1. A single-blade marble cutting device, comprising:
a base;
the workbench is fixed on the base and used for placing marble; and
the base is provided with a second guide rail extending along the length direction of the base, the plate cutting mechanism is arranged on the second guide rail in a sliding mode and comprises a plate cutting machine base, a second driving unit, a third driving unit and a saw blade, the second driving unit, the third driving unit and the saw blade are arranged on the plate cutting machine base, the second driving unit is used for driving the plate cutting machine base to move relatively along the extending direction of the second guide rail, and the third driving unit is used for driving the saw blade to cut marble on the workbench.

The single-saw blade marble cutting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two second guide rails are disposed on the base, the cutting mechanism further comprises two positioning flat wheels, the two positioning flat wheels respectively cooperate with the two second guide rails, and the second driving unit is configured to drive the two positioning flat wheels to move relatively along the extending direction of the two second guide rails, so as to drive the cutting mechanism to move relatively along the length direction of the base.

The single blade marble cutting device of claim 2, wherein a first sprocket is provided on an output shaft of the second driving unit, two of the positioning flat wheels are connected by a main driving shaft, a second sprocket is provided on the main driving shaft, the first sprocket is in transmission connection with the second sprocket, and the second driving unit is used for driving the two positioning flat wheels to rotate simultaneously.

The single-blade marble cutting device as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cutting mechanism further comprises a driving wheel, a first driven wheel, and a second driven wheel, the driving wheel, the first driven wheel, and the second driven wheel being disposed on the cutting machine base, the saw blade being disposed around the driving wheel, the first driven wheel, and the second driven wheel in turn, and the third driving unit being configured to drive the driving wheel to rotate, thereby driving the saw blade to perform a cutting motion.

The single blade marble cutting device of claim 4, wherein the driving wheel is disposed on the board cutter base through a first fixed support, the first driven wheel is disposed on the board cutter base through a second fixed support, and the second driven wheel is disposed on the board cutter base through a movable mechanism.

The single blade marble cutting device of claim 5, wherein the moving mechanism comprises a nitrogen spring cylinder and a nitrogen cylinder holder, the nitrogen cylinder holder is disposed on the cutting machine base, one end of the nitrogen spring cylinder is disposed on the nitrogen cylinder holder, and the other end of the nitrogen spring cylinder is connected with the second driven wheel.

The single blade marble cutting device of claim 6, wherein the movable mechanism further comprises a third fixed support disposed on the cutter base, the third fixed support and the nitrogen cylinder holder being disposed on both sides of the second driven wheel, respectively, and a fourth driving unit disposed on the third fixed support for the second driven wheel to approach or depart from the driving wheel to tension the blade.
8. The single blade marble cutting device of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the cutting mechanism further comprises a guide arm disposed on the board cutter base, the guide arm being configured to guide the saw blade.

The single-saw-blade marble cutting device of claim 8, wherein the guide arm comprises a saw blade positioning block, a guide arm seat, a guide arm body and a guide oil cylinder, the saw blade positioning block is used for clamping and limiting the saw blade, the guide arm seat is fixed on the base of the cutting machine, the guide arm seat is sleeved on the guide arm body, the guide arm body can move up and down along the vertical direction, the saw blade positioning block is arranged at the bottom of the guide arm body, the guide oil cylinder is arranged on the guide arm seat, and an extending end of the guide oil cylinder is connected with the top of the guide arm body and used for driving the guide arm body to move up and down along the vertical direction, so that the saw blade positioning block is driven to move up and down along the vertical direction.
