Drawings
The disclosure of the present application will become more readily understood with reference to the drawings. As is readily understood by those skilled in the art: these drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to constitute a limitation on the scope of the present application. Moreover, in the drawings, like numerals are used to indicate like parts, and in which:
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an electrical coupling device according to an embodiment;
figure 2 shows a bolt of an electric coupling device according to the invention; and
figure 3 shows a bushing of an electrical coupling device according to the invention.
Detailed Description
An electrical coupling device according to an embodiment of the invention is described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The electric coupling device includes: a circuit board 1, the circuit board comprising opposite first and second sides 11, 12, the circuit board 1 having an opening 13 extending from the first side 11 to the second side 12. Although only one opening 13 and corresponding connection structure are shown in the figures, in practice a plurality of such openings 13 and corresponding connection structures may be included on the circuit board 1. Around the opening 13 of the first side 11 of the circuit board 1 there is an electrical connection 14. The bolt 22 passes through the opening 13 from the second side of the circuit board 1, in particular, the bolt head 21 of the bolt 22 abuts the second side 12 of the circuit board, and the stud portion 22 of the bolt passes through the opening 13 of the circuit board from the second side 12 of the circuit board 1 and extends out of the first side 11 of the circuit board and is received by the bushing 3. The bushing 3 abuts against the first side 11 of the circuit board and the inner ring 33 of the bushing 3 engages with the stud portion 22 of the bolt extending out of the first side 11 of the circuit board and the first end 31 of the bushing 3 is in contact with and electrically conductively connected to the electrical connection 14 and the second end 32 of the bushing 3 opposite to the first end 31 is electrically conductively connected to the further electrical conductor 5. With this arrangement, the circuit board is electrically coupled with the input or output unit through the bushing 3, the bushing 3 is stably connected with the circuit board 1 to cope with any vibration or thermal cycle, and the bushing 3 has a large current-intercepting area, thereby withstanding a large current and being more easily heat-radiated.
In some embodiments, the electrical connection 14 may be one or more connection points or one or more arcs around the periphery of the opening 13, and in some embodiments, the electrical connection 14 may be an annular electrical connection band around the opening 13. In other embodiments, the electrical connection 14 may have other shapes. In some embodiments, the shank portion 22 of the bolt is threaded to the first end 31 of the bushing 3. In some embodiments, the other conductor 5 is a power input or output. In the embodiment shown, the further electrical conductor 5 has a through hole 51 and is fixed and electrically connected to the bushing 3 by means of a further bolt 4 which passes through the through hole 51 and is screwed to the second end 32 of said bushing 3, whereby the further electrical conductor 5 is electrically connected to the circuit board 1 through the bushing 3. In some embodiments, the further electrical conductor 5 may be connected to the second end 32 of the bushing 3 in other ways, for example the second end of the bushing may have other connection features or the further electrical conductor 5 may be connected to the second end 32 of the bushing 3 by welding. In some embodiments, the bolt head 21 of the bolt 22 may be a flat bolt head as shown, i.e. the bolt head 21 has substantially the same thickness, so that it has a minimum thickness at the second side 12 of the circuit board 1, e.g. in some embodiments the bolt head 21 of the bolt 22 has a thickness of less than 2mm, so that the connection structure according to the invention does not occupy too much space at the second side of the circuit board. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the head 21 of the bolt 22 has features for tightening, such as a straight or cross-shaped slot 23. In some embodiments, the outer race 34 of the bushing 3 has at least one flat portion 341, thereby facilitating the fixation of the bushing 3 with a clamp when tightening the bolt 22. In some embodiments, outer race 34 of bushing 3 may be an outer hexagon or a segment having an outer hexagon. The tightening torque of the bolts 22 is required to ensure that the electrical connection 14 of the bushing 3 to the circuit board remains in contact during vehicle vibration and that the circuit board is not damaged. In some embodiments, the length h1 of the threaded connection section of the stud portion 22 of the bolt and the bush 3 is greater than 3mm, thereby ensuring the strength of the connection therebetween, and in some embodiments, the overall length of the bush 3 is less than or equal to 12mm, thereby facilitating the installation of the further bolt 4 at the second end of the bush without taking up excessive height space. In some embodiments, the liner 3 may be made of copper or a copper alloy, such as CUSN0.15. In some embodiments, the bolt 2 is made of iron or steel and treated with galvanizable, nickel, tin, and the like.
In another aspect, a vehicle compressor is also provided, wherein the electronic control unit of the vehicle compressor comprises an electrical coupling device according to various embodiments.
According to the utility model discloses an electric coupling device passes through the bush and conducts heavy current load and has stable connection structure in order to deal with vibration and temperature cycle.
The foregoing descriptions of specific embodiments of the present application have been presented only to more clearly illustrate the principles of the application and to clearly show or describe various components therein so that the principles of the invention may be better understood. Various modifications or changes may be readily made to the present disclosure by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope thereof. It is to be understood that such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.
