The case 10 includes a top plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates, the top plate and the bottom plate are connected by the plurality of side plates, and the general case 10 has four side plates, i.e., a front panel, a rear panel, a left panel and a right panel. The casing 10 is provided with an air inlet 101 and an air outlet 102, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the positions of the air inlet 101 and the air outlet 102 in practical application as long as the air inlet 101 and the air outlet 102 can meet the air inlet requirement and the air outlet requirement of the cabinet-mounted air conditioner indoor unit. The casing 10 forms a cavity for accommodating the centrifugal fan 20, the heat exchanger 30 and the electric cabinet 40, the structure of the casing 10 can be a cuboid or a cylinder, and it can be understood that the structure of the casing 10 is not exclusive, and the structure of the casing 10 as long as the structure meets the accommodation requirement belongs to one of the optional embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, the housing 10 is made of a sheet metal structural member, of course, the housing 10 may also be made of other structural members, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the material of the housing 10 in practical application as long as the components such as the electric cabinet 40, the heat exchanger 30, and the centrifugal fan 20 can be accommodated and installed through the housing 10. In addition, the outer side of the housing 10 may be provided with a connecting structure such as a lifting lug, a screw hole and/or a buckle, so as to facilitate the embedded installation of the housing 10 in a wall or furniture.
The centrifugal fan 20 is disposed in the casing 10 along a horizontal direction, wherein the horizontal direction is when the axial direction of the centrifugal fan 20 is vertical, that is, the centrifugal fan 20 enters air from the upper side and/or the lower side, specifically, the side wall of the centrifugal fan 20 may be disposed to be attached to the top plate of the casing 10, the side wall of the centrifugal fan 20 may also be disposed to be attached to the bottom plate of the casing 10, and the centrifugal fan 20 may also be suspended in the casing 10. By horizontally placing the centrifugal fan 20, the required height dimension of the housing 10 for accommodating the centrifugal fan 20 can be effectively reduced, so that the air conditioner can be installed in more narrow places, and the applicability and practicability of the cabinet-mounted air conditioner indoor unit are improved.
Alternatively, the centrifugal fan 20 is provided at the air outlet 102 and the heat exchanger 30 is provided at the air inlet 101.
The number of the air outlets 102 may be one, or may be multiple, and correspondingly, the number of the centrifugal fans 20 may also be one, or may be multiple, and the adjustment and the change of the number of the centrifugal fans 20 and the number of the air outlets 102 are all one of the optional embodiments of the present application. Preferably, the number of the air outlets 102 corresponds to the number of the centrifugal fans 20, so that the air flowing in from the air inlets 101 can be led out through different air outlets 102, and besides, the number of the air inlets 101 may be one or more, as long as air can be fed through the air inlets 101.
The cabinet-mounted air-conditioning indoor unit further comprises an electric cabinet 40, the electric cabinet 40 is arranged in the shell 10 and close to the side wall far away from the heat exchanger 30, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the electric cabinet 40 is attached to the left side wall of the shell 10, and through the interval of the centrifugal fan 20, the possibility that the condensate water generated by the heat exchanger 30 damages the internal parts of the electric cabinet 40 can be effectively reduced, and the reliability of the cabinet-mounted air-conditioning indoor unit is guaranteed.
Electric cabinet 40 can dismantle with casing 10 and be connected, can dismantle the form of connecting and can pass through bolt and nut to be connected, still can be for the draw-in groove buckle to be connected, still can be for above two kinds can dismantle the connection combine together to be connected, can understand that electric cabinet 40 can dismantle the form of dismantling of being connected with casing 10 not only. Thus, later maintenance personnel can conveniently detach, maintain and replace the electric cabinet 40.
By adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the centrifugal fan 20 is horizontally arranged, the height size of the shell 10 can be effectively reduced, so that more options and flexibility are provided for the installation of the cabinet-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, the requirements of users are met, in addition, the electric cabinet 40 is arranged close to the side wall far away from the heat exchanger 30, and the situation that the condensate water generated by the heat exchanger 30 is blown to the surface of the electric cabinet 40 in the operation process of the centrifugal fan 20 can be effectively avoided.
In some alternative embodiments, the centrifugal fan 20 is suspended within the housing 10 to draw air from the space above and below the centrifugal fan 20.
The centrifugal fan 20 is suspended in the casing 10, that is, the centrifugal fan 20 is not in contact with the top plate and the bottom plate of the casing 10, and there is a certain distance between the centrifugal fan 20 and the top plate and the bottom plate of the casing 10 to form a bidirectional air intake space.
When the air conditioner controls the centrifugal fan 20 to be opened, negative pressure spaces are formed above and below the centrifugal fan 20, and under the action of atmospheric pressure, air in the casing 10 flows to the upper side and the lower side of the centrifugal fan 20, so that outside air is driven to enter the casing 10 from the air inlet 101.
Adopt this disclosed embodiment, through setting up centrifugal fan 20 suspension, can inhale from top space and below space, compare in the mode that sets up and only inhale from one side at the upper wall face and the lower wall face of casing 10, divide into two negative pressure regions with a negative pressure region, can reduce the pressure in negative pressure region when guaranteeing that centrifugal fan 20 has better air-out effect, and then reduce because centrifugal fan 20 inhales the noise that produces when breathing in.
In some alternative embodiments, the centrifugal fan 20 comprises a first centrifugal fan and a second centrifugal fan, which are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction within the housing 10, and the heat exchanger 30 is located between the two first centrifugal fans and the second centrifugal fan.
The number of the centrifugal fans 20 may be two or more, and the number of the corresponding air outlets 102 may also be two or more, and preferably, the number of the air outlets 102 and the number of the centrifugal fans 20 correspond to each other one by one.
Illustratively, the centrifugal fan 20 includes a first centrifugal fan and a second centrifugal fan, which are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction in the housing 10,
by adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the air outlet effect of the air conditioner can be effectively improved by arranging the plurality of centrifugal fans 20.
In some alternative embodiments, the centrifugal fan 20 comprises: the volute 21 is provided with an air suction opening 211 and an air exhaust opening 212, and the air exhaust opening 212 is communicated with the air outlet 102; the impeller 22 is arranged in the volute 21; the connecting plate 23 is embedded in the inner ring of the impeller 22 in a manner of being perpendicular to the axis of the impeller 22, and the edge of the connecting plate 23 is fixedly connected with the impeller 22; the connecting plate 23 can rotate to drive the impeller 22 to rotate, the motor 24 is in driving connection with the connecting plate 23, and the motor 24 is used for driving the connecting plate 23 to rotate.
Optionally, the axial dimension of impeller 22 is smaller than the radial dimension of impeller 22. In this way, the impeller 22 is designed to be flat, so that the axial size of the centrifugal fan can be further reduced, and the requirement on the height size of the cabinet-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is further reduced.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the centrifugal fan 20 is a double-inlet centrifugal fan 20, the upper and lower surfaces of the volute 21 of the centrifugal fan 20 are respectively provided with an air inlet 211, and the air outlet 212 of the volute 21 is communicated with the air outlet 102 of the housing 10 to form an air outlet channel, and since the centrifugal fan 20 is disposed close to the air outlet 102, the length of the air outlet channel can be effectively shortened, thereby reducing the wind loss during the air outlet process of the centrifugal fan 20 and ensuring a better air outlet effect of the air conditioner.
The connecting plate 23 is embedded in an inner ring of the impeller 22 in a manner perpendicular to an axis of the impeller 22, where the inner ring means that the connecting plate 23 is connected to any one horizontal plane except two side surfaces of the impeller 22, that is, the connecting plate 23 is spaced from both side surfaces of the impeller 22.
The centrifugal fan 20 controls the motor 24 to rotate, so as to drive the connecting plate 23 and the impeller 22 to rotate around the rotating shaft center of the motor 24, and further drive the air flow to flow into the volute 21 from the air suction opening 211 and flow out of the volute 21 from the air discharge opening 212.
By adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the double-air inlet centrifugal fan is arranged, so that the larger air outlet volume can be realized by using a smaller space, and the air conditioning speed of the air conditioner is ensured.
In some alternative embodiments, the edge of the connecting plate 23 is equidistant from the upper and lower end faces of the impeller 22, and the impellers 22 on both sides of the connecting plate 23 are staggered.
The distance between the edge of the connecting plate 23 and the upper and lower end faces of the impeller 22 is equal, that is, the connecting plate 23 is connected in the middle of the impeller 22 to divide the impeller into two parts uniformly, and the arrangement positions of the impellers on both sides of the connecting plate can be the same or different. Preferably, the impellers 22 on both sides of the connecting plate 23 are arranged in a staggered manner, which means that the positions of the blades constituting the impellers 22 on both sides of the connecting plate 23 are different, i.e. the blades constituting the impellers 22 on both sides of the connecting plate 23 are not axisymmetric with respect to the connecting plate 23. Like this, through setting up impeller 22 is crisscross, can promote the air-out effect of fan effectively.
By adopting the embodiment disclosed by the invention, the impellers 22 on the two sides of the connecting plate 23 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the cabinet-mounted air conditioner has a better air outlet effect.
Optionally, the connecting plate 23 forms a smooth arc transition surface along the direction from the center to the edge, so that the wind resistance at the connecting plate 23 can be further reduced, and the possibility of wind noise generation at the connecting plate 23 is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, the connecting plate 23 is provided with a plurality of through holes 231 for allowing air flow on both sides of the connecting plate 23.
During the operation of the centrifugal fan 20, a low pressure area is formed at the impeller 22 due to the rotation of the impeller 22, air will continuously flow toward the impeller 22, and when air enters the volute 21 from the outside, the air is blocked by the connecting plate 23 and then flows back, so that a vortex is easily generated on the surface of the connecting plate 23, and the problems of the reduction of the air volume of the fan, the increase of noise and the like occur.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the shape of the through hole 231 is a circle, the through holes 231 are uniformly arranged around the center of the connecting plate 23, the shape of the through hole 231 may be a square, and may also be a triangle, where the shape and arrangement of the through hole 231 may be arbitrarily adjusted and changed, and as long as the shape and arrangement of the through hole 231 can avoid the eddy current generated on the surface of the connecting plate 23 belong to one of the alternative embodiments of the present application.
Adopt this disclosed embodiment, set up through-hole 231 through the surface at connecting plate 23, can avoid the surface of connecting plate 23 to produce the vortex, and then guarantee the air-out effect of fan.
In some alternative embodiments, the air outlet 102 and the air inlet 101 are disposed on the same wall of the housing 10, wherein the centrifugal fan 20 is located at a distance from the air outlet 102 smaller than the air inlet 101, and the heat exchanger 30 is located at a distance from the air inlet 101 smaller than the air outlet 102.
By arranging the air outlet 102 and the air inlet 101 on the same wall surface of the housing 10, the air circulation space required by the arrangement mode is smaller compared with the traditional arrangement mode of lower air inlet and front air outlet, and the air conditioner can be installed more flexibly.
Optionally, the heat exchanger 30 includes a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion connecting the first portion and the second portion, and the first portion and the second portion are respectively disposed at two sides of the third portion, wherein the first portion and the third portion are disposed at a first included angle, the second portion and the third portion are disposed at a second included angle, and an angle of the first included angle is the same as an angle of the second included angle.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the first, second and third portions of the heat exchanger 30 are connected in such a manner that the first and second included angles are 30 degrees, and the first and second included angles may range from 15 to 75 degrees. The heat exchanger 30 is disposed in the housing 10 in a vertical direction, and the first portion and the second portion of the heat exchanger 30 are fixedly connected to the housing 10, so as to fix the heat exchanger 30 in the housing 10.
Through the mode of setting up that falls into the triplex with heat exchanger 30, compare traditional straight plate heat exchanger 30, increased heat transfer area of heat exchanger 30, can improve the heat exchange efficiency of air and heat exchanger 30, and then guarantee that heat exchanger 30 can have better heat exchange efficiency.
Optionally, the first, second and third portions are provided as an integral device. By integrally providing the heat exchanger 30, the complexity of the components of the heat exchanger 30 can be reduced, and the reliability of the heat exchanger 30 can be improved.
In some optional embodiments, the cabinet air conditioning indoor unit further comprises: and the water receiving tray 50 is arranged between the lower wall surface of the shell 10 and the heat exchanger 30 and is used for receiving condensed water generated by the heat exchanger 30.
The size area of the water pan 50 is set according to the size area of the heat exchanger 30 projected on the horizontal plane, the size area of the water pan 50 is larger than the size area of the heat exchanger 30 projected on the horizontal plane, and the water pan 50 completely covers the position of the heat exchanger 30 projected on the horizontal plane, so that condensed water generated by the heat exchanger 30 can be effectively prevented from dropping to the position outside the water pan 50.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the water pan 50 is disposed between the bottom plate of the housing 10 and the heat exchanger 30, that is, the water pan 50 is disposed below the heat exchanger 30, a groove 501 is formed on an upper surface of the water pan 50, a water outlet is formed on one side of the water pan 50, the water outlet is communicated with the groove 501, and the water outlet is used for discharging the condensed water in the water pan 50.
Optionally, the height of one side of the water receiving tray 50 where the water outlet is provided is lower than that of the other side, that is, the water receiving tray 50 is arranged obliquely, and the water receiving tray 50 forms a certain included angle with the horizontal plane, and the included angle may range from 2 degrees to 5 degrees. Thus, the water receiving tray 50 is inclined, so that condensed water in the water receiving tray 50 can be automatically discharged from the water outlet under the action of gravity.
By adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the water pan 50 is arranged, so that the condensate water generated by the heat exchanger 30 is prevented from damaging other components in the shell 10.
The application also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an outdoor unit and the cabinet-mounted air conditioner indoor unit in any one of the embodiments, wherein the cabinet-mounted air conditioner indoor unit is connected with the outdoor unit.
