The potted plant moisture fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the pot body comprises an outer pot and an inner pot, the inner pot is provided with the planting cavity, an installation notch is concavely formed on the outer side of the inner pot, and a water storage notch and a water gap communicated with the water storage notch are formed at the bottom of the outer pot;
