For a further understanding of the present invention, reference will be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are merely for convenience of description and for simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-39, the embodiment provides a brush strip forming apparatus, which includes a frame 33, and a plurality of guide wheels 34, a steel strip pre-forming mechanism, a wire feeding mechanism, a wire pressing mechanism, and a steel strip shaping mechanism are disposed on the frame 33 along a steel strip conveying direction.
Wherein, a plurality of guide wheels 34 and the machine 33 are arranged in sequence along the steel belt conveying direction. As shown in fig. 13, in this embodiment, the number of guide wheels 34 is two, and the steel belt 38 can be sequentially wound around the upper and lower end faces of the two guide wheels 34. The steel belt 38 is guided by the two guide wheels 34, and the steel belt 38 sequentially bypasses the upper end wheel face and the lower end wheel face of the two guide wheels 34, so that the steel belt 38 has certain tension, and the steel belt 38 is prevented from being bent. Of course, the number of guide wheels 34 can also be three, four or more, while ensuring that the steel strip 38 is guided and tensioned. And in order to prevent the steel belt 38 from being separated from the guide wheel 34, a steel belt groove 341 is formed in the guide wheel 34 in the circumferential direction. Steel strip 38 snaps into steel strip groove 341 and around guide wheel 34. The steel belt 38 is limited by the two side groove walls of the steel belt groove 341.
After strip 38 is guided by guide wheel 34, strip 38 is fed to a strip preforming mechanism. The steel strip preforming mechanism comprises a mounting seat 35, and a preforming assembly 36 is arranged on the mounting seat 35.
In this embodiment, the preforming assembly 36 includes three pairs of setting wheel sets 361 sequentially arranged in the steel strip conveying direction. Each pair of the shaping wheel sets 361 comprises a shaping cam 3601 and a shaping concave wheel 3602 which are matched with each other, and the shaping cam 3601 and the shaping concave wheel 3602 are both rotatably connected with the mounting base 35. To facilitate subsequent assembly of the strip 38 with the abrasive filament, the sizing cam 3601 is positioned vertically above the sizing concave wheel 3602. As a specific driving method, please refer to fig. 4, 10 and 12, a driving motor 3603 is disposed on the mounting base 35. Each shaping cam 3601 is connected with a cam rotating shaft 3604, and each shaping concave wheel 3602 is connected with a concave wheel rotating shaft 3605. An output shaft of the driving motor 3603 is connected with a concave wheel rotating shaft 3605 in the third pair of shaping wheel sets 361. A second rotating shaft transmission gear 3608 is arranged on the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605, a first rotating shaft transmission gear 3607 is arranged on the cam rotating shaft 3604, and the first rotating shaft transmission gear 3607 and the second rotating shaft transmission gear 3608 in the same set of shaping wheel sets 361 are meshed with each other. When the driving motor 3603 drives the sheave rotating shaft 3605 in the third pair of sizing wheel sets 361 to rotate, the second rotating shaft transmission gear 3608 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft transmission gear 3607 to rotate, and then the cam rotating shaft 3604 is driven to rotate, so that the cam rotating shaft 3604 and the sheave rotating shaft 3605 synchronously rotate in the opposite direction.
Meanwhile, the cam rotating shaft 3604 or the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605 in the two adjacent pairs of shaping wheel sets 361 are in transmission connection through gears. Specifically, in the present solution, as shown in fig. 10, a transmission rotating shaft 3609 is disposed on the mounting seat 35, a third rotating shaft transmission gear 3610 is disposed on the transmission rotating shaft 3609, and a second rotating shaft transmission gear 3608 on a concave wheel rotating shaft 3605 in two adjacent pairs of sizing wheel sets 361 is in gear transmission connection through the third rotating shaft transmission gear 3610, so as to implement synchronous rotation of the three pairs of sizing wheel sets 361.
In this embodiment, a cavity 3501 is formed inside the mounting seat 35, the cam rotating shaft 3604 and the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605 both penetrate through a side wall of the mounting seat 35 and extend into the cavity 3501, the first rotating shaft transmission gear 3607 and the second rotating shaft transmission gear 3608 are both located in the cavity 3501, and the transmission rotating shaft 3609 and the third rotating shaft transmission gear 3610 are also located in the cavity 3501. The cavity 3501 in the mounting seat 35 accommodates the first rotating shaft transmission gear 3607, the second rotating shaft transmission gear 3608 and the third rotating shaft transmission gear 3610, so that dust is prevented from falling into teeth of two adjacent gears to influence meshing of the gears.
It should be noted that although in the present embodiment, the output shaft of the driving motor 3603 is connected to the caster rotating shaft 3605 of the third pair of sizing wheel sets 361, the output shaft of the driving motor 3603 is connected to the cam rotating shaft 3604 or the caster rotating shaft 3605 of any one of the preforming assemblies 36 under the condition that the three pairs of sizing wheel sets 361 are synchronously rotated. And it is also possible that the cam shafts 3604 in two adjacent preform assemblies 36 are connected by a gear drive.
It should be noted that the fixing cam 3601 described in this embodiment is not a cam with an irregular wheel wall. The shaping cam 3601 in this embodiment is a disk-shaped wheel body, and a convex ridge 3611 is arranged on the wheel wall of the shaping cam 3601 along the circumferential direction. And the wheel wall of the shaping concave wheel 3602 is provided with a shaping groove 3612 matched with the convex edge 3611 along the circumferential direction. Because the protruding ridges 3611 are matched with the shaping grooves 3612, the width of the protruding ridges 3611 is reduced along the conveying direction of the steel belt, and the width of the opposite shaping grooves 3612 is also reduced along the conveying direction of the steel belt. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the cross section of the convex ridge 3611 on the sizing cam 3601 located at the head end position in the steel strip conveying direction is an inverted trapezoid, and the convex ridge 3611 is connected with the wheel wall of the sizing cam 3601 at the top edge of the inverted trapezoid. The width of the top edge of the inverted trapezoid is sequentially reduced along the conveying direction of the steel strip, and the included angle between the top edge and the side edge of the inverted trapezoid is sequentially increased.
When the steel belt 38 is guided by the guide wheel 34 and inserted into the shaping groove 3612 of the first pair of shaping wheel sets 361, the driving motor 3603 drives the shaping cam 3601 and the shaping concave wheel 3602 to synchronously and reversely rotate, the convex ridge 3611 and the shaping groove 3612 are mutually matched to carry out extrusion forming on the steel belt 38, in the forming process, the convex ridge 3611 and the shaping groove 3612 are respectively contacted with the upper belt surface and the lower belt surface of the steel belt 38, the steel belt 38 is driven by friction force to move forward to the next pair of shaping wheel sets 361 to carry out extrusion forming again until the steel belt 38 passes through the preforming mechanism to complete multi-section extrusion forming action, and the preformed steel belt 38 is obtained.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a shaping protrusion 3613 is disposed on a bottom of the shaping groove 3612 of the shaping concave wheel 3602 in the second pair and the third pair of pre-forming assemblies 36, and an avoiding groove 3614 adapted to the shaping protrusion 3613 is disposed on the convex edge 3611 along a circumferential direction. The height of the shaping protrusions 3613 is sequentially increased along the conveying direction of the steel strip, and correspondingly, the groove width and the groove depth of the avoiding grooves 3614 are increased correspondingly.
When the steel strip 38 passes through the first pair of pre-forming assemblies 36, the steel strip 38 is pressed by the matching of the shaping protrusions 3613 and the shaping grooves 3612 in the first pair of pre-forming assemblies 36, and two sides of the steel strip 38 are pressed to form flanges 3802, so that flange grooves 3803 are formed on the steel strip 38, and the steel strip shown in fig. 7 is obtained. When the steel strip 38 continues to advance until passing through the second pair of pre-forming assemblies 36, the shaping protrusion 3613 on the bottom of the shaping groove 3612 forces the bottom of the steel strip 38 to be concave in the process of continuously extruding and overturning the flanges at two sides of the steel strip 38, and the bottom protrusion 3801 is formed by matching with the avoiding groove 3614, so that the steel strip 38 shown in fig. 8 is obtained. The strip 38 continues to advance until it passes through the third pair of pre-forming assemblies 36, resulting in the strip 38 shown in FIG. 9 (i.e., the pre-formed strip 38). The steel belt 38 is extruded for multiple times through the multiple groups of convex ridges 3611 and the shaping grooves 3612, so that the problem that the steel belt 38 is damaged in the process of molding the steel belt 38 is solved. And the bottom of the steel belt 38 protrudes inwards to form a special-shaped part by matching the shaping protrusion 3613 with the avoiding groove 3614, so that the structural strength is improved, and the steel belt 38 is high in structural strength after being formed and is not easy to deform. Meanwhile, the contact area between the bottom of the steel strip 38 and the outer wall of the phosphorus breaking roller is increased due to the fact that the bottom of the steel strip 38 is inwards sunken, stability of the steel strip 38 when the steel strip 38 is arranged on the outer wall of the phosphorus breaking roller is improved, and the steel strip 38 is prevented from being inclined when the steel strip 38 is arranged on the outer wall of the phosphorus breaking roller.
However, in this embodiment, the groove bottom of the shaping groove 3612 in the first pair of shaping wheel sets 361 at the head end of the steel belt conveying direction is not provided with the shaping protrusion 3613, and the convex ridge 3611 in the same shaping wheel set 361 is not provided with the avoiding groove 3614. The bottom of the shaping groove 3612 in the first pair of shaping wheel sets 361 is not provided with the shaping protrusion 3613, so that the steel belt 38 is prevented from deviating from the preset shaping position due to the influence of the shaping protrusion 3613 during primary shaping, and the steel belt 38 is prevented from being deformed and deviated. After the steel belt 38 is preformed for the first time through the first pair of sizing wheel sets 361, bottom forming is performed through the sizing protrusions 3613 in the subsequent sizing wheel sets, and the function of preventing deformation and deviation of the steel belt 38 is achieved.
Although the number of the sizing wheel sets 361 is only three in the present embodiment, four, five, and five or more pairs may be used in the case of ensuring the molding of the steel strip 38. And when the number of the shaping wheel sets 361 is four pairs or five pairs or more, the number of the shaping cams 3601 provided with the shaping protrusions 3613 is not limited under the condition that the shaping of the bottom protrusions 3801 of the steel strip 38 is ensured.
And in an embodiment, the fixing cam 3601 is detachably connected with the cam rotating shaft 3604. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4-6, the shaping cam 3601 is sleeved on the cam rotating shaft 3604, and a first limiting plate 3615 is disposed on one side of the shaping cam 3601. The first limiting plate 3615 is provided with a bolt, and is detachably connected with the cam rotating shaft 3604 through the bolt. The other side of the sizing cam 3601 is provided with a cam limiting part, in the scheme, the cam limiting part is a cam limiting sleeve 3616, the cam limiting sleeve 3616 is sleeved on the cam rotating shaft 3604, and two ends of the cam limiting sleeve 3616 abut against the mounting seat 35 and the sizing cam 3601 respectively to achieve fixation. The shaping cam 3601 is clamped between the first limit plate 3615 and the cam limit sleeve 3616 to realize axial fixed connection with the cam rotating shaft 3604. It is easy to understand, because the steel band 38 is driven to move forward through frictional force between protruding stupefied 3611 and the steel band 38, the outer wall of protruding stupefied 3611 has certain wearing and tearing, and after protruding stupefied 3611 weares and teares, can turn round the bolt, dismantle first limiting plate 3615, accomplish the dismouting of design cam 3601.
Similarly, the shaping concave wheel 3602 is sleeved on the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605, and a second limiting plate 3617 is arranged on one side of the shaping concave wheel 3602. The second limiting plate 3617 is detachably connected with the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605 through bolts. The other side of the shaping concave wheel 3602 is provided with a concave wheel limiting piece. The concave wheel limiting part is a concave wheel limiting sleeve 3618 in the scheme. The concave wheel limiting sleeve 3618 is sleeved on the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605, and two ends of the concave wheel limiting sleeve 3618 are respectively abutted against the mounting seat 35 and the shaping concave wheel 3602 to achieve fixing. The shaping concave wheel 3602 is clamped between the second limit plate 3617 and the concave wheel limit sleeve 3618 to realize axial fixed connection with the concave wheel rotating shaft 3605.
In addition, as shown in fig. 14, a protective cover 37 is further disposed on the mounting seat 35, and the preforming component 36 is disposed in the protective cover 37 to prevent dust from falling between the shaping cam 3601 and the shaping concave wheel 3602 to affect the shaping of the steel strip 38. And both sides of the shield cover 37 are provided with openings to facilitate the passage of the steel belt 38.
In the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 15-20, the wire feeding mechanism includes a fixing base 39, and the fixing base 39 is disposed on the frame 33. In this embodiment, the fixing seat 39 is divided into two plates, and the two plates are respectively located at two sides of the mounting seat 35. It will be appreciated that the mounting base 39 may be formed as a single integral piece without interfering with the mounting base 35 and the components of the mounting base 35.
And a plurality of supporting belt wheels 5 are arranged on the fixed seat 39, and a belt 13 is wound on the supporting belt wheels 5. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the abrasive wire 4 from being deviated from the belt 13 due to friction on the vertical conveying section 1302 or the abrasive wire 4 from being separated from the belt 13 due to gravity and inertia thereof on the vertical conveying section 1302. In this scheme, still can rotate on the fixing base 39 and be connected with a plurality of wire guide wheel 901 that has the steel wire 14 around the warp, above-mentioned a plurality of wire guide wheel 901 is walked around in proper order to steel wire 14, carry out the tensioning direction to steel wire 14 through wire guide wheel 901, and carry the direction to steel wire 14 through being located the nearest wire guide wheel 901 of abrasive wire 4 material loading point on the distance belt 13, make steel wire 14 carry along the direction of delivery of belt 13, and make steel wire 14 and abrasive wire 4 laminating, compress tightly abrasive wire 4 and belt 13, avoid abrasive wire 4 to take place the skew because frictional force and belt 13 on vertical transport section 1302, its cooperation relation can refer to fig. 21. And an annular protrusion 911 is circumferentially arranged on the wheel wall of each wire guide wheel 901, and a wire accommodating groove 912 capable of accommodating a wire 14 is circumferentially arranged on the annular protrusion 911. The steel wire 14 is placed in the steel wire accommodating groove 912 to prevent the steel from shaking left and right to separate from the annular protrusion 911.
In this embodiment, the wire guide wheel 901 is divided into a wire driving guide wheel 9011 and a wire tensioning guide wheel 9012. Wherein the number of the wire driving guide wheels 9011 is only one. To avoid the abrasive wire 4 from shifting away from the belt 13 due to friction on the vertical transport segment 1302, the wire drive pulley 9011 is the wire guide pulley 901 closest to the point where the abrasive wire 4 is fed. As shown in fig. 29, a first transmission shaft 902 is coaxially disposed on the wire driving guide wheel 9011, a driving motor is connected to the first transmission shaft 902 to drive the wire driving guide wheel 9011 to rotate, and the wire 14 is driven by friction force to be conveyed while the wire driving guide wheel 9011 rotates.
In order to facilitate tensioning adjustment of the steel wire 14, as shown in fig. 15-17, an adjusting through groove 44 is formed in the fixing seat 39 in the vertical direction, a guide wheel connecting shaft 40 is coaxially arranged on the steel wire tensioning guide wheel 9012, and the steel wire tensioning guide wheel 9012 is rotatably connected with the head end of the guide wheel connecting shaft 40. The idler connecting shaft 40 is inserted into the adjusting through groove 44 in the groove depth direction of the adjusting through groove 44. The tail end of the guide wheel connecting shaft 40 is in threaded connection with a clamping bolt 43, a clamping piece 42 is sleeved on the clamping bolt 43, a clamping plate 41 is arranged on the guide wheel connecting shaft 40, the surface of the clamping plate 41 is attached to the front end face of the fixing seat 39, and the clamping piece 42 is attached to the rear end face of the fixing seat 39. The clamping plate 41 and the clamping piece 42 clamp the two end faces of the fixed seat 39 and are fixed relative to the fixed seat 39 by turning the bolt. When the position of the wire tensioning guide wheel 9012 needs to be adjusted, the bolt is loosened, the guide wheel connecting shaft 40 is moved in the adjusting through groove 44 to a specified position, and then the bolt is screwed.
In addition, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, a steel wire adjusting block 915 is further arranged on the fixing base 39, a steel wire adjusting through hole 916 is arranged on the steel wire adjusting block 915, the steel wire 14 passes through the steel wire adjusting through hole 916 and then is wound on the steel wire guide wheel 901, the steel wire 14 is limited through the steel wire adjusting through hole 916, and the steel wire 14 is prevented from shaking up and down in the conveying process on the steel wire guide wheel 901.
In this embodiment, the wire feeding mechanism further includes a wire pressing roller 441, the wire pressing roller 441 is rotatably connected to the fixing base 39, and the wire pressing roller 441 is located at one side of the belt 13 on the vertical conveying section 1302 to press the steel wire 14 on the vertical conveying section 1302 to be always tightly attached to the abrasive wire 4. Similar to the wire guide wheel 901, the wire pressing guide wheel 441 is also provided with a wire accommodating groove 912.
As shown in fig. 22-29, the wire pressing mechanism includes a wire pressing assembly 45 and a feed track 46. After the abrasive wire 4 from the wire feeder falls through the vertical transport segment 1302 to the pre-form steel belt 38, the pre-form steel belt 38 carries the abrasive wire 4 into the feed track 46. In this scheme, press silk subassembly 45 including pressing silk motor 451, press to be connected with pinch roller 452 on the output shaft of silk motor 451, press silk motor 451 drive pinch roller 452 rotatory. And the pressing wheel 452 is positioned above the feeding track 46, and the extension direction of the feeding track 46 is the same as the wheel diameter direction of the pressing wheel 452. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 26, a plurality of pressing teeth 453 are circumferentially disposed on the wall of the pressing wheel 452, and a pressing tooth slot 454 for receiving the abrasive wire 4 is formed between two adjacent pressing teeth 453.
As the abrasive filament 4 and steel belt 38 are fed under the pressure roller 452, the pressure roller 452 rotates and the abrasive filament 4 snaps into the filament pressing groove 454 between two adjacent pressing teeth 453. Pressing teeth 453 on the pressing wheel 452 shift the abrasive wire 4 to move forwards, and in the process of moving the abrasive wire 4 forwards, the pressing tooth slot 454 between two adjacent pressing teeth 453 on the pressing wheel 452 ensures that the abrasive wire 4 is uniformly fed, and the groove wall of the pressing tooth slot 454 does clockwise circular motion in the rotating process, the abrasive wire 4 is driven to descend in the vertical direction in the rotating process, and the pressing wheel 452 presses the abrasive wire 4 to be folded and embedded into the flanging groove 3803 of the preforming steel belt 38 relative to the steel wire 14 to obtain the steel belt shown in fig. 36, because the preforming steel belt 38 is arranged below the abrasive wire 4.
And during the process of pressing the abrasive wire 4 to be folded in half, the abrasive wire 4 is also loaded with the steel wire 14. Correspondingly, the pressing wheel 452 is provided with a steel wire avoiding groove 456 which can pass through the steel wire 14, and the steel wire avoiding groove 456 sequentially penetrates through the tooth surface of the pressing tooth 453 along the circumferential direction of the pressing wheel 452. During the process that the abrasive wire 4 is folded in half and inserted into the turned-edge groove 3803, the steel wire 14 continuously passes through the pressing wheel 452 through the steel wire avoiding groove 456, and the bottom of the steel wire avoiding groove 456 also presses the steel wire 14 into the turned-edge groove 3803, so that the steel wire 14 is always attached to the abrasive wire 4.
In the scheme, the wire pressing mechanism further comprises a lifting assembly 47, the wire pressing assembly 45 is movably connected with the fixed seat 39 through the lifting assembly 47, and the wire pressing assembly 45 can move along the height direction of the fixed seat 39 under the action of the lifting mechanism. And when the wire pressing assembly 45 moves to the designated position, the wire pressing assembly 45 and the fixed seat 39 are kept locked.
Specifically, the lifting assembly 47 includes a lifting support frame 471, and the lifting support frame 471 is disposed on a side wall of the fixing base 39. The lifting support 471 includes an upper end top plate 4711, and side plates 4712 are disposed on the left and right of the upper end top plate 4711 to form an inverted U-shaped support. And a lifting screw 4713 penetrates through the upper end top plate 4711, and the lifting screw 4713 is in threaded connection with the upper end top plate 4711. Simultaneously, the lifting screw 4713 is fixedly connected with the wire pressing motor 451 in the vertical direction, and the lifting screw 4713 is connected with the wire pressing motor 451 in a circumferential rotating way. When the lifting screw 4713 rotates, the wire pressing motor 451 is driven to move vertically along the lifting support frame 471. Because the pressing wheel 452 is connected to the wire pressing motor 451, the lifting screw 4713 rotates to drive the pressing wheel 452 to move vertically along the lifting support frame 471.
As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, a motor connecting block 474 is provided at the upper end of the filament pressing motor 451. The top end surface of the motor connecting block 474 is provided with a groove 475, and the notch of the groove 475 is provided with a cover 476. The elevating screw 4713 is inserted into the recess 475 through the cover 476, and a rotary disc 477 is provided at a lower end of the elevating screw 4713. The upper end face and the lower end face of the rotating disc 477 are respectively attached to the bottoms of the cover plate 476 and the groove 475, and the bottoms of the cover plate 476 and the groove 475 limit the rotating disc 477 vertically so that the motor connecting block 474 is fixedly connected with the screw rod in the vertical direction. And the rotating disc 477 can rotate along with the lifting screw 4713 between the cover plate 476 and the groove bottom of the groove 475 relative to the motor connecting block 474 to realize circumferential rotation connection between the screw and the wire pressing motor 451. For the convenience of rotation, the head end of the lifting screw 4713 is provided with a rotating handle 4714.
Meanwhile, a sliding block 473 is arranged on the side wall of the wire pressing motor 451, a sliding rail 472 is arranged on the side wall of the fixed seat 39, the extending direction of the sliding rail 472 is the same as the height direction of the fixed seat 39, and the sliding block 473 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 472. As a preferred embodiment, the width of the upper end surface of the sliding rail 472 is greater than the width of the lower end surface of the sliding rail 472 to form a trapezoidal sliding rail, and the through groove of the sliding block 473 for inserting through the sliding rail 472 is a trapezoidal groove.
As shown in fig. 24 and 25, a first scale bar 478 is disposed on one side wall (i.e., one side plate 4712) of the lifting support frame 471 along the height direction, a first indicator 479 is disposed on the wire pressing motor 451, and the first indicator 479 points to the scale on the first scale bar 478. When the wire pressing motor 451 moves up and down along the vertical direction of the lifting support frame 471, the first indicator 479 moves along the distribution direction of the first scale bar 478.
The position relationship between the lifting support 471 and the feeding track 46 is kept relatively fixed. Through the cooperation of first scale bar 478 and first indicator 479, when pinch roller 452 does lifting motion along the vertical direction of lift support frame 471, the position relation of pinch roller 452 and lift support frame 471 is made clear, and the interval between pinch roller 452 and feeding track 46 can be obtained. If the spacing between the pressure roller 452 and the feed track 46 is too large, the abrasive filament 4 cannot be fully pressed into the cuff recess 3803. If the distance between the rollers 452 and the feed track 46 is too small, the rollers 452 interfere with the pre-formed steel strip 38. In order to compress a wire 4 of different diameter sizes, the distance between the pressure roller 452 and the feed track 46 needs to be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the pressure roller 452 and the feed track. And through first scale 478 and first indicator 479 for the location is accurate when adjusting pinch roller 452 vertical distance, prevents that the adjustment position is different at every turn, forms different products.
After the abrasive wire 4 is pressed by the pressing wheel 452 and folded in half and inserted into the cuff recess 3803 of the preformed steel belt 38 to obtain the steel belt shown in fig. 36, the abrasive wire 4 and the steel belt 38 are continuously conveyed to the steel belt shaping mechanism along the feeding track 46. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 29-39, the steel strip shaping mechanism includes a base 56, and the feeding rail 46 is disposed on an upper end surface of the base 56. And the steel strip shaping mechanism further comprises a plurality of groups of first shaping assemblies 48 which are arranged along the length direction of the feeding track 46. In this embodiment, the number of the first fixing assemblies 48 is two, each first fixing assembly 48 includes two first squeezing wheel rotating shafts 482, the first squeezing wheels 481 are coaxially disposed on the first squeezing wheel rotating shafts 482, and the first squeezing wheel rotating shafts 482 are rotatably connected to the base 56. The two first extrusion wheels 481 are respectively arranged at two sides of the feeding track 46, and the distance between the two first extrusion wheels 481 is smaller than the groove width of the turned-over groove 3803 of the steel belt 38. And the pitch of the two first pinch rollers 481 in the adjacent two first patterning devices 48 decreases in the steel strip conveying direction in sequence. When the steel belt 38 embedded with the abrasive wires 4 is conveyed between the two first extrusion wheels 481 along the feeding track 46, as the first extrusion wheels 481 rotate, the wheel walls of the first extrusion wheels 481 press the turned edges 3802 of the steel belt 38 on the feeding track 46, so that the notches of the turned edge grooves 3803 are inwardly folded to clamp the abrasive wires 4 in the turned edge grooves 3803, and the steel belt shown in fig. 37 is obtained after the steel belt is extruded by the first extrusion wheels 481 in the first sizing assembly 48.
In this embodiment, the steel strip sizing mechanism further includes a second sizing assembly 49, the second sizing assembly 49 includes two second extrusion wheel rotating shafts 492 and a second extrusion wheel 491, the second extrusion wheel rotating shafts 492 are coaxially provided with the second extrusion wheel 491, and the second extrusion wheel rotating shafts 492 are rotatably connected to the base 56. The second extrusion wheel 491 is evenly provided with a plurality of positioning teeth along the circumferential direction. When the steel belt 38 embedded with the abrasive wire 4 is conveyed between the two second extrusion wheels 491 along the feeding track 46, as the second extrusion wheels 491 rotate, the positioning teeth on the second extrusion wheels 491 are embedded into the turned-over edges 3802 of the steel belt 38 on the feeding track 46, so that the positioning protrusions 3804 are formed on the inner surfaces of the turned-over edges 3802, and the steel belt shown in fig. 38 is obtained. The abrasive wires 4 between two adjacent positioning protrusions 3804 in the length direction of the steel belt are extruded and limited by the positioning protrusions 3804, so that the abrasive wires 4 are prevented from shaking relative to the steel belt 38 when the stains and rusts are brushed.
In this embodiment, as a preferred arrangement, the second molding assembly 49 is located between the two first molding assemblies 48. When the steel belt 38 passes through the first shaping assembly 48 and is extruded by the first extrusion wheel 481 so that the notches of the turned-up edge grooves 3803 are inwardly folded, the steel belt is conveyed into the second shaping assembly 49, and the steel belt passes through the positioning teeth on the second extrusion wheel 491 and is embedded into the turned-up edge 3802 of the steel belt 38 so that the positioning protrusions 3804 are formed on the inner surface of the turned-up edge 3802. Earlier through first crowded wheel 481 binding off successively for the abrasive material silk 4 left and right sides is spacing, and it is spacing around the material silk completion that the protruding 3804 of formation location of extrusion steel band 38 side again can press the material silk better to accomplish, avoids when the protruding 3804 of formation location of the side of extrusion steel band 38, rocks about the abrasive material silk 4. And after the positioning protrusion 3804 is formed on the side edge of the extruded steel strip 38, the notch of the flanging groove 3803 of the steel strip 38 is further extruded and closed through the second first shaping assembly 48, so that the final shaping of the steel strip 38 is completed, and the problem that the fixing effect is reduced due to the deformation of the notch of the steel strip 38 when the positioning protrusion 3804 is formed on the side edge of the extruded steel strip 38 is solved. In this embodiment, after being extruded by the second sizing assembly 49, the steel strip 38 is again extruded by the second first sizing assembly 48 located at the end, resulting in the steel strip 38 as shown in fig. 39.
Meanwhile, the two first extrusion wheel rotating shafts 482 positioned in the last first shaping assembly 48 in the steel strip conveying direction are coaxially provided with cutting wheels 50 for trimming the ends of the abrasive wires 4 in the steel strip 38, and the cutting wheels 50 are positioned above the first extrusion wheels 481 in the vertical direction. It is easy to understand that brush strips with different sizes need to be configured on the phosphorus breaking rollers with different specifications, the extrusion wheel seat 51 is driven to move in the extrusion wheel sliding groove 53 by the knob jackscrew 52, so that the distance between the two first extrusion wheels 481 or the two second extrusion wheels 491 is forced to change, the folding size of the notch of the flanging groove 3803 of the steel belt 38 is changed, and then the steel belt 38 with different specifications is produced to be suitable for the phosphorus breaking rollers with different types.

When the jack screw 52 pushes the pinch roller base 51 to perform a closing action relative to the feeding track 46, the second indicator 55 moves in the distribution direction of the second scale bar 54. The second indicator 55 and the second scale bar 54 enable the spacing between the two first pinch rollers 481 or the two second pinch rollers 491 to be accurately positioned, so that the width specification of the steel belt 38 is prevented from being inconsistent with the expectation. When the distance between the two first squeezing wheels 481 or the two second squeezing wheels 491 needs to be adjusted, the squeezing wheel seat 51 is pulled by hand in the direction away from the feeding track 46, then the jackscrew 52 is turned, the squeezing wheel seat 51 is slowly approached in the direction close to the feeding track 46 until the second indicating member 55 points to the preset scale, the squeezing wheel seat 51 reaches the preset position, and the adjustment of the distance between the two first squeezing wheels 481 or the two second squeezing wheels 491 is completed.

And the fourth extrusion wheel rotating shaft 66 is also provided with a first bevel gear 68 coaxially. The wheel-squeezing transmission shaft 59 is coaxially provided with second bevel gears 60, and the second bevel gears 60 are engaged with the first bevel gears 68, respectively. The driving member is connected to the driving shaft to drive the driving shaft to rotate, and when the driving shaft 59 rotates, the driving shaft 59 is in gear transmission connection with the first driving shaft 482 and the second driving shaft 492, so that the first driving shaft 482 and the second driving shaft 492 rotate synchronously to drive the first driving shaft 481 and the second driving shaft 491 to rotate.
