It can be understood that the bottle has an opening and a cavity, and is limited by the structure of the cavity, dust and impurities in the cavity can only be discharged from the opening, and the bottle is generally transported in a vertical mode in a production line, so that the overturning assembly 330 is arranged to overturn the bottle, the dust and impurities are primarily discharged by utilizing the action of gravity, and the cleaning quality is ensured. It can be understood that a gap exists between the turning guide rail 331 and the bottle washing turntable 310 to ensure that the clamping assembly 321 and the bottles do not collide and interfere during turning, and the turning guide rail 331 is arranged according to a preset path to ensure that the clamping assembly 321 can turn and reset at a proper position. In some embodiments of the present invention, with particular reference to fig. 5, the filling mechanism 400 comprises a filling turntable 410 and a filling part 420, which is suitable for filling small diameter plastic bottles, in particular solving the problem that the spray nozzle cannot fill plastic bottles with a diameter smaller than 20 mm. Specifically, this filling mechanism 400 enables this filling mechanism 400 to be suitable for filling of a small-diameter plastic bottle by providing the filling assembly 421 as a piping structure for filling.
The filling turntable 410 comprises a first feeding station, a filling station and a first discharging station, the first feeding station is used for receiving bottles input from the input station, the first discharging station is used for outputting the bottles, the filling turntable 410 is used for transporting the bottles in sequence along the first feeding station, the filling station and the first discharging station, the filling station is provided with a plurality of filling components which are arranged on the periphery of the filling turntable 410 at intervals, the filling component 420 is arranged above the filling station, wherein the filling component 420 comprises a plurality of filling components 421, each filling component 421 corresponds to at least part of each filling station respectively so as to fill a plurality of bottles simultaneously, the filling component 421 comprises a filling pipeline 422 with a preset aperture, and the filling pipeline 422 is used for filling the bottles. It can be understood that the bottles input from the first feeding station can be sequentially transported by the filling turntable 410, and the filling pipeline 422 of the filling assembly 421 is arranged on the transportation path of the filling turntable 410, so that the bottles can be sequentially filled by the filling assembly 421, and because the bottles are filled through the filling pipeline 422, the filled liquid cannot spill, can more easily enter small-caliber bottles, and can more easily match with the turntable to perform a filling process. The filling assemblies 421 are arranged in an arc array, when some of the bottles are located below the filling assemblies 421, the filling assemblies 421 can be filled simultaneously, then the filling turntable 410 rotates a certain distance to enable the bottles passing through the filling process to pass through smoothly, then the filling assemblies 421 enter a waiting state and are filled with liquid to be filled, the filling turntable 410 locates the next batch of bottles below the filling assemblies 421, and then the next filling process is performed. Preferably, in order to further ensure the filling quality, the size of the output port 120 of the filling pipeline 422 needs to be in a proper proportional relationship with the caliber of the bottle, the relative position relationship between the filling pipeline 422 and the bottle needs to be proper, and meanwhile, the vertical distance between the output port 120 of the filling pipeline 422 and the bottle opening needs to be ensured to be in a proper range. It is therefore necessary to adjust the filling line 422 or the bottles accordingly for bottles of different calibers. Preferably, the filling duct 422 is provided as an elongated duct.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 6 in particular, the cap screwing device 500 comprises a cap screwing turntable 510, a cap feeding mechanism 520 and a cap screwing mechanism 530, which solves the problem of insufficient torque of the cap screwing mechanism 530, especially solves the problem of the plastic bottle with the aperture smaller than 20mm that the cap screwing mechanism 530 can not screw. Specifically, the cap screwing device 500 executes corresponding processes by arranging the second feeding station, the cap screwing station and the second discharging station, and ensures that the bottle caps and the bottles can be smoothly in place by arranging corresponding positions of the cap feeding mechanism 520, and finally the cap screwing mechanism 530 can perform the cap screwing process at a proper time to relatively fix the bottle caps and the bottles, so that the effects of simplifying the processes and improving the production efficiency are realized.
The cap screwing turntable 510 comprises a second feeding station, a cap screwing station and a second discharging station, the second feeding station is used for receiving input bottles, the second discharging station is used for outputting the bottles, and the cap screwing turntable 510 is used for transporting the bottles in sequence along the second feeding station, the cap screwing station and the second discharging station. The cap feeding mechanism 520 is used for sequentially outputting the bottle caps to the bottles between the second feeding station and the cap screwing station, and the bottle caps and the bottles can be smoothly positioned through arrangement of corresponding positions of the cap feeding mechanism 520. The cap screwing mechanism 530 is arranged at the cap screwing station, and the cap screwing mechanism 530 can be used for driving the bottle cap to rotate so that the bottle cap and the bottle are relatively fixed.

In the process of gradually fastening the bottle cap with the bottle by screw thread, there is actually a process of relatively approaching the bottle in the bottle cap, so that the rotating member 532 itself needs to be provided with a telescopic structure on the premise of having the servo motor 531 for realizing the rotating motion, and the relatively approaching motion is realized based on the telescopic motion. Preferably, the extension and retraction of the rotating part 532 can be realized by the control of the control system, and the cap screwing action can be reasonably completed by extending and retracting the rotating part in a manner of adapting to the rotating speed of the servo motor 531 and extending and retracting the rotating part in a manner of adapting to the rotating speed under the condition of proper torque. The servo motor 531 is adopted to screw the bottle cap, and the rotating torque force can be adjusted in a numerical control mode. Preferably, the rotating member 532 includes an upper base for connecting the servo motor 531, a lower base, and a telescopic portion provided at the bottom of the lower base, the telescopic portion respectively connecting the upper base and the lower base. An elastic component for buffering is arranged between the upper base and the lower base, and the elastic component changes the elasticity of the elastic component along with the expansion of the expansion part. It can be understood that, in the process of extending and retracting the telescopic portion, the bottle cap may be separated from the mounting portion, or after the bottle cap is fixed to the bottle, a certain reaction force may be generated by the separation of the mounting portion and the bottle cap, and under the above conditions, a certain buffer is required to ensure the stable operation of the rotating member 532, and the buffer can be realized and a certain reaction force can be offset by the elastic force of the elastic component. The preferred elastic component can be arranged as a spring which is sleeved on the periphery of the telescopic part.
Preferably, the cap feeding mechanism 520 includes a cap conveying rail 521 and a dispensing mechanism 522, the cap conveying rail 521 is obliquely arranged to convey the caps in sequence, one end of the cap conveying rail 521 is used for inputting the caps, the other end of the cap conveying rail 521 is connected with the dispensing mechanism 522, the dispensing mechanism 522 is used for intermittently outputting the caps, and the dispensing mechanism 522 has a preset output frequency to sequentially output the caps onto the bottles. It can be understood that the conveying guide rails are obliquely arranged to convey the bottle caps in sequence, the bottle caps can slide down on the conveying guide rails under the action of gravity from top to bottom, one ends of the conveying guide rails are located above and used for inputting the bottle caps, the other ends of the conveying guide rails are located below and connected with the distributing mechanism 522, and the effect of stably supplementing the bottle caps to the distributing mechanism 522 is achieved. The dispensing mechanism 522 is used to intermittently output caps, and the output frequency of the dispensing mechanism 522 is adapted to the transport speed of the cap rotating disk 510 to sequentially output caps onto each bottle. The control system controls the frequency of bottle caps output by the dispensing mechanism 522 to match the speed of the cap screwing turntable 510 for conveying bottles, and accurately conveys each bottle cap to the top of each bottle, so that the bottle caps and the bottles are initially abutted and matched, and a foundation is provided for a subsequent cap screwing process.
The output end of the dispensing mechanism 522 is located right above the second feeding station, so that the bottles are obtained at the second feeding station, and meanwhile, the bottle caps are output onto the bottles by the dispensing mechanism 522. It can be understood that the dispensing mechanism 522 can guarantee that the bottle caps can be stably buckled at the tops of the bottles in a mode of vertically outputting the bottle caps downwards, the bottles output by the dispensing mechanism 522 are directly output to the second feeding station, and the influence on the conveying speed of the rotary cap rotating disc 510 can be guaranteed to be reduced to the greatest extent, so that the conveying speed of the bottles is accelerated, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a method for using a filling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
the bottles are loaded into the bottle filling containers, the bottles are placed along the input port 110 and are output into the bottle arranging guide rail 210 of the bottle arranging device 200 in a mode of turning over the bottle filling containers, and the obliquely arranged bottle arranging guide rail 210 is matched with the first guide part 220 and the first buffer part 230 to enable the bottles to be close to each other and output;
the bottles output by the bottle arranging guide rail 210 are received by the first transfer mechanism 610 and are sequentially output to the bottle washing device 300;
the bottle washing device 300 receives each bottle through the bottle washing turntable 310, meanwhile, a washing mechanism 320 is correspondingly arranged at the position of each bottle, each washing mechanism 320 comprises a clamping component 321 and a washing component 322, the washing component 322 is externally connected with a negative ion wind and negative pressure wind generating device and is sequentially output for washing, the clamping component 321 is controlled to sequentially perform clamping, overturning and resetting actions, so that the bottles can receive the washing of the washing component 322 when being overturned, and the clamping component 321 loosens the bottles and outputs the bottles after being reset;
the bottles output by the bottle washing device 300 are received by the second transfer mechanism 620 and are sequentially output to the filling mechanism 400;
the filling mechanism 400 receives each bottle through the filling carousel 410, the filling member 420 is disposed in a rotational path of the filling carousel 410, the filling member 420 is filled through the filling duct 422, and then the filling carousel 410 outputs the bottle;
the bottles output by the filling turntable 410 are received by the third transfer mechanism 630 and are sequentially output to the cap screwing device 500;
the cap screwing device 500 receives each bottle through the cap screwing turntable 510, meanwhile, a cap feeding mechanism 520 is arranged at the receiving position of each bottle, and the frequency of outputting the bottle caps through the cap feeding mechanism 520 is controlled, so that the bottle caps can be sequentially output to the bottle mouths of the bottles;
the position of each bottle is correspondingly provided with a rotary cover assembly, the rotary cover assembly comprises a servo motor 531 and a rotary part 532, the rotary part 532 is of a telescopic structure, and the rotary part 532 is provided with a fixing part capable of fitting the bottle cap;
the bottle cap is obtained by controlling the extension of the rotating component 532, the servo motor 531 drives the rotating component 532 to rotate by controlling the torsion value of the servo motor 531, and meanwhile, the rotating component 532 is extended adaptively to fix the bottle cap and the bottle;
the rotating member 532 is then driven to shorten to separate the fixed portion from the bottle cap, and finally the bottle is output to the output port 120 through the cap rotating disc 510.
It can be understood that the above control can be implemented by designing a corresponding logic control program in advance in the control system, or can be implemented by a technician controlling each device to execute corresponding actions in real time through the control system, the bottle output mode is implemented by the transfer device 600 such as a transfer turntable or a spiral conveying component, and the conveying modes are all output one by one in sequence, so as to ensure that each action can be executed in sequence to meet the specific processing and production requirements.
The technical features of the embodiments described above can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

an input port for inputting a bottle;
an output port for outputting the bottle;
the bottle arranging device is in butt joint with the input port and is used for limiting the input bottles in a preset orientation and sequentially arranging and outputting the input bottles;
the bottle washing device is butted with the bottle arranging device and is used for washing the bottles output from the bottle arranging device;
a filling mechanism interfacing with the bottle washing device, the filling mechanism filling the bottles output from the bottle washing device;
and the cap screwing device is butted with the filling mechanism, and after the cap screwing device outputs a bottle cap to the bottle mouth of the bottle output from the filling mechanism, the cap screwing device acts on the bottle cap to enable the bottle cap and the bottle to be relatively fixed and outputs the bottle cap and the bottle to the output port.
2. The filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the filling equipment further comprises a control system, a sensor assembly and a transfer device;
the transfer device comprises a first transfer mechanism, a second transfer mechanism and a third transfer mechanism, the first transfer mechanism is arranged between the bottle sorting device and the bottle washing device, the second transfer mechanism is arranged between the bottle washing device and the filling mechanism, and the third transfer mechanism is arranged between the filling mechanism and the cap screwing device;
the sensor assembly is used for detecting the working state of at least one of the bottle arranging device, the bottle washing device, the filling mechanism, the cap screwing device or the transferring device;
the control system can receive information from the sensor assembly, and the control system can control the action of at least one of the bottle unscrambling device, the bottle washing device, the filling mechanism, the cap screwing device or the transfer device.

the cleaning mechanism further comprises a turnover assembly, the turnover assembly is used for enabling the clamping assembly to turn over the bottle in the process of moving from the clamping station to the cleaning station so that the opening of the bottle faces downwards or obliquely downwards, and the cleaning assembly cleans the bottle in a blowing mode; and the overturning assembly is used for enabling the clamping assembly to be overturned and reset in the process of moving from the cleaning station to the resetting station.

The filling apparatus according to claim 5, wherein: the turnover assembly comprises a turnover guide rail and a transmission piece, the turnover guide rail surrounds the periphery of the bottle washing turntable, one end of the transmission piece acts on the clamping assembly, the other end of the transmission piece is provided with a sliding end, and the sliding end can be slidably arranged on the turnover guide rail, so that the bottle washing turntable can drive the clamping assembly to turn over and reset through the transmission piece.
