Technical Field

The embodiment of the application relates to medical equipment, in particular to a mattress for clystering and a medical bed.

Background

Enema is a common treatment method which is to insert a liquid into the colon from the anus through the rectum by using a catheter to relax the bowels and exhaust air, and can stimulate the intestinal peristalsis, relieve constipation, eliminate intestinal flatulence and clean the intestinal tract.

In the prior art, a patient lies on a bed, a doctor and a nurse dilute the medicine in an enema bag and then inject the medicine into the intestinal tract of the patient, and the patient is easy to generate excretion impulsion due to the stimulation of the medicine of enema; however, the patient is in a half lying state, and in the posture, the patient needs to endure the impulse, recover the standing state from the bed and move to the toilet, so that the realization is difficult, therefore, in the actual treatment process, the patient can directly excrete on the medical bed, and then the bed cushion is all excreted, and the sharp smell and the unclean picture all affect the patient, the doctor and the nurse; and bacteria brought by the excrement can pollute the sterile environment such as an operating room.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The embodiment of the application provides a mattress for clystering and a medical bed, so as to improve the excretion problem of a patient in the clystering process.

The embodiment of the application is realized by the following technical scheme:

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a mattress 100 for enema includes: a bed sheet 10, an emergency bag 20, and a barrier sheet 30.

The area of the drain opening 11 should not be too large to prevent the buttocks from sinking directly from the drain opening 11. The discharge opening 11 may be a 10 × 10cm square port, a circular port, or a shaped port. In this way, a substantial portion of the buttocks are still supported by the mattress 100.

After the patient lies on the mattress 100, the doctor and the nurse dilute the medicine in the enema bag and then inject the medicine into the intestinal tract of the patient, and the patient produces the impulse of excretion due to the stimulation of the medicine of the enema. It can be understood that there may be a plurality of excretions after the enema, the doctor and nurse only need to switch the shielding sheet 30 to the second position to expose the excretion opening 11 on the sheet 10 for the patient to excrete to the excretion opening 11 during each excretion process, and after the excretion process, the shielding sheet 30 can be switched to the first position. Treat that the patient enema finishes completely, mattress 100 can take off the processing alone as disposable consumables, and urgent bag 20, discharge opening 11 and shielding piece 30 enclose the closed chamber of establishing and demarcating and can effectually prevent that the excrement from revealing, and the nurse also need not to wash mattress 100 again, convenient and sanitary and swift.

In one possible embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the mattress 100 includes a back pad 40, the back pad 40 being disposed laterally on the sheet 10. The cross section of the back cushion 40 may be circular, and soft fillers such as duck feather and cotton wool are filled inside the back cushion. In conjunction with the orientation shown in fig. 4, the lateral direction of the present embodiment refers to the up-down direction in the drawing, and the head-foot direction is the left-right direction in the drawing when a person lies on the mattress 100.

The distance between the back cushion 40 and the excretion opening 11 is 10-20cm.

Specifically, when the patient lies on the sheet 10, the waist rests on the back cushion 40; by setting the distance of the back cushion 40 from the excretion opening 11 so that the buttocks of the patient are exactly covered at the position of the excretion opening 11, the distance of the back cushion 40 from the excretion opening 11 can be set to 10-20cm according to the general physical constitution of adults. One possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the opening edge of the drain opening 11 comprises a first side 11a remote from the backrest pad 40 and a second side 11b adjacent to the first side 11 a; the shielding sheet 30 includes a bottom edge 30a and a side edge 30b adjacent to the bottom edge 30 a.

The first side 11a of the excretion opening 11 and the bottom edge 30a of the blocking sheet 30 can be connected by knitting, so that the connection strength between the two is good, and when the fluffy fabric selected by the blocking sheet 30 is connected to the bed sheet 10 by knitting, the bed sheet 10 and the blocking sheet 30 are integrated into a whole in appearance, thereby improving the aesthetic feeling.

The side edge 30b of the shielding sheet 30 is connected to the second side 11b of the discharge opening 11 by a zipper. The zipper 32 may be generally disposed on the side edge 30b of the cover strip 30. When the shielding sheet 30 is at the first position, the side edge 30b of the shielding sheet 30 is connected with the second side 11b of the drainage opening 11 by a zipper; when the shielding sheet 30 is in the second position, the side edge 30b of the shielding sheet 30 is separated from the second side 11b of the drain opening 11; therefore, when the patient needs to excrete in the clysis process, the zipper 32 can be used for realizing quick connection and separation, so that the shielding piece 30 can be quickly switched between the first position and the second position, and the patient can be ensured to excrete the excrement into the semi-closed cavity defined by the emergency bag 20 and the excretion opening 11 in an enclosing manner.

2-4, the cover sheet 30 includes a top edge 30c opposite the bottom edge 30a, the top edge 30c may be curved, and the top side 11c of the pad 40 corresponding to the drain opening 11 is also curved; the top edge 30c is provided with a pull ring 31, and the pull ring 31 may be a soft rubber ring to prevent the pull ring 31 from causing a foreign body sensation when a patient lies on the mattress 100.

With reference to the orientation shown in fig. 4, the physician's nurse may tie a length of string to the pull ring 31; when the patient needs to excrete after enema, a doctor and a nurse only need to pull the pull ring 31 through a long thin rope, so that the top edge 30c moves rightwards, and the side edge 30b of the shielding piece 30 is pulled down to be connected with the zipper of the second side 11b of the excretion opening 11; therefore, the shielding sheet 30 is conveniently switched from the first position to the second position, the shielding sheet 30 is moved away, the excretion opening 11 on the bed sheet 10 is exposed, and the excretion of a patient is facilitated. Therefore, a doctor and a nurse are not required to directly contact the hands with the shielding sheet 30, and the possibility that the hands are stained with excrement is avoided.

In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, the mattress includes support loops 50. The support ring 50 may be a thin metal ring having a certain elasticity and strength, such as a copper coil or an iron coil.

The support ring 50 is arranged in the area of the sheet 10 around the circumference of the drainage opening 11, the support ring 50 being sewn to form a loop, usually with the same cloth covering of the sheet 10, and then being connected to the cloth at the edge of the drainage opening 11. The support ring 50 keeps the discharge opening 11 open, so that it is avoided that the discharge opening 11 folds during use, so that no excrement from the patient can enter the emergency bag 20 from the discharge opening 11.

In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the sheet 10 comprises a skin-friendly velvet layer 12, a waterproof layer 13 and a bottom adhesive layer 14 which are arranged in sequence. Wherein, the skin-friendly velvet layer 12 can be chemical fibers such as plush or terylene acrylon and the like; the waterproof layer 13 may be a dense rubber plastic film to prevent the water of excrement from leaking downward. The bottom rubber layer 14 may be a rubber layer having a certain elasticity, which can increase the friction force with the frame boards 210 (mentioned below) of the bed frame 200.

In a possible embodiment, the side of the emergency bag 20 facing the excretion opening 11 is provided with at least one layer of waterproof fabric, which may be a dense rubber plastic film, to prevent the moisture of the excretion from leaking downwards, and to ensure that the excretion of the patient is retained in the closed cavity defined by the emergency bag 20, the excretion opening 11 and the shielding sheet 30.

In one possible embodiment, the mattress 100 includes a diaper 60; the diaper 60 is disposed on a face of the shielding sheet 30 facing away from the discharge opening 11. When the shielding sheet 30 is at the first position, the diaper 60 is spread and laid on the shielding sheet 30, and the whole diaper is T-shaped.

Specifically, after the patient finishes clystering, if the impulse of excretion can be restrained, the patient can go to a toilet to excrete so as to meet the requirements of different people. But for insurance, the patient is required to wear the diaper 60; at this time, the shielding sheet 30 is in the first position, the patient can lie on the mattress 100, and the buttocks is just above the shielding sheet 30, so that the diaper 60 spread on the shielding sheet 30 can be assisted by a doctor and a nurse to wrap the buttocks of the patient conveniently and quickly.

The diaper 60 and the barrier sheet 30 can be bonded together without excessive bonding.

In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the bottom side of the sheet 10 is provided with several strips of strapping 15. With the orientation shown in fig. 3, the strapping 15 can be knitted through the bottom adhesive layer 14 and connected with the skin-friendly velvet layer 12, so as to increase the connection strength. The strapping 15 may be used to secure the mattress 100 to the frame boards 210 of the foundation 200. When the enema of the patient is completely finished, the mattress 100 can be taken down and treated as a disposable consumable by unfastening the binding cloth strips 15, the closed cavity defined by the emergency bag 20, the excretion opening 11 and the shielding piece 30 can effectively prevent the excrement from leaking, and a nurse does not need to clean the mattress 100, so that the enema is convenient, sanitary and quick.

Embodiments of the present application further provide a medical bed, comprising: the mattress 100 and the bed frame 200. The frame plate 210 of the bed frame 200 is formed with a cavity 220; the sheet 10 is laid on the frame plate 210, and the frame plate 210 effectively supports the sheet 10; the emergency bag 20 is received in the cavity 220, and the emergency bag 20 storing excrement is located in the cavity 220 to prevent the protrusion.

Claims (9)

1. A mattress for enema characterized by comprising:

the bed sheet (10), wherein a drainage opening (11) is formed in the middle of the bed sheet (10);

the emergency bag (20) is arranged on one side of the bed sheet (10), and the edge of the bag opening of the emergency bag (20) is connected with the edge of the drainage opening (11) into a whole;

and a shielding sheet (30), the shielding sheet (30) being arranged on a side of the bed sheet (10) facing away from the emergency bag (20), the shielding sheet (30) having a first position in which it shields the drainage opening (11) and a second position in which it exposes the drainage opening;

when the shielding sheet (30) is in the first position, the emergency bag (20), the discharge opening (11) and the shielding sheet (30) enclose a closed cavity for containing enema excrement.

2. The mattress of claim 1, wherein: the mattress comprises a back cushion (40), the back cushion (40) is transversely arranged on the bed sheet (10), and the distance between the back cushion (40) and the excretion opening (11) is 10-20cm.

3. The mattress of claim 2, wherein: the opening edge of the drain opening (11) comprises a first side remote from the backrest cushion (40) and a second side (11 b) adjacent to the first side; the shielding piece (30) comprises a bottom edge and a side edge adjacent to the bottom edge;

the first side of the drainage opening (11) is connected with the bottom edge of the shielding piece (30) in a knitted manner;

when the shielding piece (30) is in the first position, the side edge of the shielding piece (30) is connected with the second side (11 b) of the drainage opening (11) by a zipper;

when the shutter (30) is in the second position, the side edge of the shutter (30) is separated from the second side (11 b) of the discharge opening (11).

4. A mattress as claimed in claim 3 wherein: the shielding piece (30) comprises a top edge opposite to the bottom edge, the top edge is arc-shaped, and a pull ring (31) is arranged on the top edge.

5. A mattress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein: the mattress comprises a support ring (50), wherein the support ring (50) is arranged in the area of the bed sheet (10) surrounding the periphery of the excretion opening (11) so that the excretion opening (11) is kept in an open state.

6. A mattress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein: the bed sheet (10) comprises a skin-friendly velvet layer (12), a waterproof layer (13) and a bottom glue layer (14) which are arranged in sequence;

and/or at least one layer of waterproof fabric is arranged on one side of the emergency bag (20) facing the drainage opening (11).

7. A mattress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein: the mattress comprises a paper diaper (60); the paper diaper (60) is arranged on one surface of the shielding sheet (30) departing from the drainage opening (11).

8. A mattress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein: the bottom side of the bed sheet (10) is provided with a plurality of binding cloth strips (15).

9. A medical bed, comprising:

the mattress (100) of any of claims 1 to 8;

and a bed frame (200), wherein a concave hole (220) is formed on the frame plate (210) of the bed frame (200);

the sheet (10) is laid on the shelf (210) and the emergency bag (20) is accommodated in the cavity (220).
