By the arrangement that the connecting member 33 is provided with the annular cylinder 331 and the first limiting part 332 and the second limiting part 333 which are arranged at the two ends of the annular cylinder 331, on one hand, the connection between the cover plate main body 31 and the pole frame 32 can be realized through the connecting member 33, the assembly of the cover plate assembly is convenient, and the assembly efficiency of the cover plate assembly is improved; on the other hand, the connection between the cover plate main body 31 and the post frame 32 can be realized by assembling the connecting member 33 into the first through hole 311 and the second through hole 3211, and there is no need to provide assembling holes on the cover plate main body 31 and the post frame 32, thereby facilitating the assembly of the connecting member 33, improving the production efficiency of the battery cover plate, and simultaneously, when injecting liquid into the battery, the electrolyte can flow into the inside of the housing 1 through the channel 3311 inside the annular cylinder 331 of the connecting member 33, thereby avoiding the electrolyte from flowing out from the gap between the post frame 32 and the cover plate main body 31 to cause leakage.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the cover plate assembly of the present invention further includes a first sealing gasket 35 and a second sealing gasket 36, the first sealing gasket 35 is disposed between the first limiting portion 332 and the pole plate 321, the second sealing gasket 36 is disposed between the second limiting portion 333 and the cover plate main body 31, under the condition of being mounted, the first limiting portion 332 abuts against the first sealing gasket 35, and the second limiting portion 333 abuts against the second sealing gasket 36.
By providing the first gasket 35 and the second gasket 36, the connection member 33 and the cover plate body 31 and the post frame 32 can be sealed, and when the battery is filled with electrolyte, the electrolyte can be prevented from flowing out from the gap between the connection member 33 and the first through hole 311 and the second through hole 3211, thereby preventing leakage of the battery.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the connecting member 33 is not limited to be configured as the annular cylinder 331 and the first limiting portion 332 and the second limiting portion 333 disposed at two ends of the annular cylinder 331, for example, the connecting member 33 may be configured as a structure matching a bolt and a bolt hole, or the connecting member 33 may be configured as a structure matching a clamping block and a clamping slot, and so on, and such adjustment and change of the specific configuration type of the connecting member 33 do not deviate from the principle and scope of the present invention, which should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. It is of course preferable that the connection member 33 is provided as the annular cylinder 331 and the first and second stopper portions 332 and 333 provided at both ends of the annular cylinder 331.
It should be noted that, in practical application, a person skilled in the art may set the first limiting portion 332 and the second limiting portion 333 to be welded to both ends of the annular cylinder 331, or may insert the annular cylinder 331 into the first through hole 311 and the second through hole 3211 first, and then rivet both ends of the annular cylinder 331 on the pole plate 321 and the cover plate main body 31, respectively, so as to form the first limiting portion 332 and the second limiting portion 333 at both ends of the annular cylinder 331, and so on, which flexibly adjust and change without deviating from the principles and scope of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, when the connecting member 33 is assembled, the annular cylinder 331 is sequentially inserted into the first through hole 311 and the second through hole 3211, and both ends of the annular cylinder 331 are respectively riveted to the pole plate 321 and the cover plate body 31, so that the first stopper 332 and the second stopper 333 are formed at both ends of the annular cylinder 331.
With such an arrangement, as compared with a form in which the first stopper portion 332 and the second stopper portion 333 are welded to the annular cylinder 331, the first stopper portion 332 and the second stopper portion 333 are formed at both ends of the annular cylinder 331 by respectively caulking both ends of the annular cylinder 331 to the cover main body 31 and the post frame 32, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the connecting member 33 and further improving the assembly efficiency of the battery pack.
It should be noted that, in practical application, a person skilled in the art can set the casing 1 to be made of metal, or can set the casing 1 to be made of plastic, etc., and such adjustment and change to the specific material of the casing 1 do not deviate from the principle and scope of the present invention, which should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the housing 1 is made of metal, and further preferably, the housing 1 is made of aluminum.
It should be noted that, in practical application, those skilled in the art can set the lower surface of the pole frame 32 to be an insulating material, so as to realize the insulating connection between the pole frame 32 and the cover plate main body 31, or can also set the upper surface of the cover plate main body 31 to be an insulating material, so as to realize the insulating connection between the pole frame 32 and the cover plate main body 31, or further, an insulating member can be further set between the cover plate main body 31 and the pole frame 32, so as to realize the insulating connection between the pole frame 32 and the cover plate main body 31 through the insulating member, and so on, so that the principle and range of the present invention can be flexibly adjusted and changed without deviating from the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the cover plate assembly of the present invention further includes a first insulating member 37, the first insulating member 37 is disposed between the cover plate main body 31 and the pole frame 32, so that the pole frame 32 is connected to the cover plate main body 31 in an insulating manner, and the first insulating member 37 is provided with a third through hole 371 at a position corresponding to the first through hole 311 and the second through hole 3211.
In this arrangement, the first insulating member 37 is provided to insulate and connect the post frame 32 and the cover plate body 31, thereby insulating and connecting the post frame 32, the cover plate body 31 and the case 1, and further improving the safety of the battery, and the third through hole 371 is provided in the first insulating member 37, so that the tab can be easily passed through the first through hole 311, the second through hole 3211 and the third through hole 371 in sequence and then be passed out of the case 1, and when the battery is charged, the electrolyte injected from the second through hole 3211 can smoothly flow into the battery.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the first insulating member 37 can be configured as an insulating pad, or the first insulating member 37 can be configured as an insulating block, etc., and such adjustment and change of the specific configuration of the first insulating member 37 do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and all shall be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the first insulating member 37 is provided as an insulating pad.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the cover plate assembly of the present invention further includes a second insulating member 38, the second insulating member 38 is disposed on a side of the cover plate main body 31 away from the pole frame 32, the second insulating member 38 is adapted to the opening, so that the cover plate main body 31 is connected to the electric core assembly in the housing 1 in an insulating manner when the cover plate assembly is covered on the opening, and the second insulating member 38 is provided with a fourth through hole 3811 at a position corresponding to the first through hole 311.
Through the arrangement, the cover plate main body 31 and the electric core assembly can be in insulated connection under the action of the second insulating component 38, so that the cover plate main body 31 and the shell 1 are in insulated connection, and the influence on the safety of the battery caused by the electrification of the cover plate main body 31 and the shell 1 is avoided; meanwhile, the fourth through hole 3811 is provided in the second insulating member 38, so that the first tab 22 is easily extended from the inside of the case 1 to the outside of the case 1, and the electrolyte is easily injected into the case 1 during the injection of the battery.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, those skilled in the art can set the second insulating member 38 as an insulating block, wherein the top of the insulating block contacts and is connected to the side of the cover plate main body 31 away from the pole frame 32, and the side of the insulating block is connected to the inner wall of the housing 1 in an insulating manner, or can set the second insulating member 38 as a sheet-shaped insulating pad and a cylindrical insulating pad (as shown in fig. 6), wherein the sheet-shaped insulating pad contacts and is connected to the side of the cover plate main body 31 away from the pole frame 32 in an insulating manner, and the cylindrical insulating pad is connected to the inner wall of the housing 1 in an insulating manner, and so on, and such adjustment and change of the specific setting type of the second insulating member 38 are not departing from the principle and scope of the present invention, and all should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the second insulating member 38 includes a sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and a cylindrical insulating pad 382 connected to an edge of the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381, the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 is adapted to the cover plate main body 31 and is disposed on a side of the cover plate main body 31 away from the pole post frame 32, wherein the fourth through hole 3811 is disposed on the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381, and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 is adapted to an inner wall of the housing 1 and is disposed on an inner wall of the housing 1.
Through such an arrangement, on one hand, the cover plate main body 31 can be in insulated connection with the electric core assembly under the action of the second insulating member 38, and at the same time, the shell 1 is in insulated connection with the electric core assembly, so that the safety of the battery is improved; on the other hand, the second insulating member 38 is provided in the form of an insulating spacer that fits the inner walls of the lid main body 31 and the case 1, so that the volume of the second insulating member 38 can be reduced, the space utilization rate in the case 1 can be improved, and the energy density of the battery can be further improved.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may set the second insulating member 38 to be a form in which the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 are integrally formed, or may set the second insulating member 38 to be a form in which the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 are separated from each other, and in a mounted state, the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 contact each other, and so on, such flexible adjustment and change do not depart from the principles and scope of the present invention, which should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 are integrally formed.
With such an arrangement, the provision of the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 as an integral molding can further improve the stability of the insulating connection between the cap plate main body 31 and the electric core assembly, compared to the provision of the sheet-shaped insulating pad 381 and the cylindrical insulating pad 382 as separate forms from each other, thereby improving the safety of the battery.
Illustratively, when the cover plate assembly is assembled, the pole column frame 32, the first insulating member 37, the cover plate main body 31 and the second insulating member 38 are sequentially stacked, the annular cylinder 331 sequentially passes through the second through hole 3211 on the pole column frame 32, the third through hole 371 on the first insulating member 37, the first through hole 311 on the cover plate main body 31 and the fourth through hole 3811 on the second insulating member 38, the first gasket 35 and the second gasket 36 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the annular cylinder 331, and then the top end of the annular cylinder 331 is riveted on the pole column plate 321, so as to form a first limiting portion 332, wherein the first limiting portion 332 abuts against the first gasket 35, the bottom end of the annular cylinder 331 is riveted on the cover plate main body 31, so as to form a second limiting portion 333, wherein the second limiting portion 333 abuts against the second gasket 36, the first limiting portion 332 and the second limiting portion 333 can prevent the annular cylinder 331 from coming out of the first through hole 311 and the second through hole 3211, so as to complete the assembly of the cover plate assembly, and the tab 3311 is formed inside the annular cylinder 331.
With continuing reference to fig. 6 and with subsequent reference to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a portion of fig. 3, showing the assembly of the cover plate assembly with the housing and the electrical core assembly.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the first tab 22 includes a main body 221 and a bent portion 222, wherein one end of the main body 221 is connected to the electric core assembly, and the other end of the main body 221 is connected to the bent portion 222, and when assembled, the bent portion 222 can extend toward the first opening 11 so that the first tab 22 can smoothly pass through the tab passage 3311 inside the annular cylinder 331, and when assembled, the bent portion 222 can be bent with respect to the main body 221 so that the bent portion 222 is electrically connected to the pole plate 321.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the first tab 22 is not limited to be bent relative to the main body 221 after the bending portion 222, which is described above, passes through the tab passage 3311, so that the bending portion 222 is electrically connected to the pole plate 321, for example, the first tab 22 may be further configured to be welded to the main body 221 and the pole plate 321 respectively so as to achieve the electrical connection between the first tab 22 and the pole plate 321, and so on, and such flexible adjustment and change do not deviate from the principles and scope of the present invention, which should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. It is of course preferable that the first tab 22 is provided such that the bent portion 222 described above is bent with respect to the body portion 221 after passing through the tab passage 3311, so that the bent portion 222 is electrically connected to the tab plate 321.
When assembling the battery, firstly, the electrode assembly is installed in the housing 1, and the main body 221 and the bent portion 222 of the first tab 22 both extend toward the first opening 11, when the cover plate assembly is covered at the first opening 11, the main body 221 and the bent portion 222 of the first tab 22 pass through the tab passage 3311 and extend into the electrode frame 32, the cylindrical insulating pad 382 of the second insulating member 38 contacts with the inner wall of the housing 1, the sheet insulating pad 381 contacts with one side of the cover plate main body 31 away from the electrode post frame 32, the cover plate main body 31 is welded to the housing 1, the bent portion 222 is bent relative to the main body 221, the bent portion 222 contacts with the upper surface of the electrode post plate 321, and the bent portion 222 and the electrode post plate 321 are welded to electrically connect the first tab 22 and the electrode frame 32.
It should be noted that, although the present invention is described by taking the cover plate assembly disposed at the first opening 11 as an example, this is not restrictive, the structure of the cover plate assembly disposed at the first opening 11 is also applicable to the structure of the cover plate assembly disposed at the second opening 12, and correspondingly, the connection relationship between the cover plate assembly disposed at the first opening 11 and the housing 1, the cell assembly is also applicable to the connection relationship between the cover plate assembly disposed at the second opening 12 and the housing 1, the cell assembly, and so on.
