The washing chamber also has a feed inlet 7, and the material in the feed bin 16 described above can enter the washing chamber through the feed inlet 7.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing cartridge body 52 is formed as a part of the lid 4, that is, the washing cartridge body 52 is an integral piece with the lid 4. This solution is more convenient to manufacture and assemble. The washing bin main body 52 may be configured to extend vertically, i.e. to have the same width as the washing chamber, or may be configured to extend obliquely from top to bottom toward the inside of the washing chamber, i.e. the washing chamber is wider at the bottom and narrower at the top, so as to reduce the material residue. In addition, the inner surface of the washing bin main body 52 is provided with a smooth surface to further reduce material residue. The washing bin assembly 5 further comprises an agitation assembly 18 disposed in the washing bin main body 52 and a washing bin cover 17 disposed below the agitation assembly 18.
The wash silo cover 17 is movably arranged in the wash silo main body 52, in particular the wash silo cover 17 is movable between an open position opening the discharge opening 8 and a closed position covering the discharge opening 8. As shown in fig. 2, the washing bin cover 17 is located above in a closed position covering the discharge opening 8; the washing bin cover 17 is moved to the lower side in the open position for opening the discharge opening 8, at which time the material in the washing chamber can fall into the inner pot 3 through the discharge opening 8. Such as the washing silo cover 17, can be moved up and down or up and down.
The stirring assembly 18 comprises a stirring element 19, which stirring element 19 is connected to the washing silo cover 17. The stirrer 19 is movable together with the wash silo cover 17 between an open position and a closed position, and the stirrer 19 is rotatable relative to the wash silo cover 17, that is to say the wash silo cover 17 does not rotate when the stirrer 19 rotates.
In one embodiment, the stirring element 19 can be rotated during the washing and throwing operations. Preferably, the stirring member 19 is provided with a tapered stirring surface 58, and the stirring surface 58 is inclined outward in the radial direction of the stirring member 19 from the top to the bottom. This scheme makes stirring piece 19 rotate the in-process, and the material on it except having the effect of centrifugal force, the material can also be thrown away more easily to inclined stirring face 58 still is convenient for the material and slides downwards, can reduce the residual material of washing the material intracavity.
Since the stirring element 19 can rotate, its edge preferably has a certain clearance with the washing silo body 52. However, there may be a possibility of rice grains getting stuck in the gap. For this purpose, the size D of the gap between the peripheral edge of the stirring piece 19 and the washing bin main body 52 is preferably set to be 0.1-2.5mm, i.e. 0.1mm < D < 2.5mm. More preferably, the dimension D of the gap is 0.1-1.5mm, i.e., 0.1 mm. Ltoreq. D.ltoreq.1.5 mm. According to the arrangement, the size of the gap between the edge of the stirring piece 19 and the washing bin main body 52 is smaller than the size of rice grains, and the rice grains can be prevented from entering the gap under the condition that the stirring piece 19 is ensured to rotate smoothly. In an alternative embodiment, the stirrer 19 as described above can be moved together with the washer chamber cover 17, for example, the stirrer 19, which will be described later, can be moved up and down together with the washer chamber cover 17. Thus, the presence of the gap also allows the stirring member 19 to be moved smoothly in the vertical direction, thereby preventing jamming of rice.
Preferably, the upper surface of stirring piece 19 still is provided with vortex muscle 71 and vortex post 72, and vortex muscle 71 and vortex post 72 combine to use can let the material and the water of washing the material intracavity realize the vortex at the rotation in-process to it is cleaner to wash the material. It is understood that those skilled in the art may also provide only the spoiler ribs 71 or only the spoiler columns 72 as necessary.
In the illustrated embodiment, the turbulence posts 72 are configured as cylinders and are arranged vertically. In other embodiments, which are not shown, the turbulence column 72 may also be arranged obliquely, it may be inclined with respect to the stirring element 19, it may also be perpendicular with respect to the stirring element 19, or the cross-sectional shape of the turbulence column 72 may also be configured as a square, a diamond, an ellipse, a polygon, etc. The turbulence column 72 may be formed integrally with the stirring member 19 or may be formed as a separate member from the stirring member 19.
Preferably, the turbulence column 72 and the stirring member 19 are made of different materials to achieve the best stirring effect and thus reduce the residual material. The number of the turbulence columns 72 can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, one or more than one may be provided.
Preferably, two turbulence columns 72 are provided on the stirring member 19, and the two turbulence columns 72 are connected to the stirring member 19 at the same position and extend in different directions.
Preferably, the height and width of the spoiler rib 71 are less than 10mm. The turbulence ribs 71 may be configured in a straight line shape, an arc shape, an S shape, or the like, and one or more turbulence ribs 71 may be provided.

In the clamped state, a portion of the outer periphery of the sealing portion 47 is exposed from the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54 and preferably forms an interference fit with the wash hopper body 52, so that it forms a seal with the wash hopper body 52. It is easy to understand that there is no gap between the sealing portion 47 and the washing hopper body 52, and the radial dimension of the sealing portion 47 is larger than that of the stirring piece 19. The sealing 47 can be made of soft glue, such as rubber, silicone, etc., and the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54 are preferably made of hard glue, so as to avoid the deformation of the entire washing bin cover 17 due to the use of soft glue alone. Illustratively, the cover plate 53, the sealing portion 47 and the additional cover plate 54 may be fixed together by means of screw fastening. In this embodiment, the wash bowl cover 17 does not rotate with the agitator 19, so that the seal 47 is prevented from being worn.

The stirring member 19 is further provided with a recess 60 opened downward, and the sleeve portion 59 extends into the recess 60. The stopper 56 is connected to the connection port 55 below the connection port 55. Specifically, the protruding portion 57 of the stopper portion 56 is inserted into the connection port 55. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the connection port 55 matches the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 57, being a non-circular shape, so that the stirring piece 19 can rotate together with the stopper portion 56. In the illustrated embodiment, the connection port 55 has a square cross-section.
The cover plate 53 is adapted to the recess 60, a through opening 63 is formed in the middle of the cover plate 53, a receiving portion 64 protruding downward is formed on the bottom side of the cover plate 53, and the receiving portion 64 surrounds at least a part of the through opening 63. The cover plate 53 is provided with a coupling portion 61 projecting radially inwardly thereof, which coupling portion 61 encloses at least a part of the through opening 63. The radial dimension of the accommodating portion 64 is larger than that of the connecting portion 61, that is, the through hole 63 has a narrow top and wide bottom.
The position-limiting portion 56 is disposed in the accommodating portion 64, the sleeve portion 59 extends into the through hole 63, and both the sleeve portion 59 and the connecting portion 61 are abutted to the position-limiting portion 56, or the connecting portion 61 is located on the upper side of the position-limiting portion 56. Furthermore, the projection 57 as described above extends from below into the connection opening 55 and forms a positive fit with the connection opening 55. This arrangement thus enables the stirring piece 19, the stopper portion 56, and the lid plate 53 to move up and down together.
In the illustrated embodiment, the sealing portion 47 is provided with an accommodating groove 65, and the accommodating portion 64 and the connecting portion 61 are at least partially located in the accommodating groove 65. Thereby, the tight connection of the sealing portion 47 and the cover plate 53 is achieved.
Preferably, the washing bin assembly 5 further comprises a top cover 20, the top cover 20 can cover the washing bin main body 52, and the feeding port 7 is arranged on the top cover 20. In a preferred embodiment, the stirring assembly 18 further comprises a rotating shaft 33 and a connecting shaft 27 connected to the rotating shaft 33. The connecting shaft 27 is a hollow structure, and the inner surface thereof is provided with a tooth-like structure extending in the height direction thereof. The rotation shaft 33 has a first end 38 and a second end 39, the first end 38 is connected to the inside of the connection shaft 27, and the first end 38 is provided with a tooth structure that is engaged with the tooth structure of the connection shaft 27, so that the connection shaft 27 can rotate the rotation shaft 33 together, and the rotation shaft 33 can move up and down in the connection shaft 27 relative to the connection shaft 27. Second end 39 is inserted into connection port 55 of stirring element 19. Preferably, the second end 39 has a shape matching the shape of the connection port 55, and in the illustrated embodiment, the second end 39 has a square cross-section so that the rotation shaft 33 can rotate and move the stirring member 19 up and down together. Preferably, the second end 39 of the rotating shaft 33 is fixedly connected with the protruding part 57 of the limiting part 56 in the connecting port 55, for example, the two can be connected by a screw. This results in a tighter connection between the stirrer 19 and the washer chamber cover 17.
The top cover 20 is provided with a recess 35 extending downward, and the connecting shaft 27 is disposed in the recess 35. The bottom of the recess 35 and the bottom of the connecting shaft 27 are provided with corresponding first and second through holes 36 and 37, respectively, and the rotating shaft 33 extends through the first and second through holes 36 and 37 to be connected inside the connecting shaft 27.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, the top of the stirring member 19 has a boss 98 that projects outward in the axial direction of the stirring member 19, that is, the boss 98 extends toward the recess 35. The boss 98 has a circular cross section, and the connection port 55 is formed on the boss 98.
In one case, the stirring member 19 is moved downward for draining after washing rice once, and the subsequent stirring member 19 is also moved upward to return to the original position for washing rice twice. However, since there may be more rice in the washing cavity, rice grains may exist between the stirring member 19 and the bottom end of the concave portion 35, which may cause a rice jamming phenomenon, such that the stirring member 19 cannot return to the original position and cannot rotate to wash rice for the next time, or such a phenomenon that the drain outlet 9 is not closed tightly due to no smooth return, which may cause water leakage during the next rice washing. Alternatively, the stirring member 19 may be lifted during the rice washing process to ensure sufficient washing, in which case the rice may be jammed between the stirring member 19 and the bottom end of the concave portion 35, or rice grains between the stirring member 19 and the bottom end of the concave portion 35 may not be smoothly discharged.
For this reason, in an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, it is provided that the projection of the bottom end of the recess 35 on the horizontal plane is within the range of the maximum projection of the recess 35 on the horizontal plane, and the area of the projection of the bottom end of the recess 35 on the horizontal plane is smaller than the area of the maximum projection of the recess 35 on the horizontal plane. Therefore, rice grains between the stirring piece 19 and the concave part 35 can be smoothly discharged when the stirring piece rises, so that the stirring piece 19 can smoothly return, and the rice washing process can be smoothly carried out.
The recess 35 includes an upper recess 351 and a lower recess 352, and the upper recess 351 is provided to the top cover 20, or the upper recess 351 extends downward from the top cover 20. The lower recess 352 is connected with the upper recess 351 and extends downward from the upper recess 351. Wherein the radial dimension of the lower recess 352 is smaller than the radial dimension of the upper recess 351.
Illustratively, in an alternative embodiment, the radial dimension of the lower recess 352 decreases in a direction away from the upper recess 351, in other words, the lower recess 352 may be integrally configured as an inwardly inclined slope, thereby minimizing the possibility of jamming.
In the illustrated embodiment of the present application, in order not to interfere with the mounting of other components within the recess 35, such as the resilient member 40 described below, the bottom end of the lower recess 352 is preferably provided with a horizontal area 353, and the radial dimension L of the horizontal area 353 is preferably less than 7mm. More preferably, the radial dimension L of the horizontal area 353 satisfies 0.5mm L5 mm.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom end of the lower recess 352 is also preferably beveled or rounded. For example, the periphery of the horizontal area 353 is provided with a bevel or fillet.
Specifically, the lower recess 352 also includes a constricted section 354 and a vertical section 355. For example, the lower recess 352 in the preferred embodiment of the present application includes two converging segments 354 and a vertical segment 355, wherein the radial dimension of the converging segments 354 decreases in a direction away from the upper recess 351, thereby forming a stepped decrease in the radial dimension of the bottom of the recess 35. With continued reference to fig. 5, two constrictions 354 are connected to the upper recess 351 and the horizontal region 353, respectively, and a vertical section 355 is connected between the two constrictions 354. Preferably, the converging portion 354 may be configured to have a slope or a curve (e.g., a chamfer, a bevel, a fillet, etc.).
Preferably, the washtub assembly 5 further comprises an elastic member 40, and the elastic member 40 may be configured as a spring. The elastic member 40 is fitted over the rotating shaft 33 inside the connecting shaft 27, and the first end 38 of the rotating shaft 33 has a flange portion 41 extending outward in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 33 to restrain the elastic member 40 in position. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 40 is confined between the top end of the rotating shaft 33 and the bottom end of the connecting shaft 27. The elastic member 40 can restore the rotation shaft 33 and the stirring member 19 connected to the rotation shaft 33 upward, that is, from the position shown in fig. 5 to the position shown in fig. 4.

The clear water tank 81 and the dirty water tank 48 are on the opposite side of the machine body to the storage bin.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 3, the sump tank 48 may be mounted to the body assembly 11 from a side of the body assembly 11 facing the pan body 2. Specifically, the body assembly 11 is provided with a first receiving portion 511 and a second receiving portion 512. The pan body 2 is arranged in the first container 511 in a removable manner, and for the embodiment shown in the figure, the first container 511 is formed above the base 12. The second accommodating part 512 is located at a vertical side of the first accommodating part 511 and has an opening facing the first accommodating part 511. The waste water tank 48 is disposed in the second receiving portion 512 so as to be accessible through the opening when the pot body 2 is taken out. It can be understood that generally the side of the pot body 2 facing the user is the front side, whereby the second receiving part 512 is located at the rear side of the first receiving part 511, and thus the foul water tank 48 is located at the rear side of the pot body 2.
In this embodiment, the sewage tank 48 may be built in the cooking appliance 1, the sewage tank 48 may be moved together when the cooking appliance 1 is moved, and the sewage tank 48 may be easily taken and placed from a side of the body assembly 11 facing the pot 2 to pour the sewage, clean the sewage tank 48, and the like. When the dirty tank 48 is to be taken out, for example, when the dirty tank 48 is to be dumped, washed, or the like, the pan body 2 may be taken out from the first accommodating portion 511, and the dirty tank 48 may be taken out from the second accommodating portion 512. When it is intended to load the foul water tank 48 and the pot body 2, the foul water tank 48 is first placed in the second receiving part 512, and then the pot body 2 is placed in the first receiving part 511.
In the illustrated embodiment, the body assembly 11 further includes a vertically disposed main frame 101, and the main frame 101 is connected to the base 12 and is located at the rear side of the base 12. The second accommodating part 512 is provided on the main frame 101, and the pan body 2 is positioned at the front side of the foul water tank 48 and placed on the base 12 to be accessible. The main chassis 101 includes a pocket base 102, oppositely disposed pocket side walls 103, and a pocket end wall 104 connecting the oppositely disposed pocket side walls 103, the pocket base 102, the pocket side walls 103, and the pocket end wall 104 forming a second pocket 512. Therefore, the structural strength of the body component 11 around the sewage tank 48 is good, so that the sewage tank 48 with a large volume can be accommodated, and the overall structural strength of the body component 11 can be ensured. The receptacle side walls 103 and the receptacle end walls 104 may be single-walled or double-walled. The height of the receptacle base 102 and the base 12 may be approximately the same.
In other embodiments, not shown, the body assembly 11 may include a base 12, a body, and a handpiece. The machine head is positioned above the base 12, and the machine body is connected with the base 12 and the machine head. The pan body 2 can be placed on the base 12 in a pick-and-place manner, and the washing bin assembly 5 and the pan cover 4 are both arranged on the machine head and can move up and down relative to the machine head. For this embodiment, the fuselage includes a receptacle base 102, oppositely disposed receptacle side walls 103, and a receptacle end wall 104 connecting the oppositely disposed receptacle side walls 103 to form a second receptacle 512.
The height of the wastewater tank 48 is smaller than that of the body assembly 11, and the second receiving portion 512 is located approximately at the middle lower portion of the body assembly 11. The height of the sewage tank 48 after the second accommodating part 512 is determined by the height of the pan body 2 after the first accommodating part 511, so that the sewage can flow into the sewage tank 48 through the sewage pipeline 10 under the action of gravity, and the overflow phenomenon can not occur; the width and length of the sewage tank 48 depend on the size of the body, and can be enlarged with securing strength. Alternatively, the sump 48 may have a volume greater than the total volume of water removed to complete a wash.
The body assembly 11 is provided with a receiving seat 105 facing upward, and the receiving seat 105 is located above the second accommodating portion 512. The clean water tank 81 can be mounted to the receptacle 105 from the upper side of the body assembly 11. The clear water tank 81 may be detachable.
To facilitate observation of the amount of water in the wastewater tank 48, the wastewater tank 48 may be integrally constructed as a transparent member. Alternatively, the waste water tank 48 comprises a first side wall 501 facing the side of the pan body 2, and the first side wall 501 of the waste water tank 48 may be constructed as a transparent wall body. Alternatively, the side of the waste water tank 48 facing the pan body 2 is provided with a viewing window, in particular the first side wall 501 of the waste water tank 48 is provided with a viewing window. Thus, the user can clearly observe the condition of the sewage in the sewage tank 48, such as the amount of water, from the front side of the sewage tank 48.
Referring to fig. 8 to 13, the inside of the lid 4 may be further provided with a steam passage 521. The inlet of the steam channel 521 faces the cooking cavity, in particular downwards, and communicates to the cooking cavity, and the outlet of the steam channel 521 communicates with the sewage drain 10. Thus, the trapway 10 can be used for both trapway and exhaust, and when the trapway 10 is used for exhaust, steam can enter the steam channel 521 from the inlet of the steam channel 521, flow into the trapway 10 via the outlet of the steam channel 521, and then be exhausted from the outlet of the trapway 10.
The outlet of the steam channel 521 can be hidden in the cooker cover 4, so that the steam is prevented from being discharged from the upper side of the cooker cover 4, the cabinet above the cooking appliance 1 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the cabinet adsorbs steam condensate, the risk that a user is scalded due to the fact that the user contacts high-temperature steam is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved; the outlet of the steam channel 521 is not directly exposed, so that the external structure of the pot cover 4 is simple and beautiful.
A steam channel 521 may be provided in the drain 10. The total area of the outlets of the steam passage 521 is 10mm or more 2 The total area may be, for example, 10mm 2 、15mm 2 、20mm 2 、25mm 2 、30mm 2 、35mm 2 、40mm 2 、45mm 2 、50mm 2 And the like. In order to smoothly drain the drain pipe 10, as shown in fig. 13, the steam passage 521 and the sidewall of the drain pipe 10 can have a gap therebetween, through which the sewage flowing out of the drain outlet 9 flows toward the outlet. Between both sides of the steam channel 521 and the corresponding side walls of the sewage drain 10 there areA gap.
The outlet of the steam channel 521 is provided at the top thereof. The top surface of the steam channel 521 is opened to form an outlet, and of course, the outlet of the steam channel 521 may be provided to the sidewall of the steam channel 521. The top of the steam channel 521 protrudes upward from the inner top wall surface of the drain pipe 10. The outlet of the steam channel 521 can be higher than the highest liquid level when discharging sewage, and falls into the pot body 2 from the steam channel 521. In particular, the steam channel 521 extends between the support 44 and the cover 45. When it is intended to clean the steam passage 521, the steam passage 521 can be cleaned only by detaching the detachable cover 43 from the lid main body 42, so that the cleaning of the steam passage 521 is more convenient and thorough.
The cover 45 may be provided with a receiving groove 522 (fig. 16) opening downwards, the top of the steam channel 521 having an outlet and extending into the receiving groove 522. The receiving groove 522 has a shape matched to the shape of the steam passage 521. There is a gap between the steam channel 521 and the top and side surfaces of the receiving groove 522. The steam may be introduced into the drain pipe 10 through a gap between the steam channel 521 and the top surface and/or the side surface of the receiving groove 522 so as to smoothly discharge the steam. The steam channel 521 may be connected with the susceptor 44. In the illustrated embodiment, the steam channel 521 is integrally formed with the retainer 44. The size of the sewage drain pipe 10 in the vertical direction can be reduced by providing the receiving groove 522, and further, the covering portion 45 is disposed closer to the bearing portion 44, so that the size of the pot cover 4 in the vertical direction can be reduced.
In other embodiments not shown, the covering portion 45 may not be provided with the accommodation groove 522. In this aspect, the steam passage 521 is below the inner top wall surface of the sewage pipe 10 with a gap therebetween. In particular the steam channel 521, and the inner surface of the cover 45. The steam channel 521 may have a size of 3mm, for example, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, etc. higher than the inner bottom wall surface of the drain pipe 10. By reasonably setting the height of the steam channel 521, the outlet of the steam channel 521 is higher than the highest liquid level when sewage is discharged.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 14, a steam passage 521 is provided in the first pipe 50. Accordingly, the sewage pipe 10 can be easily installed using a large sewage space with the shape and specification of the first pipe 50. The steam path 521, like the first pipe 50, also extends in a radial direction of the lid 4, so that the steam path 521 has a larger sectional area. In the illustrated embodiment, the steam passage 521 is provided with one elongated shape extending in a radial direction of the lid 4, and the inlet of the steam passage 521 is also elongated (fig. 15) and the outlet thereof is also elongated. Correspondingly, the receiving groove 522 is also elongated and extends in the radial direction of the lid 4. Of course, at least two steam passages 521 may be provided at intervals along the extension direction of the sewage drain pipe 10, for example, two, three or more steam passages 521.
As described above, the sump 48 can communicate with the outlet of the sewage pipe 10. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 17 to 20, the foul water tank 48 is provided with a steam guide passage 530 and a liquid guide passage 516. The steam guide passage 530 can be located above the liquid guide passage 516 and at an upper portion of the sump 48. Steam and waste water may enter the interior of the sump 48 from different locations, wherein steam may enter the top of the sump 48 from the steam guiding channel 530, keeping the steam above the highest level of the sump 48, which is schematically illustrated in fig. 2 by dashed lines, into the interior of the sump 48, avoiding that waste water in the sump 48 blocks the steam guiding channel 530 or that pressure is generated in the sewer pipe 10, the steam guiding channel 530.
The steam inlet 531 of the steam guide passage 530 communicates with a sidewall of the liquid guide passage 516, and more particularly, with a sidewall of the liquid guide passage 516 facing the center of the sump 48. The steam outlet 532 of the steam guide passage 530 communicates with the inside of the foul water tank 48. The liquid guiding channel 516 extends vertically and is provided with a liquid outlet 517, and the liquid outlet 517 is located at the bottom of the sewage tank 48 and is communicated with the inside of the sewage tank 48. Outlet 517 is directed toward the bottom and/or side walls of sump tank 48.
The steam guide passage 530 is configured to be provided with a blocking structure for extending a steam flow path in an extending direction of the steam guide passage 530.
