Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows some preferred embodiments of the power supply device of the invention. The power supply device can be a mobile power supply and can be used for charging electric equipment (such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer). The power supply device has the advantages of simple structure, attractive appearance and good stability.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the power supply device includes a housing 10, a bottom case 20, a power supply body 30, and a circuit board 40. The housing 10, which may be a transparent housing, is sleeved on the bottom case 20 for protecting the power supply body 30 and the circuit board 40. The bottom case 20 is used for accommodating the power supply body 30 and the circuit board 40. The power supply body 30 is used for storing electric energy and outputting the electric energy to electric equipment. The circuit board 40 is connected to the power supply body 30.
In some embodiments, the housing 10 may be substantially rectangular and has a hollow structure with two ends penetrating. In some embodiments, the housing 10 may be made of a transparent plastic material. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the housing 10 may not be limited to being rectangular, but may also be cylindrical or other shapes. The receiving cavity 25 can be used for receiving the power supply body 30 and the circuit board 40. In some embodiments, the first end wall 23 is provided with a mounting hole 231, and the mounting hole 231 is used for mounting the interface assembly 50, so as to facilitate the interface of the electric device to be inserted and connected with the interface assembly on the circuit board 40. In some embodiments, the mounting hole 231 may be multiple, and the mounting holes 231 may be spaced apart from each other on the first end wall 23.
In some embodiments, the power supply body 30 may be a storage battery, and in particular, it may be a prismatic battery. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the power supply body 30 is not limited to a square battery.
In some embodiments, the circuit board 40 is a power supply circuit board, and the power supply circuit is disposed on the circuit board 40. The circuit board 40 may be provided with an interface assembly 50, a display screen, and the like.
In some embodiments, the power supply apparatus further includes a plurality of interface assemblies 50, the plurality of interface assemblies 50 are disposed on the circuit board 40 at intervals, and the mounting holes 231 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence with the interface assemblies 50. The second positioning portion 62 is disposed at one end of the first positioning portion 61, and can be connected to the first positioning portion 61 for positioning with the interface assembly 50. In some embodiments, the second positioning portion 62 may be integrated with the first positioning portion 61. The second positioning portion 62 can be sleeved on the periphery of a portion of the interface assembly 50. In some embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 and/or the second positioning portion 62 may be different from the bottom case 20 in color, and may be colored, so as to enhance the aesthetic effect of the power supply device. Of course, in other embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 and/or the second positioning portion 62 and the bottom case 20 may be in the same color.
In some embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 may be an insulating member, and when the bottom casing 20 is made of a conductive material (e.g., a conductive metal material), the first positioning portion 61 may serve as an insulating protection. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 may not be limited to be an insulating member. The first positioning portion 61 may be a flexible member, and may be conveniently engaged with a connector of an external component. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 may be made of a hard material.
In some embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 may have a column shape with a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the mounting hole 231, and the size of the first positioning portion 61 may be slightly smaller than the size of the mounting hole 231, which may be in interference fit with the mounting hole 231. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 may not be limited to being fixed in an interference fit with the mounting hole 231, and may be fixed by providing a connection structure. In some embodiments, the first positioning portion 61 is a hollow structure with two ends penetrating, and a slot 611 is formed inside the first positioning portion, and the slot 611 is used for inserting a connector of an external component, and in particular, is used for inserting a connector of an electrical device (such as a data line connector of a mobile phone) to connect with the interface module 50, so as to charge the electrical device through the power supply device.
In some embodiments, the first positioning portions 61 may be multiple, and the first positioning portions 61 and the mounting holes 231 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, there may be only one first positioning portion 61.
In some embodiments, the second positioning portion 62 can be an insulating member, and when the bottom casing 20 is made of a conductive material (such as a conductive metal material), the second positioning portion 62 can function as an insulating protection. It is understood that in other embodiments, the second positioning portion 62 may not be limited to being an insulating member. The second positioning portion 62 may be a flexible member, which may facilitate engagement with the joint assembly 50. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the second positioning portion 62 can be made of a hard material.
In some embodiments, the second positioning portion 62 may be in a sheet shape, the second positioning portion 62 may be disposed to abut against the first end wall 23, and the second positioning portion 62 may be disposed on the inner side of the first end wall 23. The second positioning portion 62 may be disposed lengthwise. The plurality of first positioning portions 61 may be provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the second positioning portion 62. In some embodiments, the second positioning portion 61 includes an abutting surface 621, and the abutting surface 621 can abut against an end surface of the mounting hole 231, that is, an inner wall surface of the first end wall 23. The first positioning portion 61 can be protruded from the attaching surface 621. In some embodiments, a connection structure may be disposed between the second positioning portion 62 and the bottom case 20 and the circuit board 40. The connecting structure may include a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure. The first connecting structure is used for connecting and fixing the second positioning portion 62 and the bottom case 20, and the second connecting structure is used for connecting and positioning the circuit board 40 and the second positioning portion 62. The first connecting structure includes a first inserting portion 232 and a first inserting hole 631, wherein the first inserting portion 232 is disposed on the first end wall 231 and protrudes toward the accommodating cavity 25. The first insertion holes 631 are disposed on the second positioning portion 62 and are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the first insertion portions 232 to be inserted into the first insertion portions 232. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first inserting portion 232 is not limited to be disposed on the first end wall 23, and can be disposed on the second positioning portion 62. The first insertion hole 631 is not limited to being provided on the second positioning portion 62, and may be provided on the first end wall 23. In some embodiments, the first connection structure is not limited to be a plug-in structure, and in other embodiments, the first connection structure may be omitted. The second connecting structure includes a second plug portion 632 and a second socket. The second plug portion 632 is disposed on the second positioning portion 62 and can protrude along the direction of the circuit board 40, and the second plug hole is disposed on the circuit board 40 and corresponds to the second plug portion 632 for inserting the second plug portion 632.
During mounting, the first positioning portion 61 can be inserted into the mounting hole 231, and the second positioning portion 62 can be sleeved in the interface assembly 50. By providing the interface positioning structure 60, the mounting stability of the interface assembly 50 is improved, and the gap between the interface assembly 50 and the mounting hole 231 can be reduced, thereby playing a role of dust prevention.

An interface positioning structure is characterized by comprising a first positioning part (61) matched with a mounting hole (231) for mounting an interface component (50) and a second positioning part (62) connected with the first positioning part (61) and matched with the interface component (50); the second positioning part (62) is sleeved on at least part of the periphery of the interface component (50).
2. The interface positioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the second positioning portion (62) includes an abutting surface (621) that abuts an end surface of the mounting hole (231);
the first positioning part (61) is arranged on the binding surface (621) in a protruding mode.
3. The interface positioning structure according to claim 2, wherein the first positioning portion (61) is a cylindrical hollow structure with two ends penetrating, and an insertion groove (611) is formed inside the first positioning portion for inserting a connector of an external component.

The interface positioning structure according to claim 3, wherein the second positioning portion (62) is provided with a receiving groove (622), the receiving groove (622) communicating with the insertion groove (611) and being coaxially arranged for receiving at least a part of the interface assembly (50).

7. The interface positioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning portion (61) and the second positioning portion (62) are an integral structure.
8. The interface positioning structure according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning portion (61) and/or the second positioning portion (62) is an insulating member;
and/or the first positioning part (61) and/or the second positioning part (62) are flexible pieces.

A power supply device, comprising a bottom case (20), a circuit board (40) mounted in the bottom case (20), an interface assembly (50) disposed on the circuit board (40), and an interface positioning structure (60) for positioning the interface assembly (50) and the bottom case (20) in a mounting manner;
the bottom shell (20) is provided with a mounting hole (231) which is arranged corresponding to the interface component (50),
the first positioning part (61) of the interface positioning structure (60) is arranged by penetrating into the mounting hole (231);
the second positioning part (62) of the interface positioning structure (60) is sleeved on the interface component (50).
10. The power supply device according to claim 9, wherein the first positioning portion (61) is fixed by interference fit with the mounting hole or by providing a connecting structure;
and/or the second locating portion (62) is in interference fit with the interface component (50);
and/or the second positioning part (62) is fixed with the bottom shell (20) and/or the circuit board (40) through a connecting structure.
