The comparison module is used for receiving the detection data of the water quality testing unit 100 and comparing the detection data with preset data; the control module is used for outputting a control instruction according to the comparison result of the comparison module.
In the circulating water treatment system, due to the reasons of aging of the device, poor overhaul quality of a heat exchanger, poor chemical treatment effect of circulating water, fluctuation in production and the like, leakage of materials of a water cooler becomes a normal state of the circulating water system, and in order to reduce the influence of the leaked materials on the circulating water treatment effect, most enterprises adopt a large-emission large-compensation mode for replacement until the leaked water cooler is cut out. For the material leakage of the water cooler, the current leakage detection basis is a small amount of on-line detection and analysis aiming at certain indexes, a large amount of manual analysis and the past leakage history, hysteresis and uncertainty are provided, and the detection efficiency is greatly limited.

Meanwhile, the leaked material components in the circulating water can be judged through the gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, and the leaked material and material data (namely the preset data information corresponding to the water coolers one by one) are compared in the data analysis control unit 200, so that the leaked water cooler is locked quickly and maintained conveniently.
In some specific embodiments, the data analysis control unit 200 stores in advance a water quality range and a drug concentration range containing applicable high concentration multiple determined according to the water treatment scheme in the storage module, and therefore, the determination principle of the comparison module may be set as:
when the numerical values of the total alkalinity, the calcium hardness and the conductivity detected on line do not exceed the preset total alkalinity, the preset calcium hardness or +/-0.5 of the preset conductivity, the adjustment is not carried out, and when the numerical values exceed +/-0.5, the corresponding actuating mechanism is controlled to act for adjustment; when the concentration of the scale and corrosion inhibitor and the free chlorine or ORP value detected on line do not exceed +/-10% of the preset concentration of the scale and corrosion inhibitor, the preset free chlorine or the preset ORP value, the adjustment is not carried out, and when the concentration of the scale and corrosion inhibitor and the free chlorine or the ORP value exceed +/-10%, the corresponding actuating mechanism is controlled to act and adjust.
For example, the communication unit 300 controls the opening of the valves of the make-up pump and the sewage pump when the pH value, the calcium hardness, or the conductivity is lower or higher than a certain range of the preset pH value, calcium hardness, or conductivity.
If the total alkalinity is lower or higher than a certain range of the set total alkalinity value, the communication unit 300 controls the opening degree of the pump body of the acid adding device.
If the numerical value of the concentration of the scale and corrosion inhibitor, the free chlorine or the ORP value is lower than or higher than the preset concentration of the scale and corrosion inhibitor, the free chlorine or the ORP value within a certain range, the communication unit 300 controls the opening of the pump body of the dosing device for the corrosion and scale inhibitor and the biocide.
If the gas chromatography-mass spectrometer tests the detected leaked materials, the comparison module of the data analysis control unit 200 compares the leaked materials with the material library data to judge the water cooler corresponding to the leaked materials, and the communication unit 300 gives an alarm.
In order to develop a corrosion and scale inhibition scheme suitable for calcium hardness and total alkalinity of 1500mg/L when pursuing a more water-saving effect, additional conditions are set: the calcium hardness plus the total alkalinity was 1500mg/L.
When the pH value, the calcium hardness, the conductivity and the total alkalinity deviate from preset data, the communication unit 300 controls the operation of dosing devices such as valve openings of a water replenishing pump and a sewage pump, scale and corrosion inhibitors, biocides, acids and the like, and ensures that the operation state of the system is adjusted in real time according to water quality.
The second aspect of the disclosure also provides a circulating water treatment system, which comprises a circulating water path, an execution mechanism arranged on the circulating water path, at least one water cooler and a control device of the circulating water treatment system of the first aspect of the disclosure, wherein the control device of the circulating water treatment system is connected in parallel with the circulating water path, so that the circulating water in the circulating water path can be detected on line, and the action of the execution mechanism is controlled according to the detection result, thereby adjusting the quality of the circulating water, so that the circulating water operates under a higher and narrower concentration multiple. Wherein, the actuating mechanism comprises but is not limited to a dosing device, an acid adding device, a water replenishing pump and a sewage pump.
