the cutting off of the adhesive tape 5 to be cut for the second cutting length, and the click button 11 and the hand cutting button 114 are repeated in turn to complete the subsequent cutting off operation of the adhesive tape 5 to be cut.
Further, the left and right groove walls of the mounting groove 111 are respectively provided with a second mounting plate 112, a first adjusting screw 113 and a second inserting groove 119;

the upper ends of the two second adjusting screws 25 are respectively located at the tops of the two conveying frames 23, and the bottom ends of the second adjusting screws 25 penetrate through the corresponding groove walls of the mounting groove 111 downwards and then are in threaded connection with the corresponding first mounting plates 24.
As shown in fig. 4, the height of the second auxiliary roller 22 relative to the top surface of the conveying roller 21 can be adjusted by rotating the two second adjusting screws 25, so that the distance between the bottom surface of the second auxiliary roller 22 and the top surface of the conveying roller 21 is adjusted to be suitable for conveying adhesive tapes with different thicknesses.
