Mechanical locking and manual unlocking principles:
after the valve is automatically closed remotely, after a worker needs to perform on-site troubleshooting and fault handling, the valve can be unlocked manually (the fault is not eliminated, and the valve can still be automatically closed and locked after manual unlocking). When the lock is manually unlocked, the reset knob 16 is rotated according to the direction shown in fig. 4, as shown in fig. 6, the reset knob 16 overcomes the elasticity of the reset elastic sheet 20 in fig. 7, the reset rotating shaft 17 and the reset poking rod 19 at the tail end are driven to rotate to press the magnetic part 7, and the push rod 4 at the end part of the remote electromagnet is automatically clamped into the clamping groove of the limiting part 8 of the magnet 2 to lock the magnetic part 7; meanwhile, the magnet 2 is separated from the magnetic part 7 by a certain distance, the suction force is attenuated, so that the magnet 2 is reset under the action of the limiting rod spring 11, the overflowing sheet 13 moves to the bottom of the trapezoidal groove 12 to the left, the overflowing assembly is opened, and the valve can be safely opened.
The reset elastic sheet 20 passes through the fixed notch through a fixed pin, one end of the reset elastic sheet is connected with the shell 24, and the other end of the reset elastic sheet is connected with the reset rotating shaft 17; after manual unlocking, the reset deflector rod 19 rotates clockwise to return under the action of the reset elastic sheet 20, and a safe space is reserved for the action of the magnetic piece 7.
The principle of overflowing automatic valve closing:
the intelligent remote-transmission gas self-closing valve can monitor the flow in the valve body 1 by additionally arranging a micro-flow sensor, and when the flow in the valve body 1 is over-pressure or under-pressure, the valve is automatically closed by remotely controlling the overflowing assembly, so that the dual protection of remote overflowing automatic closing of the valve and mechanical closing of the overflowing assembly is realized; the remote overcurrent automatic closing value can be set by itself, and when the monitored flow exceeds the set value, the valve intelligent control assembly 26 energizes the remote electromagnet 3 to close the valve (the working principle is the same as that of the micro-leakage valve closing).
The user actively requires the valve closing principle:
when a user goes out and does not close the manual valve or does not determine whether to close the manual valve, the user can actively require the remote control center to remotely close the valve (the working principle is the same as that of micro-leakage valve closing), and the safety of gas use by the user is ensured.
The intelligent remote-transmission gas self-closing valve provided by the scheme can automatically close the valve under special working conditions (micro leakage, overflowing, active requirements and the like) and has the functions of mechanical locking and manual unlocking after the valve is closed. Whole automatic valve structure that closes adopts magnetism to inhale the formula principle, effectually completely cuts off gas passageway and control module, avoids the gas to get into control area territory (electrified region), and this structure leaks for increasing simultaneously, improves valve seal's reliability. Meanwhile, the valve closing principle of the structure is that the limiting rod 10 influences the action of the overflowing sheet 13, so that the valve is closed, the control precision of the structure is sensitive and effective, the main structure of the self-closing valve is prevented from being influenced, the overpressure, underpressure and mechanical overflowing functions of the self-closing valve are not influenced, and the reliability and maintainability of the self-closing valve are ensured.
The existing self-closing valve is made up of the fact that the existing self-closing valve does not have the function of micro-leakage detection, so that self-closing valve products are more complete in function, safe and reliable; the modular design is adopted, the functions of flow monitoring, leakage alarm, automatic valve closing, remote control and the like are added on the basis of not influencing the functions and the structure of the original self-closing valve, and the integration of the functions of the traditional self-closing valve, a gas alarm and an electromagnetic valve is equivalent to the integration of the functions of the traditional self-closing valve, the traditional gas alarm and the traditional electromagnetic valve; the intelligent gas management system can be integrated into the Internet of things for use, and realizes real-time and effective big data management of information, thereby realizing the management and use of intelligent gas; the user can realize remote automatic valve closing, and the user can use gas more safely and conveniently.

the signal input end of the control component is connected with the micro-leakage sensor (23), and the control end of the control component is connected with the second magnetic component;
when the micro-leakage sensor (23) detects that gas micro-leakage exists in the valve body (1), the control assembly is used for controlling the second magnetic assembly to move to a first position in the valve body (1), and the first magnetic assembly drives the moving assembly to move under the action of magnetic attraction to seal the gas inlet of the valve body (1).

the limiting rod spring (11) is sleeved on the outer side of the limiting rod (10), one end of the limiting rod spring is abutted against the side wall of the limiting rod (10), and the other end of the limiting rod spring is abutted against the valve body (1);
and the magnet (2) is arranged on the limiting rod (10) and is magnetically attracted with the second magnetic component.

The gas self-closing valve according to claim 8, wherein said manual unlocking assembly comprises: a reset knob (16), a reset rotating shaft (17), a cotter pin (18), a reset deflector rod (19) and a reset spring plate (20); the reset knob (16) is rotationally arranged on the valve body (1); the reset rotating shaft (17) rotates along with the rotation of the reset knob (16); the reset driving lever (19) is arranged on the side wall of the reset rotating shaft (17) and rotates along with the rotation of the reset rotating shaft (17), the reset driving lever (19) is used for pressing the second magnetic assembly so as to increase the distance between the first magnetic assembly and the second magnetic assembly, and the reset elastic sheet (20) is arranged on the reset rotating shaft (17) and used for resetting the reset knob (16).
