An electric control device comprising a circuit breaker and an electric operating device of the circuit breaker mounted on the circuit breaker, characterized in that the electric operating device of the circuit breaker is the electric operating device of the circuit breaker according to any one of claims 1-9, the rocker arm (7) is connected with a handle (20) of the circuit breaker, and the rocker arm is mounted at a side end of the circuit breaker.
