the detection optical fiber is partially or completely immersed in the wine liquid in the wine jar; and
and the emission light detection assembly is used for receiving the detection light reflected by the detection optical fiber, detecting the liquid level in the wine jar according to the light intensity change before and after the detection light is reflected, and generating and outputting the trigger signal when the liquid level in the wine jar is reduced to a preset alarm threshold value.
6. The wine jar liquid level detection device of claim 2 wherein the trigger device comprises:
the first floater is used for suspending the wine and changing the position along with the lifting of the liquid level;
the first transmission structure comprises a fixed shell fixed on the installation hook and a magnetic trigger component, the magnetic trigger component is movably arranged in the fixed shell, and the first floater is connected with the magnetic trigger component and used for driving the magnetic trigger component to move; and
the trigger switch is arranged between the fixed shell and the installation hook along the moving path of the magnetic trigger component and is used for generating and outputting the trigger signal when being triggered by the magnetic trigger component.

The wine jar liquid level detection device of claim 6, wherein the magnetic trigger assembly comprises a magnetic member and a first elastic assembly, the first elastic assembly is elastically limited in the fixed shell, and the magnetic member is arranged at the upper end of the first elastic assembly and connected with the first floater.
8. The wine jar liquid level detection device of claim 2 wherein the trigger device comprises:
the second floater is used for suspending the wine and changing the position along with the lifting of the liquid level;
the second transmission structure comprises a second elastic component, the second elastic component is provided with a first free end and a second free end, the first free end is fixed on the mounting hook, and the second floater is connected with the second free end and used for driving the second free end to move; and
and the inertia measurement component is arranged close to the second free end and used for generating and outputting a trigger signal according to the movement angle of the second free end.
9. The wine jar liquid level detection device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the host further comprises a storage battery for supplying power to at least one of the master control module, the alarm module, the wireless transmission module and the trigger device.
