Example 1
Referring to fig. 4-5, a collapsible mold cup with a sandwich structure, specifically a cup portion 1 structure, the cup portion 1 includes a first surface layer 11, a cup mat layer 12, an adhesive layer 13 and a first inner layer 14, an inner surface of the first surface layer 11 is in contact with an outer surface of the cup mat layer 12 without being bonded, pressed, etc., the inner surface of the cup mat layer 12 has an adhesive region 121 and a peripheral non-adhesive region 122, the peripheral non-adhesive region 122 is disposed around the periphery of the adhesive region 121, and the width of the peripheral non-adhesive region 122 is greater than or equal to 3mm, the inner surface of the cup mat layer 12 corresponding to the adhesive region 121 is in adhesive connection with the outer surface of the adhesive layer 13, the inner surface of the adhesive layer 13 is in adhesive connection with the outer surface of the first inner layer 14 to bond the cup mat layer 12 to the first inner layer 14, and the peripheral non-adhesive region 122 is not in adhesive connection with the outer surface of the first inner layer 14 but in contact with the inner surface of the cup mat layer 12 not completely attached to the first inner layer 14.

The implementation principle of the retractable mold cup with a sandwich structure in the embodiment is different from that in the embodiment 1 in that: attaching the cup pad layer 12 with glue applied to the adhesive area 121 to the outer surface of the first inner layer 14, attaching the inner surface of the first surface layer 11 with a 3D chest shape and the outer surface of the first inner layer 14 by using a 3D mold cup mold, applying an adhesive film, preferably a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) hot melt adhesive film, to the edge of the inner surface of the first inner layer 14, trimming the edges of the first surface layer 11 and the first inner layer 14, folding the edge of the first surface layer 11 to the inner surface of the first inner layer 14, and adhering the inner surface of the edge of the first surface layer 11 to the inner surface of the first inner layer 14 to obtain the telescopic mold cup with the sandwich structure.
The principle of embodiment 2 is the same as that of embodiment 1, in which the steps of preparing the cup pad layer 12 in advance, pressing the first surface layer 11 in advance, and applying glue to the bonding region 121 on the inner surface of the cup pad layer 12 in advance are the same, and will not be described again.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 7-8, a retractable mold cup comprises cup parts 1 and lower surrounding parts 2 arranged at the bottoms of the cup parts 1, the structure of the cup parts 1 is the same as that of the cup parts 1 of the above embodiment 1, and the description is not repeated here, further, the lower surrounding parts 2 comprise a second surface layer 21, a supporting layer 22 and a second inner layer 23 which are sequentially arranged from the outer surface to the inner surface, the second surface layer 21 is integrally connected with the first surface layer 11 of the cup parts 1, and is made of the same surface layer fabric, such as four-side elastic fabric, double-pull fabric, small-hole mesh fabric and the like; the second inner layers 23 are integrally connected to the first inner layers 14 of the cup parts 1, and may be a single inner layer of elastic fabric, such as four-side stretch fabric, double-side stretch fabric, or small-hole mesh fabric.
In addition, referring to fig. 7 and 9, the supporting layer 22 is specifically composed of a plurality of supporting strips 221 arranged at intervals, and the inner surface and the outer surface of each supporting strip 221 are respectively provided with an adhesive film 4, the inner surface of the surface layer fabric corresponding to the lower surrounding portion 2 is in adhesive connection with the outer surface of the supporting strip 221 through the adhesive film 4, and the outer surface of the inner layer fabric corresponding to the lower surrounding portion 2 is in adhesive connection with the inner surface of the supporting strip 221 through the adhesive film 4.

Example 4
This embodiment differs from embodiment 3 described above in that: referring to fig. 10, the inner layer fabric is provided with an adhesive film 4 corresponding to the edge of the inner surface of the lower surrounding part 2, the surface layer fabric is folded over the inner surface of the inner layer fabric corresponding to the bottom edge of the lower surrounding part 2 and is bonded with the adhesive film 4, and the edge of the telescopic mold cup is subjected to reverse edge wrapping treatment; similarly, the edge of the cup part 1 is also folded back from the surface layer to the inner layer, and is bonded to the edge of the inner surface of the inner layer through the adhesive film 4, so as to realize the edge reverse-binding treatment of the retractable mold cup.

The implementation principle of this embodiment 4 is the same as that of embodiment 1, in which the cup pad layer 12 is prepared in advance, the first surface layer 11 is compression molded in advance, glue is applied to the bonding region 121 on the inner surface of the cup pad layer 12 in advance, and the structure of the supporting layer 22 is pre-molded out, and thus the description thereof is not repeated.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 11 to 12, a retractable mold cup with a sandwich structure includes a cup portion 1, a lower peripheral portion 2 disposed at the bottom of the cup portion 1, and an upper peripheral portion 3 disposed at the top of the cup portion 1, the structure of the cup portion 1 is the same as that of the cup portion 1 of the above embodiment 1, and will not be described again here, the structure of the lower peripheral portion 2 is the same as that of the lower peripheral portion 2 of the above embodiment 3, and will not be described again here, further, the upper peripheral portion 3 includes a third surface layer 31 and a third inner layer 32 sequentially disposed from an outer surface to an inner surface, the first surface layer 11, the second surface layer 21 and the third surface layer 31 are integrally connected, and are the same layer of fabric, which may be a fabric with elasticity such as a four-face elastic fabric, a double-draw fabric, a small-hole fabric, and the first inner layer 14, the second inner layer 23 and the third inner layer 32 are integrally connected, and are the same layer of a fabric, which may be a fabric with elasticity such as a four-face elastic fabric, a double-draw fabric, a small-hole fabric, a mesh fabric, and a mesh fabric with elasticity. The inner surface of the surface layer fabric corresponding to the upper surrounding part 3 is connected with the outer surface of the lining layer fabric corresponding to the upper surrounding part 3 in an adhesive way through a plurality of adhesive dots 33, and the adhesive dots 33 are preferably PUR hot melt adhesive dots.
