The automatic stacking and boxing apparatus of claim 4, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a backstop positioning seat, a moving assembly and a driving device, the moving assembly is movably mounted at a side of the conveying mechanism, the backstop positioning seat is mounted on the moving assembly and is arranged opposite to the pushing mechanism, and the driving device is used for driving the moving assembly to move so as to drive the backstop positioning seat to move at the back of the carton.

The automatic stacking and boxing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the moving assembly comprises a first sliding assembly and a second sliding assembly, the first sliding assembly and the second sliding assembly are mounted at the bottom of the backstop positioning seat and are arranged in a staggered manner, the first sliding assembly comprises a first sliding seat and a first sliding rail, the second sliding assembly comprises a second sliding seat and a second sliding rail, and the first sliding seat and the second sliding seat are correspondingly connected with the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail respectively.
