As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the present application provides an intelligent take-away cabinet 10. Wherein the rack comprises a rack main body 100, a taking-out device 200 and a conveyor belt 300; the rack body 100, the rack body 100 is the multilayer setting, and every layer of frame 110 all is equipped with a plurality of storing slide 120 that extend along fore-and-aft direction for deposit article, storing slide 120 slope setting is low back height form before, and storing slide 120's front end is equipped with the stop part, is used for preventing article roll-off. A withdrawing device 200 positioned outside the rack main body 100, the withdrawing device 200 being movable up and down; the withdrawing device 200 of the rack main body 100 includes a plurality of withdrawing arms 210, the withdrawing arms 210 can move back and forth, and when the withdrawing device 200 stays at the one-layer rack 110 of the rack main body 100, the withdrawing arms 210 protrude toward the storing slideway 120 to withdraw the articles at the front end of the storing slideway 120. The conveying belt 300 is located outside the rack main body 100 and below the withdrawing arm 210, and is used for receiving the articles withdrawn by the withdrawing arm 210 and conveying the articles to the withdrawing place.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, after the intelligent take-out cabinet 10 receives take-out order information of a customer, the take-out device 200 can be controlled to move to the layer rack 110 of the layer where the dishes to be taken are located, and the take-out device 200 can take out the dishes corresponding to the order information on the layer rack 110. After the taking-out device 200 takes out the corresponding dishes, the dishes are moved to the conveying belt 300, so that the conveying belt 300 can convey the dishes to the taking place, and the dishes of the take-out order are concentrated together, thereby being convenient for the user to take the dishes of the take-out order.
Wherein, the rack main body 100 is used for storing dishes, namely, the objects in the claims are generally stored by bowls. The dishes are placed on the storing slide 120, and the storing slide 120 can store a plurality of dishes, for example, 10 dishes, along the front-rear direction. Meanwhile, since the rack main body 100 is provided with the plurality of storage slideways 120, one storage slideway 120 stores one type of dishes, and of course, two storage slideways 120 can store the same type of dishes, and the arrangement can be specifically performed according to practical situations. Because the storage slideway 120 is inclined, when the dishes at the front end of the storage slideway 120 are taken away, the dishes at the back of the storage slideway 120 can slide forwards, so that the taking-out device 200 can take the dishes from the storage slideway 120 according to the order information.
Although it is noted in the present embodiment that the storage slide 120 is provided in a tilted configuration, the tilted configuration herein refers to the overall tilting arrangement of the storage slide 120, and does not require that every section of the storage slide 120 be tilted. The purpose of the inclined arrangement is to enable the articles to automatically slide along the storage slide 120 to the front end of the storage slide 120. For example, the storage slide 120 includes a front section slide for holding a single article and a rear section slide having a length greater than that of the front section slide, the rear section slide being inclined, and the front section slide being disposed flat. The front-end sub-slideway has a small length, and can only hold a single article, the whole storage slideway 120 is inclined, and the articles can automatically and sequentially reach the front-end sub-slideway, namely reach the front side of the storage slideway 120. This type of storage slide 120 is also within the scope of this application.
When the taking-out device 200 needs to take out the dishes, the taking-out arm 210 extends towards the front end of the storage slideway 120, so as to take out the dishes at the front end of the storage slideway 120, and then moves backwards, so that the dishes are separated from the storage slideway 120.
When the removing device 200 moves to a rack 110 of the rack main body 100, the storage slides 120 on the rack 110 can correspond to a removing arm 210. In an embodiment, the number of the storage slides 120 of each layer of racks 110 on the rack main body 100 is not necessarily equal, and the number of the withdrawing arms 210 corresponds to the maximum number of the storage slides 120 of one layer of racks 110, so that the maximum number of storage slides 120 of one layer can correspond to one withdrawing arm 210. This ensures that the storage slide 120 on any rack 110 can be independently associated with a retrieval arm 210 regardless of the movement of the retrieval device 200 to any rack 110. This results in a higher extraction efficiency. For example, when the rack body 100 has three layers, the first layer is 5 storage slides 120, the second layer is 6 storage slides 120, and the third layer is 5 storage slides 120, so that the number of the withdrawing arms 210 is 6. In another embodiment, the number of storage slides 120 in each tier of the rack body 100 is equal.
The storage slide 120 of each tier of the rack body 100 is aligned in the vertical direction. Thus, when the fetching device 200 moves up and down to each layer, the front of the storage slideway 120 can directly correspond to one fetching arm 210, and the transverse position of the fetching arm 210 is not required to be adjusted, so that the speed of fetching dishes can be increased.
The incline angle of the storage slide 120 is less than or equal to 25 °. The inclination angle of the storage slideway 120 is not easy to be too large, because the dishes or other containers may be stored with liquid such as soup, and the like, so that the outflow of the liquid can be effectively avoided. Meanwhile, when the inclination angle is too high, dishes are prevented from being easily tilted upwards, so that dishes on the back side are easily stacked on dishes on the front side, and the taking-out arm 210 is not easy to take out. At the same time, the stacking of the dishes also easily allows the dishes to fall off the storage chute 120.
The blocking part comprises a stop 130, and the stop 130 is convexly arranged at the front end of the storage slideway 120 and is used for preventing the articles from sliding out. The stop 130 is arranged, and the structure is simple and practical.
The bottom of the storage slide 120 is provided with rollers. This allows the dishes to slide more smoothly on the storage chute 120.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the withdrawing device 200 is further provided with a cross beam 230, and the withdrawing arm 210 is mounted on the cross beam 230 to be movable back and forth with respect to the cross beam 230. In this way, all the withdrawing arms 210 can be driven to move up and down by the up and down movement of the cross beam 230, so that the structure is simpler and more convenient. In the present embodiment, there are also extraction rails 240 extending in the front-rear direction, the extraction rails 240 are in one-to-one correspondence with the extraction arms 210, the extraction rails 240 are mounted on the cross beam 230, and the extraction arms 210 are mounted on the extraction rails 240; a second power device is also provided, which is in one-to-one correspondence with the extraction rail 240, and drives the extraction arm 210 to move back and forth along the extraction rail 240.
The cross beam 230 is positioned above the conveyor 300 and the take-out arm 210 is positioned below the cross beam 230. The fetching arm 210 is required to be placed on the conveying belt 300 when fetching articles from the storage slideway 120, and the fetching arm 210 can move back and forth, so that the structure can be more compact and reasonable.
A base 410 is further provided, and the conveyor belt 300 and the cross beam 230 are mounted on the base 410; a first power device is also provided to drive the base 410 to move up and down. The first power device drives the taking-out device 200 and the transmission belt 300 to move up and down synchronously, so that dishes can be more conveniently conveyed out, and the overall structure of the device is simpler.
The first power device includes a first vertical rail 420, one end of the base 410 is mounted on the first vertical rail 420, and the vertical rail 420 is fixed at an edge of the rack main body 100.
The extraction arm 210 includes an extended state and an withdrawn state, and when the extraction arm 210 is in the extended state, the extraction arm 210 can be inserted into the bottom of an item located at the front end of the storage slide 120 as the extraction arm 210 moves toward the storage slide 120; when the withdrawing arm 210 is in the withdrawn state, the withdrawing arm 210 is far away from the storage slideway 120, so that the articles can be moved out of the storage slideway 120; the removal device 200 also includes a shedding portion 220 for moving the article lifted on the removal arm 120 onto the conveyor 300.
The withdrawing arm 210 is inserted into the storage slideway 120, and is not interfered with the blocking portion when the withdrawing arm drives the article to move out of the storage slideway 120. The blocking portion is exemplified as the bump 130. After the withdrawing arm 210 is inserted into the bottom of the article at the front end of the storage slideway 120, the withdrawing device 200 integrally moves upwards, that is, the beam 230 drives the withdrawing arm 210 to move upwards to lift and lift the article, so that the article is higher than the stop block 130, and when the withdrawing arm 210 retracts, the article can be driven to separate from the storage slideway 120, and the article is withdrawn. It should be appreciated that the extraction arm 210 is inserted and raised without interfering with the stop 130.
The falling-off part 220 includes a falling-off plate positioned above the conveying belt 300, and the falling-off plate is positioned at one side of the conveying belt 300 away from the rack main body 100; the drop-off plate is at least partially located above the take-out arm 210, and is used to block the article lifted by the take-out arm 210 when the take-out arm 210 is in the withdrawn state, so that the article drops onto the conveyor 300. It should be understood first that the stripper plate does not interfere with the back and forth movement of the extraction arm 210. Since the drop-off plate is at least partially located above the take-off arm 210, when the take-off arm 210 drives the article to withdraw, i.e. away from the rack main body 100, the drop-off plate plays a role in blocking the article, so as to realize separation between the article and the take-off arm 210, and the article automatically drops onto the conveyor belt 300.
An insertion gap 140 for accommodating the withdrawing arm 210 is provided at the front end of the storage slide 120 for the withdrawing arm 210 to be inserted; when an item is located at the front end of the storage slide 120, the item is located above the insertion void 140. Because the storage slide 120 is inclined, and the take-out arm 210 is generally horizontally disposed, the inclined storage slide 120 is easy to block the take-out arm 210, and is not easy to directly insert into the bottom of an article located on the front side of the storage slide 120, and meanwhile, the take-out arm 210 is easy to touch the article in an inserting manner so that the article moves backwards, and therefore is difficult to insert into the bottom of the article. The insertion gap 140 is provided at the front end of the storage slide 120, and the extraction arm 210 is inserted into the insertion gap 140, so that the above problem can be avoided and the extraction arm can be easily inserted into the bottom of the article.
In an embodiment, the storage slide 120 is in a strip shape and is directly suspended on the rack main body 100, and at this time, there is a gap naturally existing at two sides of the front end of the storage slide 120 to form an insertion gap 140.
In another embodiment, the plurality of storage slides 120 of a layer may be directly formed by a plate with a certain thickness, and the front end of the storage slide 120 is provided with a groove for inserting the withdrawing arm 210, where the groove is inserted into the gap 140.
Another option may be provided to facilitate insertion of the extraction arm 210 into the bottom of the storage slide 120. The extraction arm 210 is disposed obliquely, and the inclination angle of the extraction arm 210 is identical to the inclination angle of the front end of the storage slide 120. Thus, the insertion of the take-out arm 210 into the bottom of the article can be conveniently achieved due to the consistent inclination angles of the two.
The extraction arm 210 is U-shaped, with the stop 130 positioned at the middle of the U-shape of the extraction arm 210 when the extraction arm 210 is inserted into the storage slide 120. Wherein the shape of the removal arm 210 may be configured as shown in the figures to facilitate insertion of the support article.
The extraction arm 210 includes a gripping portion that can be opened or clamped, and the extraction arm 210 includes an extended state and an withdrawn state. When the removal arm 210 is in the extended state, the removal arm 210 moves toward the storage slide 120, and the gripping portion opens to grip the article at the front end of the storage slide 120. When the removal arm 210 is in the withdrawn state, the gripping portion is away from the storage slide 120 to move the article onto the conveyor 300. Compared with the previous scheme, the clamping part is arranged, the article on the front side of the storage slideway 120 is clamped by the clamping part, then the whole body moves upwards, the article is higher than the stop block 130, the taking-out arm 210 is withdrawn, the clamping part is loosened, and the article falls onto the conveying belt 300.
The foregoing is merely specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think about changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and the changes and substitutions are intended to be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
