The rope throwing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first winch (21) is rotatably arranged in the housing (10), the first rolling wheel (31) and the second rolling wheel (32) are arranged on the outer surface of the housing (10), and a first rope passing opening (11) suitable for the rope (23) to be thrown to pass through is formed in the housing (10).

The line throwing device according to claim 3, further comprising a second winch (22), said second winch (22) being rotatably disposed within said housing (10) and being located on the same side of the line connecting said first rolling wheel (31) and said second rolling wheel (32) as said first winch (21), said second winch (22) constituting said wiring portion, said second winch being adapted to wind said line (23) to be thrown.
5. The line throwing device of claim 4, wherein the housing (10) is further provided with a second line passing port (12) for the line (23) to be thrown to pass through.

The dropper of claim 1, wherein the connection is a rotation axis of the first roller (31) or a rotation axis of the second roller (32), or the connection is a first stub (13), the first stub (13) and the first capstan (21) being located on different sides of a line connecting the first roller (31) and the second roller (32).
7. The line throwing device of any one of claims 1 to 6 further comprising a line straightening member (15), said line straightening member (15) being fixedly connected to said housing (10), said line straightening member (15) being adapted to guide said line (23) to be thrown through said gap.
8. The line dropper according to any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein a friction portion is provided on an outer peripheral side of the first rolling wheel (31) and/or the second rolling wheel (32).
9. A line throwing apparatus, comprising:
the line throwing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8;
the first end of the rope (23) to be thrown is connected with the wiring portion, the second end of the rope (23) to be thrown is connected with the first winch (21), and the middle section of the rope (23) to be thrown is suitable for penetrating through the gap.
10. A cord deployment device, comprising:
a drone (40);
a line throwing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, or a line throwing device as claimed in claim 9;
a third winch (51) connected to the drone (40), the third winch (51) being connected to a first end of a main rope (52) and winding the main rope (52), a second end of the main rope (52) being connected to the housing (10).
