Description

本实用新型属于一种为冶金选矿及石油化工作业所用压滤机配套滤布的改进。
对于冶金选矿和石油化工等行业常用的LAROX－DF压滤机，其所用滤布需从国外进口。这种进口的滤布不但价格昂贵，而且还存在着经纬纱密度低、缩水率高为3～4％，寿命短等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的缺点，提供一种经纬密度高，缩水率低，使用寿命长的滤布。
本实用新型的技术要点是：该滤布具有经纬纱，其特征是它的织物组织为纬二重组织，每一组织循环包括三根经纱、六根纬纱（纬纱为三根表纬、三根里纬）；第一根经纱是第1根表纬、第1根里纬、第3根里纬在经纱下面，第2根表纬、第2根里纬、第3根表纬在经纱上面；第二根经纱是第1根里纬、第2根表纬、第2根里纬在经纱下面，第1根表纬、第3根表纬、第3根里纬在经纱上面；第三根经纱是第2根里纬、第3根表纬、第3根里纬在经纱下面，第1根表纬、第1根里纬、第2根表纬在经纱上面；所用的经纱旦数为1600D～2200D，纬纱旦数为1200D～1800D，经纱密度为280～320根／10cm，纬纱密度为130～160根／10cm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比：经纬纱密度高，使用寿命长；缩水率低，为2％以下。其成本低，便于推广应用。

本实用新型是采用涤纶长丝作原料，经捻线、落筒、整经等工序加工成织轴，在布机上加工而成。产品的长度为48.5m，幅宽为105cm，其透气性能好，可达38公升／米2秒。
