Therefore, referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 are both provided with a matching groove 130, and a cross section of the matching groove 130 is a circular arc shape and has a radius equal to a radius of the n-shaped buckle 001.
Generally, the n-shaped buckle 001 on the car trunk 002 is made of cylindrical metal material and is bent into an n shape, and the outer surface of the n-shaped buckle is a circumferential surface, so that the cross section of the matching groove 130 is arc-shaped, and the radius of the matching groove is equal to the radius of the circumferential outer surface of the n-shaped buckle 001, so that the matching groove 130 and the n-shaped buckle 001 can be better attached, the stress can be better dispersed, and better connection stability can be achieved.
And, all seted up cooperation groove 130 on first clamping face 111 and second clamping face 121, can be bigger degree buckle 001 to n and wrap up the cover, improve area of contact and improve spacing effect, consequently can possess better connection stability.
Under the above-mentioned disclosure, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the fitting groove 130 is formed on the first clamping surface 111 alone or the fitting groove 130 is formed on the second clamping surface 121 alone, and then the cross section of the fitting groove 130 is formed into a circular arc shape with a radius equal to that of the n-shaped buckle 001, and this embodiment should be regarded as the same as the above-mentioned embodiment and should fall within the protection scope of the above-mentioned embodiment.
Under the above-disclosed technical solutions, a person skilled in the art may naturally set the matching groove 130 to have other shapes matching the n-shaped buckle 001, or to have other shapes slightly different from the n-shaped buckle 001, such as a square section, a diamond section, an oval section, etc., or to set the radius slightly larger or smaller than the radius of the n-shaped buckle 001, and these solutions should be considered as solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned embodiments and should fall within the protection scope of the above-mentioned embodiments.
The purpose of providing the matching groove 130 is to make the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121 fit with the n-shaped buckle 001, so as to increase the contact area and limit the n-shaped buckle 001, and the matching groove 130 is a cavity recessed in the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121, and the limit of the n-shaped buckle 001 is supported by the structure outside the matching groove 130, specifically, the thicker the structure outside the matching groove 130 is, the larger the contact area with the n-shaped buckle 001 is, the more stable the limit of the n-shaped buckle 001 is, and the less prone to deformation caused by the action of external force.
Since the n-clip 001 has a closed ring-shaped structure and thus has an inner ring surface and an outer ring surface, in order to increase a contact area with the n-clip 001, it is preferable that the fitting groove 130 is configured to simultaneously contact the inner ring surface and the outer ring surface of the n-clip 001.
Therefore, further, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, the first clamping surface 111 and/or the second clamping surface 121 includes a first protrusion 140 and a second protrusion 150, the first protrusion 140 is disposed near an edge of the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121, the second protrusion 150 is disposed in a middle of the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121, and the first protrusion 140 and the second protrusion 150 form a fitting groove 130 therebetween.
A matching groove 130 is formed between the first protrusion 140 and the second protrusion 150, the matching groove 130 is in contact matching with the n-shaped buckle 001, the first protrusion 140 and the second protrusion 150 are in contact with the outer surface of the matching groove 130, and the matching groove 130 is a cavity recessed in the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121, so that the first protrusion 140 and the second protrusion 150 can limit the n-shaped buckle 001, and the first protrusion 140 and the second protrusion 150 limit the n-shaped buckle 001, so that the n-shaped buckle 001 and the locking part 100 can be prevented from sliding relatively under the limiting effect of the first protrusion 140 and the second protrusion 150, and the connection stability of the locking part 100 and the n-shaped buckle 001 is further improved.
Specifically, the first protruding portion 140 is disposed near the edge of the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121, and the second protruding portion 150 is located in the middle of the first clamping surface 111/the second clamping surface 121, so that the first protruding portion 140 can be in contact with the outer surface of the n-shaped buckle 001, the second protruding portion 150 can be in contact with the inner surface of the n-shaped buckle 001, and the second protruding portion 150 can penetrate into the closed through hole of the n-shaped buckle 001, so that the n-shaped buckle 001 is covered by wrapping, and a limiting effect is achieved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the thicker the first protruding portion 140 and the second protruding portion 150 are, the more stable the limit of the n-shaped buckle 001 is, for example, the cross section of the fitting groove 130 is circular arc, the radius is 3mm, the width H1 of the first protruding portion 140 and the width H2 of the second protruding portion 150 can be set to be greater than 3mm, the width H1 of the first protruding portion 140 can be set to be 4mm, and the second protruding portion 150 generally needs to penetrate into the closed through hole of the n-shaped buckle 001, so the width H2 thereof is affected by the distance between the fixing rods on both sides of the n-shaped buckle 001.
Further, in some of the embodiments herein, the mating slot 130 is n-shaped.
The matching groove 130 in the n shape corresponds to the n-shaped buckle 001 in a matched mode, the matching groove 130 is arranged to be in the n shape, the n-shaped buckle 001 can be attached to the matching groove 130 to the maximum degree, the n-shaped buckle 001 can be covered and wrapped in the matching groove 130 to the maximum degree, and then the connection stability of the n-shaped buckle 001 can be improved to the maximum degree.
Generally, when the n-shaped buckle 001 is locked, the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 are required to press the n-shaped buckle 001 under the power provided by the driving part 200, such pressing easily causes deformation damage of the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120, if the first clamping member 110 or the second clamping member 120 is deformed and damaged, the first clamping member 110 or the second clamping member 120 needs to be detached from the driving part 200, and then a new first clamping member 110 or a new second clamping member 120 is replaced, during the replacement process, deviation of the installation position easily occurs, after the position deviation occurs, the situation that the mating groove 130 and the n-shaped buckle 001 cannot be completely attached occurs, and thus, the connection stability with the n-shaped buckle 001 is poor.
Therefore, further, referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the first clamping block 160 is detachably mounted on the first clamping member 110 and/or the second clamping member 120, and the driving part 200 is connected to the first clamping block 160.
The driving portion 200 is connected with the first clamping block 160, the first clamping block 160 is correspondingly connected with the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120, the driving portion 200 drives the first clamping block 160 to move, and the clamping member drives the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 to move, so that the first clamping surface 111 on the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping surface 121 on the second clamping member 120 are close to or far away from each other, and the n-shaped buckle 001 is locked or loosened. The first clamping block 160 is arranged to achieve quick replacement of the first clamping piece 110 and the second clamping piece 120, the first clamping block 160 is additionally arranged between the original first clamping piece 110 and/or the original second clamping piece 120 and the driving portion 200, the first clamping block 160 provides a mounting base for the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120, the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 can be positioned better, and position deviation in the mounting process is reduced.
Further, a structure for positioning the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 may be provided on the first clamping block 160.
The positioning structure may be a positioning groove 170 having the same outer contour as the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120, and may also be a plurality of positioning pins for positioning, one of the purposes of the first clamping block 160 is to provide a larger mounting surface for mounting the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120, and the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 can be positioned and mounted on the larger mounting surface more easily, so as to achieve quick mounting and ensure mounting accuracy, and avoid position deviation.
In general, in some other embodiments described above, the first clamping member 110 and/or the second clamping member 120 are directly connected to the driving portion 200, however, the driving portion 200 is a component providing power to drive the first clamping member 110 and/or the second clamping member 120 to move, and therefore, the connection contact surface between the driving portion 200 and the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 can be set small, so that the driving portion 200 and the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 are prone to have a problem of difficulty in assembling and disassembling, and the deviation of the installation position is prone to occur during the re-installation, which affects the fitting degree of the fitting groove 130 and the n-shaped buckle 001. By the solution of this embodiment, a larger mounting surface is provided by the first clamping block 160, which is beneficial to positioning the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120, facilitating the mounting of the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120, and improving the connection stability with the n-shaped buckle 001.
Through the arrangement of the first clamping block 160, the first clamping block 160 is connected with the driving portion 200, the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 can be detachably mounted on the first clamping block 160, after the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 is damaged, the first clamping member 110/the second clamping member 120 can be quickly detached from the first clamping block 160 and replaced by a new first clamping member 110/a new second clamping member 120, so that the driving portion 200 can be prevented from being detached and mounted, and because the driving portion 200 serves as a power mechanism, the driving portion 200 is more easily detached and mounted, so that the position deviation and the driving accuracy are affected. In addition, since the n-shaped buckle 001 of the car trunk 002 has different shapes and sizes according to different car models, when facing the n-shaped buckle 001 with different shapes and sizes, the corresponding first clamping piece 110 and the second clamping piece 120 can be replaced quickly.
Since the n-shaped buckle 001 on the car trunk 002 has different shapes and sizes according to different car models, in some cases, the n-shaped buckle 001 of different car models may have different inclination angles on the trunk, in this case, a plurality of different first clamping pieces 110 and second clamping pieces 120 are required to be prepared for adapting to the n-shaped buckles 001 of different car models.
In this regard, further, in some embodiments of the present application, a second clamping block is further included, and the first clamping member 110 and/or the second clamping member 120 are rotatably disposed on the second clamping block.
Wherein, the second clamping block may be the first clamping block 160, that is, the first clamping member 110 and/or the second clamping member 120 are/is rotatably disposed on the first clamping block 160.
Through the technical scheme, the same type of the first clamping piece 110 and the second clamping piece 120 can be matched with n-shaped buckles 001 with different inclination angles, and the degree of freedom of rotation is required, so that the first clamping piece 110 and/or the second clamping piece 120 are/is rotatably arranged on the first clamping block 160, and when the n-shaped buckles 001 with different inclination angles face, the contact matching with the n-shaped buckles 001 with different inclination angles can be realized by rotating the angles of the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 and the first clamping block 160.
After the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 and the first clamping block 160 rotate relatively, the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 and the first clamping block 160 need to be fixed so as not to rotate when being matched with the n-shaped buckle 001, and particularly, the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 or the first clamping block 160 can be fixed in a bolt mode, or an arc-shaped groove is formed in the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 or the first clamping block 160 and is provided with a bolt through the arc-shaped groove for screwing, so that the first clamping piece 110/the second clamping piece 120 and the first clamping block 160 are fixed.
When the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 approach each other to lock the n-shaped buckle 001, the engaging groove 130 on the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 may be engaged with the n-shaped buckle 001, however, if the size is not properly set, the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 may contact with each other before the engaging groove 130 engages with the n-shaped buckle 001, and if the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 contact with each other before the engaging groove 130 engages with the n-shaped buckle 001, the force applied by the driving portion 200 may not act on the n-shaped buckle 001 through the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120, which may reduce the connection stability between the n-shaped buckle 001 and the driving portion 200.
Thus, further referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the first clamping surface 111 and/or the second clamping surface 121 are notched 180.
The notch 180 is formed on the first holding surface 111 and/or the second holding surface 121 to avoid the contact collision between the first holding surface 111 and the second holding surface 121 when the two engaging grooves 130 are in contact engagement with the n-shaped buckle 001, and when the first holding surface 111 and the second holding surface 121 are in contact collision, the force applied by the driving part 200 may directly act on the contact surface between the first holding member 110 and the second holding member 120, and the notch 180 is formed on the first holding surface 111 and/or the second holding surface 121 to avoid the contact collision between the first holding surface 111 and the second holding surface 121 when the two engaging grooves 130 are in contact engagement with the n-shaped buckle 001, so that the external force applied by the driving part 200 acts on the n-shaped buckle 001 through the first holding member 110 and the second holding member 120, and the external force applied by the driving part 200 is converted into the friction force between the first holding member 110/the second holding member 120 and the n-shaped buckle 001, and the stability of the n-shaped buckle 001 and the connection between the first holding member 110, the second holding member 120 and the n-shaped buckle 001 is increased.
Specifically, when the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 are close to each other to lock the n-shaped buckle 001, in the case of locking, a gap is left between the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121, at this time, the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 clamp and press the n-shaped buckle 001, and when the radius of the n-shaped buckle 001 is 3mm to 5mm, the gap between the first clamping surface 111 and the second clamping surface 121 may be 1 mm to 2mm.
In some embodiments of the present application, a clamping structure for clamping an n-shaped buckle of an automobile is provided to connect with the n-shaped buckle 001 on the automobile trunk 002, and in addition, needs to be connected with a seat to realize the installation and fixation of the seat on the n-shaped buckle 001 of the automobile trunk 002, wherein the seat is provided for a user to sit and rest, the user sits on the seat, and the seat applies a force to the clamping structure, and when the weight of the user is too heavy or the force on the seat is too large, the force transmitted from the seat to the clamping structure may cause damage to the clamping structure, and in particular, deformation damage or fracture damage to the first clamping member 110 and the second clamping member 120 may be caused.
