As shown in fig. 10, in the second cabinet air conditioner, the fan is a centrifugal fan, a fan support 26, a centrifugal fan 27, an electric control mounting support 28, a motor controller 29 and an electric control box 30 are arranged in a fan accommodating cavity, the centrifugal fan is mounted in the fan accommodating cavity through the fan support, the motor controller and the electric control box are respectively mounted in the fan accommodating cavity through the electric control mounting support, a motor 31 of the centrifugal fan is connected with the motor controller, and the motor controller is connected with the electric control box. The electric control box is internally provided with a circuit board for controlling the whole cabinet type air treatment device to work, a motor of the centrifugal fan is electrically connected with the motor controller, the motor controller controls the motor to work, and the motor controller is electrically connected with the circuit board in the electric control box. As shown in fig. 11, in the second cabinet type air conditioner, a V-shaped evaporator 32 (i.e. a heat exchanger with two evaporators arranged in a V shape, as shown in fig. 11) is arranged in the temperature adjusting cavity, a condensed water tray 33 is arranged at the bottom of the V-shaped evaporator, and a PTC heating plate 34 is further arranged on the V-shaped evaporator. The V-shaped evaporator can effectively improve the air temperature regulation efficiency, the condensing agent is provided by a condensing agent circulation pipeline 36 when the V-shaped evaporator works, and condensed water generated by the V-shaped evaporator firstly falls into a condensed water disc at the bottom of the V-shaped evaporator for collection and then is discharged out of the cabinet type air treatment device through a condensed water disc water outlet pipe 35; when the air needs to be heated, the PTC heating plate is started and is used for auxiliary heating. In the second cabinet air conditioner, a primary filter screen 49 (shown in fig. 9) is further arranged at the communication position of the temperature adjusting cavity and the fan accommodating cavity, and is used for primarily filtering air sent by the centrifugal fan.
As shown in fig. 1, the second cabinet is provided with a second front sealing plate 37, and the second front sealing plate is provided with a condensing agent input pipe hole 38, a condensing agent output pipe hole 39, a condensed water pan water outlet pipe hole 40 and an electric control box outlet hole 41. In the second cabinet machine, the V-shaped evaporator is externally connected to a condensing agent circulating pipeline through a condensing agent input pipe hole and a condensing agent output pipe hole; the water outlet pipe of the condensed water tray is connected with an external pipeline through a water outlet pipe hole of the condensed water tray; the electric control box is used as a main control device of the whole cabinet type air treatment device, is provided with a main power signal wire of the cabinet type air treatment device and is connected with an external power system through the wire outlet hole of the electric control box.
As shown in fig. 12, a second inner lining plate 42 made of EPP is further disposed in the second cabinet, a second wire slot 43 is disposed on the second inner lining plate, a second upper sealing plate 44 is further disposed at the top of the second cabinet, a second terminal accommodating cavity 45 is disposed at a joint of the second inner lining plate and the second upper sealing plate, the second wire slot is communicated with the second terminal accommodating cavity, and the second terminal accommodating cavity is connected to a second terminal opening 46. When the first cabinet machine and the second cabinet machine are assembled, because the first wiring terminal accommodating cavity and the second wiring terminal accommodating cavity in the first cabinet machine and the second cabinet machine are both connected with the matched wiring terminal port and the wiring terminal, an electric wire on the first cabinet machine can also be directly communicated with the wiring terminal in the second cabinet machine, then the electric wire is wired from the second wiring groove, and the electric wire is led into the fan accommodating cavity to the electric wire through hole 50 and is connected with the electric control box, so that the electric control system of the whole cabinet type air treatment device is uniformly controlled by the electric control box to work.
In this embodiment, a detachable combination structure is provided between the first cabinet and the second cabinet; when the first cabinet is assembled with the second cabinet, the connection part of the first cabinet and the second cabinet is locked and fixed by the connecting sheet 48 (as shown in fig. 2). This structure makes first cabinet-type air treatment device that first cabinet-type air conditioner and second cabinet-type air conditioner both can assemble into the integral type and uses, also can make up the use with other air treatment device after separating first cabinet-type air conditioner, still can carry out exclusive use after separating the second cabinet-type air conditioner to adapt to user's different demands, it is nimble more convenient to use.
The working method of the cabinet type air treatment device for the sextant system comprises the following specific steps: in the second cabinet machine, under the action of the fan, mixed air of indoor air and outdoor air or indoor air firstly enters the air inlet and mixing cavity; then the mixture is sent into a temperature adjusting cavity through a fan, and the temperature is adjusted in the temperature adjusting cavity; the air after temperature adjustment enters an air purification cavity in the first cabinet machine, is purified in the air purification cavity, and is sent out of the cabinet type air treatment device after passing through the humidification cavity.
In practical use, the cabinet air treatment device can be used for two different air circulation modes, namely an indoor air circulation mode and a mixed air circulation mode of indoor air and outdoor air; meanwhile, the cabinet type air treatment device can be used for a user to select whether to start the cabinet type air treatment device according to the requirement of the user, and has the functions of heating/refrigerating, IFD (IFD) purifying, humidifying and ultraviolet sterilizing; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) When a customer selects an indoor air circulation mode, the valve leaf of an electric control air valve in the air treatment device is fully closed, the fresh air inlet is closed, the fan sucks indoor air from the return air inlet and guides the return air into the air duct of the air treatment device for treatment, and finally air is supplied to the indoor air from the air outlet, so that indoor air internal circulation is realized. In this cycle, the air may be treated through a number of functional steps; if the refrigeration function is selected, the air exchanges heat through the evaporator, and the temperature is reduced; if heating is selected, the air exchanges heat through the evaporator, the temperature is increased, the air can be heated by the aid of the PTC heating plate, and the dehumidification effect can be achieved according to the selected temperature; if IFD purification is selected, the IFD purification filter screen is electrified to form a high-voltage electric field in the air duct, dust is charged with static electricity by ionizing air, and then an air dust collection filter element with an electrode is used for adsorption, so that the purification effect is achieved; if the humidifying function is selected, an external water pump supplies water to a water tray in the humidifying assembly, the wet film wets the film layer after absorbing water, and air is humidified after passing through the wet film; if the ultraviolet sterilization function is selected, the UV ultraviolet lamp tube is electrified and lightened, and ultraviolet light irradiation is carried out on the air in the humidification cavity;
(2) When a customer selects a mixed air circulation mode, at the moment, a valve leaf of an electric control air valve in the air treatment device is opened, a fresh air inlet is opened, a fan sucks indoor air from a return air inlet, simultaneously sucks outdoor air from a fresh air inlet, mixes the indoor air and the outdoor air and guides the mixed air into an air channel of the air treatment device, and finally supplies air to the indoor from an air outlet after treatment, so that mixed air circulation is realized. In this cycle, the air may be treated in a number of functional steps, the specific function being selected to be the same as the indoor air circulation mode described above. In the mixed air circulation mode, the optimum air quantity is 1800m 3 H, wherein the indoor return air volume is 1500m 3 H, outdoor air volume 300m 3 /h。

Claims (9)

1. A cabinet type air treatment device for a six-constant system is characterized by comprising a first cabinet machine and a second cabinet machine which are connected, wherein a humidification cavity and an air purification cavity are arranged in the first cabinet machine, a temperature adjusting cavity, a fan accommodating cavity and an air inlet and mixing cavity are arranged in the second cabinet machine, and a fan is arranged in the fan accommodating cavity; along the gas flow direction, the air inlet and mixing cavity, the inner cavity of the fan, the temperature adjusting cavity, the air purifying cavity and the humidifying cavity are communicated in sequence to form a continuous air channel.
2. The cabinet air treatment device of claim 1, wherein the first cabinet unit has a humidifying assembly and a UV disinfection lamp disposed in a humidifying chamber;
in the air purification cavity, air grid, IFD purification filter screen and active carbon filter screen are equipped with in proper order along the gas flow direction.

The cabinet type air processing device for the sextant system as recited in claim 1 wherein the second cabinet is further characterized in that the side walls of the air intake and mixing chamber are respectively provided with a fresh air inlet and a return air inlet, the fresh air inlet and the return air inlet are respectively provided with an air intake filter screen, and the fresh air inlet is further provided with an electrically controlled air valve.

The cabinet type air processing device for the sextant system as defined in claim 1 wherein, in the second cabinet, the blower is a centrifugal blower, a blower support, a centrifugal blower, an electric control mounting support, a motor controller and an electric control box are disposed in the blower accommodating cavity, the centrifugal blower is mounted in the blower accommodating cavity through the blower support, the motor controller and the electric control box are respectively mounted in the blower accommodating cavity through the electric control mounting support, a motor of the centrifugal blower is connected with the motor controller, and the motor controller is connected with the electric control box.

The cabinet type air treatment device for the sextant system as defined in claim 1 wherein the second cabinet machine has a V-shaped evaporator in the temperature adjusting chamber, a condensed water tray is provided at the bottom of the V-shaped evaporator, and a PTC heating plate is provided on the V-shaped evaporator.
6. The cabinet air processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a primary filter screen is further disposed at a communication portion between the temperature adjusting chamber and the fan accommodating chamber in the second cabinet.
7. The cabinet type air treatment device for the sextant system of claim 1 wherein the first cabinet machine has a first front closure plate with a water inlet tube through hole and a water outlet tube through hole;
and the second cabinet machine is provided with a second front sealing plate, and the second front sealing plate is provided with a condensing agent input tube hole, a condensing agent output tube hole, a condensing water pan water outlet tube hole and an electric control box wire outlet hole.

The cabinet type air treatment device for the sextant system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first inner lining plate made of EPP material is further arranged in the first cabinet, a first wiring slot is arranged on the first inner lining plate, a first lower sealing plate is arranged at the bottom of the first cabinet, a first wiring terminal accommodating cavity is arranged at the joint of the first inner lining plate and the first lower sealing plate, and the first wiring slot is communicated with the first wiring terminal accommodating cavity;
a second lining plate made of EPP materials is further arranged in the second cabinet, a second wiring groove is formed in the second lining plate, a second upper sealing plate is further arranged at the top of the second cabinet, a second wiring terminal accommodating cavity is formed in the joint of the second lining plate and the second upper sealing plate, and the second wiring groove is communicated with the second wiring terminal accommodating cavity.

The cabinet air treatment device for a sextant system as in claim 1 wherein the first cabinet is removably coupled to the second cabinet; when the first cabinet machine and the second cabinet machine are assembled, the connecting part of the first cabinet machine and the second cabinet machine is locked and fixed through the connecting sheet.
