2. The furniture assembly according to claim 1 wherein said second latch member defines a latch recess and said first latch member is captured within said latch recess.

3. The furniture assembly according to claim 1, wherein said second clip is attached to the bottom end of the back surface and defines a downwardly opening catch.

The furniture assembly according to claim 3, wherein said supporting body further comprises a leg portion and an upper frame connected to an upper end of said leg portion, said supporting base is mounted on an inner side of said upper frame, at least a portion of said upper frame is formed with a first latching member, and said latching groove of said second latching member downwardly latches said first latching member to removably connect said backrest body to said supporting body.

The furniture assembly according to claim 4, wherein said upper frame includes a peripheral wall, said abutment is mounted inside said peripheral wall with at least a portion thereof forming a slot with said peripheral wall, and said second catch is a U-shaped catch, said U-shaped catch being snap-fitted to said peripheral wall through said slot.

6. The furniture assembly according to claim 5, wherein two second clips are formed on the bottom end of the backrest surface at intervals, the upper frame is a rectangular frame, and the slot is formed between the support platform and one side of the rectangular frame.

8. The furniture assembly according to claim 7 wherein said support is a metal member and said U-shaped clip is a metal member.

10. The furniture assembly according to claim 9, wherein said stop structure comprises:

a limiting hole formed at the top inner top of the U-shaped clamping seat;
