The locking strip 231 may be disposed at the lower edge of the baffle 23, or may be disposed at the middle or lower portion of the baffle 23. The mop rod is rotated reversely and forcefully again, and the mop rod is flexibly rotated again after the clamping strip 231 reversely overcomes the blocking of the blocking strip 81. In this embodiment, the length of the arc-shaped protrusion 102 extending along the axial direction of the hinge shaft 101 is not more than one third of the total length of the hinge shaft, and the length of the transition groove 25 is matched with the length of the arc-shaped protrusion 102, so that the joint 232 is more easily elastically deformed. The position or radian of the arc-shaped protrusion 102 is adjusted to control the fixed angle between the connector and the mop head 1, so that the fixed angle between the mop rod and the mop head 1 is controlled within the range of 15 degrees to 45 degrees, because the arc-shaped protrusion 102 only affects the rotation of the connector in the left direction, and does not affect the rotation of the mop rod in the second hinge position and the rotation of the connector in the right direction, therefore, the arrangement of the arc-shaped protrusion 102 does not affect the flexibility of the use of the mop head, or the influence on the flexibility of the use of the mop head is very small.
In a preferred embodiment, the edge of the mop head 1 is provided with a strip-shaped scraping strip supporting protrusion 11, two sides of the scraping strip supporting protrusion 11 are provided with scraping strip supporting surfaces 12, the scraping strip 7 is fixed on the scraping strip supporting protrusion and the scraping strip supporting surfaces under the action of the scraping strip supporting protrusion 11 and the two scraping strip supporting surfaces 12, the bottom shape of the scraping strip is matched with the scraping strip supporting protrusion and the scraping strip supporting surfaces, the arrangement can increase the contact area between the scraping strip 7 and the mop head 1, and the fixation reliability of the scraping strip is further improved.
In one embodiment, the plurality of scraping blades 303 are arranged on the transverse plate 304 in parallel, the clamping tongues 302 are arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate 304, and the pressing mechanism 30 is installed in the through opening 203 by clamping the clamping tongues 302 on the clamping holes 206, so that the installation mode is convenient and the mold opening production is facilitated. In a preferred embodiment, a slide 208 is arranged in the guide sleeve 202, a positioning block 209 is arranged on the slide 208, a positioning head 210 is arranged on the mop rod 10, the positioning head 210 is in a low cylindrical shape, the top of the positioning head is positioned in the slide 208, when the stroking head is pulled to a high position along the mop rod 10, the positioning head 210 moves along the slide 208 in the stroking direction to penetrate through the positioning block 210 and be clamped, the other side of the positioning head 210 is abutted against a positioning surface 211 at the tail end of the slide 208 so as to be positioned, the stroking head is separated from the mop head 1, and the mop head 1 can be rotated to a mopping state for mopping. When the cleaning machine needs to be cleaned again, the cleaning object is washed under the water faucet, the guide sleeve is pushed downwards, the squeezing mechanism squeezes the cleaning object to squeeze dirt and dirty water, the teeth are scraped, silk such as hair and the like are simultaneously removed, the stroking head is pulled back to the high position from the high position to the low position, the cleaning object can be cleaned and squeezed to be dry through one reciprocating operation, and the cleaning machine is very convenient and easy to operate and use. When water stains on the ground or the glass surface need to be scraped, the mop rod only needs to be rotated until the baffle 23 presses the barrier strip 81, the mop rod is rotated by force, the connector 2 and/or the baffle 23 are elastically deformed so as to overcome the blocking of the barrier strip 81, and after the baffle 23 overcomes the blocking of the barrier strip 81, the other side of the baffle 23 abuts against the other side of the barrier strip 81, so that the connector 2 and the mop rod connected with the connector can keep the connector 2 and the mop head stable under the abutting action of the barrier strip 81, the mop head is ensured not to shake or turn, and the side of the scraping strip 7 is turned to be close to the ground or the glass surface, so that the water stains can be scraped conveniently; the mop rod is rotated again by reverse force, and the baffle 23 is reversed to overcome the blocking of the barrier strip 81 and then is restored to rotate flexibly. Or the mop rod is rotated until the blocking strip 81 blocks the blocking strip 231 from further rotating, so that the connecting head 2 is blocked from rotating, the mop rod is rotated by force, the blocking strip 231 presses the blocking strip 81, the connecting head and/or the blocking strip are elastically deformed so as to overcome the blocking of the blocking strip 81, and after the blocking strip 231 overcomes the blocking of the blocking strip, the blocking strip is abutted against the blocking strip, so that the connecting head 2 and the mop rod connected with the connecting head 2 can keep the connecting head 2 and the mop head stable under the abutting action of the blocking strip 81, the mop head is ensured not to shake or turn, the side of the scraping strip 3 is turned to be close to the ground or the glass surface, and the convenient scraping of water stains can be realized; the mop rod is rotated reversely and forcefully again, and the clamping strip 231 reversely overcomes the blocking of the blocking strip 81 and then flexibly rotates. Or the mop rod is rotated until the arc-shaped protrusion 102 blocks the first hinge position 21, namely the connector further rotates, the mop rod is rotated with force, the connecting part 232 presses the arc-shaped protrusion 102, the connecting part 232 of the connector is elastically deformed, so that the elastic deformation of the recovered part is fixed on the arc-shaped protrusion 102 after the blocking of the arc-shaped protrusion is overcome, the connector 2 and the mop head are kept stable, the mop head cannot shake or turn over, the side of the scraping strip 7 is turned to be close to the ground or the surface of glass, and the convenient scraping of water stains can be realized; the mop rod is rotated again by reverse force, and the joint 232 is flexibly rotated after reversely overcoming the obstruction of the arc-shaped bulge 102.

Claims (23)

1. A hand-washing-free mop comprises a flat mop body, wherein the flat mop body comprises a mop rod and a mop head movably connected with the mop rod, a wiping object is arranged on the mop head, a smoothing sleeve capable of moving up and down is arranged on the mop rod, a smoothing head is arranged at the lower end of the smoothing sleeve, a penetrating opening is formed in the smoothing head, an extrusion mechanism used for extruding the wiping object is arranged on the bottom surface of the penetrating opening, the mop head can penetrate into the penetrating opening after being rotated to be parallel to the mop rod, the mop head is separated from the penetrating opening when the smoothing head is located at a high position, and the lower end of the mop head penetrates into the penetrating opening when the smoothing head is located at a low position; when the stroking sleeve and the mop head move relatively, the squeezing mechanism squeezes and dehydrates the wiper; the mop head is characterized in that at least one reinforcing rod is arranged along the length direction of the mop head, and the reinforcing rod is arranged on the side close to the edge of the mop head.
2. The disposable mop of claim 1 wherein the mop head further comprises a base plate and a cover plate, the cover plate removably covering the base plate, the reinforcing bar being disposed between the base plate and the cover plate.
3. The disposable mop of claim 1 or 2 wherein two reinforcing rods are provided and are disposed on each side of the mop head, and the reinforcing rods are made of a metal material.
4. A disposable mop as defined in claim 2 wherein the cover has a detent in which the reinforcement bar is received, the reinforcement bar being retained in the detent when the cover is secured to the base; the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the cover plate in a clamping mode and/or in a threaded connection mode, and when the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the cover plate in a threaded connection mode, threaded holes are formed in the bottom plate and the cover plate.
5. The disposable mop of claim 4 wherein the positioning groove has a slot, the positioning groove protrudes from the cover plate, the reinforcing rod has a rod shape or a tube shape, and the threaded hole is provided on both sides and/or the top of the reinforcing rod.
6. The disposable mop of claim 2 wherein the base plate and the cover plate define a receiving chamber, the cover plate has at least one filling opening, the base plate has a weep opening, and the cleaning solution penetrates the underside of the base plate through the weep opening after the cleaning solution is added to the receiving chamber through the filling opening.
7. The non-hand-washing mop as claimed in claim 6, wherein the liquid filling opening is at least two and is respectively disposed at two sides of the cover plate, the liquid filling opening is provided with a fixing fastener, the fixing fastener is provided with a hollow portion, the liquid permeating opening is provided with a plurality of groups which are uniformly disposed on the bottom plate, the liquid permeating opening is a plurality of through holes, the fixing fastener is made of soft elastic material, the fixing fastener is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped holes, and the strip-shaped holes are connected with the hollow portion.
8. The wash-free mop of claim 4, wherein the cover plate has a side edge extending downward around the cover plate, the bottom plate has a plurality of engaging grooves at the edge of the bottom plate, and engaging protrusions corresponding to the engaging grooves are formed at the inner side of the side edge of the cover plate, or a plurality of engaging protrusions are formed at the edge of the bottom plate, and the engaging grooves corresponding to the engaging protrusions are formed at the inner side of the side edge of the cover plate, and the engaging grooves and/or the engaging protrusions are elastically deformed to engage the engaging grooves.
9. The hand-free mop as claimed in claim 7, wherein a fixing groove is formed at a side edge of the fixing clip, the fixing groove is elastically deformed to wrap and fix the fixing groove at an edge of the filling opening, and the strip holes are radially formed in the hollow portion.
10. The hands-free mop as claimed in claim 1 or 6, wherein a scraping strip is arranged along the length direction of the mop head, the scraping strip is arranged at the edge of the mop head and protrudes out of the back side edge of the mop head or protrudes out of the side edge of the mop head, and the scraping strip is fixedly connected with the mop head by injection molding on the mop head.
11. The non-hand-washing mop as claimed in claim 10, further comprising a connecting head connected to the mop rod, wherein a hinge shaft is provided at the back side of the mop head, the connecting head is rotatably provided on the mop head through the hinge shaft, a locking member is provided on the connecting head, a positioning clip cooperating with the locking member is provided on the mop head or the hinge shaft, the rotation of the connecting head drives the locking member to rotate, when the locking member rotates to the positioning clip, the positioning clip blocks the locking member from further rotation, thereby blocking the rotation of the connecting head, and the connecting head and/or the locking member elastically deforms to overcome the blocking of the positioning clip.
12. The hand-free mop of claim 11, wherein the connecting head is provided with a first hinge portion having a substantially circular cross-section, the first hinge portion is provided with an opening having a size smaller than that of the hinge shaft, and the first hinge portion is rotatably connected to the hinge shaft, and the first hinge portion is provided with a plurality of baffles extending along both sides of the opening, the distance between the plurality of baffles gradually increasing from a position near the first hinge portion to a position far from the first hinge portion.
13. The disposable mop of claim 12 wherein the wiper strip is disposed on a back side of the mop head, and a second hinge is disposed on the head, the second hinge being substantially perpendicular to the first hinge and the second hinge being connected to the mop rod.
14. The disposable mop of claim 12 or 13 wherein the locator card comprises a bar disposed on the mop head.
15.
