The two end portions of the top plate 2212 are respectively provided with a second connecting claw 22122 extending downwards, the vertical plate 2214 is provided with a third connecting clamping groove 22142, and the second connecting claws are located on the outer side of the vertical plate 2214 on the corresponding side and clamped in the third connecting clamping groove.

In addition, two side portions of the top plate 2212 are respectively provided with a rib 22121 extending downwards, and the rib 22121 is located outside the corresponding side of the hollow frame 2213.
Specifically, the hollow frames 2213 on two sides can be positioned in a limited manner through the flanges 22121, so that the hollow frames 2213 on two sides are limited between the two flanges 22121, and the assembling reliability is improved.
In order to assemble the top plate 2212 more firmly, the lower end of the second connecting jaw is further provided with a tongue 22123, the vertical plate 2214 is further provided with an auxiliary slot 22143, the auxiliary slot is located below the third connecting slot, and the tongue is inserted into the auxiliary slot.
Specifically, when the top cover is assembled, the top plate 2212 can be guided to move downwards by the insertion tongue and the auxiliary slot in an insertion fit manner, so that the second connecting claws can be more accurately clamped into the third connecting groove 22142.
Meanwhile, in another embodiment, in order to improve the versatility, at least one first slot 22111 is further disposed in the middle of the bottom chassis 2211, and at least one second slot is further disposed in the middle of the vertical plate 2214.
Specifically, for the wet films 222 with different thickness dimensions, a hollowed-out frame 2213 can be additionally arranged in the mounting frame 221 to meet the mounting requirements of the wet films 222 with different thickness dimensions, and the use universality is improved.
In another embodiment, to facilitate mounting of the drain pump, the end cover 24 is provided with a hanging bracket 241, and the drain pump is provided on the hanging bracket 241.
Specifically, the drain pump is suspended above the sub-tank 212, and is fixedly installed through the hanging bracket 241.
The hanging bracket 241 includes a fixing portion 2411 and a hanging portion 2412, the fixing portion 2411 is fixedly disposed on the end cover 24, the hanging portion 2412 extends transversely, and the drain pump is disposed on the hanging portion 2412. The fixing portion 2411 may be fixed to the end cover 24 by screws, and the hanging portion 2412 extends laterally above the sub-tank 212, so that the drain pump is hung above the sub-tank 212.
The suspension bracket 241 may be formed by bending a metal plate into a fixing portion 2411 and a suspending portion 2412, and a damper pad 2413 may be provided between the drain pump and the suspending portion 2412 in order to reduce vibration noise generated by the operation of the drain pump.
In the fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, 8-14, for the humidification module 2, since water needs to be stored in the water tank 21 and the water in the water tank 21 needs to be drained to the outside by the drain pump after reaching a certain water level, the first water level detector 26 is provided in the water tank 21. However, in actual use, the first water level detector 26 may detect a failure and fail to start the drain pump in time, so that the water in the water tank 21 overflows into the housing 1 and finally overflows into the room.
In order to better improve the use reliability of the humidifying device, the water in the water tank 21 is prevented from overflowing into the casing 1 and overflowing from the casing 1 due to the failure of water level monitoring. The humidifying device also comprises a water receiving disc 6; the water pan 6 is arranged in the shell 1 and is positioned below the humidification module 2, a second water level detector 61 is arranged in the water pan 6, a drain pipe 62 is also arranged on the water pan 6, and the drain pipe 62 extends out of the shell 1; wherein the drain pump is configured to drain water from the water tank 21 into the drip tray 6.
In particular, during assembly, the drip tray 6 is also mounted in the housing 1 such that the drip tray 6 is located below the humidification module 2, wherein the lower projection of the humidification module 2 will be entirely located in the drip receiving area formed by the drip tray 6.
In actual use, the water spraying module 3 sprays water to the lower humidification module 2, and excess water flowing down from the wet film assembly 22 is accumulated in the water tank 21. When the water level in the water tank 21 reaches the set upper limit height value, the first water level detector 26 will send a signal to the electronic control board 41 to control the drainage pump to start to drain through the electronic control board 41. The drainage pump is powered on to drain the water in the water tank 21 into the lower water receiving tray 6 until the first water level detector 26 detects that the water level reaches the set lower limit height value, and the electric control board 41 controls the drainage pump to stop working.
However, when the first water level detector 26 malfunctions or when the drain pump malfunctions, the water in the sump 21 cannot be timely drained by the drain pump. At this time, as the water level in the water tank 21 continues to rise, the water in the water tank 21 overflows from the edge, and the water overflowing from the water tank 21 enters the drain pan 6 because the water tank 21 is located above the drain pan 6, so that the overflowing water is collected by the drain pan 6 and discharged through the drain pipe 62.
The water receiving tray is arranged in the shell and is arranged below the humidification module, in the normal use process, water sprayed by the water spraying module falls onto a wet membrane assembly of the humidification module to humidify flowing air, and redundant water is stored in the water tank.
In one embodiment of the present application, since the bottom of the humidification module 2 is provided with the water receiving tray 6, in order to better support the humidification module 2 above, a support member 63 may be further provided in the water receiving tray 6, wherein the water tank 21 abuts against the top of the support member 63, and the drain pump is configured to discharge water in the water tank 21 into the water receiving tray 6.
Specifically, by providing the water receiving tray 6 with the support member 63, the humidification module 2 above is supported and guided by the support member 63. Thus, when the humidification module 2 is mounted, the humidification module 2 is inserted into the housing 1 from the mounting socket 103, and the bottom of the humidification module 2 slides the supported member 63 in a supporting and guiding manner.
In some embodiments, two support members 63 arranged in parallel are provided on the water-tray 6, the support members 63 comprise a mounting member 631 and a guide member 632, the mounting member 631 is provided in the water-tray 6, the guide member 632 is provided on the mounting member 631, and the guide member 632 extends along the length direction of the water-tray 6; the water tank 21 is slidably provided on the guide member 632 and configured to slide reciprocally in the longitudinal direction of the guide member 632.
Specifically, the support member 63 is fixedly attached to the water receiving tray 6 by the attachment member 631, and the guide member 632 is supported by the water receiving tray 6 by the attachment member 631. And the supporting member 63 supports and guides the humidification module 2 inserted into the housing 1 to guide the humidification module 2 to be slidably inserted into the inner wall of the housing 1.
In the actual use process, the guiding component 632 guides the humidification module 2 to be smoothly and accurately assembled in place, and the humidification module 2 is further supported by the water receiving tray 6.
In another embodiment, the humidification module 2 is provided with a sliding member 27 at the bottom of the water tank 21, the sliding member 27 extends along the length direction of the water tray 6, and the sliding member 27 is configured to abut against the guide member 632 to support the water tank 21 to slide back and forth along the guide member 632.
Specifically, in order to support and guide humidification module 2, slide member 27 is disposed at the bottom of water tank 21, and is fitted to support member 63 in water pan 6 to achieve slide guide and support mounting.
In some embodiments, the guide member 632 is provided at a side thereof with guide plates 633 arranged upright, and a slide limit space is formed between the two guide plates 633, and the slide limit space is configured to limit the water tank 21 from sliding between the two guide plates 633.
Specifically, after the humidification module 2 is inserted into the housing 1 from the mounting socket 103, the sliding member 27 at the bottom of the water tank 21 smoothly slides onto the guide member 632 under the action of the guide plates 633 at both sides, and the guide plates 633 can further restrict the sliding member 27 from swinging to the left and right sides, so that the sliding member 27 can smoothly slide along the guide member 632.
In addition, during the use, the guide plate 633 can also limit the sliding component 27, so as to prevent the humidification module 2 from shaking due to the influence of the air flow, and the assembly reliability is higher.
And the guide plate 633 forms an outer flange (not labeled) toward the end of the mounting socket 103, and the guide member 632 extends obliquely downward toward the end of the mounting socket 103.
Specifically, a bell-mouth structure is formed between the folded edges of the two guide plates 633, so that the humidification module 2 can more easily slide into the inner sides of the guide plates 633 to accurately slide on the guide members 632.
In another embodiment, to improve the service life, the support member 63 further includes a wear member 634, the wear member 634 is disposed on a guide surface formed by the guide member 632, and the slide member 27 abuts against the wear member 634.
Specifically, since the sliding member 27 slides relative to the guide member 632 during the process of attaching and detaching the humidification module 2, friction is generated between the two members during the sliding process, and noise is generated. By providing the wear-resistant member 634 on the guide member 632, the wear-resistant member 634 may be made of a wear-resistant material to protect the guide member 632 and reduce wear thereof, and the wear-resistant material has a low noise characteristic (e.g., polyetheretherketone) to reduce noise generated by sliding friction.
Wherein, the wear-resistant part 634 is a plate-shaped structure, and the wear-resistant part 634 is detachably disposed on the guide part 632.
Specifically, the wear member 634 having a plate-like structure covers the upper portion of the guide member 632, and the wear member 634 can be replaced and repaired as needed. For example: the wear-resistant part 634 is provided with a jaw, the guide part 632 is provided with a slot matched with the jaw, and the wear-resistant part 634 is clamped in the slot through the jaw to be matched with the guide part 632 in a clamping manner.
Adopt jack catch and draw-in groove complex mode for wearing parts 634 clamps to guide parts 632 on, when later maintenance is changed, only need relieve being connected between jack catch and the draw-in groove, alright in order to dismantle wearing parts 634 from guide parts 632.
In addition, for firm clamping and fixing, the jaws include a first jaw 6341 and a second jaw 6342, the edge of the guide part 632 is provided with a first clamping groove 6321, the side wall of the guide part 632 is provided with a second clamping groove 6322, the first jaw is transversely and longitudinally arranged and clamped in the first clamping groove, and the second jaw is vertically arranged and clamped in the second clamping groove.
Specifically, during the assembly process, the first jaw is clamped in the first clamping groove configured at the edge of the guide component 632 to achieve the positioning and fixing of the upper portion, and the second jaw is clamped in the second clamping groove disposed at the side wall of the guide component 632 to achieve the positioning and fixing of the wear-resistant component 634 distributed at the side portion of the guide component 632.
In another embodiment, a sealing member 64 is further provided in the drip tray 6, the sealing member 64 extending along the length of the drip tray 6, the sealing member 64 being configured such that the sealing member 64 abuts against the side of the sliding member 27 after the humidification module 2 is assembled in the housing 1.
Specifically, after the humidification module 2 is inserted into the housing 1, the interior of the housing 1 is divided into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity, and in order to reduce the air flow in the air inlet cavity over the humidification module 2 and directly enter the air outlet cavity, the sliding member 27 at the windward side of the humidification module 2 can be sealed by the sealing member 64 arranged in the water pan 6, so that the air flow in the air inlet cavity is prevented from flowing into the air outlet cavity from the bottom gap of the humidification module 2, and the humidification efficiency is improved.
Wherein, for two parallel sliding parts 27 arranged at the bottom of the water tank 21, the sealing part 64 abuts against the sliding part 27 adjacent to the air inlet 101 side.
The sealing member 64 has a C-shaped longitudinal section, the sealing member 64 is provided on the inner wall of the drip tray 6, the sealing member 64 forms two upper and lower strip-shaped sealing contact portions, and at least one strip-shaped sealing contact portion is in contact with the sliding member 27.
Specifically, the seal member 64 having a C-shaped longitudinal section can seal by closely contacting the sliding member 27 with a strip-shaped seal contact portion formed at the edge thereof.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the drip tray 6 is further provided with an insulating layer (not labeled), which is disposed on the bottom and the peripheral side wall of the drip tray 6.
Specifically, through wrapping up the heat preservation outside the defrosting pan 6, utilize the heat preservation to realize the thermal isolation between defrosting pan 6 and shell 1, and then reduce to cross because of the temperature in the defrosting pan 6 low bottom that causes shell 1 and take place the condensation.
In the fifth embodiment, the electronic control module 4 is built in the housing 1, and the following structural design is performed for the electronic control module 4 in order to meet the design requirement of the compact structure.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 20, the electronic control module 4 includes a housing 42 and an electronic control board 41, wherein two side portions of the housing 42 are respectively provided with a bent mounting plate 43, the mounting plates 43 are disposed on an inner side wall of the housing 1, an appliance cavity is formed between the housing 42 and the housing 1, and the electronic control board 41 is disposed on the housing 42 and located in the appliance cavity.
Specifically, the electronic control module 4 is matched with the housing 1 through the cover 42 to form a relatively independent electric appliance cavity, and the electronic control board 41 is installed in the electric appliance cavity. Because an independent electrical box is not required to be configured, the electric control module 4 and the shell 1 are effectively integrated together, and the design of compact structure is realized.
The housing of the electric control module is arranged inside the shell, an electric appliance cavity is formed between the housing and the shell, the electric control board is arranged in the electric appliance cavity to be isolated from external devices, the electric control module is integrally and internally arranged in the shell, on one hand, the whole structure is more compact, the whole volume of the humidifying device is more favorably reduced, cables connected with the electric control board on the other hand are connected with related electric devices from the internal wiring of the shell, the damage caused by the fact that the cables are exposed outside the shell is avoided, the electric control module is integrated in the shell, and the humidifying device is compact in structure and designed and the use reliability is improved.
In some embodiments, to facilitate the wiring, a threading hole 44 is disposed on one of the mounting plates 43, and the cable connected to the electric control board 41 extends out of the electric appliance cavity through the threading hole 44.
Specifically, the cables connected to the electric control board 41 extend out of the electric appliance cavity through the threading holes 44 provided on the mounting board 43 to connect with external electric appliance components.
The mounting plate 43 provided with the threading hole 44 is further provided with a wiring baffle 45, a wiring channel is formed between the wiring baffle 45 and the mounting plate 43, and the cable extends and is wired along the wiring channel towards the lower bottom plate of the housing 1.
Specifically, the cable that draws forth from the electrical apparatus cavity is sheltered from and is protected through walking line baffle 45 for the cable can extend the wiring along walking line baffle 45, avoids the cable to draw forth because of self stress influence perk from through wires hole 44.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the operator to maintain the electric control board 41, an access opening 104 may be further disposed on a side wall of the housing 1, the access opening 104 is communicated with the electrical appliance cavity, and a detachable electrical appliance box cover 105 is further disposed on the access opening 104.
Specifically, through being provided with access hole 104 at the lateral wall of shell 1, when needs maintenance, then with electrical apparatus lid 105 from access hole 104 dismantlement down, alright in order to carry out maintenance operation to automatically controlled board 41 in the electrical apparatus cavity.
In one embodiment, the electronic control module 4 further includes a wind pressure switch 46, the wind pressure switch 46 is disposed on the housing 42 and located outside the electrical appliance cavity, the wind pressure switch 46 is disposed at one side of the wind inlet 101, and the wind pressure switch 46 is electrically connected to the electronic control board 41.
Specifically, the wind pressure switch 46 is installed by using the housing 42, so that a separate installation support member is not additionally arranged in the housing 1, and the internal structure is more compact. The cover 42 is disposed in the intake chamber, and the cover 42 is disposed at a side of the intake port 101, the cover 42 serving as a mounting member to support the wind pressure switch 46.
In another embodiment, the electronic control module 4 further comprises a temperature sensor 47 and a humidity sensor 48, which are electrically connected to the electronic control board 41, respectively, and are disposed at one side of the air inlet 101.
Specifically, the temperature sensor 47 and the humidity sensor 48 are disposed at the air inlet 101 to detect the temperature and humidity of the air flow in the air inlet 101, so as to facilitate the control of humidification and temperature adjustment. Wherein, the shell 1 is provided with an auxiliary support 49, the auxiliary support is positioned at one side of the air inlet 101, and the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are arranged on the auxiliary support.
In the second embodiment, the positions of the water inlets of the water spraying modules 3 at different distances from the water spraying holes are different, so that the water yield of the water spraying holes at different positions is different, and the humidification effect is poor. In order to solve the above technical problem, the following improvement design is performed for the water spraying module 3.
As shown in fig. 15-19, the water spraying module 3 includes a water inlet valve 32 and a water sprayer, the water sprayer 31 includes a lower water spraying plate 311, an upper cover plate 312 and a water inlet pipe 313, a plurality of water spraying holes 301 are provided along the length direction on the lower water spraying plate 311, the upper cover plate 312 is provided on the lower water spraying plate 311, a water inlet cavity is formed between the upper cover plate 312 and the lower water spraying plate 311, the water spraying holes 301 are communicated with the water inlet cavity, and the water inlet pipe 313 is also communicated with the water inlet cavity; wherein, the lower water spraying plate 311 is provided with an annular boss 314 configured corresponding to the water spraying hole 301, the annular boss 314 surrounds the periphery of the water spraying hole 301, and the water inlet pipe 313 is connected with the water inlet valve 32.
Specifically, the annular boss 314 is arranged on the lower water spraying plate 311 around each water spraying hole 301, so that after the water inlet pipe 313 injects water into the water inlet cavity, the water level in the water inlet cavity exceeds the annular boss 314, and the water flows into the area surrounded by the annular boss 314 and is output from the water spraying hole 301. Like this, alright different with the effectual reduction because of the water spray hole 301 causes the water yield of different positions to spray hole 301 different from the distance of inlet tube 313, through set up annular boss 314 around spraying the water hole on water spray plate 311 down to make water evenly distributed to the water spray hole 301 of each position department, improve the water spraying distribution homogeneity of water spray module 3, in order to optimize humidification effect and improve humidification efficiency.

In some embodiments, the upper cover plate 312 is further provided with a buffer groove 315, the buffer groove 315 is disposed above the annular boss 314 at a corresponding position, and a space is formed between the buffer groove 315 and the annular boss 314.
Specifically, the buffer groove 315 forms a concave space to meet the requirement that the annular boss 314 protrudes upward, and the buffer groove 315 can also play a role in buffering water flow impact, so that water can be uniformly discharged from each of the water spraying holes 301.
In another embodiment, a water storage cavity with a U-shaped cross section is formed between the upper cover plate 312 and the lower shower plate 311.
Specifically, a strip-shaped groove (not marked) is formed in the water spraying plate, the water spraying holes 301 are arranged at the bottom of the strip-shaped groove, the upper cover plate 312 forms a downward convex structure (not marked), the downward convex structure is arranged in the strip-shaped groove, and a water storage cavity is formed between the downward convex structure and the strip-shaped groove. The water storage chamber of U type can reduce its water storage capacity, and then makes the hydroenergy that inlet tube 313 got into fill the water storage chamber of U type fast, and then realizes outwards passing through the hole 301 that drenches fast and go out water.
For the convenience of assembling the water sprayer 31, the lower water spraying plate 311 is provided with an annular rib 316 around the strip-shaped groove, the upper cover plate 312 is provided with an annular slot 317 around the lower convex structure, and the annular rib 316 is inserted into the annular slot 317. The annular ribs 316 are inserted into the annular insertion grooves 317 to accomplish the assembly of the lower shower plate 311 and the upper cover plate 312, and the annular ribs 316 may be bonded in the annular insertion grooves 317 to improve sealability.
In addition, the water inlet pipe 313 and the lower water spraying plate 311 are of an integrated structure, so that the injection molding and the integral forming are convenient. In addition, in order to facilitate installation and fixation, the lower shower plate 311 is further provided with connection plates 318 at both ends thereof, and the connection plates 318 may be fixed to the upper top plate 11 of the housing 1 by screws.
In the sixth embodiment, since the top water spraying module 3 needs to spray and humidify the lower wet film assembly 22 in the process of the air flow passing through the wet film assembly 22, however, since a certain interval is formed between the water spraying module 3 and the wet film assembly 22, the air flow can be blown to the top of the wet film assembly 22 through the interval, and then the water distribution at the top of the wet film assembly 22 is affected, especially the water falling to the top of the wet film assembly 22 can be blown to the corner position, and then the water film cannot be uniformly humidified.
In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 8 to 14, a concave structure 223 is formed on the top of the mounting frame 221, a plurality of first water inlets 224 are formed in the concave structure 223, the first water inlets 224 are configured to guide water from above the wet film 222 to a middle area of the wet film 222, an annular blocking rib 225 is further formed in the concave structure 223, and the annular blocking rib 225 surrounds the outside of the first water inlet.
Specifically, the recessed structure 223 is located the below of trickle module 3, and the water that trickle module 3 sprays out downwards will fall into the recessed structure 223, and the recessed structure 223 covers the top of installation frame 221, and like this, at the trickle in-process, even if the rivers that descend are blown by the air current, also can not have too much water to blow out and enter into the air-out cavity.
More importantly, the plurality of first water inlet holes 224 arranged on the top plate 2212 of the mounting frame 221 are arranged in the middle area, and the plurality of first water inlet holes 224 are surrounded and blocked by the annular blocking rib 225, so that the water sprayed by the water spraying module 3 is firstly stored in the space surrounded by the annular blocking rib 225, and the air flow is blocked by the annular blocking rib 225, so as to ensure that the water stored in the annular blocking rib 225 can be effectively in the wet film 222 below the flow channel of the first water inlet holes 224.
The water supplied from the first water inlet 224 is distributed in the middle of the wet film 222, and the amount of water is sufficient, so that the wet film 222 can diffuse water from the middle to the outside, thereby uniformly humidifying the water film.
Through set up the sunk structure at the top of installation frame, the water that the trickle module drenched down can be collected to the sunk structure, and, still be provided with the annular fender muscle of arranging around first inlet opening in the sunk structure, the annular fender muscle can form an independent region, make the hydroenergy that falls into it enough via the wet membrane of first inlet opening flow direction below, so that the middle part region of wet membrane obtains sufficient water supply, with the whole wet membrane of better infiltration, sunk structure and annular fender muscle mutually support can effectual reduction air current to the uneven influence of moisture distribution, make the humidification that wet membrane can be even, in order to optimize the humidification effect and improve humidification efficiency.
In some embodiments, the edges of the two ends of the concave structure 223 are respectively provided with second water inlet holes 226, and the second water inlet holes 226 are configured to guide water from above the wet film 222 to the end regions of the wet film 222.
Specifically, for better even humidification wet membrane 222, still set up second inlet opening 226 in sunk structure 223, second inlet opening 226 is arranged in the marginal position of sunk structure 223, the module 3 that drenches sprays falls to in the sunk structure 223 under water, the water that is located the annular and keeps off muscle 225 outside will flow to the second inlet opening 226 of sunk structure 223 tip position department under the effect of air current, second inlet opening 226 will water drainage to the terminal surface of wet membrane 222, water will be from the inside infiltration of the tip of wet membrane 222, cooperate the water supply of first inlet opening 224, make inside and outside acquisition of wet membrane 222 sufficient and even water supply.
The seventh embodiment, because the humidifying device is composed of a plurality of components, in order to facilitate the modularized rapid assembly in the factory stage, the modularized split design is realized without taking a complete housing as an assembly foundation, specifically as follows.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the housing 1 includes an upper top plate 11, a lower bottom plate 12, and a surrounding plate disposed between the lower bottom plate 12 and the upper top plate 11, and the surrounding plate includes a front panel 13, a rear panel 14, a first side standing plate 15, and a second side standing plate 16. The front panel 13, the second side vertical plate 16, the rear panel 14 and the first side vertical plate 15 are connected in sequence.
In order to meet the requirement of modular assembly, the following modular design is carried out:
the upper top plate 11 and the water spraying module 3 are assembled in advance to form an upper cover module, the rear panel 14 is provided with an air inlet flange 17 to form a rear cover module, the front panel 13 is provided with an air outlet flange 18 to form a front cover module, and the lower bottom plate 12, the first side vertical plate 15, the second side vertical plate 16, the humidifying module 2 and the electric control module 4 are independently installed; wherein the first side standing plate 15 is provided with a mounting socket 103.

Claims (10)

1. A humidification device, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, a fan and a controller, wherein the shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;
a humidification module disposed in the housing between the air inlet and the air outlet, the humidification module configured to humidify an air flow from the air inlet to the air outlet;
the auxiliary heating assembly is arranged between the air inlet and the humidifying module and is configured to heat air introduced by the air inlet;
the auxiliary heating assembly comprises a fixing support, an electric heating component and radiating fins, the fixing support surrounds to form a ventilation opening, the radiating fins are arranged on the fixing support and arranged in the ventilation opening, the electric heating component is in heat conduction connection with the radiating fins, and the fixing support is arranged on an upper top plate of the shell and located between the air inlet and the humidification module.
2. The humidifying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the fixing bracket is fixedly arranged on the upper top plate, mounting seats are arranged on two side parts of the fixing bracket, and the heat dissipation fin is arranged between the two mounting seats.
3. The humidifying device according to claim 2, wherein a slot is provided on the mounting seat, and an end of the heat dissipating fin is inserted into the slot on a corresponding side; the electric heating part is integrally of a long strip structure, and the end part of the electric heating part is also inserted into the slot on the corresponding side.
4. The humidifying device according to claim 1, wherein an upper baffle is disposed on the fixing bracket, the upper baffle extends towards the air inlet, and the upper baffle is disposed on an upper portion of the vent.
5. The humidification device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower baffle is further disposed on the fixing bracket, the lower baffle extends towards the humidification module, and the lower baffle is disposed at an upper portion of the vent.

The humidification device of claim 1, further comprising a water spray module disposed on the top plate of the housing, wherein the water spray module comprises a water inlet valve and a water spray device, the water inlet valve is connected to the water spray device through a water pipe, the water inlet valve and the water spray device are respectively disposed on the top plate of the housing, the water pipe is disposed against an inner wall of the top plate of the housing, and the water spray device is disposed above the humidification module.

The humidifying device of claim 1, wherein a mounting socket is further provided on a side wall of the housing, and the humidifying module is removably mounted in the mounting socket; the humidifying module comprises a water tank, a wet film assembly and a drainage pump, wherein the wet film assembly is arranged in the water tank, and the drainage pump is arranged on the water tank;
the humidifying device also comprises a water pan, the water pan is arranged in the shell and is positioned below the humidifying module, a supporting component is also arranged in the water pan, a drain pipe is also arranged on the water pan, and the drain pipe extends out of the shell; wherein the water tank is abutted against the top of the supporting part, the drainage pump is configured to discharge water in the water tank into the water pan, and the edge of the water pan is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixed support through a screw.

The humidification device of claim 7, wherein an air deflector is further disposed in the housing, the air deflector being located between the air inlet and the humidification module; one end of the air deflector is arranged on the rear panel of the shell and is positioned below the air inlet, and the other end of the air deflector is lapped on the edge of the water receiving tray and is clamped between the air deflector and the fixed support.
9. The humidifying device according to claim 8, wherein the air deflector extends obliquely upwards from the air inlet to the wet film assembly, and two side parts of the air deflector are respectively provided with an upward-bent folding structure.

The humidifying device of claim 7, wherein a sliding member is provided at a bottom of the water tank, the sliding member extending along a length of the water pan, the sliding member being configured to abut against the support member to support the water tank to slide back and forth along the support member.
