In some embodiments, as can be understood by referring to fig. 7 and 12, limiting protrusions 211822 are respectively disposed at two end positions of the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the preset direction S; the seat body hard skeleton 2125 is located between the position-limiting protrusions 211822 at the two ends of the first cover body hard skeleton 21182, one of the position-limiting protrusions 211822 is located between one end of the seat body hard skeleton 2125 in the predetermined direction S and the flexible deformable portion 21174 at one side of the first cover body hard skeleton 21182, and the other position-limiting protrusion 211822 is located between the other end of the seat body hard skeleton 2125 in the predetermined direction S and the flexible deformable portion 21174 at the other side of the first cover body hard skeleton 21182. As will be understood from fig. 10 and 12, the first hard covering body 21182 is provided with a connecting edge 211821, and the connecting edge 211821 includes a first convex edge 211823 extending along the predetermined direction S and a limit protrusion 211822 respectively provided at two ends of the first convex edge 211823. As further alternative, as shown in fig. 10 and 12, the first cover hard skeleton 21182 is provided with two connecting edges 211821 spaced apart in the width direction W, and as will be further understood from fig. 11, the limiting convex portion 211822 of each connecting edge 211821 is convex in a direction away from the other connecting edge 211821 with respect to the first convex edge 211823, so that the first convex edge 211823 of each connecting edge 211821 and the limiting convex portions 211822 at both ends enclose a concave groove 211825 on the side away from the other connecting edge 211821.
As shown in fig. 8, two second flanges 21251 are provided on the seat body hard frame 2125 at intervals in the width direction W.
As shown in fig. 6, the two second convex edges 21251 are correspondingly engaged with the grooves 211825 of the two connecting edges 211821. One of the first raised edge 211823 and the second raised edge 21251 is provided with one or more tabs 21252, the other is provided with one or more slots 211824, and the tabs 21252 engage with the slots 211824. Thus, the second convex edge 21251 is in embedded fit with the groove 211825 of the connecting edge 211821, so that the assembly of the seat body hard skeleton 2125 between the first cover body hard skeleton 21182 can be guided and positioned, the second convex edge 21251 and the first convex edge 211823 can be clamped accurately, the assembly is more convenient, the interference between the second convex edge 21251 and the limiting convex portions 211822 on the two sides can limit the relative movement of the seat body hard skeleton 2125 between the first cover body hard skeleton 21182 along the preset direction S, meanwhile, the force can be relieved for the interaction force between the first convex edge 211823 and the second convex edge 21251 along the preset direction S, the risk of releasing between the convex buckle 21252 and the buckle slot 211824 is reduced, the connection stability and reliability between the cover body 211 and the mounting seat 212 are enhanced, and the risk of occurrence of an obvious gap or crack between the cover body 211 and the mounting seat 212 is further reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the seat body soft portion 2124 comprises a first region 21241, a second region i 21242 located at one end of the first region 21241 along the predetermined direction S, and a second region ii 21243 located at the other end of the first region 21241 along the predetermined direction S, the seat body hard skeleton 2125 is connected to the seat body soft portion 2124 and located at the first region 21241, and the first fastening edges 21245 are respectively disposed on the second region i 21242 and the second region ii 21243.
The flexible deformable portion 21174 includes a flexible second snapping edge 211742, at least a portion of the first snapping edge 21245 snapping into engagement with the second snapping edge 211742. In this way, the position on the mounting seat 212 corresponding to the flexible deformable portion 21174 is the seat soft portion 2124 made of the same flexible material, and the frame body 210 is integrally of a flexible structure at the position of the flexible deformable portion 21174 along the preset direction S, so that the elasticity of the handle 220 is further improved, and the user can wear the massager 10 more conveniently.
As a further alternative, as shown in fig. 4, a first locking edge 21245 is disposed near an end of the housing rigid frame 2125 and spaced apart from the housing rigid frame 2125 to define a notch 21247, and as can be appreciated from fig. 3 and 13, a retaining protrusion 211822 of the first cover rigid frame 21182 extends into the notch 21247. The notch 21247 receives the position-limiting protrusion 211822, so that the connection function of the first engaging edge 21245 is not disturbed by the position-limiting protrusion 211822, and meanwhile, the first engaging edge 21245 as a part of the flexible deformable portion 21174 is effectively separated from the seat body rigid framework 2125 by the position-limiting protrusion 211822, so that the acting force on the first engaging edge 21245 in the deformed state of the flexible deformable portion 21174 is prevented from being released to the seat body rigid framework 2125, and the positioning and connection reliability between the cover 211 and the mounting seat 212 are better ensured.
In some embodiments, as can be understood by referring to fig. 5 and 7, the cover 211 further includes a second cover hard skeleton i 21181 and a second cover hard skeleton ii 21183, the second cover hard skeleton i 21181 and the second cover hard skeleton ii 21183 are respectively connected to the cover soft portion 2117, the second cover hard skeleton i 21181 is located on one side of the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the predetermined direction S, a distance is provided between the second cover hard skeleton i 21181 and the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the predetermined direction S, the second cover hard skeleton ii 21183 is located on the other side of the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the predetermined direction S, and a distance is provided between the second cover hard skeleton ii 21183 and the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the predetermined direction S.
A flexible deformable part 21174 is correspondingly arranged at the position of the distance between the second cover body hard framework I21181 and the first cover body hard framework 21182, and a flexible deformable part 21174 is correspondingly arranged at the position of the distance between the second cover body hard framework II 21183 and the first cover body hard framework 21182. Like this, form at least 3 stereoplasm parts (i.e. like first lid stereoplasm skeleton 21182 and two second lid stereoplasm skeletons) on the lid 211, have the interval between arbitrary two stereoplasm parts, and these at least 3 stereoplasm parts are linked together by the transition of same lid soft portion 2117, like this, form at least two flexible deformable portion 21174 along predetermineeing direction S on the support body 210, the pliability of support body 210 is better, it is more convenient, comfortable that the user wears massage appearance 10, and the structure of at least 3 stereoplasm parts makes support body 210 wear the ability that the support kept the shape better even, also can realize more abundant support shape of wearing, massage appearance 10 travelling comfort is good.
By way of more detailed example, as shown in fig. 7, each flexibly deformable portion 21174 specifically includes an engagement body 211741 and a second snap edge 211742. Specifically, a connection body 211741 is accommodated at a position between the second cover rigid skeleton i 21181 and the first cover rigid skeleton 21182, the connection body 211741 is respectively connected to the second cover rigid skeleton i 21181 and the first cover rigid skeleton 21182, and a second buckling edge 211742 is convexly arranged on the connection body 211741. Specifically, a connection body 211741 is accommodated at a position between the second cover rigid skeleton ii 21183 and the first cover rigid skeleton 21182, the connection body 211741 is respectively connected to the second cover rigid skeleton ii 21183 and the first cover rigid skeleton 21182, and a second buckling edge 211742 is protruded from the connection body 211741. The connecting body 211741 is used for connecting the adjacent second cover body hard skeleton and the first cover body hard skeleton 21182, so that the position of a soft part between the adjacent second cover body hard skeleton and the first cover body hard skeleton 21182 can have enough strength and is not easy to soft collapse, the second buckling edge 211742 is arranged on the connecting body 211741, the strength of the second buckling edge 211742 is higher, and the buckling connection strength and the stability are better.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 5, a third buckling edge 21184 is respectively disposed on the second cover rigid skeleton i 21181 and the second cover rigid skeleton ii 21183. As can be appreciated by reference to fig. 5 and 7, third fastening edge 21184 of second hard cover skeleton i 21181 is fastened to first fastening edge 21245 at second region i 21242, and third fastening edge 21184 of second hard cover skeleton ii 21183 is fastened to first fastening edge 21245 at second region ii 21243.
Thus, one part of the first buckling edge 21245 is buckled with the second buckling edge 211742, and the other part of the first buckling edge 21245 is buckled with the third buckling edge 21184, so that on one hand, the assembling, leaning and connecting of each second region of the seat body soft portion 2124 with the corresponding second cover hard framework and the flexible deformable portion 21174 are realized, and on the other hand, a certain shaping effect can be generated on the first buckling edge 21245 by buckling the third buckling edge 21184 with the first buckling edge 21245, so that the connection of the first buckling edge 21245, the second buckling edge 211742 and the third buckling edge 21184 is firmer, the deformation and releasing caused by the flexible material of the first buckling edge 21245 are not easy to occur, the connection reliability and stability of the cover 211 and the mounting seat 212 are better, and the connection position between the cover 211 and the mounting seat 212 is not easy to crack or generate a gap.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14, an insertion piece 21186 is protruded from one end of the second cover body rigid skeleton i 21181 and/or the second cover body rigid skeleton ii 21183 near the handle 220, and a positioning slot 21187 having an opening is provided on the insertion piece 21186. As shown in fig. 15, a receiving groove 22423 is disposed at one end of the handle 220 close to the frame body 210, and a stopper rib 22424 is disposed in the receiving groove 22423. As shown in fig. 13, 16 and 17, the second hard cover frame i 21181 and the second hard cover frame ii 21183 are correspondingly disposed at two end positions of the cover 211 along the predetermined direction S, the inserting piece 21186 is located in the receiving groove 22423, and the positioning groove 21187 of the inserting piece 21186 is located by the limiting rib 22424 in the receiving groove 22423. On the one hand, the connection-peg 21186 plays a role in shielding at the joint of the frame body 210 and the handle 220, the joint is beautified, for example, when a user breaks the worn bracket to cause a crack at the joint, the connection-peg 21186 can shield the internal space, the product is attractive, dust and dirt can be prevented from entering the frame body 210 or the handle 220 through the joint, the product is cleaner and more sanitary, on the other hand, the connection-peg 21186 and the accommodating groove 22423 are in connection and cooperation, the connection-peg 22424 and the positioning groove 21187 are in connection and cooperation, a pre-positioning effect can be achieved, the positions of the handle 220 and the frame body 210 are preliminarily positioned, and the subsequent fixed connection of the handle 220 and the frame body 210 is facilitated.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 14, the inserting piece 21186 has a three-stage structure arranged in the width direction, and any two adjacent stages are disconnected from each other, so that a positioning groove 21187 is formed between any two adjacent stages.
Further, the handle 220 includes a handle inner casing 221 and a handle outer casing 222, the handle outer casing 222 is located on a side of the handle inner casing 221 facing away from the wearing space 230, and the handle inner casing 221 is connected to the handle outer casing 222. Wherein, a first tongue 2241 is disposed at an end of the inner handle casing 221 close to the frame 210, and a second tongue 2242 is disposed at an end of the outer handle casing 222 close to the frame 210.
An insertion slot 214 is formed between each of the second cover body rigid framework i 21181 and the second cover body rigid framework ii 21183 and the mounting seat 212, the first tongue 2241 is located in the insertion slot 214 and between the second tongue 2242 and the mounting seat 212, and the first tongue 2241 is clamped with the mounting seat 212.
More specifically, both ends of the second protruding tongue 2242 in the width direction W are engaged with the second hard cover frame i 21181 or the second hard cover frame ii 21183, and the middle position between both ends of the second protruding tongue 2242 in the width direction W is connected to the second hard cover frame i 21181 or the second hard cover frame ii 21183 through a fastening member (e.g., a screw), so that a connection structure in which the middle part is fixed by the fastening member (e.g., a screw) and both sides are engaged and fixed is formed between the handle 220 and the second hard cover frame i 21181 or the second hard cover frame ii 21183, which can make the joint gap between the handle 220 and the frame 210 tighter, and make it difficult for a bad situation of obvious cracks to occur on the massager 10 during the process of bending or opening the handle 220 (particularly, during the process of opening the handle 220 to fit the neck into the fitting space 230 under the fitting condition).
In more detail, as shown in fig. 13 and 19, stopper buttons 22425 are provided on both ends of the second tongue 2242 in the width direction W, respectively, and 2 through holes 22421 are provided at positions between both ends of the second tongue 2242 in the width direction W. Of course, the number of the through holes 22421 is not limited to 2, and in other embodiments, the number of the through holes 22421 may be designed to be 1, 3, 4 or 5 or more according to requirements.
As shown in fig. 10, a limiting opening 21188 is provided on each second hard cover frame (e.g., the second hard cover frame i 21181 and/or the second hard cover frame ii 21183) on both sides in the width direction W, and 2 screw posts 21185 are provided at positions between both ends in the width direction W of the second hard cover frame. Of course, the number of the screw posts 21185 is not limited to 2, and in other embodiments, the number of the screw posts 21185 may be the same as the number of the through holes 22421, and is 1, 3, 4 or more than 5.
When the second tongue 2242 extends into the slot 214 between the second hard frame and the mounting seat 212, the insertion sheet 21186 is positioned with the receiving groove 22423 and the positioning groove 21187, so that the two position-limiting buttons 22425 of the second tongue 2242 are correspondingly clamped into the two position-limiting openings 21188 of the second hard frame, the through holes 22421 correspond to the screw posts 21185 in a one-to-one position, and the fastening members are inserted into the through holes 22421 and are in threaded connection with the screw posts 21185 corresponding to the through holes 22421.
Further, as will be understood from fig. 5, 8 and 13, hard attachment pieces 21248 are provided at both end positions of the soft seat portion 2124 in the predetermined direction S, as shown in fig. 9, the hard attachment pieces 21248 include an insertion plate 21246 and a stopper end 21249, and one or more locking pieces 21244 are provided on the insertion plate 21246.
As can be appreciated from fig. 13, 18 and 19, the first tongue 2241 is provided with a retaining groove 22413, and the bottom surface of the retaining groove 22413 is provided with a catch 22411 extending therethrough, as can be appreciated from fig. 16 and 17, the insert 21246 extends into the retaining groove 22413, and the catch 21244 on the insert 21246 engages the catch 22411 on the bottom surface of the retaining groove 22413 to retain the insert 21246 from the retaining groove 22413. So that the handle inner shell 221 and the mounting seat 212 have good clamping firmness and stability. As shown in fig. 19, two fitting openings 22414 are provided at a distance from each other on the side wall of the retaining groove 22413, two retaining ends 21249 are provided at a projection of the insert 21246 on the side away from the handle 220 with a distance therebetween, and the two retaining ends 21249 are inserted into the two fitting openings 22414 to restrict relative movement between the insert 21246 and the retaining groove 22413 in the width direction W.
Further, as shown in fig. 15 and 17, one of the second tab 2242 and the first tab 2241 is provided with a button hole 22422, and the other is provided with a plug 22412, and the plug 22412 is engaged with the button hole 22422 to restrict the second tab 2242 from being separated from the first tab 2241. Thus, the interlocking strength and the connection stability between the handle inner shell 221 and the handle outer shell 222 are further enhanced, and the connection interlocking strength and the connection stability between the second cover hard skeleton and the seat soft portion 2124 are also further enhanced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 16 and 20, the cover 211 and the mounting base 212 surround to form an accommodating space 270, and the massage apparatus 10 further includes a circuit board 300, wherein the circuit board 300 is located in the accommodating space 270.
Further optionally, the circuit board 300 is a main control board, and the main control board is electrically connected to the massage device Q, and is configured to control the massage device Q and transmit electric energy required by the work of the massage device Q to the massage device Q.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 20, the circuit board 300 is disposed corresponding to the first cover rigid framework 21182, a recessed portion 211826 which is raised away from the circuit board 300 is disposed at a position of the first cover rigid framework 21182 corresponding to an end of the circuit board 300, a space is provided between a surface of the recessed portion 211826 and the circuit board 300, and a channel 280 through which a wire can pass is formed at a position of the space between the surface of the recessed portion 211826 and the circuit board 300.
For example, in the case that the massage apparatus 10 is a pendant-type neck massage apparatus, the pendant-type neck massage apparatus further includes a pendant, a rope is connected between the pendant and the wearing support, a wire is inserted into the rope, one end of the wire is electrically connected with a display control board and a battery inside the pendant, and the other end of the wire penetrates through the handle 220 and the space inside the frame 210 to be electrically connected with the main control board, wherein a part of the wire is located in a channel 280 between the surface of the concave portion 211826 and the circuit board 300, the wire can be effectively avoided through the channel 280, so that the wiring setting of the main control board inside the frame 210 is realized, the stress condition of the wire is also improved, if the damage to the wire, which is caused by the compression of the first cover body hard skeleton 21182 or the circuit board 300, is reduced, and the reliability of the product is better ensured.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 21, the wall thickness H1 at the position of the recess 211826 of the first hard skeleton 21182 is smaller than the wall thickness H2 at the position around the recess 211826. The wall thickness H1 at the position of the recess 211826 is smaller than the wall thickness H2 at the position around the recess 211826, so that the recess 211826 is formed in the first hard skeleton 21182 in a structure of a reduced wall thickness, which is simple in structure and low in cost.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 16, a distance value L2 between two ends of the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the preset direction S is greater than or equal to a length value L0 of the circuit board 300. The projection of the circuit board 300 on the first cover hard skeleton 21182 is completely located in the range between the two ends of the first cover hard skeleton 21182 along the preset direction S. That is, the positions of the two ends of the projection of the circuit board 300 on the first hard cover frame 21182 do not exceed the positions of the two ends of the first hard cover frame 21182 along the preset direction S. Like this, under the state that produces flexible deformation on the support body 210, can effectively keep away empty protection to circuit board 300 through first lid stereoplasm skeleton 21182, avoid circuit board 300 to receive the torque effect, reduce circuit board 300 and harm the risk.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 16, a distance value L1 between two ends of the seat body hard frame 2125 along the preset direction S is greater than or equal to a length value L0 of the circuit board 300, the circuit board 300 is disposed corresponding to the seat body hard frame 2125, and a projection of the circuit board 300 on the seat body hard frame 2125 is completely located in a range between two ends of the seat body hard frame 2125 along the preset direction S. That is, the positions of the two ends of the circuit board 300 projected on the seat body rigid frame 2125 do not exceed the positions of the two ends of the seat body rigid frame 2125 along the preset direction S. Like this, under the state that produces flexible deformation on the support body 210, can effectively keep away empty protection to circuit board 300 through pedestal stereoplasm skeleton 2125, avoid circuit board 300 to receive the torque effect, reduce circuit board 300 damage risk.
