本实用新型是一种金刚石砂轮，属于金刚石制品的技术领域。
现有技术中金刚石砂轮的种类比较多，主要是根据需要磨削的产品的形状及要求来设计砂轮的结构、形状的。
本实用新型的目的在于发明一种结构比较新颖的金刚石砂轮，以满足人们工作的需要。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它是将环形金刚石磨料（1）与环形基体（2）连接，在环形金刚石磨料（1）的表面上等距离开设槽（3），根据需要可以在环形金刚石磨料（1）的内表面或外表面上等距离开设槽（3），也可以在环形金刚石磨料（1）的内、外表面上同时等距离开设槽（3），但是，内、外表面上所开的槽（3）的位置要错开开设。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型结构新颖、简单、利用开设的槽使得一些不能长时间磨削的工件得以间隙磨削，这样，为金刚石砂轮行业提供了一个新的品种。
