Currently, there are a large number of outdoor shelters in cities, distributed for example in various restaurants, cafes, or other locations where there is outdoor sun and rain protection. However, these outdoor covering devices can only rely on the manual work to act, have single functions, are often laid aside and abandoned, cannot be effectively utilized, have intelligent functions to serve people more deeply and better in experience, and are not beneficial to the construction of smart cities.
In view of the above, the present disclosure provides an intelligent outdoor covering device and a covering device communication system to solve the above problems.
As shown in fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an outdoor covering device in an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
The outdoor covering device comprises a covering device main body 101 and a base 102. Illustratively, the covering device body 101 includes a plurality of covering device shaft bodies 111 and a rod body 113. The plurality of covering device bone bodies 111 are arranged to be retractable and covered with a covering material 112. The plurality of covering device shaft bodies 111 are connected with the rod body 113. For example, each covering device body 111 is shown with one end attached to a location on the shaft 113, such as the tip. The other end of each covering device shaft 111 is suspended and can move relatively close to or away from the rod body 113. It will be appreciated that the outdoor covering unit has two states, a "stowed" state and a "deployed" state. The movement of the shaft 111 of each covering device away from the shaft 113 causes the covering material 112 to be stretched, corresponding to the open position of the outdoor covering device, i.e., the "laid" position. Each covering shaft 111 moves in close proximity to the shaft 113, which allows the covering shaft 111 and the covering material 112 to be retracted, corresponding to the retracted state of the outdoor covering, i.e., the "retracted" state. In some embodiments, each of the covering device shaft members 111 may be a single-segment covering device shaft member 111 structure or a foldable multi-segment hinged structure. In some embodiments, the shape of the covering material 112 is not limited, and the shape presented by its top view includes, but is not limited to, triangle, quadrilateral, circle, ellipse, etc.
In some embodiments, the shaft 113 is a height-adjustable structure. For example, the rod 113 may include two or more sections that can be relatively extended and retracted, and can be positioned by engaging, interference fit, or the like when the rod is extended to a predetermined position. Possibly, the rod body 113 is hollow inside and can be used for arranging power lines, signal lines and the like required for power supply and communication of the functional modules in the electronic control functional system 103. Of course, some of these functional modules may also be provided in the shaft body 113.
The electronic control function system 103 is used for realizing the intelligent function of the outdoor covering device. The electronic control function system 103 at least comprises a driving module 133, a communication module 132 and a control module 131. The control module 131 is communicatively coupled to the driving module 133 and the communication module 132. The driving module 133 is connected to and drives the covering device main body 101 and the seat body 102; a communication module 132 for communicating with the outside; a control module 131, communicatively connected to the driving module 133 and the communication module 132, for controlling the movement of the covering device main body 101 and/or the seat body 102, including: in response to the control signal received by the communication module 132, a corresponding control command is generated and sent to the driving module 133, so as to control the covering device main body 101 and/or the seat body 102 to perform a specified action.
For example, the communication module 132 may be communicatively connected to an external control device to receive a control signal from the control device. The control device may be a user terminal, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, etc., having a display and displaying a human-computer interaction interface for interaction, and may form the control signal according to user input, thereby implementing intelligent interaction between a user and the outdoor covering device. For example, the man-machine interface provides an interface for adjusting the instrument retracting and releasing of the outdoor covering device, the user selects an option of an appointed action of the outdoor covering device by operating the instrument interface, and an application program of the user terminal generates a corresponding control signal according to the input and sends the control signal to the outdoor covering device. After receiving the control signal, the communication module 132 of the outdoor covering device transmits the control signal to the control module 131, the control module 131 analyzes the control signal and generates a corresponding control command, and the control command is transmitted to the driving module 133 to drive the covering device main body 101, the seat body 102 and other components to execute the designated action. In some embodiments, the specified action includes at least one of: retraction of the main body 101 of the cover device; the rod 113 is a lifting action of the rod 113 under a lifting structure, for example, the control base 102 drives the outdoor covering device to move integrally, controls the height of the rod 113 to be adjusted, or controls the opening or closing degree of the covering device main body 101.
In some embodiments, to precisely control the execution degree of the opening, closing, stretching, etc. of the covering device main body 101, the control instruction may include indication information for indicating the action amount of the specified action, or the posture of the covering device main body 101 for executing the specified action. For example, if the folding degree (which may also be called folding degree, opposite to the spreading degree) corresponding to the covering device shaft 111 and the covering material 112 from the complete folding to the complete spreading of the top of the covering device main body 101 is 0 to 100, the folding degree is 0 when the folding part of the covering device main body 101 is completely unfolded; when the folding and unfolding part of the main body 101 of the covering device is completely folded, the folding degree is 100; when the folding degree of the housing portion of the cover device main body 101 is 50, the housing portion is in the half-folded state. By way of example, the "movement amount" such as an increase of 20 folds or the like in addition to the fold of the present cover device main body 101 and the "posture" will be described. The indication information corresponding to the "attitude" indicates the degree of folding after the cover device main body 101 performs the specified action, for example, the indication information includes 60 degrees of folding, which indicates that the cover device main body 101 is folded/unfolded to 60 degrees of folding; if the current covering device main body 101 is folded at 20 degrees, it is folded at 60 degrees.
In some embodiments, the communication module 132 may include wireless communication circuitry, such as 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile communication module 132, wiFi, bluetooth, NB-IOT, zigbee, lora, infrared, or communication circuitry conforming to other wireless communication protocols, for wireless communication by external devices. In some embodiments, the communication module 132 may transmit data to the outside, in addition to receiving control signals from the outside. For example, the electronic control function system 103 further has a sensor module, and data collected by the sensor can also be fed back to the outside through the communication module 132.
In some embodiments, the driving module 133 includes an electrical component (e.g., a motor or other electrically controlled power component) and a mechanism component (e.g., a transmission mechanism such as a gear, a chain, a lead screw, a guide rail, etc.) for driving the movable base 102 of the outdoor covering device to move, the rod 113 to extend and retract, and the frame 111 of the covering device to fold.
The control module 131 can be used as a control core component of the electronic control function system 103, the communication module 132 receives the control signal and transmits the control signal to the central control module, and the control module 131 sends a corresponding control instruction to other function modules, for example, sends a control instruction corresponding to a specified action to the driving module 133. It can be understood that, as the number and types of the functional modules in the electronic control function system 103 increase, the number and types of the functional modules connected to the control module 131 also increase correspondingly, and thus the number and types of the issued control commands also increase correspondingly, so as to implement more diversified intelligent functions of the outdoor covering device.

The solar power supply system can comprise a solar component and a storage battery, wherein the solar component converts irradiated sunlight into current, and the current is collected and then charged to the storage battery. The solar module may be disposed on the covering material, for example, fixed to an outer surface of the covering material. Alternatively, the self-powered module may include an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) or the like. The self-powered modules can employ any one or combination of more thereof. In some embodiments, the rechargeable module comprises a rechargeable battery.
In some embodiments, the power module 207 may include both a self-powered module and a rechargeable module. The self-powered module is a solar system, and the solar module can be arranged on the outer surface of the covering material at the top of the outdoor covering device, so that the solar module can absorb solar energy and convert the solar energy into electric power conveniently. The electric power charges a storage battery, which can charge a rechargeable battery, and the self-charging module supplies power to the electronic control function system 200. In a possible example, a charging interface, for example, a USB interface, a Micro USB interface, a USB Type C interface, a Lightning interface, etc., may be further disposed on the covering device main body (for example, inside the rod body) of the outdoor covering device, so as to provide a power supply for an external device (for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc.).
The power of solar power generation is limited by the intensity of sunlight, and thus, in some embodiments, the operation of increasing the solar power generation power of the outdoor covering device can be realized by the combined use of the above functional modules. For example, the sensor module 251 includes a brightness sensor, communicatively connected to the control module 201, for detecting the intensity of illumination. The sensor module 251 may be exposed to the sun to detect the intensity of illumination. The control module 201 can control the covering device main body and/or the base body to perform the action of enhancing the illumination intensity through the driving module 203. For example, the main body of the covering device is lifted, and the distraction of the bone of the covering device is increased to enhance the illumination. For another example, the posture of the outdoor covering device is adjusted according to the change of the sensor signal of the light intensity, for example, the seat body and/or the main body of the outdoor covering device is/are moved to stop the movement when the light intensity reaches the maximum in a certain direction, a certain height and a certain position. The outdoor covering may maintain such motion to track higher light intensities.
It is also possible to set a condition regarding the necessity for the outdoor covering device to perform a tracking action of higher light intensity in order to avoid the problem that the outdoor covering device consumes more energy instead in pursuit of higher light intensity. In some embodiments, the control unit may trigger the covering device main body and/or the base body to perform a specific action of increasing the light intensity on the condition that the electric quantity of the storage battery is lower than a preset threshold. In some embodiments, the relationship between the power generation amount generated by the illumination intensity obtained by the movement of the outdoor covering device and the power consumed by the self-action may be calculated so that the specified action of enhancing the illumination intensity is executed only when the power consumption amount is lower than the predicted result of the power generation amount.
From the above examples, it can be understood that the control module 201 can control the on, off, operation parameters, etc. of other connected functional modules through control instructions to realize the required functions. For example, the control driving module 203 drives the main body/seat of the covering device to execute the designated action and action amplitude; controlling the starting/stopping of the ranging module 252, the camera module 253, the pickup module 254 and the like and setting acquisition parameters; controlling the start/stop of the light source module 241, the playback module 242, the image display module 243, etc., and setting output parameters, etc.; these modules may also be controlled to cooperate.
It is to be appreciated that in an example of an aspect, the control module 201 can be based on externally received control signals to implement respective specified actions, specified behaviors, or combinations.
For example, the control module 201 may control the driving module 203 to make the main body and/or the base body of the covering device perform one or more combinations of specified actions. An implementation of a specified combination of actions is illustrated. For example, if the outdoor covering device is required to go to a certain target location for a specified action, the control signal may comprise specified action information combined with the target location information, the specified action information being used for indicating the specified action that needs to be performed when the outdoor covering device reaches the target location.
Illustratively, the control module 201 may control the information output module 204 to perform a combination of one or more specified output behaviors. The specified output behavior comprises at least any one of: illuminating; audio playing; and displaying the image. The specified output behavior may be used to form a lighting, landscape, or entertainment scene. Such as lighting for a user sitting under an outdoor covering device. Still alternatively, regarding implementation of a combination between specified output behaviors, for example, in a judo scene, the light source module 241 flashes, and the playback module 242 cooperates with playback of music in rhythm or the like to create an atmosphere with each other; or, in the landscape scene, the slow-rhythm music is played and the light source module 241 is matched with the corresponding color and flickering light, and is matched with the playing of the landscape picture on the display screen.
Illustratively, the control module 201 of the outdoor covering device may also control the outdoor covering device to achieve a combination between a specified action and a specified output behavior. Regarding the implementation of the combination between the designated action and the designated output behavior, for example, the outdoor covering device moves to a designated target position and turns on the light source module 241 for illumination, etc.
In another example of aspect, the outdoor covering device may also perform event recognition according to the data collected by the environmental information collection module 205, so as to autonomously execute a corresponding preset operation mode, which may include a specific action, a specific output behavior, or a combination. More specifically, the control module 201 may identify an event based on the environmental information, determine a preset operation mode according to the identified event, and control a specific action of the main body and/or the seat body of the covering device according to the preset operation mode. For example, the event may include an event such as corresponding to a weather condition, an event corresponding to a falling object/person, and the like. Accordingly, if a weather change starts raining/insolation, the outdoor covering device recognizes this raining/insolation event and opens the outdoor covering device. Furthermore, the outdoor covering device may obtain information of the location of the user in advance, or may obtain the information through data detected by the camera module 253 and/or the distance measuring module 252, so that after identifying the rain/insolation event, the outdoor covering device may go to the location of the user and open the covering device main body.
For another example, when the outdoor covering device finds falling objects or people through the camera module 253, the covering device may be unfolded or moved to a predicted falling point to unfold the covering device, so as to protect the falling people or people at the falling point.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of an application scenario of an outdoor covering device in an embodiment of the present disclosure. In order to illustrate that each outdoor covering device can realize intelligent service by independently controlling the designated action, the designated output behavior or the combination of the outdoor covering device, a map where the outdoor covering device is located is shown in the scene.
In this embodiment, an outdoor covering device 301 is disposed in the scene corresponding to the map. The outdoor covering device 301 may establish a communication connection with an external user's mobile terminal to be controlled by the mobile terminal.
For example, when a user a wants to use the outdoor covering device 301 to shade the sun at the position B, a control signal including information about moving to the position B and then making the folding degree 0 may be sent to the outdoor covering device 301, and after receiving the control signal, the outdoor covering device 301 plans a path according to the position where the outdoor covering device is located and the position B, and drives the seat body to move to the position B where the user is located, and drives the folding and unfolding portion at the top of the outdoor covering device 301 to unfold completely.
For another example, in a night environment, the user C sends a control signal including information of moving to the position D and turning on warm light illumination to the outdoor covering device 301, and the outdoor covering device 301 receives the control signal and then drives the base to move to the position D, and turns on the light source module and outputs warm light illumination. The user C can thus control the outdoor covering device 301 through the mobile terminal and enjoy the outdoor covering device 301 illuminating the reading solitary space at night.
It will be appreciated that a plurality of outdoor covering units of the above embodiments, working together, may cover service needs in an area, or the outdoor covering units may cooperate to perform more complex functions.
To this end, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the covering device communication system in the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
The cover device communication system 400 includes: a plurality of outdoor covering units 401 as described in any of the previous embodiments, perform a specified action based on a respective received control signal. Each outdoor covering device has a communication module and can therefore communicate with the outside to form a communication system.
At least one control terminal 402, communicatively connected to at least one of the outdoor covering units 401, is configured to send at least one of the control commands, so that the outdoor covering units 401 operate independently or cooperate with each other. In some embodiments, the control terminal 402 may be a user terminal, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc., for controlling one or more outdoor covering devices according to user requirements; and/or, the control end 402 can also be a service platform to totally control the independent work or mutual cooperation of the outdoor covering devices.
The plurality of outdoor coverage devices 401 may be communicatively coupled to form a network, and each outdoor coverage device 401 may have a network address in the network, without limitation to the topology of the network.
As shown in fig. 5A, a topology in which the communication connections between the plurality of outdoor covering units 501A form an ad hoc network in one embodiment is shown. One of the outdoor covering devices serves as a master device, the other outdoor covering devices serve as slave devices, and the master device is responsible for serving as an interface between the covering device communication system and the control terminal 502A, so as to receive the control signal from the control terminal 502A and issue the control signal to the corresponding slave devices according to the destination address therein. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5B, a topological architecture diagram of the outdoor covering devices 501B and the control end 502B connected to the control end in a star network in a communication manner in yet another embodiment is shown. In this embodiment, the control terminal 502B is communicatively coupled to each of the outdoor covering units 501B to issue control commands or collect data to each of the outdoor covering units 501B, respectively. It should be noted that the communication connections in fig. 5A and 5B may be direct connections or indirect connections, such as transit through a router, a switch, or other networks.
In some embodiments, the independent operation of each outdoor covering unit may be exemplified with reference to the previous embodiments. For example, the control end sends the control signal of adjustment outdoor covering device folding degree and/or the control signal of outdoor covering device height, adjusts the folding degree and the height of each outdoor covering device respectively, and outdoor covering device receives behind the control signal steerable each outdoor covering device's the body of rod and folding covering device diaphysis and carries out corresponding operation, adjusts the folding degree or the height of different outdoor covering devices. And/or the control end sends and controls the outdoor covering device to carry out specified output behaviors such as light emitting of the light source module, shooting of the camera module, audio playing of the sound playing module, image display of the display module, distance measurement of the distance measurement module and the like.
In some embodiments, possible implementations of "collaboration" between multiple outdoor covering devices are described. The collaboration may include any one or combination of the following:
1) At least one set of outdoor covering devices is moved to a target area. For example, if a certain target area needs to be laid with a landscape or serves as a party area, after receiving respective target position information in the target area, a plurality of outdoor covering devices go to corresponding positions to be collected in the target area.
2) At least one set of outdoor covering units is moved to be arranged in a designated shape.
For example, the specified shape may be an array (i.e., a square matrix), or may be various shapes such as a ring, a square, a parallelogram, a triangle, and the like. In some embodiments, to optimize the arrangement accuracy of the plurality of outdoor covering devices, the control terminal may further send a control signal for starting the ranging module to the at least one group of outdoor covering devices, and after each outdoor covering device starts the ranging module, the ranging data of the ranging module may be used for distance correction between the outdoor covering devices. Specifically, the distance measurement module generates distance measurement result data and feeds the distance measurement result data back to the control module by measuring the distance between adjacent outdoor covering devices. The control module can control the driving module according to the ranging result to drive the base body to move so as to keep a preset distance. Specifically, when the distance is smaller than the preset distance, the base body is driven to be away to increase the distance; or when the distance is larger than the preset distance, the base body is driven to approach to reduce the distance.
3) At least one set of outdoor covering units performs a specified action to splice the covering materials into a specified shape.
For example, if the covering materials of the two outdoor covering devices are triangular, the control end can control the folding degree, height and position of the covering materials of the two outdoor covering devices through the control signal to make the two outdoor covering devices matched in posture, as shown in fig. 6A. When the postures are matched, the two triangular covering materials 601 are spliced into a parallelogram-shaped spliced covering material 600A. By analogy, as shown in fig. 6B, if the cover material 602 of each outdoor covering appears square, the cover material 602 of multiple outdoor coverings are spliced into a larger square spliced cover material 600B. The spliced covering material may be more effective in shading the sun, in keeping out the wind, and in keeping out the rain than the covering material of a separate outdoor covering. In this embodiment, the distance between the outdoor covering devices can still be corrected according to the distance measurement data of the distance measurement module, for example, the preset distance is maintained.
4) At least one group of outdoor covering units performs a synchronized movement.
After a group of outdoor covering devices form a designated shape, if the outdoor covering devices need to move synchronously, the control end can simultaneously send control signals containing target position information to the outdoor covering devices, so that the outdoor covering devices can integrally translate after receiving the control signals. For example, if two covering materials 601 in fig. 6A are spliced to form a parallelogram shaped spliced covering material 600A, the parallelogram is still maintained after translation, as shown in fig. 7.
5) The information output modules arranged on at least one group of outdoor covering devices execute the combination of the specified output behaviors.
For example, the control module sends a control signal for controlling the color of the light source module to be red to a certain outdoor covering device, so that the outdoor covering device emits red light; and sends a control signal for controlling the light source color of the light source module to be green and starting the playback module to the other outdoor covering device, so that the other outdoor covering device emits green light and plays music.
The above collaboration modes are only exemplary and not limiting. These cooperation methods may be arranged and combined with each other in various ways.
For example, the control module sends control signals for moving to a target position, completely unfolding the folding parts (folding covering device skeleton + covering material) (folding degree is 0), and playing music and illuminating another one to two outdoor covering devices (taking triangular covering material as an example), the two outdoor covering devices move to the target position after receiving the control signals respectively, and the respective folding parts are completely unfolded, so that the two outdoor covering devices can be spliced into a parallelogram, and further playing music and illuminating another one to form a landscape.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned combination of the actions and/or output actions of the outdoor covering device is only a suggestion of a possible implementation manner, and the present disclosure protects the structure of the mechanical and circuit modules that the outdoor covering device can be electrically controlled, see fig. 1 and fig. 2, and the network structure connected correspondingly to the communication system of the covering device, see fig. 4, fig. 5A and fig. 5B, so that the outdoor covering device can be driven to move or output to have the basis of providing intelligent services, but not to relate to the improvement of the software technology related to intelligent services.
In summary, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an outdoor covering device and a covering device communication system, where the outdoor covering device includes: a covering device main body; the movable seat body is used for bearing the covering device main body; and an electronic control function system, arranged on the covering device main body and/or the base body, comprising: the driving module is connected with and drives the covering device main body and the seat body; a communication module for communicating with the outside; control module, communication link in drive module and communication module are used for controlling the motion of covering device main part and/or pedestal includes: and responding to the control signal received by the communication module, generating a corresponding control instruction and sending the control instruction to the driving module so as to control the covering device main body and/or the base body to execute a specified action.
